Now Shadow probably would’ve had a response for that but found himself unable to find the right words.

It was something Shadow didn’t know, which made him feel nervous. Shadow began walking into his living room, as he looked over and gave a long groan, as he watched the stranger inside. He looked rather comfortable, while He was getting more comfortable.

“So who might you be?” Shadow asked the stranger, while he leaned against the wall. He is just keeping his arms crossed as the Stranger gave a long smirk moving in more in-depth into the living room.

“My names Blueblood, Blueblood the third, You might’ve heard about me before.”

“I believe, so you’re that Billionaire who’s been on the news for a while?”

“That’s right. Now, I wanted to talk to you about those genies you have.” Blueblood just watched Shadow, and somehow with those eyes, it reminded him of a wolf prowling for its next meal ready to strike, for the kill. “I’ve been hunting for those genies for about twenty years. They once belonged to my great grandfather.” Blueblood gave a small smile while moving around more clearly, not wanting to sit around. Shadow did what he could not to show fear. He didn’t know why there was just something wrong about this man.

“Well that’s interesting, yet that doesn’t explain how you were able to find me.”

“I have my ways. However, I will say, I managed to locate the lamp at a small dusty store, and the old shop keeper said she sold it to some scrawny boy. I have a few friends who let me look over some camera’s that were hanging around.”

“That kind of sounds slightly Illegal.”

“Anything legal if you have money. However, I’d like to talk about business.” Blueblood moved on wanting to change the subject. His voice was beyond confident. He almost wanted to hear him out on this.

“Go on, what do you want?” Shadow raised an eyebrow as he waited patiently.

“I could use some of their magic. It’s quite important to me. Now would you be considering my offer?”

Shadow just watched the man, and frowned at him, for the longest time. He was trying to figure out some of these things while he grabbed the check for a minute. His mind is looking over. One Billion dollars was much money, and he knew that. Shadow found himself being conflicted just by this. It was a tempting offer. Then Twilight and Trixie came to mind. Shadow shook his head and raised the check-up and began ripping it right in half. The sound of paper filled the room.

“I’m sorry, but I won’t be taking your deal. Twilight and Trixie aren't objects; they’re people.” Shadow just walked over and handed the check remains back to Blueblood.

Blueblood just watched, Shadow his hands gripping what remained of the check. Blueblood expression turned cold. It was clear the young billionaire, wasn’t used to being rejected. He took in a deep breath.

“Well, I’m sorry we couldn’t make a deal. Though if you change your mind. Here’s my number.” Blueblood reached over, pulling a card out from his back pocket. Shadow politely reached overtaking it.

“Well If I decide to I’ll consider it. However, I don’t think I will be.” Blueblood took a deep breath. He adjusted his jacket before turning around and heading towards the door.

“You’ll regret this, Mr. Astral.” Blueblood walked out of the room. Shadow bent over, taking a deep breath, sighing. He couldn’t believe what happened. That was when Twilight walked out of the closet. Looking straight at Shadow, her expression seemed widened. When he asked,

“So I’m guessing you heard the conversation.”

Twilight nodded, with a long sigh,

“It’s never easy. There’s always someone who wants our power.” Twilight wasn’t as bubbly for a fraction of a second. Then her smile came back, and she reached hugging Shadow. The two would share it for a few minutes. Just embracing each other

“I’ll get breakfast ready for us.” When she walked off to the kitchen. Shadow got comfortable, leaning back. Shadow is getting comfortable since he’d be heading off to work. Shadow wanted to relax while Shadow sat back thinking about what had just happened.

Shadow didn’t even have his morning coffee. It was something he didn’t expect — just another thing to add onto the list of crazy things that happened to him in his life. Nothing seemed to feel more comfortable, as he began turning the television. Flipping through the channels while listening to the sounds of bacon sizzling, Trixie started to walking out of the bedroom, wearing a bathrobe and looking more comfortable and relaxed as she got onto the couch getting more comfortable.

They watched a rerun of I Love Lucy. Honestly, there wasn’t anything unusual, so they just decided to go with some classic television. Trixie is leaning in on Shadow just giving a smile. When Twilight called out

“Ready!” Shadow and Trixie jumped up as they would move over getting ready for breakfast. In everything. Shadow found his life completely extraordinary. Nothing else seemed to be any better. “Well, a better place to start.” He muttered while grabbing the package and began walking off towards the elevator. Shadow walked on passing over as he headed over the vast array of cubicles, with a simple grin on his face. While moving on the package swaying next to him tightly held in hand.

He motioned over, moving towards the all so familiar cubical, which belongs to Raven. She was sitting over her cubical, just typing out something. He suspected maybe a rejection letter for a random book while Shadow hanged out in the doorway.

“Guess so, well I’ll see you later, Shadow.” Shadow gave a slight wave, and began walking off heading off to do his job like any other person would though Raven started calling out,

“Shadow waits before you go, Mind if I ask you something?”

“Well, you already did but sure.” Shadow chuckled while making a quick U-turn. Raven only giggled at the terrible joke, while she seemed to be fumbling around her pen clicking them slowly. Pushing her finger over her raven black hair out of her eyes.

“I was wondering if you’d like to get some dinner maybe at my place?” She said with a relaxing voice. Shadow took a deep breath somewhat surprised by this. He wanted to give a light cough but found his voice dry.

“Wow, that’s kind of sudden.” He exclaimed his heart clearly racing, but Raven simply smiled,

“I mean we could do it another time, It wouldn’t be a problem if you don’t want to.”

“No- No its perfectly fine, we can meet up tonight, after we get off work.” Shadow kept a relaxed look while Raven looked over to the phone and simply gave a chuckle,

“Well I should get back to work I just got to make a call. I’ll see you tonight.” Raven reached over, grabbing her phone and dialing her phone for the time being. Shadow turned around and headed right back to work with a slight spring in his step.

Shadow would begin heading through work not even running into Miss Harshwhinny. Shadow just enjoyed his day at work. It was definitely a good day. There was no denying that. Shadow started to go through the regular routine for the end of the day. Walking down towards the entrance.

Shadow didn’t mind as he took a seat on the couch. Shadow simply waited there but realized he should’ve called the girls. It was slightly annoying though, figured it wouldn’t be a problem what was the worst that could happen?

“I’m back sorry about that.” Shadow nearly jumped in his seat as he looked back,

“No it’s no problem, well I guess we should get ready for dinner.”

“Wait, before we do that, I wonder if you wanna do something else?” Raven said with a long smile as she moved in closer to him, her hips swaying back and forth with a long chuckle. Shadow was curious about this.

“What would that be?” She seemed to smile as this question as she leaned in and whispered in his ear,

“Well, you could follow me and enter into wonderland.” She whispered her hand, reaching down brushing between his legs slowly feeling him up. Shadow was tempted to pull back but looked over at her his mind changing, as he felt her caressing over.
