Three years after the Bon Voyage Incident, Fluttershy wakes up from a drug induced coma on a space habitat called "Sparkle Station" at the start of a new Necromorph outbreak. But there is more than just the Necromorph infestation to contend with. Psychos roam the halls, Section 0 Agents are hunting her, and the Marker pulls her closer to the dark. Sparkle Station may be where Fluttershy meets her end, but if she's going to die, she'll die fighting.
