(author note: yes I'm doing a different crossover please don't hate me I'm going to keep working on red dead chapter 2 but I'm having a bit of a writer's block with it but I hope you enjoy this story)
Chapter 1: Operation Ponyville
Ponyville once a peaceful little town turned to hell in a day, building were on fire the sky was black, the stars and the moon could not be seen as if princess luna forgot to raise the moon, but that was not all that would be seen in ponyville some ponies were wondering around you would think who would be out at this time of night...nopony for these ponies were dead, infected with a cutie mark virus that gave ponies more cutie marks but had cured rapped mutation making them pretty much like zombies hungry for more cutie marks, but then the footage of ponyville was covered in static and then back as the monitor screen when off.
vector stepped away from the monitor screen and turned his head to look out the window. they were in a helicopter flying over everfree forest on their way to ponyville, vector then turned to see the rest of his squad, there was a short stallion with a white and back mane then rest of him was covered in combat gear, this was "spectre" the teams scout he was still in his seat in the chopper checking over his sniper, next to him was the teams demo clot "beltway" sleeping in his seat, he was bigger and much more muscular then any of the squad, a master with explosives he likes to say but not every job beltway did went right as shown on his right hind leg...well if he had one what was in its place was robotic leg, vector had to give him credit though the explosion that beltway encountered would have killed most ponies but not him, and finally the teams medic lovely "bertha" they liked to cool her even though she is everything but lovely she too was in her combat gear so all you could see was her blond mane and tail, she was packing some medicine and antivirus just in case any of the team get infected when they enter that hell hole, on mission they others try their best to not get injured to try and stay away from bertha she gets....very creepy when it comes to treating injured ponies.
"incoming transmission from S.S.S. command" the polite said over the radio, vector went back to the monitor screen bertha joined him spectre got up and hit beltway around the head to wake him up and they too went to the monitor screen with the others. the screen flicked on showing the star corporation logo a star made of four red diamonds with a small gray ring with white diamonds from it , then screen then changed showing a three videos playing all show chaos in different locations around ponyville.
"the CM-virus containment has been compromised and is now loos in ponyville, the entire town has been quarantined and sealed off from the rest of equestria, princess Celestia has arranged a bomb to lunched to completely sanitising ponyville.
"ok then may I ask why we are being sent in to a hot zone when there is going to be a bombing run?" vector said not in the mood to die tonight, "but..the bomb won't be lunched until dawn and to the princess that is just enough time to find any clues, she has sent her top spec-ops troops to find anything that can tell the story of what happened" S.S.S. replied back with an annoyed tone "and there is more the corporation is using the outbreak to test are strongest B.O.W. to date the T.0.2. code named "DISCORD", to ensure stars survival the story of ponyville must never be told, the truth must die along with every scrap of evidence and survivors"
"I fort star sent in troopers to rescue survivors?" spectre said a little confused about the mission "were paid for cover ups not assassinations" vector added
"if the truth gets out star is finished and nopony gets paid, we need to cover are tracks nopony can know that star was evolved failure is not an option, the mission is simple you will be dropped in at the town hall and from their you will search the entire town for evidence showing the corporations evolvement and kill all survivors, but you must stay out of the T.0.2. way it has its own mission find and eliminate the mane 6"
"the ponies that bear the elements of harmony and the once that have saved equestria many times, what's stars interest in killing them?" bertha said getting the feeling this mission was not going to be good
"that is none of your concern Delta 4 just stick to your mission and stay out of discords way and everything should be fine, you have your mission know get to it understood?"
at this four ponies stood at attention and saluted "YES SIR!" they all said together "good know delta team let's begin Operation Ponyville"

Chapter 2: Squad Survivor
The chopper finished passing over everfree forest, and soon enough they arrived at ponyville the chopper then went as close as it could to the town hall and stopped in mid air then four pony ponies attached to rope dropped down from the chopper and landed on the ground they detached the ropes and they began to pull back up to the helicopter and then began to fly away from ponyville.
"let's move out...our objective, town hall is up ahead!" said vector, the team began to make their way to the objective "I can't believe Star is blaming us for the outbreak" beltway said a few moment after they ran to town hall "yes, and that's why we are being redeployed, let's hope things go according to plan" bertha said, "command will not be happy with us until we assure them they will not be connected with the outbreak" vector added, they kept running for a few more minutes then finally made it to the doors of town hall, they waited a moment then a buzz followed by static appeared in their ears from their ear pieces.
"position confirmed delta team processed into the, cold zone" command said and at this vector opened the doors and they walked inside. the place was very dark and gloomy and difficult to see, the team switched on their flash light on their guns and continued walking in they when up a set of stairs and entered a door only to meet another door but behind this door came a moans and snarls vectors shushed the team and they stopped at the door "heard somethin" beltway said readying his shotgun "there's something up ahead, weapons ready" spectre said the team raised their weapons and vector opened the door, as soon as he opened a mare grabbed him but he quickly pushed her away he put his assault rifle on his back and took out a combat knife and stabbed the mare's head, but more made their way to them "zombies, take'em out" vector ordered knocking one to the ground and stomping on its head making its slap over the floor, the rest of the team opened fire at the zombies, they ran forward quickly, vector spotted a group of then on the floor grouped round a dead body.
"ugh...looks like they're eating each over..." vector said throwing a grenade at the group and watching then explode "it's only natural, one must do what they can to survive" beltway said they got to another door on the other side of the room they entered and then closed the door behind them, only to meet a room with more zombies they opened fire at the new targets, vector grabbed one zombie and used his as a meat shield ageist the others and moving forward shooting zombies in the head with his pistol, once they made it to the other side and the hostiles dead vector tuck the zombies neck and broke it then body fell to the floor motionless.
they then went up to the next door but then it shot open revelling a blond stallion with a short white mane with a green combat vest and assault rifle, vector saw the star logo on his vest and lowered his weapon "hold your fire! he's S.B.C.S." vector said at his words the team lowered their weapons too, the soldier looked at them for s moment then spoke.
"Nicholai Ginovaef, SBCS D-platoon, B squad" nicholai finished lowering his weapon he look at delta for moment smiled slightly and spoke again "you're Stars Security Service? upper management must be in a panic if they sent you" he walked slowly pasting the group and stopped still looking at vector "save it. what are you doing here?" vector said interested in what a SBCS is doing in the town hall. "my team was sent here to rescue citizens, but there's no time for that. town hall is a mess. I'm trying to find a safe zone." nicholai said backing away a but from vector "there is no safe zone. what's going on in there?" vector said pointing to the open door. "town hall is crawling with infected and some unidentified military personnel. they're looking for something...why? what are you doing?" nicholai finished stepping away a bit more from the team. "we ask the questions... is this guy a loose end?" spectre said keeping a good grip on his rifle.
"he's SBCS. he'll get himself killed somehow." vector said turning to the open door "we've got orders. let's move" vector said and looked back slightly behind him "all the best with your mission" nicholai said and then left going the opposite direction. delta then went through the door and went up another set of stairs heading to the security room" they entered a hallway infested with more infected they opened fire making haziest to get to the objective. they when to a set of door and opened them only to be welcomed by a bright lash from a grenade.
"celesta's spec-ops kill'em" vector said taking cover behind a desk, "spec-ops forces have already entered the area. do not let then secure that evidence" command said over the radio, delta team fired at the spec-ops one by one until each one came to the end of the life "don't be get sloppy. that won't be the last of them" vector said as the team continued on to the objective. they made it to the security room once they opened the door they were greeted by two more spec-op units but they made short work of them with a few burst with their guns.
"command, we've entered the security room" vector said putting a fresh clip into his rifle "there should be a console. use it to override the security lockdown" command said vector went up to the computer console and typed in the commands to override the lockdown. "good. now you can access the server room and destroy all the town records" command said, one of the monitors grabbed vectors attention and he waved his team to come and look "check out that monitor. looks like a security feed from earlier today" after vector finished the team watched the feed.
its showed nicholai opening a door but then quickly turned around and fired a pistol at the leg of one of his team mate and then he closed the door and locked and delta had to watch three helpless soldiers get eaten alive.
"hmm? they didn't put up much of a fight" vector said turning off the monitor "nopony cares about a few dead SBCS. we got a job to do" bertha said before anypony could reply some banging could be heard from one of the doors "more infected! let's move!" vector said and at this the team went through another set of doors to move on to their next objective.

Chapter 3: My Lucky Day
Delta team made good time getting through the town hall, the infected may have been around every corner with a few
spec-ops but in didn't become a problem for delta. the team finally reach the file and server room were all the document on stars involvement with ponyville was kept.
"Command, we've reached the server room" Vector said, with some buzzing static they replied "good know take all the data from the servers and destroy the hard drives, Burn the files.." vector looked over to the rest of delta and they gave him a node and got to work.
After going into the computers and taking the a copy of the data destroying the files was pretty simple with a bit of oil and a little spark they went up in smoke, hard drives foals play just shoot them till these nothing left to shoot. "Command all the town hall's data is nothing but dust" Vector reported as the team moved past to the exit "Confirmed your next mission is to join up with Alpha team and collected some a package, report to Hunk at the Ponyville hospital time is ticking so get a move on delta" with their orders the four ponies moved through the red doors and made their way to the exit, they would have to cut through the meeting hall but that shouldn't be a problem for delta team.
There was just one thing bothering vector.
Why was is so quiet "This seem off we should have met some infected by now or something" vector said standing on his hind legs and griping his rifle tightly "Spectre you got anything?" he asked small stallion "No nothing i don't see anything this place is...dead" he said a bit of worry in his tone and vector never liked that, if spectre couldn't see anything then there was nothing there and that was not right.
After a few minutes of walking in the dead building the reached a door to the meeting hall and after checking weapons they moved in through the door and saw nothing it was empty, just then there was a sound, crying? no laughing? who could be laughing in this place? and as if on a timetable the light came on showing the walls covered with blood but it wasn't the blood vector was looking at. Up on balcony was none other than the S.B.C.S traitor Nicholai, holding a hoofgun laughing "Nicholai! what is the meaning of this and why did you kill your team!" vector yelled at the blond stallion which in turn just smiled and said "they served their part most excellently just as you have" he then took a shot just missing vectors hood then ran "Nicholai! Get back here!" vector yelled but he was long gone and delta had other problems the noise had woken someone up or....more like something's up, the team looked around to see ponies but they were far from being the normal pony zombies they have met there were B.O.W's code named lickers they were ponies with their skin missing with their brain growing over their eyes with sharp claws shooting out of there bloody hooves.
one looked up at vector opening its mouth showing a row of sharp teeth with a long snake like tong coming out, now you know why there called lickers. "Delta move it!" vector yelled kicking the creature in the face and sprinting for the end of the hall the rest of the team following close by, the door needed a key but that was not going to happen without a second thought vector rammed the door smashing into it, wood and splinters falling to the ground the impacted had hurt but vector kept moving as fast as they could to the oak doors opening then and running out and slamming them shut with the lickers on the other side.
Vector let took a deep breath and slid to the ground holding onto his right arm in pain. Bertha checked on vectors arm as command began to contact delta "Delta we see you have cleared the town hall remember to meet up with hunk at the ponyville hospital for your next mission hunk will have all the details on the task we will also look into the S.B.C.S. operative Nicholai command out" with that their ears heard nothing but static "looks like no rest for the wicked i guess" spectre said turning is head making a "pop" in his neck.
"All things considered we are lucking to be breathing right now, but i tell ya if we see that Nicholai again he is so dead" Beltway said slamming his front hooves together, spectre made a small chuckle "yeah i say we should have dealt with him when we had the chance but too late for that2 he said then looked over to bertha and vector, bertha then stabbed a tube into vectors arm who gave a grunt in pain "it should heal well enough but if it gets bad i may have to cut it off completely" he said with a small laugh giving her bone saw a longing look.
Vector got up and gave a sight then whispered "my lucky day...."
