a boring day in ponyville
A peaceful afternoon at the park is interrupted by a small explosion. only a few pony’s glances up and those that do see four foals laying on the grass surrounding a smoking contraption.
"Weren’t we trying to teach you how to fish?" a white unicorn with a musical voice said as she stands up and brushes her self off.
A brash orange pegasus flap’s soot off her wing replies."we were! until the eggheads started talking about "more efficiency" and "feeding all of ponyville."
A yellow earth pony glares at the pegasus as she stands up. " I ain’t an egghead" she says with a slight souther accent.
As the earth pony and pegasus start to bicker the unicorn walks over to the last member of there party. "you all right Dinky?"
A purple unicorn looking slightly younger then the others sits up and nods. "I’m fine Sweetie belle" Dinky looks at her flank with a slightly sad expression. "guess that didn’t work."
Sweetie gives a comforting pat and smile. "I know how it feels." she smiles at her own cutie mark a multicolour shield with a star and a music note."we had to go threw a lot to get are cutie mark to. anyway we need to go help pip try to get his mark. you all right if we continue tomorrow?"
"All right." Dinky walks to the spot were she left her saddle bags.
"Good." Sweetie looks over at her to friends that are still arguing. "I should break that up. See you later Dinky." with that she rushes over to her friends .
Dinky trots along down a road stopping when she sees a earth pony with a popcorn cart. She runs up and says. "Can I have some popcorn?"
The stallion smiles and shakes his head. "Sorry little filly I don’t have any ye-"
Suddenly a mad laughter echoes across the street from a blue unicorn. "The great and powerful Trixie has the most amazing spell ever cast." Trixie fires a spell randomly and it hits the pot inside the cart causing it to start popping.
"TRIXIE!!!" A pink unicorn tackles Trixie and they start tussling blue and pink magic flying every were. "DO NOT CAST SPELLS RECKLESSLY."
The popcorn stops popping and Dinky asks. "Can I have some now?"
"Sure little filly." The stallion laughs and then starts serving up said treat. As he pass Dinky the bag a beam of energy brush’s his mane and lights it on fire. He calmly licks his hoof and puts it out. "Have a good day!" He continuous down the road.
Dinky continuous waking.
Dinky sits calmly on a bench eating when a loud roar issues from other side of town square. A large flaming cat-like beast runs through some trees with a rainbow manned pegasus and a red earth pony on its tail. The pegasus shouts. "BIG MAC DRIVE IT TOWARD THE WATER TOWER!"
Big mac gives a hearty "YEP" he rushes to the side well the pegasus flies over the beast landing on the other side. The cat-thing hiss’s at the pony’s and turns around. Running down a new street with the pony’s still chasing it.
Dinky blinks and then cheerers. "Yay rainbow dash!" And then follows them. Still munching on popcorn
They all continue running until they reach the edge of town. Rainbow creates a twister trapping the thing. Big mac bucks the nearby water tower causing the top to fall off. Dowsing and trapping the creature.
"Good work Big mac!" Rainbow dash says excitedly.
"Yep"
"Now ill go get fluttes and see what she thinks." With that she dashes off.
Big mac notices Dinky as she runs up. "What was that?" Dinky asks.
Mac looks at her for a minute and then answers. "Pyrther." he looks up at the sun which is approaching the horizon." Shouldn’t ya'll be get'in back home? Its get'in pretty late."
Dinky looks and nods. " Oh yeah. Thanks mister Big mac." the filly runs off toward the center of town.
Big mac gives a smile at the retreating pony and then hears a hissing noise. Turning around he sees that a small hole has melted in the metal and steam is escaping. He gives a nervous gulp as the hole slowly gets bigger.
"Hay filly want some candy?" Dinky ,surprised jumps and spins around. The first thing that she sees is a goat leg and a dragon claw the figure is wearing a trench coat and a fedora but you can still see a villainous beard.
"HI MISTER DISCORD." Dinky covers her mouth not having expected it to be so loud. Discords trench coat is knocked off by the burst of sound."
Discord disappears and Dinky feels a weigh settle on her head. "Sssshhhh don’t blow my cover." Discord sitting on top of Dinky's head glances around suspiciously. "I'm on a secret mission."
"What kind of secret mission?" Dinky asks
Discord sticks his head out of Dinky’s mane looking around with binoculars. "Fluttershy's birthday is coming up and I am watching what she looks at in the stores." he is still looking around but the binoculars were replaced with full-size pencil being used as a telescope.
Dinky frowns at the draconequus. "Aren't the best gifts made? I'd make her a kitty!" Dinky bounces and thinks about the cute picture she'd draw.
Discord gives a thoughtful look. "Make her a cat? maybe......IDEA. One with antlers and a scorpion tail? I must create!" With that discord disappears. Dinky continues homeward
As the sun sets Dinky walks in to her home and sees her mom serving diner. The grey pegasus looks at her daughter with a smile. "Your just in time muffin! Dinners ready and its your favourite carrot casserole."
Dinky smiles and hops on to a chair as her mom sets a plate down in front of her. "So any thing interesting happen today?" Dinky’s mom asks her.
Dinky thinks about it. Cmc cause a explosion. Unicorn goes crazy. Monster attack. A talk with the local chaos god.
Dinky shakes her head. "No mom." And she digs in to her dinner

So..... I think I did pretty good considering this is my first time trying to put more ten five sentences together in to a cohesive unit
I'll try to writ something more serious next time
