Prologue: Summary of Neighsay's plan
One night in Canterlot, Chancellor Neighsay sat at home in rage. Three weeks ago, he had gone to inspect Twilight's School of Friendship, and was met by individuals he did not know. Twilight had explained who they were, but Celestia swooped in and backed Twilight before Neighsay could retaliate. He was angered that Twilight was teaching Non-Pony races about the knowledge of Friendship, and believed that this would lead to the destruction of Equestria. Having been sent back to Canterlot after being knocked unconscious by one of the ally soldiers, he was not happy.
**Two months later...**
Neighsay was ready to engage his plans of revenge against Twilight. He planned to take the Non-Pony students and the pony they had befriended, as prisoners and take them to a secret location. There he would perform dangerous actions, and attempt to teach Twilight what would happen if she went against the EEA, and if she was teaching to Non-Pony races.

After school was finished for the night, Twilight was about to go to bed. Suddenly, she and her friends heard the alarms ringing and chirping in the student dorms. They were unable to get in quickly, because the doors were barricaded. Soon, two pegasus students dragged the barricades away, and opened the doors. They were coughing hard, and many of the students were feeling lightheaded. Others were passed out on the floor, and there was a yellowish smoke in the air. Twilight looked down the hall, and immediately had a panic attack. The window was shattered and the students from other races were GONE, including Sandbar. Rainbow saw a canister that seemed to be the origin of the smoke. Silently, she picked it up, and sniffed the residue of its contents. She felt dizzy for a moment, but snapped out of the daze in a split second.
"Sleeping Gas.", she said calmly as she gingerly handed the canister to Twilight.
Twilight sent an urgent scroll to Celestia.
Celestia, There has been a break-in at the Friendship School, and the special students have disappeared. However, the window is shattered inward, which means they've been captured. Sandbar was taken too. Please Help! Signed, Twilight Sparkle

Bad News, Reinforcements, and Confusion
Ocellus woke up to the sound of wheels, and started coughing because she felt her lungs being squeezed. She ended up waking the rest of the students. No one could see, because they felt the tight hug of blindfolds on their heads. Neither could they move, due to being heavily restrained to the point of total immobility.
"Where are we?", Yona asked nervously.
"I think we're underground.", Ocellus responded instantly.
All six of them began to chatter their teeth in nervousness.

Back at the School, Royal Guards had put up a crime line, and Celestia was searching for clues. She sent Twilight to Ponyville's radio tower, instructing her to call their allies. Celestia was starting to become very nervous.
"Ponyville Tower to Lemurian Star; this is Twilight. Do you read me?", she called on the microphone.
"Lemurian Star, this is Brandon.", a voice responded quickly.
"We need you here ASAP.", Twilight said.
"Roger that, we're coming.", Brandon replied.
The ship arrived in 90 seconds, and Rarity shot a blast from her horn to give a bearing.
The ship landed in the woods and the crew arrived in jeeps in a flash. Suddenly, not two minutes later, Neighsay's EEA partners came rushing to the crime scene. They were not smiling, nor showing serious expressions. They looked concerned, and said something that made Celestia nervous. The member right below Neighsay, a unicorn named Parchment, explained the situation.
"We had gone to remind him of tomorrow's meeting, and he didn't answer. We kicked down the door, and looked EVERYWHERE for him. NOT A TRACE OF HIM AT ALL! The only other thing that stood out was scratches on the floor. They stopped at a place where we could hear a faint draft. We had to pry the floorboards because they were stuck, and found a shaft with a ladder in it.", he said.
"What was down there, sir?", Twilight asked curiously.
"There was not enough light to see all the way down, but when I reached in, I got burned by something.", Parchment replied as he held up his hoof that was now bandaged.
"We need to get there, NOW.", Link said in a fraction of a second.
"We can also say this. There was a map of Equestria in his bedroom, with a star drawn on Mount Everhoof. This is strange because nopony has ever gone there in the last 50 years. We couldn't tell if there was anything else on it. We only had a quick look.", Parchment said as the allies prepared to head for Canterlot.

Neighsay's Hideout, and his HORRIFYING PLAN
While most of the students had gone unconscious, Ocellus was still awake. Struggling, she pulled her head close enough to her legs, in order to tap twice on her horn. It began to glow softly, so much so that Neighsay could not have seen it. She closed her eyes, and a mental message for help was sent. Brandon had given her a top-secret distress beacon that was connected to her brain.
"Captain Brandon, This is Ocellus. I hope you are on your way to us. Please hurry, we need your help. We are in agonizing pain."

Brandon's scanner flashed and vibrated. He looked at the message and looked toward Twilight as they stopped for a moment.
"Ocellus says they are in pain. I have a terrible feeling about this.", he said shakily.
Twilight's heart skipped a beat when she looked at the students' vital signs, which were going all over the place.
"RUN WITH ALL OF YOUR MIGHT!! NOW!!", Link shouted at everyone.
They did just that, until they reached the car that Neighsay had used to transport the students. After getting in the back door and going out the open side door, they ran through a set of hydraulically powered glass doors. As they shattered through the glass, they found themselves standing on a gantry in a humongous round room. Seconds later, they heard five of the students scream in pain, and realized what was going on. Neighsay was torturing the students, and theoretically trying to kill them. They saw frost and ice in Smolder's cell, and were confused why she was not screaming. Neighsay had hooked the students to monitors so he would know what their health looked like. Suddenly, everything in the chamber, except the equipment used by the allies, went dead and the lights went out. Link had used a small but powerful device to unleash an EMP. They heard coughs, sniffling, and pained crying after about twenty seconds.

Author's Note
Part two will show the aftermath of this tragic discovery. How has Neighsay been torturing these innocent students? How will the rescue team get them out? Last but not least, how will Neighsay be punished for his drastically aggressive actions?

When the Young Six woke up a second time, they were separated. They could move slightly, but couldn't get out. Smolder was hanging upside down, and there were icicles in her cell. She was the only one who could move the most. She panicked when the rest of them screamed in AGONY. She began to move down, and then she realized there was an oxygen tube in her mouth. She started to get submerged in a super cold fluid before she could try to take it out. She started shivering instead.

It was morning because everyone voted to sleep first. Arriving at Neighsay's house, Brandon organized a medical team.
"Colin, you're in charge but Ariel is the doctor.", he explained to his first officer.
Inside, they found the top of a list of instructions titled "My plan to retaliate against Twilight" which had been torn off. Link's suspicion was correct, Neighsay was the culprit. Twilight and Celestia saw the map that Parchment mentioned. Not only was there a star on Mount Everhoof, there were two lines connected by smaller lines running toward the star. After being called, Brandon looked at the lines and figured out what they were looking at.
"That's how someone would draw a sketch of train tracks.", Brandon said confidently.
Link hollered that he had found the opening in the floor. After opening it, a sensor went off on his belt. He was being alerted of multiple energy signatures, which all moved in straight lines. Twilight looked at the scratches and determined that Gallus' talons had scratched the floor.
"Brandon, bring me a smoke bomb.", Link instructed.
Brandon did as he was told, and Link lit the fuse. As smoke entered the shaft, lasers began appearing. Brandon spotted a dim screen with nine dots on it next to the opening. A piece of paper was taped beside it, with a pattern drawn on it. Brandon drew the pattern on the screen, and the lasers turned off. He quickly typed "Lock" in a command bar to keep the lasers off, and the party descended the ladder. Turning on flashlights, they found that Brandon was right. Neighsay had dug an underground tunnel, and laid tracks. As they followed them, they were nervous about what they would find.
