Alright, so I find myself in Equestria after falling (more like jumping, really,) through a stray dimensional portal, and -- I kid you not -- everything goes completely to shit in less than an hour. Shortly after that, I'm faced with the fact that Equestria, as everyone back home thinks they know it, is very much different from the show. I mean, Equestria itself is pretty much the same, just more involved than anything ever really suggests... and the lands beyond? Completely whack!

I've dealt with Manticores, Dragons, Changelings, being mutated against my will --twice!-- and more! On top of that, the planet Equestria's on -- called "Terra," oddly enough, -- is is supposedly Spherus Magna, (except umpteen bazillion years later,) but the moon begs to differ; there are several folks from both Bionicle and MLP running around who should either be dead or gone; Humans apparently aren't native to Earth; a self-proclaimed "goddess" has selected me as one of several new elemental protector-types to help maintain "balance" for the whole planet; and I've somehow managed to piss off just about everyone I've met in pretty short order, including my psychopathic alt-personality brain-roommate.

Well, everyone except Discord, of course. He just thinks it's all hilarious, and keeps trying to show me "best of" video montages of my life here so far, all while I'm...

Actually, you know what? I should start at the beginning of all this, for sanity's sake.

I'm not a drinking man, but I'm sure anyone'd be half tempted to pick up the habit after all that... Assuming I can find anything resembling alcohol here, that is.
