Rainbow Dash just couldn’t imagine the Barrel twins would do such a horrible thing to Wind Sprint. They were so…young. And the way that they gazed upon Rainbow Dash, with a full smile and eyes lit with admiration for their idol…there was no way it could be the two of them. “I’m sure you would never,” Rainbow said. “But anyway, I just had to ask. Procedure, y’know.”

“We understand. You’re just doing your job. Any great pony like you would do the same.” The twins smiled and nodded in unison. They were still grinning. It was starting to seem awkward.

Rainbow Dash volunteers to run this year’s Junior Speedsters Flight Camp as a way to get up close and personal with the Barrel twins. But after a serious incident occurs at the camp, Rainbow Dash must face the ugly truth about her newfound foal friends. It’s not going to be easy.
