Chapter 1: The Fool's Freedom
I'm so bored! This is boring! Bored. Bored. I’m really bored. Bored. Bored. Did I mention that I’m bored? whined a girl's childish voice.
You’d think after being frozen in stone for fifteen hundred years with nothing but your thoughts you’d get tired but nope! Maybe it a curse of being me Mwahahaha! But it's annoying not knowing where my girlfriend is, Damn You sunbutt and moonbutt when I get out I'm going to get my revenge! Mwahahaha!
It looks like somepony's cranky today. spoke a certain Draconequus statue right across from me. The statue has the appearance of head of a pony and a body made up of all sorts of things, He has a deer antler on the right, a blue goat horn on the left, one long fang, different-sized pupils, a snake tongue, a goat beard, and white bushy eyebrows. He has the right arm of a lion, the left claw of an eagle, the right leg of a lizard, and the left leg of a goat. In addition, he has a bat's right wing, a Pegasus' left wing, a horse's mane, and a dragon-like snake's tail with a white tail tuft. The shape of his body resembles that of a snake, and the statue posed as if he was singing. This is Discord, the only one that I've talked to in a thousand years. Well telepathly anyway at least.
Of course I'm cranky, I've been trapped in stone for over a thousand years, For What, accidently burning down a few villages! No one got hurt and I said I was sorry.
What about that one soldier, the one who lost his eye? he asked rising a nonexisting eyebrow.
It's not my fault that his sword snapped like twig, when it hit mine and the broken piece flew into his eye, when he attacked me! she yelled.
And what about that flock of dragons? he asked. I couldn't help it I was hungry and they where the only things for miles! And I hate veggies. she pouted.
And the cake incident. Discord giggled. I'm not apologizing. she huffed.
Oh hey, I think I hear a tour group coming! GAZE UPON MY MIGHTY FORM!
“Come on class, we’ve got a lot to see!” said a stern yet gentle voice.
“Children, what do you think this statue stands for?" The schoolteacher mare gestured towards my stone prison with her hoof, a small group of foals following close behind to a statue of a bipedal creature.
“This statue represents a creature know as The Fool." The schoolteacher mare said. The class started to giggle.
Hey! That's not funny.
"That makes sense it looks like a idiot" quipped a familiar condescending voice. Oh you little piece of sh-
“An why is called The Fool anyway?” Applebloom asked in her adorable little accent.
“So, just what kind of creature is that, Ms. Cherilee?” Sweetie Belle asked.
“I think it looks pretty cool!” said Scootaloo
Nopony knows exactly what kind of creature The Fool was, but she was incredibly powerful,” Cherilee continued.
Oh yeah, here we go. REGALE YOUR STUDENTS WITH MY MAGNIFICENCE!
“She and her partner Shinsengumi hailed from a time long in the past before Equestria was at peace. The many countries and species warred with each other, trying to gain the most control over the land, when they appeared. She caused the most untold destruction to the lands, and was able to best the greatest of warriors from all kinds of armies. Entire cities and mountains were destroyed in her battles.”
Hey, you make it sound like I was trying to destroy all those things! I’m not evil I’m just… enthusiastic. Dammit Tia and Lulu, you did this on purpose, didn’t you?
"Ms. Cherilee whos Shinsengumi?" Applebloom asked.
"Shinsengumi was the Fool's partner, she wasn't as strong as the Fool, but it said that they were always together." said Ms. Cherilee.
"So where is she?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"The Princesses hid Shinsengumi away for reasons only they knew."
"The fool was able create flames so hot and intense that even the strongest of dragons would flee in terror." she continued.
“Whoa,” the class responded in awe.
Uhahahahahahaha! she laughed in pride.
Well, at least they kept that part right. Suddenly I feel like a trophy instead of a powerful enemy sealed away.
“Come on class, we’ve got more to see. Make sure not to fall behind!” As the class left you hear cracking sound and see that Discord was free from his stone prison.
hey Dissy could you let me out as well, please.
"Hum, oh what the heck I guess so but only because I find you rather enjoyable." as he snaps his claw, but nothing happened.
"huh, that's strange something should had happened unless it was delayed it'll probably take few hours." as he shrugged his shoulders.
aw man that sucks! ah well go have some fun Discord. "Why thank you I think I will see you later pipsqueak." as he teleports away.
Pipsqueak! Pipsqueak! I'll show you a pipsqueak I hope you get turned back into stone you jerk!
(A few hours later)
I look up and see a explosion of rainbow light and guess that discord got turned back into stone, and then CRACK! An audible cracked rang out, large crack formed on top of my chest. Holy shit, am I breaking free?! Another crack, and my statue was visibly shaking with my effort to finally be free of my prison. The statue before it shattered in a blast of light. There stood a 152cm tall figure, in a black military uniform with a crimson cape held on by gold flower crest pendant, the same flower symbol on her hat, her long black hair with a red tint to it reached down to her waste, and piercing scarlet red eyes burning like fire itself and smiling a smile that will give evil itself nightmares.
"IT'S SHOW TIME! Wahahahahaha! Uhahahahahahaha! Uhahahahaha! Fear me! Hesitate about living! I'm the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven, Oda Nobunaga! And I have returned." as a sinister laugh echoed throughout the land.
