Sunset Shimmer's Apartment- 6:30 pm

The day was just about over. They'd had their fun in public. The entire day had been nothing but fun times, laughs and smiles for the newly formed sunlight couple. To say Sunset Shimmer was overcome with joy that would rival Pinkie's normal levels of happiness was an understatement as she could happily and confidently say that she was a level of happy above Pinkie at this moment in time with Twilight Sparkle at her side. "Touche Sparkle" Sunset said as she went into the kitchen to get ready to prepare their meal. "Make yourself at home Twi. Go and change if you feel the need. I need to get this pasta to a boil and thaw out these shrimp."

As Sunset would begin getting the various ingredients Twilight would hear her speak and would get up and using her magic to grab her bag and then she would head towards the bathroom. "I'm gonna go get a shower. Wash off the smell of chlorine and sweat."

An Alfredo shrimp scampi over pasta served with a side of handmade cheese biscuits coated with garlic butter. "It looks amazing Sunny! Like it was ripped right out of a cooking show! C'mon and lets eat; I dunno about you but I am famished!" Twilight said happily taking her bowl of food along with a bottle of hard cider that Sunset had set out on the table. Once she had what she needed she would go back over to Sunset's couch to sit. While she was waiting for Sunset to make the food she'd taken the liberty of setting up some tray tables for them to use to eat.

"I'm glad you like it. It's one of my favorite dishes to make and probably the one I am the best at making. It's pretty hard being a pseudo vegetarian sometimes but luckily I get around it by eating seafood which is a decent enough replacement for meat." Sunset said with a chuckle as she finished making her own bowl of food and came over to sit down next to Twilight.

"I understand. I don't eat a lot of meat myself even though I do enjoy a nice steak or a hotdog every now and again so no need to worry about that" Twilight replied as she began to dig into her food and took her first forkful and she hummed in delighted satisfaction and held a hand to her cheek as she chewed her food.
