The Equestrian Empire : The Solar Rule
Today, Celestia had a plan, a very unorthodox plan, but a plan nonetheless. She would create a Dictatorship with herself at it’s center. To get rid of those damn nobles.
But alas, everything had proper procedures to be followed and she first needed to join the Dictators Club. And so she did the best thing she could, send an inter-dimensional letter describing her ambitions to the club.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Princess Celestia, humbly request to join your club as dictator of Equestria, or as I would call it. The Equestrian Empire.
I await your answer.

She would have to wait for the answer, so she exited her room from her small afternoon break and made her way to day court, for the moment, until she could start the dictatorship, she had to entertain these morons. And so she did until five o’clock in the evening where she would retire to her quarters and be able to tend to personal needs and any meeting with nobles or dignitaries.
On her desk she found a letter with some sort of fist stamped on it, looking like it came from a minotaur. She opened and read:
Dear Princess Celestia,
We are happy to hear that you would like to join us and are very sorry to give you such a late answer but some African leaders applying along with some Nevorian leaders too made our respons quite delayed. Here at Dictator Customer Service, we make it our top priority to guarantee the satisfaction and success of our dictators to the best of our extent. We would like to interview you at coordinates X=162.268278 MHu (Mega Hydrogen Unit) Y=628.7287162 MHu Z=27.82927 MHu A=25726.82972 MHu relative to MST (Multiversal Standard Timeline) B=52.72827 MHu with Mr. Khrushchev in approximately 2881.2892 MHu MST.

She would make her way there tomorrow at 3 o’clock, she would have to clear up her schedule for then. But firs she had to have dinner and get a good night’s sleep.
Tomorrow, she had breakfast, attended court, had lunch with some griffon dignitaries and excused herself at 2:45, better early than late, she thought. She then proceeded to teleport herself to those coordinates.
And conveniently found a waiting room before Mr. Khrushchev’s office and so she waited outside and picked one of the many magazines, seemed like all kinds of magazines existed, RUNWAY, Miss Equus, Nevorian Class, Huaj Trends and more, clearly this was a more inter dimensional club. Hey, she didn’t mind the progressiveness of this club. So she took up Miss Equus and browses for a while. Before Mr. Khrushchev called her in.
“Miss Celestia, please come in!” he shouted.
Celestia made her way through the door and saw an ape like looking creature, humans if she recalled. His desk was relatively organized compared to other bureaucrats, some things never change in other dimensions and it seemed that administration was always a pain in the flank and bureaucracy was as fast as a snail.
“So, what do you think you would bring to this club?” He asked with a Russian accent.
“Well I have a pretty strong nation and I have a good personality cult basis, and I’m in a good position to invade other countries and already have a minority to use as scapegoats.” She answered confidently.
“I see you have a basic understanding, it isn’t very often we get colorful equines as dictators but frankly I’ve seen worse. Now we do have some requirements that some don’t like and some do, you do unfortunately have to kill sentient beings, you need to prove that you’ve got the guts to do what it takes, dictatoring is a hard job and we can’t have pussies tainting our name. So even if you don’t like the idea, you still have to do it. There are some exceptions of course, but those take incredible skill, planning and intelligence, we have a surprising amount on Earth. But usually, it’s recommended to do it. A good number to start would be a good million, if we’re generous, and I am today, just a couple hundred thousand, since you do seem like a rather peacef-“
“I’ll kill billions.” Celestia interrupted.
“Excuse me?” He questioned frowning a bit.
“I’ll kill billions.” She repeated with confidence.
“That’s never been done before, the manuals say that the multiverse isn’t old enough for even the most technological of civilization to achieve that yet, it’s literally never been done before.” He said, making some very logical arguments.
“I will do it.” She replied to the contradictions.
“Are you sure? That could put you as the deadliest dictator in Multiverse history, we wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t accomplish it and we will still accept you if you make the technological advancements only, the killing would be just a bonus if you were to get a medieval civilization to space. And I should tell you that you only have the standard 6291810 MHu MST to accomplish it, or about ten years in your time units.” Khrushchev reminded.
“I’ll do it, no problem.” She announced, inside she was unsure, but she had nothing to lose, except her head, maybe, but that wasn’t important.
“Alright,” he said somewhat sighing, “You go get em girl...Go get em...” after years of experience a few had pulled the same stunt, they usually progressed too rapidly or forgot some basics and all died, he always felt a bit sad that such recruits would die and be sent back here, they would usually go into maintenance or IT.
And with that, Celestia had a goal. An exaggerated and not so PG-13 goal, but a goal nonetheless. And she felt ready to take on the world, and to be honest, she was not ready, at least not yet.
First though, she would need to establish a secret Police, she’d first try with Discord, he would probably more easily agree to the idea and wouldn’t tell, otherwise she’d have to ask Luna which was more risky, she would have involved the mane six, but she assumed they were too innocent and wouldn’t be onboard, she would have to keep this mostly a secret from most, at least until she wasn’t established yet.
She planned to meet Discord tomorrow, she would sent him a letter now requesting his presence:
Dear Discord,
This is a matter of extreme urgency and secrecy, I request your presence at the palace at noon so that we may discuss extremely important matters, it is imperative that this does not get out to Fluttershy, Twilight and even Luna.
