Cozy Glow appears inside of a regular ol’ hospital room, what’s with there being one single patient, all hooked up to an IV.

Cozy puts on an evil, devious smile seeing all the chaos happening around her.

“If Twilight wants to play.” Cozy takes out the same blue gemstone. “I’ll play along with her.”

Tapping the gem ten times, Cozy finds herself inside another hospital room.

Though this time there appearing Twilight Velvet on the hospital bed, looking big (pregnant), Night Light by her side, holding one of her hooves for comfort.

The same evil smile reappears.

“Today will be the day Twilight Sparkle will wish she was never born.”
