Dusk Everfree lived in a small house on the far side of Everville. The place was named Everville because his ancestors have lived here for centuries before. And the 'Ever' stuck for all the descendants.
But that didn't matter because a storm was on its way. Possibly the worst storm in recent history. (un)luckily for them, a no good Military force by the name of The Broken Shield decided to make the town their own. But on the first night of the storm, a guard of the bad guys stumbles into the home of Dusk. And he hates the Shield. Will he tear the pony apart, or will he find a friend in them?
