There's a time in your life where you're not quite sure where you are. You think everything's perfect, but it's not perfect... Starlight Glimmer's life is much like this. In constant doubt of the things she has overcome and accomplished. Twilight Sparkle tries to help the unicorn overcome her doubts, however, instead Starlight tries to run. Getting into an accident that would slip her into a coma ... Then one day she wakes up in an empty hospital and she can't quite understand why she is alone.

Outside the Hospital, the world around it is empty the same. Alone, confused, and exhausted the unicorn will find her way to Ponyville. Something has happened to Equestria, Nopony anywhere is found, on the way home the unicorn will discover that it was a plague. This Plague killing off most of the population before ponies stopped writing articles. Is everypony lost?

But the secret is, The Unicorn isn't alone ... she hasn't been sense she woke from that coma.
