Slime Striking Appearance

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

Rainbow and company made their way down the hallway, after a few minutes of going down the hall Rainbow, Twilight, and Fluttershy found themselves at a big, opaque glass door. Testing the door, Rainbow found it unlocked, once she opened it the three entered and she closed the door behind them. They found themselves in a 40-foot by 60-foot room with a 40-foot ceiling.

Inside the room was mostly empty, save for a few collections of four to six barrels in each of the corners and what appeared to be the remains of an intense crate in the center of the room. Twilight gestured to her group to spread out and look around. It was Fluttershy that found the entity first, she brought the barrel over to the center of the room and upended it while calling Rainbow and Twilight over. Once Rainbow and Twilight were within ten feet of Fluttershy and the barrel she lifted it to reveal five bluish-green slimes, that surprisingly had no brownish tint to them, and one shot out a tendril towards Fluttershy while the other four made their way towards Twilight and Rainbow.

Rainbow unsheathed her sword and readied to hack at the slime’s appendages should they draw near. Rainbow’s reflexes were fast but she wasn’t fast enough to hack the tendrils fast enough to make it so she wasn’t struck, she thankfully only had one slime to contend with. Twilight was stuck trying to keep the remaining three from striking her, the magical shielding bubble she put up to halt the advance of the tendrils only managed to keep them at bay for a brief moment.

After striking the three ponies, the tendrils shot back into the strange blobs, seemingly doing no damage beyond where they left holes in the attire the ponies had on at their strike points, which for all of them was at the right-center chest. After a moment, during which the three ponies stood in complete confusion, the slimes rippled and each took on the form of the ponies in question. In Twilight’s case, each of the slimes that had struck her had transformed into a unicorn version of her, pegasus version of her, and earth pony version of her. Regardless, all of the slimy clones of the ponies were in attire that looked like stripper parodies of the already revealing fetishwear-type attire they had on, which basically meant it was all even more revealing than what Rainbow, Twilight, and Fluttershy had on.

Fluttershy’s slime copy was in what appeared to be a collection of cloth strips that just vaguely made up the form of a robe, complete with its replica of her bosom hanging free and the front groin area devoid of any cloth but showing a 12-inch long penis that was maybe three or four inches wide. Rainbow’s copy looked like it was in a super torn up version of her attire that was so shredded that calling it was so shy of being called rags you could just call its clothes that, complete with the exposed groin sporting a thirteen-inch long penis that was maybe four or five inches wide. Twilight’s copies were in a version of her attire that just let her breasts hang free, looked like it was trying to be shredded to something less than rags, and was missing everything below the waistline in terms of attire, with 15-inch long penises that were almost 8-inches. That all said, the attire just looked like a noticeably darker shade of the slime’s natural color.

“Well, these are new,” said Twilight excitedly, “let’s try to render them short of a splatter so we can take them back as samples to be studied by the guilds later.”

“Really, Twi? That’s your concern,” said Rainbow, “I guess no matter what the situation you’ll still be Twilight. I make no promises but I’ll see what I can do. Besides, seeing a version of me with a dick, that I didn’t ask for, is just weird.” She blinked a few times in confusion, why did her mouth add that extra bit? She just decided to ignore it, for now, and rushed forward at her copy and started hacking at it; the cuts just kept on slurping back together.

Fluttershy said nothing, she just raided her staff and said a silent prayer before bringing the staff’s butt down on the floor and making a bright light flash through the room, both the Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash copies were now held completely in a pinkish-yellow aura and were unable to move. After casting her spell Fluttershy said, “I can only hold them for so long, this won’t last.”

“It’s fine,” said Twilight as she teleported to a space twenty-five feet away from her almost-copy slimes and pointed her staff and caught the slimes in a violet aura. “A holding spell has more than enough time for what I’m going to do next.”

She pulled five rather large, so vast it made your question how they fit in her bag, sample jars from her bag and took the tops off them before chanting in some arcane language Rainbow and Fluttershy were not familiar with, that caused all the slimes to be pulled and compacted into the jars before using her magic to seal the jars with their lids and move them back into her pack.

Since we’re the first known adventurers to encounter those things, to my knowledge, we get to name them when asked. I suggest you start thinking of what you want to call them when we get them to guilds for study.

“I honestly don’t care,” said Rainbow with an annoyed tone, “pointlessly kinky hermaphroditic copy slimes are just not something I want to think about.”

“That’s a great name for them,” said Twilight with excitement, “we haven’t seen what they’re like when they copy male forms but I think it’s a good backup name for them if they have a similar effect with their duplicating of male subjects.”

Rainbow facepalmed before saying, “Can we just find a way out of this room? I don’t see any obvious doors.”

“I’m Rainbow on this,” said Fluttershy, “we should look for a way out of this room before we do anything else, assuming you don’t want to take a short rest after the match, it was our first battle in this dungeon after all.”

“Well, I did expend more powerful spells than intended,” said Twilight, “and it would allow me to try doing some examination of some of our recent acquisitions.”

Author's Note

Alright, that was an interesting experience.

As per a few suggestions, and this recent chapter I’m going to make some adjustment to the rules.

You still are put the suggestions for what happens in the next chapter in the Spoiler tag if you are putting the suggestion in the comments, you don’t have to worry about it if you send it to me via PM. That said, all groups will be broken up with their separate rolls of a D20 (we currently have 3 groups with the group consisting of Rainbow, Twilight, and Fluttershy; the second consisting of Applejack and Pinkie Pie, I’m curious what all our players/readers will come up for them; and the group that consists of Rarity and Brass, I’m curious to see how their wandering goes as well).

And now some new rules, to make things more interesting and clear up some confusion for me as the writer/Gamemaster moving forward. Any suggestions involving encounters must also include a PM to me about the type of encounter, with rolls of the twenty-sided to accompany things like attempts, type of attack to start off battle, possibly something to decide combat order, and so on in addition to descriptions of any monsters/creatures they encounter that can’t be readily shorthanded with 1 or 2 words. The second new rule is any ideas or suggestions or potential new equipment/items for the characters to be a PM with 3 to 5 short paragraphs about the items, including general appearance and abilities (if any) in addition to its name (both general name, like general gear, and/or special names, like artifacts or special equipment used by heroes and/or leaders).

Now, I would post target numbers to roll but like every experienced DM/GM I am wary of the players “fudging” the rolls for an advantage. So, in true Great GM/DM fashion, I will tell you that your rolls for suggestions on what happens next have a target of at least 14. That said, I’m expecting everyone to be honest with their rolls

As always, you know my policies
