A thousand years ago, the Brotherhood of Steel was defeated, marking the end of a period of war between various factions.

Yet the Brotherhood somehow clung to life through the generations. A seed was passed down and replanted. 9 years before the return of Nightmare Moon the descendants of the original Brotherhood came together and reformed the old organization. This new Brotherhood has awaited their master's return.

It is September 12th, Year 1 of the Tempus est Harmonia (Age of Harmony). One thousand years ago Joseph Maxson was imprisoned. It is time for his return.
