Chapters It was a nice sunny day in Ponyville with the sun shining bright and the birds singing! And let’s not forget the brand new castle of friendship! In it held the 6 ponies that represented the elements of Harmony.
Fluttershy the element of kindness
Rainbow dash the element of loyalty
Pinkie pie the element of laughter
Applejack the element of honesty
Rarity the element of generosity
And princess twilight sparkle the element of magic
All of them were eating breakfast together and everything was calm until..
“Spike what’s wrong?” Twilight asked her pet dragon.
Then he spat out a letter. Though this wasn’t anything new it happens all the time.
“It’s a letter from Princess Celestia!” The dragon exclaimed.
As twilight took it she read it outloud:
‘Dear twilight sparkle there is something we all need to talk about and it is urgent! You need to come to Canterlot immediately!’
‘Your friend, Princess Celestia’
“On my gosh! what could it be?” Pinkie pie exclaimed.
“I don’t know but we need to get to Canterlot, NOW!” Twilight said worryingly.
5 minutes later at Canterlot
“I’m glad your here.” Princess Celestia said relivingly.
“What’s going on princess?” Twilight asked.
“King Sombra has returned.” The princess let out.
There was utter silence in the room as everyone else let that sink in
“HOW? Twilight finally chocked out.
“I don’t know but he has returned and is more powerful than ever I fear there is no way to stop him. We might as well just wait for the inevitable. But, if you have a plan or want to make one please do.” Princess Celestia said.
All of them left the throne room as twilight went into the library to try and figure out a way to stop him.
She looked through multiple books on ways of obliteration, deconstruction, and even exploding him.
“Wait...” twilight said outloud. “Can’t we just kill sombra with the heart?” Twilight asked herself.
“I wish we could.” Another female voice called out.
“Princess Luna!” Twilight said happily. “Wait.. what do you mean ‘I wish we could?’”
“Of course Celestia didn’t tell you....” Luna muttered to herself. “Well you see sombra has taken over the Crystal Emire before we even knew he was back. And when we looked to see how bad it was...well.... we where to late. he was much more powerful for just us or the elements of harmony to stop him.” Princess Luna said.
“Oh...” twilight said disappointed.
“I’m very thankful for your attempts but it looks like Equestria must go to war.” And just like that, luna left.
“I won’t give up! I will help them! I’ll just have to look harder!” Twilight said enthusiastically.
After FIVE hours twilight was starting to get tired.
“Where could-“ twilight tried to say but was cut off from a yawn.
“I’ll just look some more..” twilight said trying her hardest not to fall asleep.
Then twilight leans back to stretch a little but then, she hit her head on a bookshelf. and then a book fell down and hit her right on the head. “Ow!” Twilight said rubbing the bruise she got on her head.
When she looked at the book the cover said: ‘Starswirls spells ’
This immediately filled twilight with excitement because she may have found the answer to all of their problems! So, the cracked open the book and started reading.
“Hmm... no...no....no...Huh?” She muttered.
‘Time travel is the best way to stop events from happening. Though, it is extremely difficult and can lead to disastrous results once you return to you original time.’
“Time travel?”
As twilight tried to figure out her surroundings she couldn’t tell anything that was familiar. In fact, she couldn’t tell what was what at all.
Just as twilight was about to have an emotional breakdown a unicorn with two royal gaurds came into the room.
“Your awake.” She said warmly. Her voice sounding as sweet as ever. “You can leave now.” She motioned to the royal gaurds.
After they left, the unicorn sat down beside the filly. “We found this beside you.” She lifted up a name tag. “Is this your name?” She asked.
“I...I don’t know... I don’t even know who I am..” twilight responded.
“I see....well I’ll just call you that. Is that okay with you?” She said
Twilight nodded.
“Okay so I’m guessing that you also have no idea what an Alicorn is right?”
“No...what’s that?” Twilight asked
“It’s a pony who can fly and use magic. Like you sweetie!” She said
“Oh...what’s your name?” Twilight asked
“Hm? Oh sorry! My name is princess Amore.” Princess Amore said.
“So does that mean I’m a princess too?” Twilight asked.
“Well you are an Alicorn so yes!” Princess Amore said.
“Yay!” Twilight said happily.
“Do you want me to show you around the empire?” Princess Amore asked the happy filly.
“Sure!” Twilight said excitingly.
As they walked around the empire Fillies, Colts, Mares, and Stallions stared in awe at the young Alicorn.
After they were done Princess Amore took twilight to the crystal heart.
“What’s this?” Twilight asked
“This is the crystal heart, the source of the empires light and love. Every year everypony gathers up the light and love in them and uses that to power the heart at the crystal faire!” Princess Amore responded.
“What is the crystal faire?” Twilight asked.
“It’s a faire where we celebrate the crystal empire. And on the last day we use all of the happiness and use that power the crystal heart.” Princess Amore said.
“Okay.. also why are all those ponies staring at me?” Twilight said as she pointed to the ponies looking at the young Alicorn.
“Well it’s because everypony thought that Celestia and Luna were the only Alicorns.”
“Who is Celestia and Luna?”
“Celestia is the princess of the sun and she can raise the sun. And Luna is the princess of the moon and she can raise the moon.” Princess Amore said
“So what are you the princess of?” Twilight asked.
“Oh I should’ve told you this sooner, I am the princess of the crystal empire!” Princess Amore said.
When it was night princess Amore decided that she would put twilight in the room next to her so she could keep an eye on twilight. The two princesses fell asleep quickly.
The next morning was an exciting morning for twilight because she loved to explore the castle. Of course, she would get lost but she always found her way back to the throne room.
“You want to go outside now, don’t you?” Twilight spun around to see princess Amore standing behind her.
“Yes....” twilight said.
Princess Amore chuckled. “That’s understandable. I imagine you want to make some friends. And it is quite late in the morning. You can go.”
“Yay!” Twilight said as she dashed out of the room and out of the castle and into the streets.
Though, it wasn’t really exciting because most of the crystal ponies were still inside there rooms. And all of the ponies that were outside were staring at the young Alicorn.
Then, twilight heard some fillies and colts playing outside and dashed towards the noise. To find a small group of foals playing in the yard of an orphanage.
“Hey did you hear?” A colt asked his group of friends.
“Hear what?”
“My mom came home yesterday and she said that ther is a THIRD Alicorn how crazy is that?”
This peeked the young crystal ponies interests so they started asking questions.
“Really?
“Where?”
“When?”
“What did she look like?”
“She has a dark blue mane with pink and purple highlights with a lavender coat!”
“Wow!”
After a while all of the crystal ponies were out and about in the yard of the orphanage everything was peaceful until..
“Greetings friends can sombra play too?” A young colt asked the group of foals.
All of them said no and taunted him and left him laughing
After a while twilight found the same colt from before and a filly with a light blue curly mane and a deep purple coat playing together.
Finally twilight trotted up to the two and asked “can I play?”
The two foals stopped playing and looked at her.
Then the colt came up to her and said “sombra would like that.”
Then the purple filly pointed at the young Alicorn and said “look! She’s an Alicorn!”
“Wow.” Sombra said in awe.
“What your name?” Twilight asked the purple filly
“Oh! My names radiant hope! And what’s yours?”
“Twilight.” Twilight responded
After a long day of playing with her new friends, twilight went back to the castle and was acually quite tired and went to her room and fell fast asleep.
Author's Note
Two things: one, in this story, twilight time spell wipes her memories and makes her a filly again. Two, I WROTE THIS STORY AND WHEN I TRIED TO SAVE IT A 457 WORDS IT WOULDNT WORK AND WHEN I REFRESHED THE PAGE I HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! AGHHHH! okay I’m done
“Princess Celestia! I have an idea!” Twilight said as she burst into the throne room.
“Really? Then by all means say it!” Celestia said eagerly.
“Time travel.”
“What!?” Celestia shrieked.
“If I go back in time then I can figure out what happened to sombra and why he became who he is and stop him!” Twilight said.
“Twilight dear, it’s a good idea but messing with the past is dangerous.”
“Why?”
“Because the results could destroy the entire universe!”
“But it could work!”
“Or it could destroy Equestria!”
“Or it could SAVE Equestria!”
“We are not discussing this any further. twilight sparkle, I FORBID YOU FROM USING SUCH MAGIC NOW LEAVE!” Celestia said using the royal Canterlot voice.
Twilight blinked. She knew Celestia didn’t want to use such magic but she had never used the royal Canterlot voice on her dear student.
“WHO ARE YOU MY MENTOR OR MY JAILER?” Twilight said as she stormed out of the room slamming the door behind her.
A couple of hours later.
Celestia was crying regretting what she had said to twilight. And what twilight had said to her.
“Tia I know your upset but just go and talk to her.” Luna said trying to ease the elder Alicorns sadness.
“But what If she just ignores me? And she hates me?”
“She won’t Celestia. she would never hate you.” Luna said and gave her sister a reassuring smile.
“Twilight? Twilight?” Celestia called out.
‘Maybe she’s in her room .’Celestia thought.
As Celestia opened the door she saw twilight using a time travel spell. The one Celestia specifically told twilight not to use.
At first, she tried to think that she was doing something else like a... trick! Or a little performance to herself or her just using a new spell she learned from a book! But no, Celestia has to accept the fact that her student was acually doing this. Leaving Celestia.
“TWILIGHT SPARKLE STOP THAT RIGHT NOW!” Celestia commanded.
“I’m sorry princess but it’s the only way to stop him!” Twilight said.
Just as Celestia was about to use her own magic to stop twilight, the magic made twilight just teleport out of existence.
“Hey over here! I see something!” A crystal gaurd shouted. As he looked down his eyes widened with shock.
“An Alicorn?”
Later that day twilight woke up in a very large royal bed. Like the ones in the crystal empire.
“Where am I?
