Chapter 17 The Final Battle.......or is it?

After all of them had gotten cleaned up, the other's waved goodbye as Mega, Soarin, Flash, and Shifter entered the portal back to Equestria, thanks to Shifter's power's. After all of them waved goodbye, they were then called for the final meeting. There enemies had been found, and there mission was simple, fight on every front. The Earth Defenders, Cursed 6, Spike, and even the other soldiers began preparing for battle. While the other soldiers were going with the first wave, the other's prepared themselves soon after. Godzilla had spent most of his time, learning what had happened to the other colleagues after that moment in the first war.

He looked down, letting his mind flashback to the day both he and the Earth Defenders, along with their wives, and children are forced to leave. He slowly began to piece the puzzle back together.

Flashback

The small Recon Vehicle managed to drive as fast as it could, getting lost into an American forest. All of the other's had decide to move to Toyko for retirement, but now Luitenant Morgan, was forced by hand. Accompanied by Seargent Ramsey, Perkin's, and the other's. He had to make sure everything was ready. Whoever was responsible for this usurption had already killed both Zoey, and Floyd. The other Earth Defender's had been warned, and were luckily with the other Recon's. Morgan knocked onto the door, as Godzilla opened it up, seeing the other's. "Lutienant Morgan, why are you here, what's going on?" Godzilla asked, as Morgan spoke.

"We've been betrayed, a new threat has almost decimated everything we have. The only way for you, your wife, the other Earth Defenders, and there wives to survive, is to enter another dimension" Morgan explained, as Godzilla gave him a suprised look.

"Are you positive?" Godzilla asked, before hearing the sound of enemy scorchers approaching. Godzilla quickly grabbed a hold of his wife, while hearing the lasers, and bomb's barely miss them, and the others. He had to be ready this time, as he quickly grabbed a hold of his pregnant wife, abandoning the house completely. All of them got into the other Recon, as the vehicle started driving off toward their intended destination
They made sure to dodge, as many vehicle's, and attack's that came there way. The soldier's bravely held their enemies off, as Shifter felt a rather sharp pain in her belly, moaning loudly.

The driving took longer, and longer, as Shifter groaned loudly, almost screaming in pain, clutching onto her stomach. Godzilla was forced to poke his head out, firing his Atomic Breath at some of the Scorchers. He destroyed many of them, but saw new Scorchers appear, trying to destroy them. Finally after what seemed like hour's, all of then managed to arrive to a small garage that had a portal there waiting for them. The other's prepared to get out of the Recon Vehicle, as Morgan heard a scream come from inside the Recon Vehicle. Morgan poked his head in, looking at Shifter.

"Are you ok?" He asked in a concerned tone.

"My water broke......." She groaned, feeling herself giving birth. Morgan's eye's went wide, before sticking his head out of the Recon.

"MOTHRA, GODZILLA.......GET THE FUCK OVER HERE NOW, SHIFTER IS GIVING BIRTH!!!!!!!!!!" Morgan shouted, ad Godzilla almost trashed all the other Recon vehicles just to get to her. Putting her on a gurney, they began to wheel her in the portal room, as Morgan, ran ahead. Perkin's guarded the hallway to the portal, while Ramesy opened up the garage door. He was facing thousand's of soldiers who were landing just outside, all of them armed with weapons, accompanied by Warden's. Ramsey looked at all of them with his main weapon ready.

"RAMSEY DROP YOUR WEAPON, AND STAND DOWN, THAT'S AN ORDER!!!!!!!!!" A voice over the speakers announced as Seargent Ramsey gave them a small smirk.

"Here's a better order........" Ramsey grinned, as he set his weapon aside, and raised his middle finger at the Warden's, and other troop's. "........FUCK YOU!!!!!!!" Ramsey shouted, as he heard some bullet's impact against the garage wall.

"Last chance Ramsey, drop the weapon, and STAND DOWN NOW!!!!!!!!" The speaker announced. Ramsey let out a crazed war cry, before firing his minigun at full blaze letting thousand's, upon thousand's of dead bodies slowly begin piling up. They also returned fire, as he did his best to hold them off, to the best of his ability. He was taking hit's from a lot of their bullets, but was getting to the point, where they were starting to take him down. He had to buy his comrades enough time. He fought long, and hard, bleeding into a thousand different places, as his Minigun emptied huge amount of bullet's.

He was fighting with one eye open, his arms filled with bullet holes, some of his leg's were hit, and he had taken two bullets to the chest. Blood poured out of his nose, as he did his best to force them back, before getting shot in stomach, causing him to fall on his knees. The left over enemy soldiers approached him, as one of them used a rifle to put a bullet in the man's head. Ramsey had collapsed to the ground dead, while all of the soldiers continued inside the area. Perkins was the only last guard standing between them. Morgan was also in the same hallway, as the soldiers came. Both of them immediately opened fire, as they fought the soldier's off, with there weapons.

They battled for a small bit, before Perkin's was shot down, and killed. Morgan fired many more shot's from his pistol, keeping them occupied. He quickly ran into the room, and told them that they were coming. He opened the portal to the Anthro Equestria that they had selected. Morgan sent them through destroying the portal, and trapping all of them on the the other side. Morgan knew this would be it, and that he would not escape. He heard the door break down, ad he began unloading as many pistol round's into the soldiers, before getting hit by multiple units. He was barely alive, as he heard the Alien Kaiju who orchestrated this, approach him.

"Where are the Godzillasaurus's?" He asked, as Morgan chuckled, coughing blood.

"They are out of your reach, why are you interested in killing both Godzillasaurus's, why aren't you interested in just Godzilla?" Morgan asked as the Alien Kaiju spoke.

"That Female Godzillasaurus carries, the most powerful creature in her pregnant belly, if she is born, she will spell doom for my people" The Alien Kaiju growled, as Morgan scoffed.

"Your people are a disgrace, you only care about causing war, death, and evil, well forget it pal, that female Godzillasaurus has already given birth, and that child is alive, and well" Morgan chuckled, as the Alien Kaiju snarled.

"Then perhaps it's time I revert to my backup plan, I must destroy everything, to create my perfect world" The Alien Kaiju spoke, as he motioned one of his soldier's to end it. One of the soldiers, put a pistol to Luitenant Morgan's head, as Morgan gave the man a brave, bold stare. That soldier pulled the trigger, leaving Morgan's dead body to slump to the ground.

Present Day

All of them had mostly been separated for the final battle, and now they were in a Chunook Helicopter. They really didn't have much, but Chunook Helicopters, Arsonist Soldiers, Chemical Troopers, Bio Grenadiers, Light Chemical Tanks, Hevay Chemical Tanks, Arctic Tanks, Heavy Arctic Tanks, and Snow Crushers.

The Chunooks, we're tiny Chinook helicopter's with a single machine gun. Arsonist Soldiers were armed with Skorpion Machine Pistols, and Molotav Cocktails. Chemical Troopers, we're troopers with gas masks, and chemical flamethrower's. Bio Grenadiers, we're Grenadiers who threw dangerous chemical vials. Light Chemical Tank's, were tanks were specifically designed for chemical warfare. There turrets, mostly had on fire hoses, that spewed chemical's. Heavy Chemical Tank's wer a bigger chemical tank, with a bigger nozzle.

Arctic Tank's were originaly used for snow areas, but they had been outfitted to drive on land. It had a medium tank gun, and a machine gun. Heavy Arctic Tanks were almost the same as its light kind, except it had better armor, and could take a bit more of wallop. Snowcrusher's were tank like snow plow's armed with Double Cannons. Judgin how the battle was going, the Cursed 6, Spike, and the Earth Defenders saw, that soldiers getting pinned down from there enemies odd's. One of the soldiers contoined firing, before getting to cover hearing the bullet fire, and explosions around him.

"WHERE ARE THE OTHER'S, WE NEED SOME BACKUP NOW!!!!!!!!!" The soldier shouted over the comms, before hearing a loud crash. looking behind him. The Earth Defenders cracked their necks ready to get into this fight, as the soldier saw them, having a warm grin come across his face. "Actually you can cancel the other backup.......The Calvary just arrived" The soldier smiled, seeing them, and the Cursed 6, ready for a fight.

Godzilla was the first out of all of them to charge at his enemies, unleashing his Atomic Breath against his enemies. Godzilla knew what Alien Kaiju was up to, snd they needed to get inside.....fast. The other Earth Defenders used there power's, as they began to get closer, to the final base. Thousands of human's working for the Armada fired their weapons, but he gutted them like nothing, as he continued to fight, and kill his enemies, making sure to get to the objective. The outside vehicles, and soldiers began to fire outside, while the they went inside, taking out more human soldiers, and Alien robots, before coming across something Godzilla didn't expect.

Godzilla looked directly, at what probably looked like a very important person standing near trashed robot's. The woman pointed his gun at Godzilla, even though she was still shaking with fear, he acted as serious as he could. "GODZILLA STAND DOWN NOW!!!!!!!!!" The woman shouted. Godzillarecognized, that she was one of the commander's he had met, who believed in him, and the other Kaiju. She defended them against President's, and Border member's from around many countries. She also came from Tokyo herself, and was a special Army General, on the the event they were named the Earth Defenders. When he was in that cell, she would always visit, and talk to him.

"Hello Miku" Godzilla told her softly, as she kept the gun pointed at him.

"Godzilla this has gone far enough, surrender immediately or I will be forced to shoot" Miku snarled, keeping her hand on her pistol.

"Why are you working for the Alien Armada Kaiju? You, and I both know what they have done in the past, and recently. They aren't the side you shouldn't be joining" Godzilla warned, as Miku answered him.

"I'm only aligning myself with them, because you have a weapon of mass destruction powerful enough to kill us all" Miku growled, as Godzilla gave her a confused look.

"I sense you are not talking about my team, my friends, or even me. The question is what is it, that you have been targeting me, and the other's for the past 3 years?" Godzilla asked, as Miku let out a sigh keeping the gun pointed to him.

"Your daughter, do you know what she can grow up to be, with that much power coursing through her veins, she will kill us all" Miku snarled, keeping the gun leveled, as he sighed.

"Yes.....yes, I know what my daughter's future will behold.......but you are confused of what it's suppose to be. My daughter will grow up to become a fine young Kaiju, one who will one day not only be like her parents, but to be better. She will use her newfound power that will defeat the darkness once, and for all" Godzilla explained, before taking a deep breath, and sighing.

"I know what the Alien Kaiju is up to, even if I kill him, I cannot fully stop his plan. I have to try, if not, all of my effort's will be in vain, please Miku......step aside" Godzilla warned, as she started firing her gun at him, before Godzilla threw a gigantic piece of sharp metal, impaling her. She collapsed onto the ground, as he could hear her dying gag's, while holding onto her, looking into her eyes.

"I-i-Its......*pant* *pant*.......f-funny.....I-I never.....*gulp* thought I would go out like this, especially the Kaiju I believe, and visited in" Miku sighed, as Godzilla held her.

"I guess this is goodbye Miku" Godzilla told her, as she nodded weakly, before slumping to the ground dead. Godzilla had a few moment's of silence, before rushing forward at lighting speed's with everyone close behind. He finally reached what look like the Command center, seeing the Kaiju who was shrunk to his size for a fair fight. "So it is you......Monster X" Godzilla snarled, seeing the white, Kaiju turn around giving him an evil stare. He had a head, with two half head's next to his middle head. He had two tail's similar to King Ghidorah, and had claws of his own. Godzilla finally saw his opponent, as Monster X smiled.

"So you've finally shown up, but your too late Godzilla" Monster X smiled, before slamming his fist down on a button. Siren's blared in there ear's, as a loud rumble was heard, before the shaking had stop. "My mission is complete......the Alien's have won" Monster X smiled, as Godzilla snarled.

"But I can stop you, and have enough power to destroy the planet nuclear warhead's you have made" Godzilla growled, as Monster X laughed as he smiled.

"You could barely beat my evolved form when we last fought during the Xillian Invasion, what makes you think, you will win against destroying me this time?" Monster X asked, as Godzilla growled.

"Then it's a good thing I'm no longer holding back" Godzilla growled, as his entire body began to glow, before entering his superform once more. Nuclear Burning Godzilla had been unleashed, and with quick movement, Godzilla leaped out of the entire fortress. Godzilla launched himself high into the air, and threw Monster X back down. The other's got out of the building, as Godzilla came down, leveling the entire fortress, with a huge smashing punch against Monster X. Monster X jumped out of the building, as he fired his tri laser, as the power forced him back a little, while Godzilla growled. Godzilla's dorsal plates began glowing red, as he fired his Atomic Breath against Mosnter X.

The intense heat, sent Mosnter X backward, and into some building's. Godzilla ran forward, slashing Monster X with his claws, before comboing punches, without mercy. Monster X had enough, using some bicycle kicks, a few punches, and a powerful attack from his tri laser. Godzilla growled, before charging up a different attack. He began to draw in red lightning, and fire, as his sides began to shine, while his dorsal plates glowed. Burning Godzilla fired his Burning Atomic Breath, against his enemy as the attack did a lot of damage, forcing Monster X back. Burning Godzilla fired three blast's, and continued to fire, until finally Monster X took the full heat of the blast.

Mosnter X began to roar in pain, but with quick thinking, he used a yellow glowing blast to block his attack. Burning Godzilla's attack was more powerful, and soon the glowing yellow power vanished. Monster X screamed, feeling the burning blast destroy him, as a massive explosion occurred dispatching the Kaiju. Godzilla felt weak, and could barely stand, as he looked high into the sky, seeing two gigantic missile's heading near space to destroy there targets. The Equestria, where his wife, and child were, plus Terra, was in danger. "Mothra how powerful are those massive warhead's?" Godzilla asked, as Mothra studied the entire missile architecture.

"Powerful enough to destroy both planets, IF THEY HIT THEIR TARGET, they also have thick, and tough armor which mean's only you can destroy them" Mothra announced as Godzilla sighed. He slowly began to get up, attracting as much red lightning, preparing to fire at the missiles. His feet stomped deep into the ground, his tail smashing into place, staying absolutely still. He began to charge a very powerful blast, of his Burning form, before unleashing it from his core. The white hot nuclear radiation fired from his mouth, miles into the sky, before colliding witjxboth missile's. He kept it up, having his breath penetrate through the armors, and missiles.

His Atomic Breath continued to fire, until Godzilla felt his blast stop, collapsing back to the ground, his Burning form completely gone. He looked up to see both missile's were damaged, but still heading to their targets'. "Come on Godzilla you can't give up, you have to try" Twilight spoke, as Godzilla sighed. He looked up high into the sky, and sighed.

"My burning form cannot stop this, I can't stop the missiles.......not this time" Godzilla sighed, as Mothra studied the missiles.

"Both missile's, are only powerful enough to destroy the surface of both planet's, but besides where the missile's land, anyone who is underground should survive" Mothra explained, as Godzilla looked at Rodan.

"HOW FAST CAN YOU FLY!?!?!?!?!?!?!" Godzilla asked, as Rodan ignited his superform, turning into the very powerful Fire Rodan.

"You had me at fast" Rodan roared, before taking all of them, zooming through both dimension's, creating safe place's for everyone. He did his best to save the most important ones. He was using his speed, doing everything he could to get everything done. Many had been saved, and the Cursed 6 had departed, as did most of the other Earth Defenders, as Rodan was only able to put them in random location's. Over the roaring speed, Godzilla shouted, an order to Fire Rodan who nodded taking him back to Equestria, slowing time to a crawl. Godzilla looked around seeing Shifter, and Amber as he hugged his wife.

"G-Godzilla w-what going on?" Shifter asked, as Godzilla pointed to the gigantic missile, miles into the sky.

"That......there's one in Equestria, and in Terra I cannot stop it, so we're are bringing everyone to safety, but I might need you to come with me" Godzilla told them, as she nodded, while Fire Rodan brought there child to safety. They arrived at one of the survival bunkers, (or stables, as they called it) as both of them looked at Applejack who was now walking around in a frozen time, thank's to Rodan. "AJ, can you take care of Amber?" Godzilla asked, as Applejack nodded.

"Father why, why can't I stay with you?" Amber whined, as Godzilla held her tightly, holding her close.

"Because one day, you will have an important destiny that will be your birthright, you are special my daughter......so very special.....promise me, that you will remember what I taught you?" Godzilla asked, tears of sadness filling Godzilla, Shifter's, and Amber's eye's.

"I-I will try father" Amber sniffled, as Godzilla used his Atomic energy mixed with his wife, as he created a very long amulet on a chain, putting it around her neck.

"When the right time comes little one, use that Amulet to find us, ok?" Godzilla told her, as Amber wiped away her tear's.

"Ok" She sniffled, as Shifter, and Godzilla hugged their daughter tightly for one last time, before they smiled.

"We love you Amber" They both said in unison, before Rodan used his super speed to deliver them to the destination, Godzilla had instructed. Rodan continued rescuing as many people, and ponies as he could before finally reaching his limit. He took his wife, and son to a safe place, before collapsing to the ground panting out of breath, his super form dying down.

"R-Rodan d-did you do it?" Spitfire asked, as Rodan panted out of breath, inhaling, before speaking.

"S-Spirfire I......I couldn't do it......" He panted looking upward, as he saw the sky turn red. There safe place began to seal them in seeing the last light of normal day. "......I couldn't save everyone" His voice echoing inside. The stable siren's continued to blare, as Applejack grabbed Amber taking her inside. Some unfortunate ponies were being left outside, as the sun was gone the missiles heading near the ground, as Applejack saw the light of day vanish.

Finally both missile's slammed into a neutral ground causing a massive detonation, that began turning the entire surface of each planet's, brown by nuclear waste. In Equestria, Celestia, and Luna used a special magical power that would help Equestria in the future, but were killed by the explosion of the bomb on the surface. Many were brought to safety, but there were other's.....that did not survive.

Both Shifter, and Godzilla were in a deep secret underground cave that had not been discovered. Godzilla was still weak from regaining all the energy he needed, but he knew that wouldn't be possible. Both of them arrived at an underground area, as the place itself was very radioactive, but was full of life. Sea green leaves covered the grass, while there were small, bat like creatures that had the scales, and similarities too Godzilla. The place had amazing gardens, and small rivers, the place looking beautiful. "Wow.....G-Godzilla What is this place?" Shifter asked, as Godzilla sighed.

"This is a resting place.......for the God of Nature" Godzilla told her, as Shifter felt her heart stop. "The bomb's that have been detonated over both Equestria, and Terra have devastating effects. Princess Celestia, and Luna can use their magic to help Equestria to survive, but in order for Terra itself to survive.....I must use my power's to give to the planet a correct explosion. This smaller will slowly help the lifeforms to not only survive.....but evolve" Godzilla explained, as Shifter felt tear's of sadness return, her heart feeling like it was breaking in two.

"B-b-but........you'll die" Shifter sniffled, as Godzilla opened a portal to Equestria, to a certain stable.

"Shifter go, you need to watch out for our daughter for both of us" Godzilla told her, as Shifter shook her head.

"N-No" Shifter sniffled, as Godzilla was about to speak up, but Shifter ran up closely hugging him, while crying her eyes out. "NO, I CAN'T LEAVE YOU, I LOVE YOU TOO MUCH, YOUR EVERYTHING TO ME, AFTER ALL THE TIME WE'VE SPENT, THE MEMORIES WE SHARE, THE BOND'S WE CARRY......I CAN'T.............I CAN'T LOSE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!" Shifter cried, breaking down into tear's, as she was crying uncontrollably. Godzilla felt sadness, pierce through his heart. He lifted her chin up, as he looked into her eyes.

"I know, but it has to be me, I am the God of Nature, please go home" Godzilla told her. As Shifter looked into his eye's.

"No.....I will help you, I will stay with you" She smiled, as Godzilla's entire body began to glow blue, the same color as his Atomic Breath. Shifter's entire body began to glow Purple, the same color as her light Atomic Breath, combining with Godzilla's.

*Shifter is explaining her thought's to the audience*

I never knew it would come to this, I was the most powerful princess in the Lost Kingdom of Terra, and was my own female Godzillasaurus.

One day, I was blessed by an accident that came from the sky.

That, and in the arena next day, I met the most handsomest, and most powerful Kaiju I ever met who was my species........and his name.........was Godzilla.

My world was soon destroyed, and I fled into a new world, with him, and his teammates. Day by day, I spent side by side with him. I began to love him so much, before even a part of me realized that I did love him.

My bond for him only grew stronger, and so did his bond for me. We birthed a child, even under horrible conditions that lead to this. I was still happy, seeing the tiny little Godzillasuraus Infant, that I held in my claw's

Now even in such dark times, I will always stay with him

*Shifter stop's explaining her thought's to the audience*

Shifter slowly hugged Godzilla, while he began to release the last of his energy, that was also mixing with her's. Shifter's head nuzzled on his shoulders, feeling his warmth, and touch around them. New tree root's began to grow around them, before Shifter had her last thought.

I will always love you Godzilla.......my star-crossed soulmate

Shifter thought before looking into his eye's, as he looked into her's. They heard the final charge building up, as Shifter said three last word's......three last word's that meant the world to her. She slowly went, and whispered it into his ear, which echoed across the cavern.

"I love you" She whispered, before the new blast happened seeping beneath the planet, as the strange Godzilla like creatures hovered around the explosion. After getting injected to the planet's crust, inside the cave, where Godzilla, and Shifter were standing, was an organic tree. It had a mixing color of Godzilla's blue Atomic Breath, and Shifter's, as it sat there.....beating like an organic heart. The tiny little creatures began the huge process, of bringing about the new surface life.....for Terra.
