Equestria Heat.

The next morning.Tim woke up from a restful nights sleep.And already the house/library was already jumping.Spike was making breakfest.The kids were up and getting ready for school.Solar and Twilight were also up.Solar saw Tim and said,Good morning sleepyhead.Did you sleep good??

Tim yawned,stretched himself and popped a few joints back into place and replied.Yeah.I slept pretty good.

Solar said,"Good.Now come get some breakfast."

Tim got up from the couch and sat at the table.Spike made Pancakes,sausages for him and Solar.Eggs,hash browns.

Spike asked,"Hey Tim.You want coffee or tea??"

Tim replied,"Coffee please.Cream and sugar."

As they all ate Tim was enjoying the delicious breakfast.It was the best he ever had.After breakfast.Tim asked Solar,"So.What's on the agenda for today??"

Solar replied,"First.I'm gonna take the girls to school.Then after you get ready,We go to Town hall,and we see Mayor Mare,and get you're citizenship papers in order,and then we see about finding a place for you to live."

Tim then said,"Sounds good to me,but can we go to the hospital??I want to look in on Rainbow Dash."

Solar replied,"We can do that too.And I want to introduce you to our friends.And of course,show you Ponyville."

Tim replied,"OK.Just let me take a shower first."

Solar replied,"Not a problem.Then Solar looked at Art Paint,Night Glow and Scootaloo and said,OK girls.Get you books and your lunches.It's time to go to school."

The girls all kissed their parents and all said,"Bye mom.Bye Spike,Bye Mr.Miller."

Tim smiled and replied,"Bye girls.Have a good day at school."

After Solar left with his daughters.Tim went and took a shower,shaved,brushed his teeth,combed his hair.Then got dressed.Putting on a pair of jeans.A green polo shirt.and sock with tennis shoes.Then he took his Colt Python snubby out of his briefcase and loaded 6 rounds and put the gun in his dads shoulder holster and put his jacket on.Twilight noticed.

Twilight asked,"Is that one of the weapons from earth you have??"

Tim replied,"Yes.It's what is known as a firearm on Earth.You won't have to worry.I'll make sure your girls don't get ahold of it,or use it,unless I supervise."

Twilight replied,"Oh I'm not worried about that,but thanks though.And I would love to see how those work."

Tim said,"I'll arrange a demonstration as soon as I can."

Twilight smiled and said,"Great.Thanks Tim."

When Solar returned.He,Twilight and Tim went around Ponyville.

The first stop was Ponyville Town Hall.Where Solar and Twilight introduced Tim to Mayor Mare.After Tim's Equestrian Citizenship papers were filled out and filed,which surprised Tim,because it didn't take as long as he thought it would.Solar asked Mayor Mare if their was any vacant homes that were now for rent.Mayor Mare showed Tim,along with Solar and Twilight a one room cottage that was now vacant,but fully furnished.

The cottage had the basics,Living room/bedroom.Kitchen dining area.Bathroom with bathtub/shower.Toilet and a sink.To Tim it was a perfect place to start a new life.since he knew he wasn't leaving Equestria anytime soon.

Tim then asked,"Mayor Mare.How come,there is still furniture here??"

Mayor Mare replied,"Oh.That's because,an old mare lived here until she died about 3 months ago.Her family took all her personel belongings,but said to leave the furniture here.They felt it should go to the next tenant who would get some use out of it.And I guess that would be you Mr.Miller."

Tim replied,"Oh please.Call me Tim.When will the rent be due??"

Mayor Mare replied,"First of every month.450bits a month."

Solar then said,"Actually Mayor.My mother is going to pay Tim's rent for the first 6 months,since he is going to be working for the govornment."

Mayor Mare handed Tim the keys and said,You can move in anytime you want Tim.

Tim thanked Mayor Mare and he Solar and Twilight left.Next stop Ponyville Hospital.When they arrived at the hospital,Nurse Sweetheart showed then which room Rainbow Dash was in.The three walked in and saw the cyan pegasus in bed with a cast on her arm and in a sling.

Solar and Twilight both said,"Hey Rainbow Dash."

Rainbow Dash smiled and said,"Hey guys.I happy to see you."

Twilight replied,"We're happy to see you too,and we brought a guest."

Tim walked in and said,"Hey Rainbow Dash.How's the arm."

Rainbow Dash's smile widened and she took Tim's hand and said,"TIm.You came to see me.That really makes me happy."

Tim smiled and replied,"Well.I'm glad I could make you smile.So hows the arm??"

Rainbow Dash answered,"It's fine.The cast will be on for about 4 weeks,but it's gonna suck that I can't fly."

Tim asked,"What do you mean you can't fly.As far as I can see.Your wings look fine.Unless I'm missing something."

Rainbow Dash said,"Well.It's true I have wings,but we Pegasi also need our arms for stable flight.The crosswind that got me,was just one of those things.It happens.So Tim.How are you settling her in Ponyville??"

Tim replied,"Oh.OK I guess.I got my Equestrian Citizenship this morning.And that was fast.And I already got a place to live.It's a small cottage,but it will do for the time being."

Rainbow Dash replied,"That is just awesome.When I'm outta this place.I'll come by and visit."

Tim smiled and said,"I hope you will.You can come by anytime."

Rainbow Dash then asked,"So what are you guys gonna do for the rest of day??"

Tim replied,"Well after we leave Solar and Twilight are gonna introduce me to the rest of your friends."

Rainbow Dash said,"Well.I would avoid Fluttershy,for now."

Solar asked,"Why.What's Fluttershy's problem."

Rainbow Dash answered,"After I told the other's how Tim saved me and killed that manticore.Fluttershy got all mad,and said if she ever lays eyes on Tim.She would give him a piece of her mind,like with that dragon we dealt with,not too long ago."

Twilight sighed and said,"Oh boy.That is not good.Does she understand why Tim did it??"

Rainbow Dash replied,"Yeah,but you know how she gets when it comes to animals."

Twilight said,"Yeah.I know."Twilight looked at Solar and said,"Honey.Why don't you take Tim to meet Pinkie.Applejack and Rarity??I'll go work on Fluttershy."

Solar replied,"Yeah.That sounds like a good idea."

Nurse Sweetheart then came into the room and said,"I'm sorry everypony,but Rainbow Dash needs her rest."

Rainbow Dash protested and said,"Awww,but I'm just so bored."

Nurse sweetheart replied,"Now now Ms.Dash.Doctors orders."

Solar then said,"Nurse Sweethearts right Rainbow Dash.Besides.With any luck.You'll be outta here tomorrow."

Rainbow Dash then replied,"Yeah.I guess.OK.I'll see you guys.Bye Solar.Bye Twilight.Bye Tim."

Rainbow Dash then stretched out her good hand and Tim took it.And said."Bye Rainbow Dash.I hope you'll come by my
new house."

Rainbow Dash smiled and said".I'll be there."

As the three were leaving the hospital.Tim's thoughts were on Rainbow Dash.Tim was thinking.She was beautiful.Although she was a pony,but then he saw how happy Solar was with Twilight,and he is human,but he was born here.Not Earth,but then again.Rainbow Dash was cute,in a tomboyish sort of way.

Tim's thoughts were interrupted when Solar said,"Tim.You ready to go??"

Tim smiled and replied,"Lead on McDuff."
