First Century
1E 0 — The Canoran Dynasty is founded by King Eplear.
- The Camoran Dynasty of Valenwood is founded by King Eplear.
- The Ayleids of Cyrodill use this newly formed kingdom as a buffer from the influence of the Alinor (Summerset Isle) kingdom. The White-Gold Tower becomes an independent city-state, and the heart of the Ayleid Empire.
- The Nation of Equestria is founded by the three pony tribes and the Tamrielic elven races.
1E 1 - The three pony races and the tamrielic elven races begin to settle in the present day Central Equestria.
- The ponies and the elven races establish The High Pony/Elven Council.
1E 5 - The Fools Golds Rebellion/ Pyrites defection occurs.
- Pyrite gathers all of the nobles and establishs a short lived independent Kingdom of the Unicorns and proclaims himself as king.
- Pyrites subjects turns him over to Princess Platinum and the other founders when the United Armies of Equestria arrives to lay siege.
1E 20 — The Psijic Order first appears in recorded history.
- The Breton sage and author Voernet writes of his trip to the Isle of Artaeum to meet with Iachesis, the Ritemaster of the Psijics, the counselors of kings and proponents of the "Elder Way," taught to them by the original race that inhabited Tamriel.
1E 68 — The last Atmoran "invasion" arrives in Tamriel.
- Two Atmoran ships laden with corpses beg to make port in Tamriel, marking the final wave of large-scale Atmoran migration to the continent.
1E 70 - The expedition begins.
- The high pony/elven council organizes The Crusades.
- The Crusades encounter the Crystal Empire and the Crystal King welcomes them although he wouldn't appear until the Royal sisters invitation.
1E 71 - The Saddle Arabian/Equestrian war breaks out.
- The Saddle Arabians welcomes the crusades.
- The crusades along with an Ayleid Surveyor begin to find the Alicorn Temple in the heart of the desert.
- The Saddle Arabian soldiers drags the crusades and the surveyor back to Saddle Baghdad and the Sultan orders the execution of the crusades with the execption of an Ayleid surveyor.
- The Sultan interrogates the Ayleid surveyor and puts him in his bed chamber.
- The high pony/elven council sends an ultimatum to the Sultan, demanding an explanation.
- The sultan retaliates telling them they will not be ordered by the ponies and elves.
- Equestria and Saddle Arabia begin the war while the elven races pray for the Ayleid surveyor to be returned to equestria.
1E 78 - The War comes to an end.
- Enduring Patience enters Saddle Baghdad to learn the reasons for executing the explorers
- Patience petitions the sultan but he tells her that he has other things to do.
- Princess Mirage escorts patience into the Palace to escape the public backlash and teaches her the culture and beliefs of the Saddle Arabians.
- The Sultan finally gives in and explains his reasons for executing the explorers.
- Enduring Patience returns to Equestria to tell the Council what she had learned.
- The Sultan issues a personal apology to Equestria and her citizens, in addition he releases the Ayleid surveyor.
- The Ayleid surveyor is given a heros welcome. But the damage is done. Saddle Arabia, and Equestria will not become friendly with each other until 2E 525.
1E 79 - The recovery will last until 1E 112
- The Griffins offers the Alicorn Relics to Equestrian and Tamrielic scholars in hopes of divulging the truth.
- The establishment of Multicultural University.
- The ponies and elves establish The Equestrian Institute of Higher Learning
Second Century
1E 112 - The Kirin arrive on the western coast on a ship damaged by the endless storm.
- The ponies, griffons, and the elves nurse them back to health.
- The Mikami(Hope)reaches the Five Kirin Kingdoms.
1E 113 — Harald is born.
1E 140 — Harald's forces stumble upon and attack Forelhost, the last stronghold of the Dragon cult.
- When Harald's army breaches the stronghold, most of the cultists commit suicide by poisoning the stronghold's water supply, which also ends up killing much of the attacking force.
1E 143 — Harald is crowned High King of the Nords.
- Harald, the 13th descendant of the legendary Ysgramor's line, relinquishes his ancestral holdings in Atmora, and consolidates Skyrim as an independent kingdom with Windhelm as its capital. He is later recognized as the first historical ruler of the Nords.
1E 198 — The Scouring of Wendelbek.
- The Narfinsel Schism, a late-Merethic Ponthic Era internal conflict pitting Aedra-worshiping Ayleid clans against Daedra-worshiping clans, comes to a climax at Wendelbek. King Glinferen of Atatar led a combined force of Daedraphile warriors against the traditionalist Barsaebics of Ayleidoon. The Barsaebics were driven out of the Heartland into northwest Argonia, ending organized opposition to Daedra-worship in Cyrodill.
1E 199 - The Age of Chaos occurs and Discord appears.
- Galilpeo returns to Equestria driven mad and dies days later.
Third Century
1E 200 — Khosey writes the Tamrilean Tractates.
- Khosey transcribes a firsthand account of the discovery of the Bretons by a Nordic hunting party. The Tractates also mention what is believed to be the earliest recorded ancestor of House Tharn, one "Tharanus Ye Redde-Hand", who historians assert may have served the Ayleids as a clerk.
1E 201 - Discord launches the Council from the building without declaring himself as ruler.
- The Elven races unite once again to prevent discords powers from reaching them.
- Discord later rules the land in an eternal state of unrest and unhappiness. He plants plunderseeds to drain the magic of the Tree of Harmony. Celestia, Luna and Shor collect the Elements of Harmony from the Tree of Harmony and use them to imprison Discord in stone.
1E 202 - The Celestial Renaissance begins.
- The ponies and the elves crown Celestia, Luna, and Shor as princesses and prince.
- The princesses and the prince begin keeping a journal.
- The Castle of the Two Sisters is built.
- The princesses and the prince rebuild the High Pony/Elven Council to advise them.
- Princess Amore of the Crystal Ponies establishes the Crystal Faire.
- The princesses and the prince get an invitation from Amore's husband, King Diaphanous, and they form a strong bond with them.
- Star Swirl relinquishes his duties of raising the sun and moon to the two princesses, who earn their cutie marks for doing so, execpt for Shor, a human prince.
1E 210 - The Anansi spiders possess a power to see the weavings of the future.
- The Zebra tribe along with the Aldmer explorers begin returning to the Running Lands, only to find it shambles.
- The arrival of the Aldmer race and the return of the Zebras shocks the tribes, even the lions.
- The King of Lions gives the Zebras a condition while they hold a diplomactic meeting with the Aldmer explorers.
- The crystals find the source at the mountain peaks.
- Zakas (Me) climbs up the mountain along with an old Aldmer with him to the top.
- Aido-Hwedo rises from the water.
- The serpent blasts the rock, ending the drought.
- Zakas and the old Aldmer climbs back down the mountain and the tribes along with the Aldmer explorers cheer
- The King of Lions appoints Zakas and the Aldmer as cheif advisors and shamans.
- Zakas's family and the Aldmer race assumes leadership as the new Maliki.
1E 221 — High King Harald dies at the age of 108.
- With Harald's death, his eldest son Hjalmer becomes the next High King of Skyrim.
1E 222 — High King Hjalmer dies.
- With Hjalmer's death, the second son of Harald, Vrage the Gifted, assumes the throne of Skyrim.
1E 227 — The Gradual Massacre occurs.
- One of the participants in the massacre was the notorious Tharhan the Mutilant. Later scholars theorized that Tharhan and the Tharn ancestor Tharanus Ye Redde-Hand were one and the same.
1E 240 — The Skyrim Conquests occur.
- From 1E 222 - 272, the First Empire of the Nords expands across Morrowind and High Rock, swallowing them up by 1E 240. Some sources interpret the Skyrim Conquests to have run from 1E 240 to 1E 415.
1E 241 - The Nordic army arrives in Equestria.
- Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Prince Shor welcomes the Nords into their cultures and hold a Diplomatic meeting with the Empire of Skyrim.
1E 242 — The Alessian Slave Rebellion erupts in Cyrodill.
- Alessia, also known as the Slave Queen, leads the predominantly human slaves against the Ayleid Empire, with the help of the Nords and some rebel Ayleid rulers. They eventually conquer all of Cyrodiil.
1E 243 — Taking of the White-Gold Tower.
- The White-Gold Tower finally falls into the hands of the rebels, marking the end of Ayleid supremacy in Cyrodiil, and the Slave Queen Alessia founds the Alessian Empire. The remaining Ayleids that opposed Alessia seek refuge with Valenwood's Camoran Dynasty and the Direnni in High Rock, while the rebel Ayleid lords who sided with Alessia continue to rule parts of Cyrodiil as vassals of the new Empress Alessia. Some famous human heroes are Morihaus, who leads the attack of White-Gold Tower, and Pelinal Whitestrake, who single-handedly defeats many of the Ayleid kings, including the Ayleids' demigod champion Umaril the Unfeathered.
- From 1E 243 to 498, the new kingdom of humans, under the rule of Empress Alessia and her descendants, prospers and rules the nearest kingdoms of Colovia. They build a strong national identity as they gradually become more united. The Empress Alessia creates the new religion of the Eight Divines, fusing the pantheons of the Nords and Cyrodiilic tribes, who followed Altmeri deities.
1E 246 — Daggerfall City is founded.
- The north half of the Iliac Bay, including the current province of High Rock, is conquered by invading Nords, who bring a rough sort of civilization with them. One of the Nords' first civilized acts is a census - the Book of Life. Listed on page 933 of the book is this entry: "North of the Highest bluffs, south of the moors, west of the hills, and east of the sea is called DAGGERFALL. 110 men, 93 women, 13 children under 8 years of age, 58 cows, 7 bulls, 63 chickens, 11 cocks, 38 hogs live here."
1E 250 - Star Swirl begins mentoring Celestia and Luna in magic.
1E 252 - While Equestria is at peace, Star Swirl the Bearded creates more than two hundred spells and has a wing in the Canterlot archives dedicated to him.
1E 253 - During the "Paleopony Period," a population of ponies is afflicted by cutie pox. Random cutie marks appear all over ponies' bodies, causing them to uncontrollably perform the talents that come with them. The cause of the breakout is never discovered, and the cutie pox disappears as mysteriously as it arrives. The cause of the breakout is soon to be discovered during the Septim Dynasty.
1E 254 - An unnamed Earth pony prince gives an Alicorn princess a love potion/poison and starts Hearts and Hooves Day.
1E 255 - Lord Tirek and Scorpan travel to Equestria, seeking to steal its magic, and destroy the elves. Scorpan, having come to appreciate the ponies and the tamrielic ways, betrays Tirek to the princesses. Tirek is banished to Tartarus for his crimes.
1E 256 - The Rise of the Pillars of Old Equestria begins.
- Rockhoof saves his village from a volcanic eruption, joins the Mighty Helm, and helps a young Cherufe reunite with its mother.
- Flash Magnus uses his shield to fend off dragons, and he and the Royal Legion later save a village of griffons from the Dread Storm.
- Somnambula saves Prince Hisan and her home village from an evil sphinx and an enchanted snake.
- Mage Meadowbrook cures an outbreak of Swamp Fever in the Hayweed Swamps and travels across Equestria healing other sick ponies and towns.
1E 257 - A group of Sirens invade Equestria, causing disharmony between ponies with their singing. Stygian brings Rockhoof, Mistmane, Flash Magnus, Somnambula, Mage Meadowbrook, and Star Swirl the Bearded together to stop them, and Star Swirl banishes the Sirens to the human world, believing they will cause no harm there with their magic.
1E 258 - Celestia and Luna are abducted by evil forces from another dimension, and Stygian and the Pillars join forces to rescue them.
1E 264 - Stygian turns into the Pony of Shadows, and the Pillars of Old Equestria imprison him and themselves in limbo. Before trapping themselves, the Pillars plant a seed infused with their magic that will later grow into the Tree of Harmony. The Pillars and Stygian will return in the 3rd Era.
1E 265 - The group of ponies who will become the Immortalis Defiance travels to the Alessian Empire.
- The group of ponies meet the Empress Alessia for a dipolmatic meeting along with some Ayleid who were allied with her.
1E 266 — Empress Alessia dies.
- Akatosh (or Shezarr in the form of Pelinal) arrives at the White-Gold Tower in the Imperial City and transforms the dying Alessia into the first of the Cyrodilic saints. Thus, Empress Alessia becomes the first gem in the Cyrodilic Amulet of Kings. This is the beginning of the Covenant between the Imperials and Akatosh, which helps to protect Tamriel from Oblivion. The death of Alessia leaves the group of ponies with a broken heart.
Fourth Century
1E 340 — Valenwood forms a trade treaty with the Alessian Empire.
1E 355 — Clan Direnni rises to prominence.
- Clan Direnni, the only known High Elven ruling family remaining in human lands, claims power in High Rock through political maneuvering and various machinations.
1E 360 - The groups of ponies who worship the rulers as gods form the Herd of Astros.
1E 361 — The Alessian Doctrines are enforced.
- The Alessian Order becomes the dominant political factor in the Alessian Empire, and their doctrines are enforced throughout Cyrodill and northern Tamriel. The doctrines impose the very strict religious teachings of the prophet Marukh, who, after reportedly receiving visions from the ghost of the Slave Queen Alessia, begins to question Elven rule, calling for a suppression of Elven elements within the pantheon of the Eight Divines. The Order enforces strict codes of behavior which preclude most forms of entertainment. The remaining Ayleid lordships, once tolerated by the Alessian Empire, are abolished.
1E 369 — High King Borgas dies.
- When High King Borgas of Winterhold is killed during the Wild Hunt and the Moot fails to elect Jarl Hanse as the next ruler of Skyrim, the War of Succession erupts across the Nordic Empire. The conflict leads to the Empire's dissolution as its territories in Morrowind, High Rock, and Cyrodill break away. The war ends in 1E 420 with the Pact of Chieftains.
1E 374 — The Ayleid vassal-state of Nenalata is massacred by the Alessian Order.
- Nenalata, the last remaining Ayleid city in Cyrodiil is given an ultimatum to leave the province or face extermination. King Laloriaran Dynar gathers those who wished to leave and begins an exodus to the lands of the Direnni Hegemony. Shortly afterwards the Alessian Army arrives at Nenalata and massacres all who choose to stay behind.
1E 376 — The traditional Yokudan emperors are overthrown.
- The traditional tenets of the Yokudan Empire are overthrown, and although each successive emperor remains a figurehead for the empire, his powers are very much reduced. The Redguard people see 300 years of almost continuous civil war between provincial lords, warrior monks, and brigands, all fighting each other for land and power before the appearance of the hero Hunding.
1E 393 — The Alessian Order sacks Malata, an ancient Ayleid temple.
1E 395 - The group of ponies form the Immortalis Defiance.
- The Alessian Order and the Immortalis Defiance form an alliance.
- The Defiance and a small army of the Order set out for Equestria, after telling the Order that it was unatural for such long live beings who lived only a fraction of their life spans, and that the Elven races are in Equestria, that they are part of the High Pony/Elven Council.
- The Defiance and the Order rise up aganist the rulers of Equestria, after arriving on the eastern shores.
- Princess Celestia shocks the world by surrendering herself to the Defiance while not giving up her. Princess Luna, and Prince Shor remain behined.
- The elven races in Equestria unite once again to defend against the Order and the Defiance.
- The Equestrian Army, and the united elven races inflitrate the Defiance and the Alessian order camps near the gates of Tartarus.
- The Cerberus chases them into the Defiance and the Order camps.
- Celestia raises a shield around on all sides, facing Cerberus alone despite her injuries.
- Celestia casts a sleeping spell on Cerberus and returns him to his cave. Tirek unsuccessfully escapes.
- The Defiance and the Alessian Order lays down their arms.
1E 396 - The Lunar and Solar guards disbandment occurs and will be reestablished during the restoration.
1E 399 - The princess and the prince outlaws the Alessian Order and their doctrines.
- The united army of elven races along with the rulers of Equestria interrogates the remnants of the Defiance and the imprisoned Alessian Order.
- The Order finally gives in and the Imperials are welcomed.
Fifth Century
1E 400 - In response to the surrender of the Defiance and the Alessian Order, the support for Celestia, Luna and Shor's rule roars all over the nation.
1E 410 - Half of the human races, Bretons, Nedic peoples, Lustrous Folk, Reachmen, and the Yokudans, sail to Equestria where they are welcomed by the rulers and the council.
1E 411 - Half of the Beastfolk, People of the root, Giants, Goblin Kin, Rieklings, Great Apes, Khajiit, Lamia, Fox-Folk, Minotaur, and Nymph arrive in Equestria where they two are welcomed by the rulers and the council.
1E 412 - The ponies change the name to the High Pony/Human/Elven/Beast Council.
1E 416 — The Nords are driven out of Morrowind.
- The united Chimer and Dwemer drive the Nords out of modern-day Morrowind, which was then called Resdayn. Nerevar and Dumac become leaders of the First Council of Resdayn, and it flourishes under their leadership. Peace among the Chimer and the Dwemer brings an unprecedented prosperity to their land.
- The Dwemer clan Rourken rebel against this alliance with the Chimer and self-exile themselves. According to legend, "the Rourken chieftain threw his mighty hammer, Volendrung, across Tamriel, promising to lead his clansmer to 'wherever it should fall.'" The land where they would arrive was thus called Volenfell (i.e., Hammerfell).
- Jurgen Windcaller goes on his "Seven-Year Meditation", culminating in the formation of the Greybeards.
1E 420 — The Skyrim War of Succession ends.
- The Skyrim War of Succession ends with the Pact of Chieftains. The war resulted in Skyrim losing control of the other provinces in northern Tamriel, and though their borders continue to shift occasionally, they never regain their former stature.
- Olaf One-Eye is crowned High King of Skyrim.
1E 420 — Clan Rourken settles in Volenfell.
1E 430 - A small expedition of Dwemer explorers set sail to Equestria.
- The Dwemer explorers arrive in Equestria where they established the largest underground city in a desert northwest of Manehatten, where Starlight's village stands nearby.
1E 431 - The ponies encounter the Dwemer.
- The princesses and the prince set a dipolmatic meeting with the Dwemer.
1E 448 — Rislav Larich is born.
1E 452 — Olaf One-Eye dies.
1E 461 — Coronation of Emperor Gorieus of the Alessian Empire.
- The ceremony is attended by many of the most famous people of the time, including Rislav Larich, Darloc Brae, Kjoric the White, Hoag Merkiller, Indoril Nerevar, Dumac Dwarfking, and Ryain Direnni.
1E 470 — Approximate date of the discovery of the Flask of Lillandril.
- A group of elves living in the port city of Lillandril discover a magical flask with the ability to absorb all magic cast at it.
1E 472 — Skingrad and Kvatch cease feuding.
- After decades of skirmishing over common territory, Skingrad and Kvatch reach a peace, presumably due to a royal marriage.
1E 477 — Clan Direnni conquers High Rock and large parts of Skyrim and Hammerfell.
1E 478 — Kjoric the White dies.
- The High King of Skyrim is killed fighting the Alessian Empire in the Battle of Sungard.
1E 478 — King Rislav Larich of Skingrad routs an Alessian army led by Emperor Gorieus.
- Following a plague that swept through Western Cyrodill, King Mhorus Larich of Skingrad dies and the throne of Skingrad passes to his eldest surviving son, Dorald, an Alessian priest who immediately cedes the kingdom to the Empire. Outraged, Dorald's younger brother, Rislav, executes Dorald and is crowned the new king. Emperor Gorieus mobilizes his army to reclaim Skingrad for the Empire, but his forces are ultimately routed by Rislav's well-positioned archers and the timely assistance of King Justinius of Kvatch. Rislav's feat inspires additional acts of defiance against the Empire: the other kings of the Colovian West form an alliance with Skingrad and Kvatch, Ryain Direnni outlaws the Alessian Reform in High Rock and mounts incursions into Imperial territory, and Skyrim under High King Hoag Merkiller joins the resistance.
1E 480 — Ysmir Wulfharth takes the throne in Windhelm.
1E 480 — The Direnni push back the Alessians.
- Aiden Direnni leads a series of minor but important victories against the Alessians in High Rock.
1E 482 — The Battle of Glenumbria Moors
- The battle between the Alessian Order and the Direnni Elves of High Rock, under the command of Aiden Direnni. The Order is soundly defeated by the Elves at the cost of much of the Elven power in High Rock. The Nord High King Hoag Merkiller is killed during the battle.
- The province of Skyrim, under the new High King Wulfharth, submits to a fiery reinstatement of the traditional Nordic pantheon. Alessian temples are destroyed, and remnants of its priesthood seek refuge in the Heartlands.
1E 498 — Elven power in High Rock is ended.
- The Elves of High Rock, after losing much power in the Battle of Glenumbria Moors against the Alessian Order, are finally driven from High Rock almost 20 years later, ending the so-called Late Ayleid Period.
Sixth Century
1E 500 — The reign of High King Ysmir Wulfharth.
- The approximate date for the earliest legends of King Wulfharth (he actually first appeared in the history books in 1E 480).
1E 530 - The Royal Sisters and Brother meet Wulfharth for a dipolmatic meeting.
1E 533 — High King Ysmir Wulfharth dies.
- Celestia, Luna, and Shor mourn at his funeral.
1E 580 — The Great Burn occurs on the fortieth birthday of Baron Montclair.
- Stoneglow Enchantments crafted Sparkle Sticks for the occasion, which had inadvertently caused the fire.
Seventh Century
1E 609 — King Thagore defeats Glenpoint.
- King Thagore of Daggerfall defeats the army of Glenpoint and becomes the preeminent economic, cultural, and military force in southern High Rock, a position the kingdom has precariously kept ever since.
1E 609 — Mansel Sesnit becomes Elden Yokeda.
- Mansel Sesnit comes to the fore as the Elden Yokeda, or military dictator of the Yokudans, and for eight years successfully gains control of nearly the whole empire.
1E 610 - The rulers of Equestria arrive in Yokuda to have a dipolmatic trade relationship meeting with Mansel Sesnit.
1E 617 — Mansel Sesnit is assassinated.
- Sesnit, the military dictator of Yokuda, is assassinated and a commoner, Randic Torn, takes over the government of the Yokudans. He rules for 120 years.
- Randic Torn keeps the trade with Equestria open.
1E 660 — Battle of Dragon Wall
- Mauloch, Orcish god of the Velothi Mountains, is defeated at the Battle of Dragon Wall and flees east.
1E 667 - An earth pony general by the name of Dapper Force set sail to Resdayn to have a dipolmatc relationship meeting with Dumac Dwarfking, Cheif Tonal Kagrenac, Indoril Nerevar, Voryn Dagoth, Almalexia the Warden, Sotha Sil the Magus, and Vivec the Poet.
1E 668 — The War of the First Council; Vvardenfell erupts.
- The first eruption of Morrowind's gigantic volcano, since known as Red Mountain. Ash spews into the sky and hides the sun for a year. This year is also called Sun's Death or the Year of Winter in Summer.
- The War of the First Council forces Dapper Force to remain in Resdayn until the day in 1E 700 that will shock the world.
1E 670 — Iliath Temple is converted to worship the Tribunal.
Eighth Century
1E 700 — Battle of Red Mountain.
- The approximate date of the famous battle between the Chimer and the Dwemer, led by Nerevar and Dumac Dwarfking, which concludes the War of the First Council. Both Nerevar and Dumac perish. These events pave the way for the formation of Tribunal Morrowind, which would last until just short of the end of the Third Era.
1E 700 — The Dwemer disappear.
- The entire Dwarven nation across Tamriel mysteriously disappears, execpt in Equestria.
- With the Dwemer gone, the War of the Crag between them and their Falmer slaves ends.
- The Dwemer's dissappearance traumatizes Dapper Forces filly and son, Dapper Mask. Nerevars death makes it worse. Vivec, Sotha Sil, and Almalexia ships both of them back to Equestria and Dapper Force tells the rulers of Equestria and the Council about what happened at Red Mountain.
- Vivec, Sotha Sil, and Almalexia begins a dipolmatic relationship meeting with the rulers and the council to discuss the future of Morrowind.
1E 710 - The Underground Grand Palace opens inside the largest underground city and the Dwemer establish their own council at the entrance.
1E 720 — Frandar Hunding is born.
- The most revered Ansei warrior in history is born in the province of High Desert in Yokuda.
1E 721 - The Rulers of Equestria celebrates Frandar Hunding's first birthday.
1E 734 — Frandar Hunding's father dies.
- At the age of 14, Frandar loses his father in one of many insurrections, and is left to support his mother and four brothers.
- The Rulers of Equestria, and the council supports his family in the aftermath of his farthers funeral.
1E 737 — Emperor Randic Torn of Yokuda dies.
- Torn's death comes after 120 years of rule. After his death, a vicious civil war breaks out.
- The Nation of Equestria mourns the passing of the Emperor.
- Both sides are respected by the Rulers of Equestria and the Council as the civil war continues on.
1E 760 — Divad Hunding is born.

Ninth Century
1E 800 — Northpoint is founded sometime during the ninth century
- Captain Yric Flowdys establishes Northpoint as a waystation to accommodate trade route vessels.
1E 800 — Earliest date of Wayrest City
- It is difficult for historians to declare a certain date for the foundation of Wayrest. A settlement of some variety had been existent where the Bjoulsae River feeds the Iliac Bay, possibly since the 800th year of the First Era. The traders and fishermen of Wayrest were surrounded by hostile parties: the Orc capital of Orsinium had grown like a poison weed to the north, and the Akaviri pirates and raiders crowded the islands to the west. There is no mystery to Wayrest's name. After the fighting most travelers had to endure passing through the eastern end of the Iliac Bay, the little fishing village on the Bjoulsae was a welcome rest.
1E 808 — Yokudans arrive in Hammerfell.
- A warrior wave of Yokudans, the Ra Gada, drives the beastfolk and Nedic peoples from Volenfell. Over time, the name "Ra Gada" becomes corrupted into "Redguard", and the race claims Hammerfell as their homeland. The beastfolk refugees escape from Hammerfell and join the Orcs at Orsinium.
1E 810 - The Rulers and the Councils of Equestria delivers an Ultimatum to the Yokudans of Hammerfell, ordering to either cease the wave of battles or face war.
- The Yokudans retaliate by telling them if they step in the way of their destiny, they will be swept away by march of history.

- The memory stone of Makela Leki was found in the Bangkorai pass. Its contents were written in the book From The Memory Stone of Makela Leki. Makela and her five companions died defending against an invasion led by King Joile of Daggerfall sponsored by High Rock.
1E 979 - The Equestrian Navy brings the Orcish refugees to Equestrian where they will be setting up there city in exile.

- The annihilation of the Orcish capital Orsinium by a joint effort of Daggerfall, the new kingdom of Sentinel, and the now extinct Order of the Diagna. The scattering of the Orcs from southeastern High Rock made the river route to the Bay more accessible. Over the next several years, with the Bjoulsae River opened, inter-provincial trade flourishes. Within a decade, the village of Wayrest is transformed into a major city.

- After the legions of Empress Hestra deposed King Styriche of Verkarth, Styriche fled west with his infamous Gray Host of vampires and werewolves, pillaging along the way. The Gray Host was halted by the Bangkorai Garrison of High Rock, and Hestra's forces killed the survivors. Impressed by the Bangkorai Garrison's actions, Hestra allowed High Rock to be admitted into the Empire. House Dorell of Northpoint and House Montclair are granted a barony.
1E 1030 — The Legend of Red Eagle.
- Reachmen under Faolan put up a strong resistance against the incursion of the Alessian Empire into the Reach, though they are ultimately unsuccessful.
1E 1033 — take on piracy in Black Marsh.
- Empress Hestra, fed up with the pirates hiding in the depths of Black Marsh, calls for the head of the most famous brigand, Red Bramman, as part of a larger campaign. Their incursion provided some of the first outsider accounts on the true culture of the land of the Argonians.
1E 1051 — Vinicius Imbrex becomes Archbishop of Chorrol.
- During his 36 year tenure, he authors a list of "abominations" that should be slain in the name of Stendarr.

- A minor Ayleid warlord rumored to be a devotee of Molag Bal, he is best known for building and losing three separate dominions during his long life. He was killed by an unknown assassin.

- Twenty-seven Psijic Monks are converted into thin films of glistening liminal particles after an incident at the Eldbur Monastery for Mystic Inquiry on Summerset Isle.
Fifteenth Century
1E 1427 — Battle of Duncreigh Bridge.
- The battle between Anticlere and the neighbouring hamlet of Sensford. It is celebrated each year by Anticlere with a march down Sensford's main street, usually resulting in many injuries and sometimes brief wars between the towns' knightly orders. The battle ultimately achieves nothing, as both sides continue to boast of their own antique lineage.
The Dragon Break
The longest Dragon Break ever known, sometimes called the Middle Dawn, is said to take place across much of Tamriel, Equestria, and the others for one thousand and eight years. Some scholars think the whole matter was the result of an error in a timeline. It was a "timeless time", and from exactly when to when it occurs is unknown.
Twenty-Third Century
- 1E 2200 — The Sload release the Thrassian Plague
- For the next several centuries, this brutal plague devastates more than half of Tamriel's population, concentrated along the western coast nearest to Thras.
- Nobility from Daggerfall, Wayrest, and Sentinel escape the plague by fleeing to the Isle Balfiera.
1E 2260 — The All Flags Navy
- A massive fleet, comprising ships from every nation of Tamriel, sails against the Sload in retribution for the Thrassian Plague, sinking their kingdom with mighty magics.
- The Equestrian Navy under the command of Princess Celestia rescues the Sload and carries them to Equestria where they will be absorded into the High Pony/Human/Elven/Beast Council.
Twenty-Fourth Century
1E 2305 — High Rock secedes from the Alessian Empire.
- In response to the excesses of the Alessian Order, High Rock secedes from the Alessian Empire, over a thousand years after being admitted. The Bangkorai Garrison successfully fends off the wrathful Legions of Piety and Grace under Abbot-General Priscus Mactator, who had been sent to forcibly reclaim the wayward region.
1E 2311 - King Sombra overthrows Princess Amore and King Diaphanous and becomes the new, tyrannical ruler of the Crystal Empire, enslaving the Crystal Ponies.
- Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Prince Shor defeat Sombra, turn him to shadow, and banish him beneath the ice of the Arctic North.
- A curse enacted by Sombra causes the Crystal Empire and its population to vanish into thin air.

1E 2331 — The War of Righteousness ends.
- After a decade of conflict, the War of Righteousness concludes and the Alessian Order and Empire are dissolved. The Empire's former territories solidify their independence, and its heartland, Cyrodiil, splits into Eastern and Western halves that continue to diverge culturally over the following centuries.

Cyrodiil is united for the first time in centuries. The unified army defeats the Akaviri at the Pale Pass along the Cyrodiil-Skyrim border. The Second Empire is established. - The half of the Tsaesci reaches the western coast of Equestria without any plans to invade.
- The Rulers and the Council's welcomes them even though they were shocked to see their appearances.
1E 2704 — Emperor Reman divides the Reach between High Rock and Skyrim.
- In an attempt to limit the possibility of the Reachmen uniting against him, Emperor Reman Cyrodiil divided their territory between the provinces of Skyrim and High Rock. 1E 2729 — The city-state of Southpoint was founded on the 1st of Rain's Hand.
- After Governor Zantonius had fought a raid of Wood Orcs at Reman's Bluff, he was awarded a plot of land for a fort. But he converted it into a fortifed settlement, which later became Southpoint.
1E 2750 - The Rulers of Equestria meet with Reman Cyrodill I to establish a trade through diplomatic negotiations.
1E 2762 — Emperor Reman I dies.

1E 2803 - Princess Luna begins sculpting constellations in the night sky.
1E 2804 — The Winterhold Rebellion begins.
- A rebellion breaks out in Winterhold. The Dragonguard refuses orders to be sent to suppress the revolt, as it violates their Oath of Allegiance.
1E 2805 — Sky Haven Temple is besieged.
- An Akaviri commander named Kalion, rejected from the Dragonguard, is sent to suppress the Winterhold Rebellion. The locals soon besiege the Dragonguard's temple in the Reach, as they do not distinguish between Akaviri. The siege is lifted one year later.
1E 2805 — Emperor Reman II is crowned.

2E 230 — The first Mages Guild is formed.
- Sickened by the foolishness of his superiors in the Psijic Order, Vanus Galerion founds the new guild in Firsthold.
- At around this time, a triad of Daedric Princes—Clavicus Vile, Mephala and Nocturnal—make a deal with the Sea Sload K'Tora to acquire the Heart of Transparent Law—the Stone of the Crystal Tower. K'Tora uses mind magic to make Ritemaster Lachesis, the leader of the Psijic Order, steal the Heart. Trying to foil K'Tora's plan, Iachesis makes a deal with Nocturnal to learn a spell with which to hide the Heart in a language that could only be used by mortals. Unbeknownst to all, Iachesis hides the Heart within himself—but soon forgets these events, due to K'Tora's magic. Shortly thereafter, the island of Artaeum—home of the Psijic Order—is removed from Nirn by the Order and goes missing.
2E 231 — The Order of the Lamp, a knightly order, is formed to protect the newly established Mages Guild.
2E 283 — Potentate Versidue-Shaie declares martial law at the Council of Bardmont.
- Following the destruction of his fortress at Dawnstar, Versidue-Shaie convenes the Elder Council and declares martial law throughout Tamriel, warning the rebellious leaders of his vassal kingdoms to disband their private armies or face his wrath. This sparks 37 years of intense conflict, at the end of which Versidue-Shaie's Imperial legions stand victorious as the sole army in the land.
2E 284 — The Draggin Tale tavern on Stros M'Kai was established.

2E 301 — The kingdom of Camlorn is founded.
2E 309 — The Elsweyr Confederacy is founded.
- Keirgo and Eshita, rulers of the minor kingdoms Anequina and Pellitime, marry. The kingdoms are combined to create the province of Elsweyr, sparking a great class war which almost results in outside intervention.
2E 307 — The Ghost Harrowing occurs in Stormhaven.
- The Menevia Catacombs and Menevia Abbey were abandoned afterwards.

- Potentate Savirien-Chorak succeeds his father, Versidue-Shaie. Although noted to be poor administrator who was prone to mishandling the crises that occurred during his reign, Savirien-Chorak is credited with reversing the ban on forming local armies, and accepting Orsinium into the Empire.
- In response, Princess Celestia, and Prince Shor outlaw the Morag Tong throughout Equestria that will last until right after Jewelius's defeat in the 2nd Era, 896.
2E 342 — King Donel Deleyn of Daggerfall is crowned.
- Donel Deleyn, head of the noble House Deleyn, assumes the throne of Daggerfall.
2E 358 — Earliest known written record of the Dark Brotherhood.
- A note was found beneath the floorboards of an abandoned house in the Nordic village of Jallenheim. Depicting a war between two shadowy organizations, scholars speculate that this is a rare piece of evidence of the war between the Morag Tong and its hated offshoot, the Dark Brotherhood. The Brotherhood was probably in existence before this date, but its secrecy shrouds its true origins, though it was most likely formed by several ex-members of the Morag Tong.

- This reference was found in the journals of Queen Arlimahera of Hegathe.
Fifth Century
2E 401 — King Donel Deleyn of Daggerfall dies.

- On 17 Hearthfire, Prince Anton inherits the throne of his father Donel Deleyn, becoming King Anton I of Daggerfall.
2E 406 — Scandal rocks the Camoran factions in Grahtwood.
- After it is revealed that the settlement of Cormount might be the source of dozens of potential heirs, its population is nearly doubled in one week as opportunists, the curious, and the cunning arrive in town. For months thereafter, weddings were a daily occurrence.
2E 408 — Queen Sylvie, mother of King Anton I dies.
2E 409 — King Anton I survives an assassination attempt.
2E 412 — Earliest mention of the name of the Dark Brotherhood.
- This reference was found in the journals of the Blood Queen Arlimahera of Hegathe. "...with the help of the Night Mother and her Dark Brotherhood, the secret arsenal my family has employed since my grandfather's time." It can be surmised that the Dark Brotherhood was already well organized in 2E 360 if her grandfather truly used them.
2E 418 — Abnur Tharn is born.
- Abnur Tharn, the future Chancellor of the Elder Council is born into the Tharn family.
2E 420 — The settlement of New Joy is burned to the ground.
- Tensions reach boiling point between the native Bosmer of Cormount and migrants of New Joy.
2E 425 — King Anton I survives a second assassination attempt.
2E 428 — The Order of the Silver Dawn is founded.
- In response to the "Curse of the Crimson Moon" werewolf crisis in High Rock, Adeliza Silver-Axe establishes the order after her beloved son is inflicted with Lycanthropy.
2E 430 — Potentate Savirien-Chorak is assasinated, ending the Second Empire.
- Savirien-Chorak and all of his heirs are murdered, ending the years of the Akaviri Potentate and the Second Empire of Cyrodill. Some historians date this event to 2E 431.
- Orsinium loses the status of an Imperial territory as a result of the death of the last Potentate and the dissolution of the Second Empire.
2E 431 — Skyrim splits into Eastern and Western kingdoms.
- After High King Logrolf is assassinated, Jarl Svartr of Solitude challenges the legitimacy of Logrolf's heir, Freydis, and a Moot is convened. Although Freydis is accepted by the Crown of Verity and named High Queen in Windhelm, a partial Moot held in Solitude declares Svartr to be High King. From then on, Skyrim is divided into an Eastern kingdom, ruled by the successors of Freydis, and a Western kingdom, ruled by the successors of Svartr.
2E 431 — Orsinium is sacked by Breton and Redguard forces.
- After losing its status as an Imperial territory, Orsinium is destroyed for the second time. Some sources claim it happened the following year.
2E 432 — The Order of the Hour is re-established in Kvatch.
- Cavor Merula, a warrior-priest of Akatosh, reforms the ancient order in response to the collapse of the Second Empire.
2E 434 — The Pale Watch arrive in Wrothgar
- King Maxevian of Daggerfall sends the Pale Watch into Wrothgar on a five year mission to ensure the Orcs never rebuild Orsinium.
- Celestia and Shor protect the Orsinium Stronghold-in-exile to make sure the Pale Watch doesn't find out.
2E 435 — The Lamia Invasion.
- The invasion is preceded by a storm that is believed to have originated at the Island of Storms off the northwestern coast of Valenwood.
2E 450 — King Anton I of Daggerfall dies.
- On 11 Hearthfire, King Anton I's forty-nine year reign ends with his death. He is sealed in a tomb with the spirit of Magiul Shiana, his former Seneschal, serving as his guardian.
2E 450 — Queen Donella of Daggerfall is crowned.
- The daughter of Anton I, Donella, succeeds him to the throne of Daggerfall.
2E 465 — Abnur Tharn becomes Chancellor of Elder Council.
- Abnur Tharn heads the Elder Council and serves as the Imperial Battlemage to the Cyrodiilic Empire.
2E 467 — Jarl Hakkvild Yashnag-Slayer ends the Orcish chiefdom in Skyrim.
- The Jarl of Falkreath defeats Yashnag gro-Yazgu and his champions in ritual trial by combat, and dissolves his thirty year chiefdom.
2E 467 — The Kvatch Bread Riots.
- The citizens of Kvatch revolt against the priests of the Catherdral of Akatosh after the red wheat blight devastates their crops for the second year in a row. Before rioters could burn down the city's Cathedral, the Order of the Hour intervened and slaughtered half of the angry mob. By the next season the blight had run its course.
2E 480 — Baz Swordbreaker's brigand army attacks Kvatch
- The charismatic Orc marauder leads his army to Kvatch, but is defeated by the Order of the Hour. The Primate of Kvatch thereafter grants the Order to form into an army during times of religious emergencies.
2E 486 — An Altmeri navy pursues a Maormeri fleet to Pyandonea.
- After a fleet of Maormer ships is sighted off the coast of Alinor, King Hidellith orders his navy to give chase. The Altmer follow the Maormer through uncharted waters into an ambush near Pyandonea itself. Only one Altmeri ship survives to return to Alinor.
2E 489 — The Blacksap Movement in founded Grahtwood.
- The Cormount-based cultural organization hopes to formalize the Bosmer approach to the Green Pact, thereby preventing the misunderstandings that led to burning of New Joy.
Sixth Century
2E 515 — King Anton II of Daggerfall dies.
2E 515 — King Bergamot of Daggerfall is crowned.
- Anton II's nephew and only surviving heir, Bergamot, succeeds him to the throne of Daggerfall.
2E 521 — Emeric is born.
- Emeric, the future King of Wayrest and leader of the Daggerfall Covenant, is born to Pierric of Cumberland.
2E 522 — King Hurlburt of Shornhelm is crowned.
- King Hurlburt of House Branquette, who led Breton forces at the Battle of Granden Tor, ascends to the throne.
2E 525 - Tensions between Saddle Arabia and Equestria finally comes to an end.

- Durcorach the Black Drake, Emperor of the Empire of Cyrodill and progenitor of the Longhouse Emperors, invades the land of the Bretons.
2E 541 — Chancellor Abnur Tharn discovers the "Scroll of Precursor Saints".
- Found in the vaults below the White-Gold Tower, the scroll supposedly disproved Tharanus Ye Redde-Hand's connection to the Gradual Massacre in the First Era.
2E 542 — Evermore is sacked.
- After the death of King Heseph of House Moile, the city falls after only three days' siege by Durcorach the Black Drake. It was retaken by Duke Blaise Guimard, who was later elected to the throne.
2E 542 — The First Daggerfall Covenant is formed.
- After Hallin's Stand and Camlorn fell, Durcorach lays siege to Wayrest for fifty-seven days and nights, but is ultimately slain by Emeric. The kings of Daggerfall, Camlorn, Shornhelm, Evermore, and Wayrest sign the first Daggerfall Covenant after the victory.
2E 546 — King Hurlburt of Shornhelm dies, ending his reign.
- Prince Phylgeon's inheritance was championed by House Montclair. House Branquette and Tamrith supported his elder half-brother, Prince Ranser.
2E 546 — Prince Ranser ascends to the throne of Shornhelm.
- The Council of the North meet to consider the claimants to the throne. Through various political machinations, King Hurlburt's illegitimate son wins by a narrow victory.
2E 546 — Jorunn is born.
- Jorunn, the future High King of Skyrim and leader of the Ebonheart Pact, is born to Queen Mabjaarn Flame-Hair of Windhelm.
2E 551 — The Bloody Funeral occurs in Rivenspire.
- What started off as an argument at the burial grounds of Sanguine Barrows erupts into a bloody skirmish between the houses of Tamrith and Montclair.
2E 555 — Ayrenn is born.
- Ayrenn, the future Queen of Alinor and leader of the Aldmeri Dominion, is born on the 5th of Second Seed to King Hidellith and Kinlady Tuinden of Summerset Isle.
2E 559 — The War of Two Houses.
- House Hlaalu and House Dres engage in a bloody conflict south of Narsis. Hlaalu emerges victorious due to the heroics of Purilla Falen.
2E 560 — The Knahaten Flu originates in Stormhold.
- A strain of the Knahaten Flu hits northern-Black Marsh causing many deaths. The Argonians were strangely immune to the flu which has led some to believe that they were responsible for it in some way. The flu continued until around 2E 603.
2E 561 — The Knahaten Flu recorded throughout Shadowfen.
- The settlements of Stillrise Village and Zuuk are wiped out by the plague.
2E 561 — The largest Orichalcum deposit in recorded history is found.
- Earl Emeric proposes to use the resulting wealth to enhance Wayrest's fleet and improve trade throughout High Rock.
2E 562 — Orcrest and Riverhold are retaken from the Colovians.
- After the Colovians annexed northern Elsweyr, using the time the Khajiit were too weak due the Knahaten Flu, Namu—mother of the Lunar Champions Shazah and Khali—and her squad helped in the campaign to retake Orcrest and Riverhold. Namu however died in the fight with General Quintilius. The exact date of these events might be few years later.
2E 563 — The Voyage of the Crimson Ship occurs.
- A vessel filled with Kothringi tribesmen fleeing from the Knahaten Flu leaves Black Marsh on 9 First Seed. After spending over a year being turned away from port after port, it sets sail to the west and is never seen again.
2E 563 — Emeric is crowned King of Wayrest.
- Earl Emeric is elevated to the throne and House Cumberland becomes the second royal dynasty of Wayrest after the Knahaten Flu kills the entire Gardner royal family.
2E 565 — Orcrest is infested by the Knahaten Flu.
- A team of alchemists, under the lead of Ubraz—father of the Lunar Champions Shazah and Khali, was sent to Orcrest to fight the flu. But the disease proved to be too potent and the entire team died.
2E 566 — Ranser's War erupts.
- Offended that King Emeric refused the hand of his daughter in marriage, King Ranser launches a surprise siege on Wayrest in Last Seed.
2E 567 — The Greater Gaggerfall Covenant is formed.
- Following the events of Ranser's War, the provinces of High Rock and Hammerfell sign the Second Daggerfall Covenant with the Orcs of Orsinium. King Emeric grants the Orcs the right to reestablish Orsinium.
2E 568 — King Blaise of Evermore dies.
- He is succeeded by his son, King Eamond.
2E 568 — Brother Annulus writes Annals of the Dragonguard.
- The Annals are a faithful copy of the eponymous record originally written by members of the Dragonguard garrisoned at Sky Haven Temple, spanning the years 1E 2800 to 1E 2819.
2E 572 — The Second Akaviri Invasion.
- Ada 'Soom Dir-Kamal's army lands in northeast Skyrim and captures Windhelm, killing Queen Mabjaarn and Nurnhilde. En route to Riften, Dir-Kamal learned it was protected by forces under Jorunn the Skald-King and Wulfharth the Ash-King, and bypassed that city in favor of attacking Mournhold. Dir-Kamal was then trapped between Jorunn's forces and a Dunmer army led by Almalexia; with the timely aid of a phalanx of Argonian troops, they drove the Akaviri invaders into the sea to drown. Another account states that the Akaviri invaders of Morrowind were wiped out when Vivec flooded the land.
2E 572 — Jorunn the Skald-King is crowned High King of Skyrim.
- Having defeated the Akaviri invaders, Jorunn returns to Windhelm and is crowned High King of Skyrim in the throne room of the Palace of the Kings.
2E 572 — The Ebonheart Pact is formed.
- Following the Second Akaviri Invasion, the provinces of Morrowind, Skyrim and Black Marsh sign a mutual defensive pact in the city of Ebonheart.
2E 573 — Emperor Leovic commissions the first Emperor's Guide to Tamriel.
2E 575 - Half of the Kamal race sails to Equestria where they join the Dragonguard Council.
2E 576 — Varen's Rebellion begins.
- Leovic, the last of a dynasty of Reachmen known as the Longhouse Emperors, legalizes Daedra worship throughout the Empire of Cyrodill, immediately sparking a rebellion. Varen Aquilarios, the Count of Kvatch, marshals the armies of the Colovian Estates against the emperor.
2E 576 — The Frostfall Coup occurs in Rimmen.
- As a result of the coup, Euraxia Tharn is crowned Queen of Rimmen.
2E 576 — Conflict between Kvatch and Anvil erupts.
- Shortly after Carolus Aquilarios assumed temporary command of Kvatch, Anvil's Imperial prefect Ephrem Benirus attempts to seize Varen Aquilarios's property and holdings. Carolus repels several attacks on Kvatch, and severely weakens Anvil's defenses.
2E 576 - The Gernaneigh/Griffon War begins in the Schwartzwalder Mountains awakening Bahamut-the Dragon King.
- The High Human/Elven/Beast Council documents the war while trying to resolve their issues.
- The battle disturbs the Schwartzwalder Mountains, causing the snow to open up caves, awakening Bahamut.
2E 576 - The Battle of Tyranny begins.
- Bahamut subdues Germaneigh.
- The nobles of Germaneigh escapes to Zebrica.
- Bahamut turns the zebras on their own home, destroying it in the process.
- The Aldmer manages to evacuate to Equestria.

2E 577 - The Battle of Tyranny comes to an end.
- The Rulers, the Three Councils, and their allies begins to confront Bahamut when he tears down the barriers protecting Equestria.

- Bahamut gets defeated and Tadask pleads on his behalf and entrusts his fate to Celestia, Shor, despite the reluctance from the Council.
2E 577 — Fortunata ap Dugal declares herself governor of Anvil.
- Captain Fortunata takes advantage of the weakened city and deposes the Imperial Prefect with her pirate army.
2E 577 — Varen's Rebellion ends.
- After a bitter war, Varen Aquilarios's forces storm the Imperial City and defeat Emperor Leovic's last remaining legion. Varen personally kills Leovic in the Imperial Throne Room and proclaims himself emperor.
2E 577 — Emperor Varen Aquilarios leads the Five Companions on a quest to retrieve the Amulet of Kings.
- Seeking to legitimize his rule, Varen and his allies Lyris Titanborn, Sai Sahan, Abnur Tharn, and Mannimarco embark on a quest for the lost Amulet of Kings, which Mannimarco asserts can be used in a ritual to persuade Akatosh to make Varen a Dragonborn. After two years of searching, the Five Companions finally recover the Amulet from Sancre Tor.
2E 578 — Chancellor Abnur Tharn commissions a revision of the Emperor's Guide to Tamriel.
2E 578 — The Soulbust occurs.
- Mannimarco betrays Varen Aquilarios during his attempt to use the Amulet of Kings to become Dragonborn, corrupting the ritual and breaking the ancient covenant with Akatosh that sealed Nirn from Oblivion. An explosion of arcane energy, the Soulburst, causes Varen to vanish, and its mystical aftershocks sweep across Nirn, causing mages to die or go mad, Daedra to appear in greater numbers, and the constellation of the Serpent to dominate the night sky. In the ensuing chaos, the Daedric Prince Molag Bal deploys Dark Anchors to begin pulling Nirn into his realm of Coldharbour to merge the two together, a process known as the Planemeld.
2E 578 - The International Council of Leaders (Celestial Council) is established.
- The Rulers of Equestria, and the Three Councils aid the international leaders to restore the nations back to their former glory.
- Germaneigh finally gives up their pride and welcomes the assistance of others abd bringing in new ideas and new trade.
- The Council offers the Zebras and the surviving Aldmer with refuge which they accepted.
2E 579 — The Gold Coast secedes from the Empire
- Governor Fortunata ap Dugal's pirate army attacks Kvatch, resulting in what became known as the Gottshaw Massacre. Count Carolus Aquilarios of Anvil accepts defeat and agrees to swear fealty to an independent Gold Coast.
2E 579 — Clivia Tharn becomes Empress Regent following the disappearance of Varen Aquilarios.
- In her husband's absence, Clivia Tharn assumes regency over the Imperial Throne. Clivia's reign reportedly ushers in a time of "madness, murder, and decay".
2E 579 - The Rulers of Equestria, the Three Councils, and the Celestial Council begins to assemble their armies to take control of the Ruby Throne.
2E 580 — Ayrenn is crowned Queen of Alinor.
- After disappearing in 2E 573, Ayrenn was assumed lost and her eldest brother Prince Naemon was named the next heir to the throne. When King Hidellith died and Naemon prepared to assume the throne, Ayrenn returned to Summerset Isle, asserted her prior claim, and was crowned.
2E 580 — The First Aldmeri Dominion is formed.
- In need of allies following their own internal troubles, the provinces of Elsweyr and Valenwood petition Summerset for aid, and the nations join together to become the Aldmeri Dominion.
2E 580 — The Four Banners War begins.
- The Aldmeri Dominion, Ebonheart Pact, Daggerfall Covenant, Equestria and their allies clash fight for control of the Ruby Throne from the Empire of Cyrodiil and defend themselves against the Imperials under Molag Bal's influence. The Dominion seeks to reestablish Elven dominance over Tamriel to protect it from the carelessness of the younger races. The Covenant intends to restore the Second Empire and return peace and stability to Tamriel. The Pact desires to defeat the Imperials in order to preserve the independence of their homelands. Equestria and it's foreign leaders senses an opportunity to seize control of Tamriel.

- The Five Companions are reformed to stop Molag Bal's Planemeld. Their members include Varen Aquilarios, Sai Sahan, Abnur Tharn, Lyris Titanborn, and the prophesied Soulless One.
2E 582 — The Mortuum Vivicus is destroyed.
- The Fighters Guild successfully destroys the Mortuum Vivicus with the help of their newest Champion.
2E 582 — The Mages Guild sanctuary of Eyevea returns to Tamriel.
- After nearly a thousand years of being in the Shivering Isles, the sanctuary of Eyevea is returned to Tamriel by a Mages Guild Adept with the help of Arch-Mage Shalidor.
2E 582 — Daedric plot in the Imperial City foiled.
- During Molag Bal's occupation of the Imperial City, a Dragonguard agent called the Drake of Blades, with the help of the Soulless One, stops Molag Bal's plot to destroy the Sublime Brazier, the key to rekindling the Dragonfires.
2E 582 — Tamrielic invasion of Coldharbour.
- A lot of alliance leaders including Equestria and their allies meet on the island of Stirk in neutral territory to discuss an invasion of Coldharbour. After they fail to come to an agreement, they are attacked by the forces of Molag Bal, after which they give their blessings to the Mages and Fighters Guilds spearheading an assault into the Daedric realm. The combined forces of the Guilds charge into Coldharbour led by the Soulless One.
2E 582 — The Planemeld ends.
- The Soulless One stops the Planemeld, ending Molag Bal's plan to merge Nirn and Coldharbour into one nightmarish hellscape.
2E 583 — Orsinium leaves the Daggerfall Covenant.
- King Kurog of Orsinium is slain in late autumn after a failed attempt to unite the Orc clans of Wrothgar under his rule by assassinating clan chiefs who refused to follow Trinimac. Chief Bazrag of Clan Fharun is crowned the new king, restoring worship of Malacath. Since Orsinium's membership of the Daggerfall Covenant was based on an agreement between Kurog and High King Emeric, Orsinium effectively leaves the Covenant, pending renegotiation.
- Orsinium in exile in Equestria supports Kurog's decision.
2E 583 — The Thieves Guild of Abah's Landing is restored to its former glory.
- After a failed heist and the resulting persecution from Taneth, the Thieves Guild of Abah's Landing is restored to its prime and begins to spread its influence throughout Tamriel.
2E 583 — Count Carolus Aquilarios of Kvatch emerges as the dominant power on the Gold Coast.
- Shielded from the ongoing Alliance War by Varen's Wall, a de facto independent Gold Coast sees the end of a power struggle between Anvil, Kvatch, and the Order of the Hour. Aquilarios has Governor Fortunata ap Dugal of Anvil assassinated by the Dark Brotherhood; facing persecution from the Order of the Hour, the Brotherhood subsequently kills Primate Artorius Ponticus, stopping him from raising an army against Aquilarios.
2E 583 — Vvardenfell is saved from the machinations of Clavicus Vile and Barbas.
- Seeking to gain entry to Soth Sil's Clockwork City, the Daedric Prince and his minion steal the staff Sunna'rah, a tool Sotha Sil had created for experimenting on his power. The staff ends up in the hands of the Ashlander Conoon Chodala, who aspired to the title of Nerevarine. Chodala's use of the staff drains away the power of Vivec, which weakens the Warrior-Poet's hold over the moonlet Baar Dau and endangers all of Vvardenfell. Fortunately, the Champion of Azura, a clockwork mage, and an Outlander come to Vivec's aid. Chodala is discredited and defeated, Clavicus Vile's plot is thwarted, and Vivec's power is restored.
2E 583 — A plot by Nocturnal to take over the Clockwork City is foiled.
- Sotha Sil's Shadow, serving Nocturnal, is summoned and replaces him as ruler of the Clockwork City. At the same time, the Blackfeather Court enters the city and steals the Skeleton Key, which has been in the Clockwork God's possession. The Soulless One, assisted by Divayth Fyr and the Clockwork Apostles, unveils the plot; but is unable to retake the Skeleton Key before it is taken by Sotha Sil's Shadow. Using the key, Nocturnal and the Shadow attempt to take over the Clockwork City; but are stopped by the Soulless One, Divayth Fyr and a Clockwork Apostle, who save Sotha Sil by defeating his Shadow. Sotha Sil gives the Skeleton Key to Divayth Fyr for safekeeping.
2E 583 — The Crystal Tower is saved from a triad of Daedric Princes.
- The three Daedric Princes Clavicus Vile, Mephala and Nocturnal attempt to execute their plan to take control of the Crystal Tower on Summerset Isle using the Heart of Transparent Law, which they had made Ritemaster Iachesis of the Psijic Order steal around 2E 230—who had also hidden it from them. After they trick Iachesis to reveal the Heart's location, that being within himself, they kill him; but Nocturnal betrays Clavicus Vile and Mephala by taking the Heart for herself. With it she takes control of the Crystal Tower, hoping to use its properties to achieve omnipresence in the entire Aurbis. However, her plans are foiled by the Soulless One and the Psijic Order, assisted by the two betrayed Princes and a champion of Meridia, and the Heart is returned to the Crystal Tower.
2E 583 — The Remnant of Argon is recovered and the Root-Whisper tribe are restored.
- The Soulless One aids Cyrodilic Collections in recovering a powerful artifact that contains the spirits of a lost Argonian tribe.

- Even after the plague passed, non-Argonians tended to avoid Black Marsh out of fear.

- The dominion was formed by the realms of Summerset Isles and Valenwood when the heirs of the Camoran Dynasty began to fight over the Valenwood throne.

- Cyrus the Restless, the famous Redguard mercenary, is born in the city of Sentinel.
2E 836 - Ponyville is founded.
- Young Granny Smith discovers zap apples, and Ponyville is founded.
- The Apple Family begins holding family reunions in Ponyville "every hundred moons."

- Queen Chrysalis and her changelings besiege Timbucktu, and Chrysalis seizes King Orion's crown.

- Fearing that the feud would influence the citizens of Ponyville, and would lead to a split in Ponyville and would cause a war at anytime, Half of the officials from Three Councils setup their bases that include a Jailhouse, a Courtroom, and more across the railroad from Ponyville Train Station, even bordering the Sweet Apple Acres, and Pear Farm to keep them in check, although they help with the harvest.

2E 852 — The Tiber Wars begin.
- Forces led by General Talos, later known as Tiber Septim, begin a series of conflicts that result in the unification of Tamriel under the Third Empire and mark the final years of the Second Era with the defeat of Jewelius, and the Royal Wedding in Equestria.
- The stronghold of Sancre Tor is captured by Nord-Breton invaders. In the dead of winter, General Talos leads a daring assault against overwhelming odds, retakes the stronghold, and recovers the Amulet of Kings from the Tomb of Reman III below Sancre Tor.
2E 854 — Cuhlecain is assassinated.
- The King of the Colovian Estates is assassinated by a High Rock nightblade, just before his coronation as the Emperor. The assassin also burns the Imperial Palace to the ground and attempts to kill General Talos, who is crowned in Cuchlecain's stead as Tiber Septim.
2E 856 - Chiffon Swirl gets her cutie mark in baking with the help of Pear Butter.
2E 856 - Pear Butter marries Bright Mac and becomes a member of the Apple family. Grand Pear and the rest of the Pear family relocate to Vanhoover.
2E 860 - The Equestrian Education Association is established.
2E 862 — Thassad II dies.
- The High King of Hammerfell, Thassad II, dies from natural causes, being considerably ill and old at the time of his death. After his death, the leader of the Forebears, Baron Volag, starts a revolution to reinstate the republic.
2E 862 — The War of Rihad occurs.
- For a short time, the Colovian armies had utilized Wood Elf archers.
2E 864 — The Battle of Hunding Bay.
- Crown Prince A'tor, son of Thassad II, heir to Hammerfell and leader of the Crowns, leads his forces in continual victory over the Forebears. Desperate, the Forbears ask Tiber Septim for help, who sends his forces led by Lord Admiral Amiel Richton, who destroys the Crown forces at the harbor of Stros M'Kai.
2E 864 — The first edition of the Pocket Guide to the Empire is published.
- At the request of Tiber Septim, this heavily-biased guide is published under the authority of the Imperial Geographical Society.
2E 864 — The Stros M'Kai Uprising.
- The date of the Redguard rebellion on the island of Stros M'Kai off the coast of Hammerfell. The Restless League, led by siblings Cyrus and Iszara, destroys the Imperial fleet in the harbor of Stros M'Kai and defeats the small contingent of the Imperial Legion stationed on the island.
- Lord Amiel Richton, Provisional Governor of Stros M'Kai, dies at the hands of Cyrus, wielding a sword enchanted with the soul of Crown Prince A'tor.
- Baron Volag comes out of hiding and retakes the Forebear city of Sentinel. Following the two uprisings, Emperor Tiber Septim is forced to sign a peace treaty on terms more favorable to Hammerfell.
2E 865 — Symmachus is born.
- Symmachus, future general of the Imperial Legion and husband to Queen Barenziah, is born.
2E 874 - Cadence is born a Pegasus pony in Canterlot and found in the woods by Earth ponies. When she grows up, she reverses a love-stealing spell cast by a pony called Prismia. Princess Celestia recognizes Cadance's abilities, transforms her into an Alicorn, and adopts her as her niece.
2E 875 - Jewelius, the future tyrannical pony in the history of nirn is born.
2E 880 - The events occur throughout Equestria part 1.
- Sunset Shimmer becomes Princess Celestia and Prince Shor's personal student. She later rebels and travels to another world.
- Fillydelphia is chosen to host the Equestria Games in favor of Cloudsdale.
- Young Rainbow Dash befriends Gilda at Junior Speedsters flight camp.

- During a race against Hoops and "Dumb Bell", Rainbow Dash creates a sonic rainboom, causing her cutie mark to appear and setting in motion a chain of events related to her future friends' cutie marks.
- At the start of the race, young Fluttershy—a considerably weak flyer—falls toward the ground and is saved by a swarm of butterflies. She quickly becomes enamored with the world on the ground. Rainbow's sonic rainboom frightens Fluttershy's new animal friends. When she calms them, her cutie mark appears.
- Unable to fit in among the social Manehattan elite, Applejack becomes homesick. She sees Rainbow's sonic rainboom pointing toward Ponyville. She races home to reunite with her family, and she gains her cutie mark.
- During Twilight's entrance exam to the School for Gifted Unicorns, Rainbow's rainboom causes Twilight's magic to temporarily overload. Spike is hatched from his dragon egg, Twilight obtains her cutie mark, and Celestia takes Twilight on as a personal student and protege.
- Rarity's horn drags her all the way to a giant rock. Rainbow's rainboom causes the rock to split, revealing a deposit of gems. Rarity uses the gems for her school play costumes, and her cutie mark appears.
- Young Pinkie Pie is dissatisfied with her life as a rock farmer. Upon seeing Rainbow's rainboom, she is overwhelmed with happiness and throws her first party, gaining her cutie mark.
2E 882 - The transportation incident occurs.
- The adult versions of the Mane 6 are transported to the past and meet their younger selves. In order to preserve history, Celestia and Shor seals away the memories of the younger ponies.
2E 882 — Dagoth Ur reawakens.
- Dagoth Ur and his Ash Vampires awaken underneath the Red Mountain, where they bind themselves to the Heart of Lorkhan They ambush the Tribunes during their annual ritual bathing in the Heart's power, and drive them off.

- Rainbow Dash moves to Ponyville on her birthday.

- Tiber Septim finishes conquering all the lands of Tamriel with the aid of the Dwarven artifact Numidium and the battlemage Zurin Arctus, finally uniting Tamriel in peace. The time of Tiber's reign was a just (even from serf to king) and glorious one, among the best of Tamriel's history.
2E 896 - The short lived Jewelius's Reign gets defeated by the heroes of Canterlot and Ponyville, along with Flawless Glow, Agnorith Septim, and Emperor Tiber Septim.
- Tiber Septim, and his brother Agnorith Septim, sails to Equestria.
- Tiber Septim, Agnorith Septim, and Flawless Glow defeats Jewelius while the Mane Six, Spike, the three Princesses, and Shining Armor, defeats Queen Chrysalis.
- Equestria becomes part of the Third Empire after the Armistice was signed.
