"Fluttershy... Fluttershy!"

"Wa!"

The yellow pegasus startled when she heard her name. Her dreamy eyes looked for the owner of that call. It seems like Fluttershy still had not regained consciousness.

"O-Oh, forgive me Twilight. Can you repeat please?" She smiled sweetly.

"Fluttershy, you look tired. Is everything okay?" The Princess of Friendship worried.

"Yes, it is. I just didn't sleep well last night."

"Let me guess, Discord again?" The cyan pegasus with a multi-colored mane interrupted.

"No, no it's not. I stayed up all night to look for some lost hamsters, and take care of Angel too. He got a terrible cold after falling into the lake."

"And wrote letters for Discord? Ya don't need to hide, he told us all about those 'friendship letters' of you two." The orange earth pony joined.

"I do not hide anything, Applejack!"

Fluttershy rebutted Applejack's words immediately. But after that, she couldn't say anything else. Indeed, she wrote to Discord, and always waited for a reply from him. They are really close friends, couldn't he even spend a moment to respond? Unexpectedly, he suddenly disappeared without any words. Where and why did he go, he didn't leave a message. Fluttershy could not deny how much she missed her dear friend.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to to shout at you that way..."

"It's okay, sugarcube."

"Yeah. Because your voice wasn't loud enough to-"

Applejack nudged Pinkie Pie's back to stop her before she could finish her sentence.

"Seriously, darling, you look tangled, literally. When was the last time you brushed your mane?" Rarity stroked Fluttershy's light pink mane carefully.

"You know, you can take some rest if you want."

"I just can't Twilight. There is so much work to do, and Angel too, of course."

"Why don't you take Angel to Dr. Fauna's place?" Twilight suggested.

"She's not at home. And no one has much time to take care of those animals for me. But don't worry, maybe taking a dip in warm water will help me feel better. Now, if you don't mind, can I quit this meeting, Twilight?"

"Sure. Your health is more important."

Fluttershy nodded lightly to thank and left her throne. But when she got close to the large door, her legs were shivering and couldn't stand any longer. As Fluttershy fell down to the floor, everyone immediately shouted her name and ran there to check her.

"Oh my god, are you okay?!" Twilight was the first one to help Fluttershy get up.

"Oh no, you're so hot!" Rarity reflexively retracted her hoof after checking Fluttershy's temperature.

"Ah guess Angel is not the only one got a cold." Applejack continued.

"Really? So does that mean you feel your head spinning like a pinwheel and want to explode like the cannon I hid in Rainbow Dash's tail?"

As Pinkie Pie finished, there was a explosion behind Rainbow Dash. Some coffeti shot out, startled the pegasus. Ranbow glared at Pinkie when the pink pony started to laugh.

"You should take a day off, darling." Rarity advised.

"And those kinds of animals stuff will be our duties. Don't tell me that's the next part."

"I hate to say that but yes, Rainbow Dash. Our friend won't be able to rest peacefully without help." Rarity insisted.

Fluttershy pleaded Twilight to try some spells on her, or ask Zecora for the cure. Unfortunately, the Princess didn't know any spells could do that, and Zecora had come out since morning. Everypony had to spend a long time to succeed in getting her listen to them, though it was clear that she was still anxious.

Dear Discord...

"Haiz... Who am I kidding?"

Fluttershy left the pen and the parchment, then leaned down on the comfortable grass. Her gaze gradually turned calm like the blue sky. Twilight had prepared a private place for her in the castle. It was a spacious room, filled with the colour of sparkling crystal. There was also a bed full of soft stuff, next to the small drawers and some books on it to read. Everything was perfect, but obviously Fluttershy could never find any pleasant there. She wasn't used to stay in such a magnificent place, everyone knew that freeing herself with nature was exactly what she wanted. So she snuck out.

Her head was still spinning and all of her body was so hot like fire. Certainly, her damn cold had not improved yet. Fluttershy knew that going out at this time couldn't help anything, but she had another reason to did this. She wanted to quietly remember about Discord. Even in her situation, Fluttershy still couldn't stop thinking about him. Since the day he left, she had felt so lonely and seemed like she had lost something really important. She had comforted herself that he would soon come back. But from day to day, she kept waiting and sending those letters. Gradually, she realized how stupid were her actions. No feedback. At some point, Fluttershy finally quit that habit. However, Discord didn't, he still stuck in her mind. She was nearly crazy every minute and every time she thinking about her dearest friend. Fluttershy had a lot of friends, that's true, but no one could bring her these feelings.

Her eyes started to flood. How many tea parties have we missed together? she asked herself. Discord is simply her friend, her best friend forever...

"Thank you Angel. You has helped us a lot."

Rarity lowered her body to match with Angel's height. Honestly, the Mane 4 didn't know what to do when none of those animals listened to them. They ran around and made everything out of control. Fluttershy's cottage would be a disaster without Angel. They had to admit, except their pegasus friend, maybe her little bunny was the only one could make her 'furry friends' be good.

"Good news, girls. I found a perfect cure for Fluttershy. This will help her get rid of that cold right away."

Twilight shaked a bottle full of dark green liquid with a smile on her face.

"Woo~ It looks so funny. Can I try a little?" Pinkie Pie asked naughty.

"No." The lavender alicorn quickly hid the bottle behind her back. "This medicine needs one more ingredient. But that ingredient is a plant that only grows on a hill quite far away. So while I'm going to find that plant, you all stay here and work on the plan before the moon rises, got it?"

"Eh... What plan?" Rainbow Dash raised her brows.

"Can't you understand?!!!" Pinkie suddenly yelled at Rainbow Dash. "Twilight is the best planner, she has plans for everything. But she doesn't have any plans for this. HOW CAN WE WORK ON THE PLAN WITHOUT PLAN WHICH PLANNED BY THE BEST PLANNER??!!!!!"

"Come on, Pinkie." Twilight rolled her eyes. "You know who is better than me at this."

"Oh right... EVERYPONY KNOWS I'M A SUPER PARTY PLANNER!!!!!!!"

"Have fun, girls."

The door opened then closed after the alicorn finished. The Mane 4 looked at others in confusion until Pinkie Pie shouted in a tone filled with fun as usual. "Who's ready for the party??!!!!!!!!" And she started assigning work to each member to prepare the most important and memorable celebration for their depressed friend. Under the pink earth pony's direction, they all follow the plan in comfortable and lively way. Rainbow Dash was the only one who had wings, so she was assigned to decorate the high places, though Rarity could do that with her magic. She was busy to finish the dress, her best friend must be gorgeous on this special day. Applejack made the best food and drinks. Pinkie Pie? She was a pony who had the most unique ideas that no one can predict. She always made everypony surprised at every parties.

After about 2 hours, everything was ready, just waited for the owner of this party.

"Oh, a party to welcome me back? How thoughtful!" A familiar voice rang out.

"Discord?!"

Everyone was startled when they saw the Draconnequus near the door. He allowed himself to float in the air with a smirk on his face.

"You don't need to be that surprised."

"What are you doing here?" Rainbow Dash immediately flew straight to Discord and gave him an 'unfriendly' look.

"Meeting my friends after a long trip? Is that necessary to ask?"

"Fluttershy will definitely be happy to see you. Right, everypony?" Appejack tried to make a fake smile.

"Speaking of Fluttershy, where is that dear sweet pony? She always gives me a warm hug every time like this."

"I can't believe it! After all the things she had to suffer, instead of worrying about her, you only care for a hug? What kind of friend are you?"

"Clear it."

"Don't play pretend with me, Discord. What have you been doing?! How dare you do that horrible thing to Fluttershy?"

"Wait, what-"

Rarity didn't let him finish his sentence but scolded Discord because of his calm attitude despite Fluttershy's bad health and her feelings from the day Discord disappeared. There is nothing strange to see Rarity like this. The unicorn was absolutely a polite pony and easily repressed her anger, but she could hardly bear to see her friend got hurt. Obviously, the Master of Chaos didn't know anything. Surely, many letters were sent to him, but none of them mentioned about she missed him that much. She even catched a cold because of waiting for his response?

He sighed. Discord was not an idiot, he knew the reason she did not tell him very well. Deep inside his heart, he felt sorry to her. She was the most beautiful and gentle creature he had ever seen. That precious pony was upset because of him so many times, and he promised to make her as happy as possible. Now look what you did. He didn't expect that he could cause both physical and mental damage to his best friend. Discord wasn't an idiot, that was true, but perhaps he was a brute.

"Calm down, Rarity. You said you wouldn't be angry like that on Fluttershy's special day, remember?"

Applejack put one hoof on the unicorn's shoulder. Rarity looked at her friend's eyes, then let out a sigh. "Right." She threw her anger aside and gave the draconequus a glare before walking slowly to the others.

"Wait. What is Fluttershy's special day you just said?" Discord asked.

"Oh Discord, you're reaaaaaaaaally good at playing pretend." Pinkie Pie climbed on Discord. "Everyone knows today is Fluttershy's very very very special birthday!! Twilight was right! Holding party at her own house is a great idea. Can you imagine her surprised face when she sees all these things?" She giggled as if it was a joke.

"But I don't."

"Haha, you're so funny."

"No, seriously, I don't know anything about this day."

"WHAT?!!" Pinkie fell down to the floor when she heard that. "B-But... you're her best friend."

"I am. I know mostly everything about her, except this."

Discord's voice was getting smaller. His head started to be filled with questions. Why didn't she tell him? Did she not really consider him a friend? But if it's not, why did she gave him so much worries?

Suddenly, a pegasus flew between them and interrupted their conversation. "Hey, have anypony seen Twilight? She should have been here with Fluttershy for half an hour."

As soon as Rainbow Dash finished her question, the door opened, like a scissors that cut off the thoughts of everyone. The lavender alicorn behind it panted heavily with the worried face. They could clearly see sweat dripping on her mane, seemed like she had run a long way on very high speed. When she regained enough breath, she spoke up.

"F... Flutter... Fluttershy... is... missing..."

"Darling, could you please say it louder? What's the matter with Fluttershy?" Rarity demanded.

"I said... Fluttershy... is missing!"

"Fluttershy is what?"

"SHE IS MISSING!!!!"

"WHAT??!!!!!" Everyone gasped.

"I can't find her anywhere in the castle or near there. Spike told me when I was back from the trip. I thought she was here?"

"Unfortunately, she wasn't." Applejack answered.
