I was a little surprised these things were rare this wasn't the cheep version of the backpack that came with the power armor of vault 76 but a real rugged Vault-Tec backpack. With a click he opened the back pack and pulled out three idems which made me go wide crazy. The first was a Pipboy 2000 kit, the second one was a intelligence bobble head unopened mind you!, and the last one was a Tb-51 power armor helmet which made my jaw drop to the floor. "W-w-w-what where did you get these!?" I almost shouted. This got a dark chuckle from the merchant as he placed a finger on his 'lips'. "Trade secret my dear vault dweller," I picked up the helmet in awe then the merchant said something that almost caused me to drop the helmet. "You can take them Stranger," Turning to him with wide eyes he laughed. "Are you serious?" I asked. He nodded. "I don't normally do this but a fallout gamer like yourself shouldn't have you Xbox stolen from you so this is a way for me to say sorry for your loss," Giving a light chuckle I looked at the helmet one last time as I packed them into the bag and thanked the merchant for the stuff as I turned and waved. With a pack full of fallout gear I began to leave but I turned around to the merchant and waved which he did but the moment I blinked he was...gone. Giving a laugh I then yawned, the Assembly and the rush from before must have tired me out. Not bothering with removing the pipboy I crawled on top of the bed as I placed my head on the pillow and with a smile I turned out the light and shut my eyes. I stated He turn to were I pointed to as he lit up and ran froward as I followed shortly behind him. As we made it to the clearing I saw it a village full of ponies and I connected the dots. 'Ponyville,' I stopped before the clearing as button mash cheered happy as I began to slowly walk back into the forest. Going to my pip-boy I selected my CAMP as the metal device appeared before me and unfolded as the area around it held a green ring that covered the entire small clearing and most of the trees. My HUD had changed as well to construction mode from fallout 4, knowing what to do I began to break the trees, stone, and other restores down for my CAMP to make myself a small encampment. (2 hours of trial and error I know another time skip sue me) YES DID IT! 'Though not the best but it works,' Taking a few steps back at the small wooden shack with concrete walls and supports that sat in the middle of the clearing with a few small devices around the hut. First was the three junk harvesters that had been converted into a metal harvester, it used a drill to dig into the ground to find any raw metals to be used. Next were the water collectors that collect well water, both from the ground and any that come from rain to be cleaned into drinkable water. Finally were the flood lights and search lights to wear off unwanted guests, but if they get too close to my shack I had two Mark II turrets one on top of my house and the other on the back. Besides that inside the hut was a three x three plate house, The entrance had a metal door that had a dead bolt and a bar if need if the normal lock wasn't enough, the left side when you entered had every workstation a wastelander need. Gun bench, Armor bench, chem station, cooking station, Robot workstation, Power armor work station, and a custom research station so I could unlock blueprints for other ideas to make into reality. The right part of the shack were living courtiers with a vault bed from the fallout 3 and New Vegas games with a auto doc mark 1 at the foot of the bed in a folded state. I made it just in case if I get so hurt that it was going to take more than the healthy amount of stimpacks I didn't want to get stimpack sickness. Also to add that was a rad cleaning station that acted like a shower to keep myself clean, also I add a book shelf, steam trunks, comic stand, and some other day to day idems. My entire shack was powered by three windmills that were outside and a medium that had its C02 port acting as my chimney that gave black smoke. You see I was limited on what I could build right now, like I couldn't make a power armor frame with hellfire power armor, no I was going to need to work for it. Though I could build a power armor frame I just need more metal to do so and I was going to make fusion cores to power the darn thing lucky I could make those as well but again not enough stuff. But I was able to make a auto-pipe rifle so I didn't just have my pistol to defend myself with ammo to go for it and I made my own Vault 111 jumpsuit with heavy leather shoulder guard on my right and left along with metal bracers, boots, and chest plate that hid under my suit. I add lead for radiation protection hey I had to be prepared for anything mates, Along with that I made a Camo bandanna that was wrapped around my neck, lastly was was a pair of goggles on my head for working. I had become a true wastelander! Which begs the question, what is a wastelander to do? Gather resources and survive! *LEVEL UP!* *New perks gained!* Author's Note I'm in Alaska! Moments ago I had fallen down and dislocated my leg, normally you think a stimpack would fix the damn thing but those heal not reline your leg. Spitting the stick from my mouth as I held my leg with my left and opened my right, in a flash a Med-x appeared in my opened hand. Biting on the safety cap off I put the needle in my leg, God I hated needles, Feeling the pain numb away I gave a smile as I pulled out a Stimpack to heal the ligaments in my leg. As the Stimpack did its work my leg began to feel better as I got up and put weight on it, nothing good my leg was better that's always good. I know what your wandering what happened Jackie boy? Well it's quite easy to say the least, I was on a junk run to build more to my small home which has grown a bit from my last entry. I was able to find some gems that can be recycled into crystals in a abandoned mine alone with some scrap metal from some old mining carts, I have hellaton of metal already but still their is no such thing as too much right? Aw home sweet home. Adding to my home from last time for more protective defensive matters, I added a chain link fence around the area around my home that had razor wire on top of the fence. Wires where connected to the fence that I could switch on to electrify it which is my first line of defense from raider/attackers/wild animals. Wild animals haven't really been a problem lately I mean, I have my run it was a Manicore but it didn't attack me just looked at me before walking off. Timber wolves hadn't been really a problem a matter of face one of them walked up behind me while I was eating some venison, it just sat right next to me and looked at me. I guessed it really didn't know what I was but it didn't attack me. The wolf and I just sat down looking at each other before I gave it some meat and it went off a few days later it was back this time I didn't have any meat and I was working on the fence. It hung out and I gave it some water thinking it was thirsty but hey it took the water I just called him 'Woody'. Hey come on I love those movies, Though I hate how the fourth one ended. Woody just comes by every now and then, he would lay dawn by the gate and wait for water or food or just to hang out before leaving. The other day I was doing a cross word on my pipboy and I solved it in under about 2 minuets and I didn't know I knew the Russian word of 'pasta' but apparently I did. Pulling out my wasteland guide I began to read where I had left off, did you know you can make a bomb from some soda and sodium that is used to make pop rocks? I began to read about mirulurks and their hive like nature. She closed the book with one hand as she put it down one the book shelf as she walked into the light getting me a better look at her. She wore a pair of black pants that had a chain run from her front left pocket to her back left, black leather boots with belts that had sliver buckles, along with a dark navy shirt, a black leather jacket covered her arms and back, black finger-less gloves covered her slender fingers, and lastly a scarf wrapped around her neck colored like her mane sparked too. She was quite pretty I had to say. "Have to say this wasn't what I was expecting Jack," She told me as she walked over to my unfinished power armor frame that hung by the shoulders, it only have its legs or left arm and the T-51 helmet I was brought with rested on the head. The animals from the forest usually keep to themselves but today they did a full fledged attack upon the peaceful town, the town didn't have the elements to save them or the students from the academy for they were at the crystal empire for a field trip. Their was no one to protect them. Blood was being shed and screams filled the air, homes on fire, and other unspeakable actions came from the once peaceful animals. A mother held her newborn child close to her chest as she ran out of a burning house as a group of timber wolves chased after her not caring if they were on fire. They ran forward as the mother screamed trying to shield her child from the threat behind her, one of the wolves jumped ready to bite on her flesh with it's burning wooden fangs. Before I could a large metal fist came from nowhere and punched the wolf in the face causing it's face to become a explosion of splinters. The wolves stopped their attack and looked at the new player on the game of death that protected the mother and child, their stood a giant. More like a knight was before them but his armor didn't shine, it had rust in someplace and was dirty from head to its large boots. A black backpack was on its back along with two smaller bags on each thigh along with a knife on the left bag. The knight's chest plate, shoulders, and crouch guard where a military green and brown as one of his right shoulder held a street sign that said. 'Long 15' (if you played fallout you understand what this is) (also I know its a real road I've been to the Mojave in real life and good springs) In its hands was a handmade looking weapon that had dials and switches covering the thing as the knight then turned to the woman. "Ma'am are you alright?" The woman couldn't say a word to the kind knight that saved her and her child's life. "Y-y-yes," She was shaking as the wolves snarled. "Good stay behind me," with that the knight flipped the weapon's switch as the weapon's main compartment glowed red and barrel. One of the wolves got saw this as a threat and lunged at the knight who only aimed his weapon and fired, a beam of red light shot though the air and hit the wolf in the had as it's body glowed for a moment before turning to ash. The wolf's remains gently fell though the air and past the knight as the other wolves where shocked by the power of the knight's weapon and began to back away but the knight didn't let them. He aimed his weapon and fired quickly hitting the six wolves in the chest or head with six shots. Quickly the Knight reloaded and turned back to the woman. "It looks something like this," He then fired at the wolves and other animals as red lasers danced before the town, what ever the beam hit it turned into ash as one of the animals using the ash of a fellow animal as cover it jumped onto his back. The knight quickly ripped the animal that was a wilder beast the furred creature hissed as the song began to 'hmm' and the knight grabbed something from his belt and slammed it into the beast causing blood to be shoot out. He then grabbed the beast and threw it into a group of charging bears but they were stopped by the body of their fallen comrade in arms. "Well here comes the music," The body of the wilder beast exploded into a blood and guts as the bones and shrapnel from the explosion ripped the bears flesh apart. Running forward he began to fire his laser rifle in his right hand as he held another homemade rifle pipe like weapon and fired. That was until his weapons clicked as he cursed under his breath, the animals number knew no end as his ammo did. He threw his weapons as the disappeared into green light along with a flash of new green light as a police baton appear in his hands snapping it out and gave a hand flip he pointed it forward. (think of agent Carolina from RVB) Sparks came from the hilt to the round point, as his other hand gave 'come on'. The horde of beast came at the lone stranger but he didn't show fear as he hit one of the bears in the head then a bugbear on it's arm with a snap breaking it. His free arm came back as a pair of sharp knuckles came out over his robotic knuckles and punched his hand through a beast that he couldn't even tell what it was, and so the battle of blood and sparks went on. Soon the animals 'dog' piled him, he felt the teeth and claws try to make they way under his armor but he had a trick up his sleeve. A push of a button on his wrist the knight's pulps shrank under his helm. The beasts on his back went flying into the air as the knight gave a unholy roar. "FUCKING KILL!!!" A mix of psycho, buffout, jet, and Med-x caused the knight's mortal body to temporarily brake the mortal chains that held him back from his true strength. Feeling no pain and no fear the knight gave a roar as he ran forward and threw his baton into the chest of a mancore as the shock from both the wound and weapon killed it in a heart beat the knight keep forward. Another set of spike knuckles covered his other hand as he punched his ways though the crowded of meat that was a threat to him and the Village. His already full strength was added by the suit that he wore giving him the ability to rip a wilder beast in half the drugs had turned his mind to match that of his enemy. The villagers watched as the knight tore though the beast some with faces that had mixed expressions. Some held panic, Shock, Surprise, Awe, and Fear. They had been at the mercy of the beast of the everfree but now they were at the mercy of this knight that gave them a taste of their own medicine. Bloody baton in one hand and in his other the head of a feral beast at his feet were the bloody remains of the animals that attacked. (end music) (POV Jack) The rush had meets its end when I came back to my normal state of mind, then I saw it. Blood... The music stopped on my though as I turned to the crowd and what their face's held. Fear... I wasn't welcomed here, this wasn't the first impression I wanted to go for. Before the guards came and what not that would add more shit to the cocktail of terribleness I turned and began to walk back in the forest with a head of a horned beast in my hand. "Wait sir knight!" Turning I saw the mare I saved from before as she ran up to me with her child in her hands, she came up to me and placed a hand on my shoulder. Then another pony came to me and placed a hand on my back and gave me a nod of approve, this caused more ponies to come to me and thank me.
