Princess Twilight Sparkle is a pony used to compelled voyages- for several years now, her every heroic act had been dictated by the Friendship Table. Her Crown duties had finally begun to gather and she began her second ascent; to the status her wings afforded her.

And then she was pulled into a warp, sent tumbling a great distance, without the chance to say goodbye.

January 30, 1933: Adolf Hitler is named Chancellor of Germany.
September 1, 1939: The German army, all other avenues to reunite with East Prussia and reclaim her stolen port of Danzig lost, storms across the Polish border. The other European Powers swiftly declare war, and the greatest conflict in history is begun.
June 22, 1941: As the unstable relationship with the Communists falters, Germany seizes the initiative and surges into the Russian countryside. They whip through the land, making incredible progress as they press towards her capitol.
November 6,1941: A mysterious organization known only as 'Thule', recognizing the potential for massively strained logistical lines in Germany's long-reaching two front war, begin conducting experiments in voidgate travel.
December 11, 1941: War officially begins with the United States.
December 15, 1943: Already seeing the signs of Germany's collapse, Thule transitions toward a scientific salvation. Experiments begin in summoning and theoretical long-range voidwarp travel.
June 6,1944: As the great battle mounts on the French coast, Thule engineers are elated. After several days of testing, the strange readings present on their research gate suddenly manifested. Sparks and smoke filled the subterranean testing chamber as the prototype gate fried. When the acrid haze cleared, researchers found something most unexpected- a panting violet form, crumpled and bleeding, lay where the swirling vortex once stood.
