Friendship is amazing in how it can spread. Sunset had began learning about it, and she had also continued to study the effects of magic in the human world. One of the things she began learning about was the various random portals to Equestria that had popped up. She and her friends had attempted to keep a tight lid on things, but the last portal she went to study, with Twilight, wasn't the same as the others. Through a magical mishap she's ended up on the other side, and what she's found is an alternate human world that's at least three decades behind in technology, but one where Super Heroes are real, magic is almost unheard of, and friendship might be the only tool she has that will help her get home.
