Visage got his cutie mark almost immediately after he was born. However, that may not be as nice as it sounds. His 'talent' was both a blessing, and a curse. Unless you see his face directly, he's virtually invisible. Sure, lots can be done with that, but there's more to it. If you can't see his face, not only can you not see him, but all memory of him fades until you do see him again. But one day, he meets somepony that can see straight through the curse, and offers to help him 'remove' it. In which he (kinda) accepts the offer. But adjusting to his soon to be new life where he isn't forgotten and thrown aside is tougher than one might think. On top of that, the pony he meets ends up needing more help then Visage does.
