After returning from her banishment, Luna finds herself deeply unhappy, seeing others via the dream realm but feeling unable to reach out and connect with anypony. In her loneliness she finds some solace in watching Rainbow Dash's dreams. However as feelings begin developing, and Luna begins to grows enamored with Rainbow from afar, her unrequited love begins to cause problems in Luna's life.
