Michael, a cowardly man, gets killed at his workplace during a hold up. Waking up in Equestria, he isn't greeted by good tidings, but hardship and death. Treated like a monster, he must earn the trust of the ponies, proving he means no harm while learning about his new ability, an ability dangerous to all magical life in Equis.

(For anyone wondering why this is cancelled: I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the overall story arch I have drafted up and need to rework it if I plan to continue this story. I am still quite on the fence as to whether or not I will continue this story as it needs serious re-working if I'm going to be happy with it, and as I just said a sentence ago, I am not.)
