Shining Armor takes a brief leave from his duties in the Crystal Empire to visit Canterlot, telling his wife Cadance that he wanted to visit his parents and catch up. Unfortunately, since she knew that his Mother was attending an expo the weekend he was slated to leave, Cadance gets suspicious that he may have been hiding something. She decided to follow Shining to Canterlot without him knowing, but eventually realized that he actually was visiting his Dad. However, before she could grow too guilty of her mistake, a quick peek inside of the house made her realize she may have not been entirely wrong. Shining may have been visiting his family, but what he and Night Light were hiding was something the Princess would've never expected...
