Jungle Heat

“If you keep doing that, we’re never going to get out of this jungle…” Starry whispered, but there was no real resistance in her voice as she trembled among the trees, vines and shrubs that surrounded them. “Courage…!”

Courage giggled softly and focused her magic on her marefriend. The heat didn’t seem so bad right now. Well, except for that special kind, of course. A moment later, the dark pegasus’s wings flared as she felt the equivalent of Courage’s tongue across her needy sex.

“All you need to do is cum for me, sweetie,” Courage purred from behind her. “No one else is here. Why not give in?”

“Because… ooh… because we’re practically lost and… we’ve already…”

Another lick of magic sent her into a moan.

“Sorry, didn’t quite catch that. Was that you asking for more?”

Despite Starry’s protests, her tail twitched up again. Her back twisted a little while her hips jutted backward. The movements was almost involuntary.

They were also all Courage needed to see.

With a thought, Courage reshaped the magic and speared the other mare. Instantly, Starry broke. Courage got a wonderful view of her marefriend explosively cumming in front of her as she dropped to the jungle floor, only her hips remaining something close to upright.

Isn’t that a nice sight? Doesn’t she deserve it?

“You deserve to be like this all the time,” Courage whispered, nodding to herself. “Happy and cumming.”

“You little bitch…” Starry moaned as her hips continued to buck against the magic dildo. “I would be so mad at you if I didn’t love this!”

“What do you love the most?” Courage asked casually as she stepped through a few ferns and stood inches behind the still-trembling mare. “The fact that we’re lost? That we’ve been in this jungle for two days?”

“Ooooh…” Starry whimpered as the magic dildo dove a little deeper. “I… I…”

Courage smiled and ran a hoof along her marefriend’s gorgeous ass, sweating from both the heat and the fun. “Or maybe that since last night, we’re in the worst heat of our lives? Or maybe… I’m just better at controlling myself than you.”

Courage giggled again and trotted to face the pretty mare finally coming down from her climax. Her dark coat was flushed, her eyes wide and her ears perked. She had the perfect body of a mare who explored the world for a living. A body that Courage wanted to pin to damp earth and fuck for the next week. She’s wanted to since she’d opened her eyes. But no matter what, the fire between her hindlegs kept burning no matter how many times Starry’s cool tongue danced across it.

“You’re giving me that look again,” Starry said warningly, though her eyes were still half-lidded. “I will get out my wand and blast you, you little nympho.”

Well, that requires a response, I think.

“Not if I snatch it and make you fuck yourself with it,” Courage purred with a predatory smile.

Starry’s head jerked back, staring at Courage. That look finally snapped Courage out of her lust-filled daze—well, a little—and she took a few steps back.

“Sorry. Got a little… um… to into it.”

Starry shivered as she pulled herself back to her hooves, her wings slowly folding as her tail finally went down. Even though she was a sweaty mess with her multihued blue mane plastered over her face, she still looked amazing. Courage really should just take her right here and now. They didn’t need anything else but each other’s pussies…

Courage shook her head again, trying to clear it. Only then did she feel… something. But what?

She looked around the immense jungle that surrounded them for miles in every direction. Sunlight streamed through tiny breaks in the canopy far above, making strange patterns of light and shadow all around them. Branches hung with creepers and vines that blew in the occasional breeze. A few birds sang high above, but there wasn’t much else in the way of animal life, which struck her as odd. This deep in the jungle, there should have been something.

She caught a faint motion out of the corner of her eyes, but when she turned, it was just some hanging vines brushed by an errant bit of wind. And still… she thought she’d seen a faint flash of something pink…

“There’s magic here,” Courage whispered, her own voice husky. “Magic doing something…”

She lit her horn and tried to focus on the source. Without a word, Starry pulled her wand out of her saddlebag and waved it in the air. She frowned as the tip lit up.

Courage couldn’t stop watching the way her marefriend moved. Celestia, she was so freaking sexy. There were days she spent with Starry when Courage wished she had a cock along with her cute little pussy. All to give the gorgeous pegasus mare the rutting she so richly deserved.

After activating her wand, Starry’s eyes flittered around around the jungle as she began to turn in place. She made a full circle before glancing at Courage.

She gasped and nearly dropped the wand. She shifted it to a wing and pointed a hoof at Courage’s head.

“Your horn!”

“What’s that, love?” Courage purred as she imagined herself over Starry, mounting her and—

It’s a different color!

Courage snapped out of the trance long enough to conjure a mirror to see… not the familiar green she’d had all her life, but a lurid, sensual violet laced with pink. It seemed to flow around her horn instead of coming from it. That felt… wrong, somehow. Like she was being… like…

Completely silly right now. After all, this is how it always looks.

How did Courage really feel about that sight? Well, obviously, it felt wonderful. Couraged loved that color. Why shouldn’t she? Hadn’t it been that color all her life?

“I feel odd…” Courage murmured, wiggling a little. Then she smiled. “But I like it.”

“I think there is something here…” Starry whispered, backing away. “And we should get away from it as soon as possible. That does not look right.”

“What?” Courage asked calmly as the mirror vanished into motes of violet magic. She felt warm all over, even more than the heat between her legs.

“Your horn! You’re not supposed to have violet magic! Your magic is green!

Courage blinked. That didn’t sound right… did it? She remembered another color… but she also remembered a wonderful picture of Starry beneath her, moaning, panting, needing…

As she should be. Starry needs to calm down though.

“Starry, it’s fine,” Courage purred with a calming smile. “This is my normal color. Nothing’s wrong.”

“Okay, now I know something’s wrong,” Starry whipped her wand out and aimed it right for Courage’s head.

That won’t do. She needs to change her mind about this.

Courage nodded. A beam of white light lanced out of the wand, but Courage blocked it with a casual shield. Before Starry could cast again, Courage fired a quick little spell into her lover’s head. As soon as she had, the spell fled from her mind, though she was pretty sure it had only been there for a second.

Starry stumbled, dropping her wand as her pretty slitted eyes went wide. For a moment, her eyes swirled with the beautiful, sensual violet of Courage’s wonderful magic.

“No… wait… something’s…” she mumbled as she shivered from nose to tail, staring off into the jungle at nothing. “The color of your… magic should be…”

She trailed off and blinked a few times, Courage smiling at her as some odd presence left her awareness, but not before leaving a gift somewhere in her head that she would get to open soon enough. For now, she should focus on the confused Starry. After all, she had just started rambling about the color of Courage’s horn, like it had suddenly changed. That was silly. The magic of a unicorn never changes color, not unless something really weird was going on.

“What were you saying about my magic, love? What color was it?”

Starry blinked a few more times before she refocused on Courage. She smiled as Courage offered her her wand in a field of violet magic.

“Violet with hints of pink, honey. Same color it’s always been. Why do you ask?”

“Oh, no reason. You seemed a bit confused there for a second.”

Starry stepped forward and kissed her on the cheek. “Maybe it’s because you keep making me cum over and over again when we’re supposed to be looking for this outcast zebra shaman.”

“You’re protesting?” Courage grinned. They began to walk side by side through the jungle. For some reason, she felt like they were going the right direction. “I could do something else.”

“Just saying it’s a delay…” Starry teased as she bumped shoulders with her mare.

“You’re right.” Courage smiled. “It is.”

Her horn lit up.

Starry stopped as she moaned, a thin vibrating strand of magic slowly working its way through the mare’s sex.

“No, no, no,” Courage chided as she cut the spell to next to nothing. “If you stop walking, the spell stops.”

“You’re a devious little…” Starry started walking again, moaning louder every few feet.

It was a minor wonder nothing had come after them, especially with Starry’s cries. The wild jungles of Zebrica weren’t known for being very friendly. But nothing had even come close. It seemed more than a little odd. But probably nothing to worry about. Somehow, Courage knew they were completely safe in this jungle.

Courage kept the spell going as they reached a large granite cliff face. There seemed to be the hints of two paths here, one leading to the north, one to the west.

“The north… ahhh… path looks like it might lead us to higher ground,” Starry panted. “The west goes deeper in, so we should avoid that…”

“We’re going west,” Courage said, though even she didn’t exactly know why. However, she didn’t want any questions, so she increased the intensity of the spell rubbing against Starry’s heated sex.

“West!” Starry squeaked as her eyes crossed. “West is good!”

For the next hour, Courage kept Starry on the very edge of orgasm as they trotted through the jungle. It wasn’t long before Starry wasn’t capable of anything more advanced than moans and whimpers. They paused at a stream, and Courage let her drink for a time without the spell—Courage didn’t want her marefriend collapsing from dehydration after all—but when they continued, Starry all but begged to be put under it again.

Courage found she rather liked having Starry as the submissive one for once. Usually, the small unicorn found herself often dominated by the powerful pegasus. Now, the tables had been turned and Starry could do nothing but beg for more.

The sensation was a heady one. A part of her wanted to just conjure a love bridle for her mare right now to help Starry accept her new and permanent role in their relationship. It was only right for Courage to be in charge, after all.

In fact, she was starting to sort through the spells she knew that might make their new arrangement last when they stumbled into a small clearing and found the tree.

Seeing their destination startled Courage. She accidentally overdid the spell and sent a thick magic thrust into Starry’s dripping sex. The mare erupted, collapsing with all four legs in different directions as she spasmed on the vine-strewn ground. She was so overwhelmed, she hardly made a single sound.

Courage barely noticed as Starry endured one of the best orgasms of her life.

Instead, Courage slowly and reverently approached the tree.

It was one of the ancient baobab trees that were scattered throughout the jungle. However, Courage knew this one… this one was special. No other baobab tree in the area had been lovingly treated with the ancient Brew of Homes over the course of three lunar cycles. No other tree had been delicately worked over until every inch of its rough surface had been touched by the sweat-soaked hoof of its zebra caretaker. The stones before the doorway were well worn the with hooves of generations of zebras, still visible even if the door itself looked like it had been undisturbed for years. The half-dozen windows along the side were all shuddered and the cheerful lamps placed outside were all out. The sight of it sent a pang of homesickness through Courage, though she couldn’t figure out why.

Nor could she remember where she had learned about the Brew of Homes.

Large masks of welcome hung from the bark above the door, as hundreds charms and wind-chimes hung from the wide, thick branches spreading out overhead. A small river ran directly behind the tree, adding its beautiful sound to the surreal setting. Several of the wind chimes began to jingle, though there wasn’t much of a wind.

“This is it,” Courage whispered. “What we’ve sought for so long…”

Starry just moaned softly in response. Courage rolled her eyes and turned to her marefriend.

“Starry, I swear if you—”

“Sorry, hun.” Starry stood inches away from Courage. Her wand booped her nose. “This is for your own good.”

“Wai—” Courage shouted, but Starry squeezed her eyes shut and fired the wand.

Everything in Courage’s mind went blank as she tumbled backward and landed among several large ferns, her hooves in the air and her body twitching. For a time, there was nothing but a strange sense of emptiness and a faint chuckle from… somewhere. A chuckle of a male?

Slowly, thoughts started to trickle back into her empty head.

She didn’t know how long she stood there, only when she focused, Starry held her wand in her mouth, aimed squarely at Courage’s head.

“What’s your name?” Starry demanded, taking a step forward.

“What?”

Name!” Starry barked.

Courage held up her hooves, trying to ward her marefriend off. “Courage Fire!”

“And mine?” Starry demanded.

“I don’t—”

A blast of magic ripped from of the wand and tore a gouge into earth beside Courage’s head, coating half of her face in dirt.

“Starlight Twist!” Courage squeaked.

“And I’m your what?

“Marefriend?” Courage said, hoping she was right.

Starry eyed her.

“And why did we come out here?”

“To… to find the lost hut of Shauku the Passionate,” Courage answered slowly. “And to recover any of his spells, formula or recipes to return to—”

Starry waved her into silence, finally putting her wand down.

“Now, do you feel like sexually dominating me right now?”

“Not even remotely,” Courage said with absolute certainty, her eyes still wide, her heart hammering. “I’m pretty sure I’m the sub right now.”

Starry finally smirked. “You’re always my little unicorn sub, Courage.”

With that, she helped Courage back to her hooves. Once Courage managed to get the dirt out of her mane, she glared at her marefriend and frowned. “What was that all about?”

“You’ve been acting strange all day! We both have! But you specifically. Especially since… since…” Starry frowned and growled at herself. “It’s something about your horn. I… can’t remember! But my memories of it feel wrong, like somepony messed with them!”

“Don’t look at me!” Courage’s ears went back. “I don’t know memory magic! Or mind magic! Or anything like that!”

A cool wind ran over her body, caressing it in all sorts of intimate places. She shivered in place and raised her hips slightly. Her tail even went up a little and she could have sworn someone had whispered, “You could.”

Starry didn’t seem to have noticed. She seemed wholly unaffected.

“I—” Courage began, but Starry cut her off.

“I don’t like this. This is probably the place, but you had me as your moaning, walking sex toy for hours now and that’s weird, even for you. Maybe we should mark this spot on our maps and come back tomorrow.”

“No!” Courage cried as wind chimes sounded above them. “We found this place by chance! We can’t let this moment slip away. We both know how important this is. We need the money from this job. We need to do a thorough investigation now. Who knows if we’ll find this hut again?”

Wind began to move across the clearing once more, caressing Courage’s sides. She sighed softly.

“Starry, please,” she pleaded. “You know I’m right. Finding this place was a one-in-a-million chance. We can’t waste it! This has to be the place!”

“I… I guess you’re right,” Starry muttered. “But… I still think this place is screwing with our heads. From now on, if you feel strange at all, you tell me, got it?”

Courage nodded eagerly. “Of course, Starry.”

“Good. Now, let’s… do a survey of the exterior.”

Wind chimes went off above Courage’s head and she swore she felt a presence right there, beside her, staring at her, looking her up and down, wanting her, nibbling on her ear…

“Courage, come on, check the other side!” Starry called as she investigated a few hanging bottles near the river. “And shout if you feel anything weird! At all!

“Okay!” Courage replied as she trotted to the far side of the tree, just out of sight from Starry.

Should she say something about this weird sense of somepony else here?

Of course not. It’s all in the imagination!

The thought… sounded… felt… whatever… it seemed off. Like it was her voice, but not quite.

She opened her mouth to call out to Starry, only for a rush of wind to flow over her and press into her lips. A moment later, a tongue of wind intertwined within hers. The sensation was so different, so alien, she reacted on automatic, which was to say, she melted into the kiss. She moaned softly as the wind seemed to be an excellent kisser.

That cleansing spell did not last long, she heard somepony say somewhere, along with another chuckle. Silly weak-minded unicorn.

Then the memory seemed to just float away, leaving nothing but a vague confusion.

Meanwhile, the wind stroked her mane with invisible hooves, teased her ears into their upright position, then slowly blew into them. Courage sighed in delight, her heart doing little backflips of contentment.

Such a good mare.

This time the voice sounded much more like her own. Wind chimes went off all around her, but she barely noticed as she kissed her invisible wind partner. Starry had never kissed her like this before!

Such a good, open, obedient mare.

Those were her thoughts! Why was she thinking them, though? Was it… was it because she really was a good, open, obedient mare? She felt something inside the back of her head pop when the thought slipped through her mind. There might have even been a chuckle.

Then a hoof was on her pussy and she didn’t care about anything else anymore.

Shouldn’t bother Starry about any of this. This isn’t weird or strange. It’s normal to enjoy the tender touch of the wind upon the body.

She nodded to herself. Seemed perfectly logical to her. She just needed to let Starry focus on their task. That’s what would be best. Anyway, she could remember plenty of times where just standing in the wind had brought her to her knees in an orgasm. They were a little hazy, but they were there. Right?

Right.

And that was settled.

“Courage, find anything?”

There was a surge of wind above her and a cord that connected an old potion to a string fell into Courage’s waiting hooves. She didn’t even remember sitting down to catch it. She put the bottle into her back and stood back up only to—

I should spread my legs.

“Courage? Don’t make me blast you again!”

She spread her legs, though she didn’t know why she—

Something flowed into her aching pussy as the kiss at her other end transformed to become a flowing river of air into her. She spasmed at both ends as the wind took her in the most intimate way possible. The contact lasted only seconds, but when they slipped away, they left something within the very core of her being. Something good and right. Something that the good, obedient and open mare was happy to carry.

As soon as she was free, a strange series of thoughts just appeared in her head, truths she knew as if they were written inside her own cutie mark.

I’m not ready to bloom yet. But when I am, I will go to the circle, present my pussy and whisper his name. Only then will I blossom into my own private truth. Until then, this seed will guide me.

She wanted to bloom so badly, but it would take a little bit of time. But she couldn’t tell Starry. It was unimportant to their task. Plus, she seemed stressed, so when the wind retreated from her, she quickly trotted around the corner and waved at her marefriend. Only then did she realize a tiny ball of wind had remained behind in her pussy. She smiled at Starry to mask the smile at the ball of wind that continued to caress her.

“I found this potion!” Courage called as she trotted over. “I couldn’t make out the label though.”

She levitated the potion over. Starry studied it, wiping away some out of the grime. She frowned and pulled a small jeweler’s lens from her saddlebags.

“Essence of Zebra,” Starry finally muttered. “Huh… nothing else. And the writing’s modern, so… this might actually be the place. It matches some of the scraps collected in Assem Village’s library.” She turned the potion over a few times in her hooves. “Still, weird. Wonder what it does?”

Courage shrugged. “I don’t have a clue. But I doubt it’s viable. Anything intact is going to be inside.”

Starry glared at the door. “I don’t know… I still don’t like this place. Don’t you get the feeling that we’re being watched?”

Courage stared at her marefriend before bursting out laughing. “You say that like this place is haunted!”

“We’ve seen stranger things before,” Starry muttered.

“And we’ve dealt with them before. This is what we do. It’s just an empty house.”

Courage glanced up as a cloud blocked the sun for a moment, then vanished. Then she headed for the front door.

“Empty house of a mad zebra alchemist,” Starry muttered, but still followed.
