Hello dear reader, this is the Commander, and this is a collection of journal entries from myself about the war for Elarya, against the puppet government known as ADVENT. This will serve as a biography of the war and will be as though you were living it through my eyes. But first a little about me and how I came to be here on this different world fighting Aliens and a Government I once only thought of as part of a game. Well, anyway I was once a human guy named Christian Stansfield and I was the typical sort of bum you would find on Earth during my life there. I was a 21-year-old who had been fired from all the jobs he ever had, I was afflicted with several mental conditions making it hard for me to hold the jobs. Oh and I should mention that I am now a Viper Queen.
It all started late one night back on my Earth while I was playing a game by the Name of X-COM or rather the second one the War of The Chosen edition. So there I was an unattractive human male, with my dark brown hair, blue eyes, and caucasian skin. Whom was overweight by a modest amount wearing a pair of shorts and a t-shirt when I started to nod off into sleep while trying to play the game. When I finally fell to sleep I was left unaware of my body and mind being pulled into the void between worlds in a subtle flash of yellow-gold light. It was after I entered the void that my senses returned to me enough for me to believe for what was about to happen to be a simple dream.
It was while I was in the void that my body began to change growing from my old height of 5’4” to over 8’ my body becoming lanky and slim as my overweight body stretches to its new height. Though my chest remains rather flabby, but it doesn’t stay that way for long as my chest swells in size becoming large breasts, around a C or D-Cup in size if I had to guess with my limited knowledge on female clothes. But I can tell you now my bust is a healthy DD-Cup, while my skin started to peel and become more like scales as my legs fused together starting at my hips which grew to be wide while my fat ass became more firm but no less big. As the fusion of my legs moves down I can feel a pulling sensation, a rather pleasant one at that, on my flaccid member which with the pleasure from the pulling didn’t last long though I noticed that it was rather shorter than before, and shrinking. As I noticed this I started to freak out and reached to it in a vain attempt to keep it from disappearing into me as I had read fics like this before and I had an idea where this was going. Only to be proven right as a moan escapes my drying lips as one after the other my two testicles *pop* back into my body pleasurably. I feel my neck elongate as it becomes more flexible while my face heats up in a bright blush as I feel my testicles shifting around no doubt becoming fertile egg factories.
After what felt like a lifetime of pleasure but in actuality was only about 30 seconds my dick disappears save for the head which became my clitoris which also disappeared into a slit at my pelvic depression where my crotch met my new tail. While I was becoming a female I missed the finishing of the fusion of my legs into a long serpentine tail while my head lost most of its human shape reforming into a short reptilian muzzle as I felt my teeth change becoming sharp and needle-like my canines becoming long fangs which I could feel hollow out as my new venom sacks formed behind my eyes. My skin had finished changing into yellow and orange striped scales while my hood formed and my new tits and genital slit became covered in larger white scales.
With my psychical changes appearing to be finished, I still haven’t discovered all that changed to me since I lack human DNA to compare my current DNA to. I could feel something changing in my mind as I knew how to move with my new body before finally blacking out before the rest could be noticed by me at the time.
At the time I wasn't truly understanding fo what had just happened as I had thought it as nothing more than a strange dream that resulted from playing too much X-COM during the day. But it wouldn't before long before I had a rightful freakout that most would expect to happen after such a change.
I shift in the bed, giving a soft groan of disapproval at being awoken and as usual, my brain was slow to boot up so I didn't register the fact that I was actually in a bed instead of the normal place I sleep, being the couch in my living room. As I open my eyes I let out a snake-like hiss as the bright lights sting my eyes causing me to shut them but not before I caught a glimpse of two individuals standing at the foot of my bed. As more of my senses came back online I started to realize that the two figures were discussing something about a snake, I think I heard the word Viper several times between the two voices that I recognized as female or at least very feminine in tone so they were either very young men in their mid-teens at the latest or they were females.
I slowly open my eyes a second time slower to compensate for the light and I was able to see the room I was in, it was disturbingly familiar not in 'I've been here before' more like 'I know this room from somewhere'. It was a rather spacious room for a bedroom with silver-grey walls made of a metal that appeared similar to steel but I couldn't tell, I was sitting upon a good-sized bed probably a Queen or Twin sized bed with shiny silver-grey sheets that felt like silk against my body, which I shifted and noted it felt different. But I put that off for now as I noticed the two figures from before's conversation was getting more heated when I took note that they weren't human, at least not beyond a similar shape.
The one on my right was the taller of the two by a good head standing at nearly 7 foot while the smaller one still was over 6 foot. The taller one had pearl white ski....no that's not skin it's fur! So the right humanoid had a coat of fine white fur along with an elongated face which I would call a short muzzle rather than a human face. She, I could tell it was a she from the voice and the ample chest her figure sported a size I hadn't seen outside of anime or adult entertainment and her tight shirt was very form-hugging for her supple curves. Her stomach was flat and toned yet it appeared soft just not fat she also possessed a pair of wide hips and thick thighs attached to legs that went on for miles, her spandex pants allowing me to drink in every inch of those shapely legs. She shifted and I heard a soft *clop* meaning she is either wearing heels or she has hooves which I would believe seeing as her body had features of the equine variety with large ears covered in the same white fur on the top of her head. Her hair was something else it was like it was waving in a subtle breeze but we were inside so it could be a trick of the lights and the color of her hair was rediculous in that it had teal and a reddish-pink and a hint of bright green reminding me of the celestial lights in photographs that I'd seen. But the most startling thing was a long white horn rising from her forehead and in a brief moment, something behind her shifted allowing me to see a pair of angelic wings and a tail in a similar form to her hair.
The shorter of the two had midnight blue fur covering her body similar to the other in that it held the same equine features, muzzle, ears, long midnight blue horn, and wings with a tail that seemed to be made of a piece of actual space I could swear I even saw a shooting star streak across it. Her hair too seemed to wave in a glimmering way as it looked like a perfectly clear night sky just without the moon, and while the white one had a body of a goddess the dark one had the body of an Olympian in that it was just as perfect but with a more athletic tone to her form. Defined muscles clear through her sports shirt and pants similar to the white one.
These two, it felt like I knew them from somewhere, but I couldn't place it until they turned and I got a look at their eyes the taller had caring magenta eyes while the shorter had a lovely teal and once the white one spoke I had an epiphany but I completely missed what they said as the revelation shocked me to my core to where I yelled out and pointed at them "Yo-you're Princesss Celesstia and Princesss Luna!" And that's when I heard my voice along with feeling myself hiss out my s's like a snake hisses and that's when the signals from my altered body finally reached my brain and I started to freak out that I hissed and could taste the two ponies at the end of my bed and as I was having a mild freak out. I tried to kick my legs in but I only ended up freaking myself out more as the sheets flew off showing a long scaled tail where my legs should be. "What the FUCK! Where are my legss!" I cried in my breathy voice setting my off even higher in panic as I went to grab my chest like Candence had Twilight do to calm down when I felt my hand press into my chest before it should have. Looking down I released a manly shriek of terror at the sight of scaled breasts resting in a lacy black bra. Quickly I reached down to my crotch to see if my fears had come to pass and it turned out it had I could feel a genital slit with my fingers through my similarly lacy black panties. I accidentally slipped a finger in causing me to hiss in pleasure before quickly pulling out blushing and looking up to the royal sisters who were also blushing causing me to blush more.
The embarrassment did save me from panicking oddly enough and after a few minutes of awkward silence and us avoiding looking at the others I looked up to them and cleared my throat making a hiss before I asked: "Um Princessess am I in Equestria?" The looked shocked I knew their country before nodding and asking me "You are The Commander right? The one Central told us defended his world from the aliens of ADVENT?" To which I offered a blank stare before thinking about it and the last thing I remembered was falling asleep playing X-COM 2 War of The Chosen and now I'm here being asked if I'm that Commander to which I give a shakily shake my head "I thought that was just a game! I mean I've beaten it several times on the hardest difficulty but I didn't actually do it."
The sisters share a look before answering "Well the spell did search for one capable of defeating this menace facing our world, though I am surprised it didn't bring the Commander Central knew but another from the void." They shared another glance as though they were speaking telepathically before their horns light up and I feel my body grow heavy and my eyes slide closed. "Sleep we must test you, Commander"

Short chapter I know but I wanted to get this out there to test the waters. Tell me what you liked or didn't, but you don't have to be mean about it. Also, I know the ending sucks but I kinda just ran out of steam in writing this but I want to get it out so I can get some feedback.
*Edited 24/08/19* Ok so I redid some of the problems in this chapter, but I know it's not perfect but I haven't even begun to look for a trustworthy editor to help me with this story. Also here is the full image that I cropped the Cover from

I raise a hand up to my head to rub my temple as I feel a minor headache set in from that dream where I changed into a female Viper and then waking up to meet Princesses Celestia and Luna at the foot of my bed. I then open my eyes before freezing at the sight in front of them of a slim, clawed, and scaled hand instead of the normal sausages that I was used to seeing. Looking around I find I'm in a place similar to my last dream but this time the void was blank white instead of the stary background of the previous dream. Looking around I see windows appear around me showing my life similar to what happened to twilight when she ascended.
Confused at my current dream, knowing it to be a dream helped stop me for panicking again like when I was awake, soon I grew curious of what memories I would see so I slithered up to one window naturally, the motion coming to me without a thought. Once I was in front of the window the memory cleared and focused showing me it was when I was young, between 6 and 8 years old at the most, it showed me wearing my blue soccer shirt that we used as jerseys that had the image of a half-drawn soccer ball rolling across the chest. I could see my younger self wearing those black sports shorts and the two sizes too big shin guards barely staying on my legs as my black cleated feet propelled me across the field after the ball. After a few moments of watching the window I noticed an oddity in that the other people's faces as well as detailed features where blurred, which after a moment of thought made sense since it was an old memory and it wasn't even an important one beyond me scoring the winning goal for the first time ever.
Slithering away from the soccer window watching as the distance grew causing the image to distort before going to a blank white before I spied another window and began to move towards it unaware of the two guests viewing my memories as well. I could feel a slight pressure in my head but I pushed it off as nothing, unaware that it was my new Psionic powers manifesting to tell me I had intruders in my mind.
Celestia's Point of View
My sister and I were traversing this Viper's mind searching for memories to prove they are one capable of defeating the Aliens and ADVENT. While we were moving along we stopped at a memory window only to be shocked at the individual that the memory was of. It was a being that looked to be in its mid-teens with dark brown hair with bright blue eyes that sparkled as they watched the blurred figure of a similar creature at the front of what had to be a classroom. While the taller creature was blurred we could tell it was a male and that he was much older than the memory's owner was at the time thanks to their similar appearance to our ponies. As soon as the teacher stopped writing something on a board that looked similar to a whiteboard the owner began to write it down in a notebook.
Stepping back from the window letting it fade to be blank I looked to my sister Luna and commented: "That colt reminded me of my student, Twilight was before she met her friends those years ago before the Aliens arrived." I watched as my sister nodded in agreement having heard the stories of young Twilight. Before I noticed she lit her horn and a memory window appeared before us. However, before we could step forward to view the memory she summoned her muzzle puckered up like she just ate a lemon. So slightly concerned by the unexpected look I asked: "Luna what's wrong? Why did you make that face?"
She opened her eyes, which I realize she had closed to concentrate on summoning the memory that she did before answering. "W-I believe this being has great potential for mental focus as instead of simply being pulled into a random memory and reliving it they are aware and are currently moving towards us as they inspect their own memories. I also feel inactive mental barriers that would have made doing this nearly impossible for you, seeing as you're not as good as me when it comes to dream walking." Luna explained causing yet another unexpected surprise that this being was that capable of leading me to wonder, Then why was it so easy for me to enter?
Before I could ask my sister what memory she had summoned for us to view, I realized that there was someone that had moved to be between Luna and me just moments before the dreamer put their arms around my sister's and my necks and pulled us into a tight hug cheering "Tia! Lulu! So glad to see you here, I always enjoy it when you visit my dreams." The snake woman said brightly as though she knew us and was used to seeing us in their dreams.
That's when a memory window appeared before the three of us and played a memory of the boy from before in a dream where two ponies that looked very similar to my sister and I were playing with the being and a few other impossible beings. There was a nightmare-inducing horror of tentacles that was sitting across from the pony me holding onto four cards. While across from Luna there was a female of the same species as the dream was but she was tall and was wearing a red and blue with gold accented superhero outfit. But before either my sister or I could question it the memory window was gone replaced with the one Luna had summoned.
The Viper looked back to my sister and me with a bright smile as if that short memory explained everything before her smile shrinks a little and we can hear her mutter to herself, "But I've never dreamt of you two being sexy anthros before, strange." This time blushing hard both my sister and I were unable to interrupt the viper before she returned to smiling at us and seemed to bounce on her tail in excitement as she noticed the memory window that Luna had pulled up and asked innocently "Oh what we watching?" As she asked this a fluffy loveseat materialized right behind the three of us causing the three of us to fall and land on it sitting close to each other. The viper still had her arms around my sister and me as she pulled us both in and nuzzled us utilizing her new snake muzzle to do proper nuzzles. Blushing brighter along with Luna I was about to reprimand the reptile before letting out a sigh as I noticed she was looking back to the window and the memory started to play. So rather than pursue the issue with her acting so casual around us since it was a nice change of pace from the boot-lickers and flank-kissers.
So turning back to the window, Luna and I just silently began to watch the memory while a huge bag of popcorn appeared in the dreamer's claws as she let go of us her tail coiling under her rear. Leaning to me she stage-whispers "Hey Tia want some pop-it-corn?" She shook the bag lightly to emphasize her question to which I shook my head before watching as she repeated the process with my sister. Once again I return to watching the memory when I realize it is frozen a few seconds after starting before resuming once all three of us were looking at the window again with the viper and Luna munching on the popcorn like this was some movie.
We watched as the memory of the being from before was once again sitting down but this time it looked as though he was in a living room with a TV playing some sort of game. This confused me greatly, wondering why my sister summoned this memory out of all of them and giving her a sideways glance she notices my look and nods to the Television in the memory. Reluctantly I look back to the memory and I start to notice a few things the game the being was playing had enemies that looked similar to the ADVENT forces we have been dealing with for years but what stole my breath was the symbol of the enemy and the name of their organization. 'ADVENT' that's when I realized that this being that we summoned with the remaining power of the Elements of Harmony was indeed the commander that Central was speaking of, she was slightly different as the commander that Central new was closer to what sounded like a soulless husk rather than a person.
This memory brings to light a lot of answers about the multiverse and such as well as why the Commander that Central knew as so cold and distant, it was because they were being controlled by someone in another universe. So we watched as this memory played showing this being continually beating ADVENT of the game easily with no KIA's to her soldiers. We watched as her character was rescued and taken to the Avenger a ship we also possess thanks to the summoning along with its crew and this commander. This being that was once a man now turned female of a different species than she was before was our only hope to free our world from the Elders.
Author's Note
Ok so this chapter I kind of rushed, though this is only part one of [probably two] and instead of writing this one from Celestia's POV and switching back to our MC I thought would be a little jarring since the MC's POV goes back to where we last left her thoughts at and this whole since will be repeated but from her POV.
