“Well-well-well took you long enough” The sack ceased its thrashing at the sound of the voice before being dropped to rest before a shadowed figure. The room was silent aside from a droning fan and the whimpers emanating from the now still, sack. “Help her up” the voice demanded as the two guards righted the suck into steal chair.

Rose froze; She knew that voice and wondered just what horror awaited her as the burlap covering her face was removed to reveal a lean well-fed mare she had come to dread the existence of. “Dani please I’ll pay you soon enough I promise” Rose began trying not to stammer in front of the apex female before her knowing she was barely beta in her imposing presence….

“You’ve said that four times already Miss Rose but don’t worry I have a method to motivate you not to run out on me again.” the imposing figure stated as the light was turned on blinding at first but when her eyes adjusted.

“Tootsie-sparkler!” Rose blurted as her eyes adjusted to see her two daughters floating loosely in the apex mare’s velvety aura several potion veils lying empty on the metal desk behind them.

“Mngh Mom” muffled cries crossed the distance in desperation as the two guards restrained the now panicked mother.

"No please I’ll pay you just not this anything but this " the mare growled as she realized your intentions.

"I do hope you can understand that I'm doing this so you'll get me the money you owe me," the apex mare began in a warning tone, turning her flank to face the indebted mare as the first of her twin foals floated over to large unnaturally aroused folds as the other floats in lazy magic, watching as their twin sibling is inserted into the dripping orifice like a squirming sex toy. “Mnhg!”

“You monster!” Rose cried watching as one of her foals was stuffed somewhere inane a squirming lump ascending into the apex mare's middle as it only gave her a predatory grin in response

"You've got a week to get the money, but until you can pay up I am going to be keeping these two with me," the imposing figure stated rubbing the fussing lumpy mass in her middle as she levitated its twin over and repeated the process " if out doesn't get me my money, you won't have any foals after the week is up," the larger mare threatened with a moan as the second foal was inserted into dripping winking folds a wet squelched silencing a meep as the remaining foal vanished up to her waist strong practiced kegals muscles making quick work of the fussing filly.

"I will I swear" the mare vowed, helplessly watching as her daughter ascended into the moaning mare's swelling middle a soaked tail following after two twitching hooves. "Please be gentle with them" the mare pleaded. falling to her knees in a broken state as her daughter's faces pushed out from within the fuzzy confines presented to her

"I will treat them like they were my own," the swollen mare stated as the foals pushed out, aimlessly searching for an exit. their mother watching, helpless to do anything. "Remember, one week. You don't get me the money by then, they'll become no more than a pregnant bulge in my belly." the mare warned, taunting her

the mare reached a helpless hoof the nervous gesture shifting into an attempt to calm her daughter as she nodded in response. "Understood shh don't worry I'll be back for you in a few days" the mare stated unnerved by the strange magic that allowed what was before her to transpire as the morbid reality of what was said sank in...

"I'm glad you understand." the apex mare stated signaling her guards to collect the mother as she walked over and sat behind her desk to enjoy her morphing middle... "You are dismissed." The threatening figure finished enjoying the two fussing lumps as guards were signaled to egress the former mother.

the mare looked torn half of her obviously wanting to stay with her foals even as they began to noticeably recede into the looming figure. "No, I’ll get the money I promise" A nervous chuckle escaped the mare as she allowed herself to be escorted out leaving the casino boss alone with two actively upset lumps.

"Hmm guess I'll be keeping you two for a bit, shhh Mommies working." she cooed lighting her horn as her middle firmed and the two deformations fell away into her shrinking belly.
