It was a gloomy day in Ponyville. Many ponies walked around with their heads hanging low, hooves barely lifting off the ground. It seemed as though time itself had stopped. The pegasi flew low, and no pony bothered to speak to each other but exchange saddened looks.
The fields in Sweet Apple Acres have grown barren and the paint on the large, once-happy barn was chipped and dull. All the forest animals have disappeared. No smiles were given.
How did the great Ponyville become like this? It was such a lush, cheerful place, where everypony knew everypony and frowns were nonexistent. Now even the Rock Fields had more life.
The Cutie Mark Crusaders sat in their treehouse. They had given up on their quest to receive their cutie marks, assuming they had no special talent to gain one. Big Macintosh scanned the barren fields that was once filled with magnificent apple trees. Only one tree remained, and that was where Granny Smith lay. She had passed away, which doubled the sadness in Ponyville. Big Macintosh sighed in sadness. He was all alone. Apple Bloom was so depressed that her and her friends confined themselves to their “headquarters” and refused come home.
“There’s nothing left,” she would reply. “Everything is gone.”
The rain started to fall and everypony went into their colorless homes. The pegasi evacuated above the clouds. It was like weather control had never existed. Not after the greatest flier in all of Equestria left.
The Elements of Harmony were the most powerful force of all time. That was until the Elements of Harmony disappeared. That’s right. The six forces of friendship were gone.
Rainbow Dash was invited to join the Wonderbolts. She was hesitant but Twilight and the others insisted for her to follow her dreams. She never came back Rainbow promised to return and flew away to Canterlot. Fluttershy noticed the animals disappearing and ran off after them. Applejack took a train to someplace far away in search of new lands. When none of her friends returned, Twilight Sparkle returned home to Canterlot as well. She insisted in finding her friends, predicting the outcome of the departure of the elements of friendship. She needed to find her friends. Rarity found a handsome colt and went with him to Trottingham, starting a large fashion line. Pinkie Pie stayed in Ponyville, but without her friends, she grew depressed and moved to the outskirts of town, never to be confronted by another pony. They grew farther and farther apart, until their glorious memories together faded, and they were never seen again.
