Twilight was sitting outside sugarcube corner waiting for Pinkie Pie to show up. Twilight had went there to see if Pinkie Pie had wanted to go have her birthday party that day.
As she waited Maud Pie showed up out of nowhere. Twilight stood up and spoke.
"Maud I was not expecting you to show up...your sister was supposed to be at the park today?" Twilight said.
"Pinkie had to cancel. Severe accident." Maud said. Twilight's eyes went wide, she had not been expecting this information.
"What!? When did this happen!? Twilight yelled franticly. She couldnt bear tbe thought of one of her friends getting hurt Shee needed to find out hway happened.
Maud hesitated and cleared her throat.
"She was helping Applejack repair her barn...the whole thing collapsed on top of Pinkie before she could go to the party. Shes in ponyville general." Maud said. Twilight became enraged.
"Thanks im going to ask Pinkie Pie for additional information and then im going to give Applejack a fucking arrest warrent." Twilight ranted and she left.
When Maud Pie heard that she was conflicted. She was happy that Twilight cared so much for Pinkie but was worried that Twilight was overreacting.
When Twilight entered Pinkie's hospital room she saw that Pinkie's legs and chest were bandaged up. Twilight walked up to her and started to tear up.
"Pinkie im so sorry!" Twilight cried. Pinkie stretched out her arms and hugged Twilight.
"Shhhh its going to be okay Twilight. Im going to make a recovery." Pinkie Pie said in a soft comforting voice. Twilight was flabbergasted at how happy Pinkie was. She acted as if the accident never happened.
"Why?! Why are you so happy?! You were hurt!" Twilight exclaimed. Pinkie Pie smiled.
"Hurt? Twilight it was a simple building collapse. I didnt even get a concussion. It was far from the worst thing thats ever happened to me." Pinkie Pie spoke.
Twilight was desperate for a more dramatic response. She had been expecting anger.
"Your forgiving her?" Twilight asked. Pinkie Pie giggled.
"Of coarse i am. Weve been through so much together!" Pinkie Pie said with a smile. Twilight stared at her as she just realized how right Pinkie Pie was about this. They have been friends through tough times yet their frienship never wavered. Twilight realized how mean she had been about Applejack.
"Your right....i feel like a jerk for being so hateful torwards Applejack....but if she didnt collapse the barn and it was an accident then how did it collapse during simple repairs?" Twilight asked.
"It wasnt an accident." Someone said behind them Twilight turned around to see a pony in a suit.
"My name is Louis Harddecker im an investigator that works for the royal princess.
"Did you just say Harddecker?! The Harddecker!? Oh my gosh! Ive read each one of your books. I especially love the work you did in bringing down massive underground magic network in your book called The Fight For Justice!" Pinkie Pie rambled.
"Pinkie!!" Twilight yelled. Pinkie Pie stopped and blushed.
"Oops. Sorry." Pinkie said in embarressment.
"I get it alot its fine." Louis said.
"So what do you mean it wasnt an accident? Surely nobody could take down that building it was standing for years. Was Applejack involved?" Twilight said.
"Applejack is innocent. She was not involved in the plot to burn the barn down. Hours before the accident Colgate was talking about meeting with Arc Tech. Name ring any bell?" Louis said.
Twilight started to recall a memory abour a meeting. She got more details and responded.
"Yeah i know. Their a weapons contractor...what does this have to do with the collapse?" Twilight asked wondering what this had to do with what happened to Pinkie.
"Do you have any idea on which company got the permissions to finish the barn? Louis said.
"Arc tech? But....why would they be involved in repairing something when they deal with weapons?" Twilight said.
"They were involved to cause the destruction of the barn Twilight....thats what evil is known for...they dont care about who they hurt." Pinkie Pie spoke weakly.
Twilight stared at Pinkie with fear. Everything was coming together now but their was one thing that she was unsure of about.
"Why did Minuette meet with them?" Twilight asked. Pinkie shrugged as she shook her head.
Meanwhile Minuette was speaking to somepony in a chair.
"Im sorry your majesty. Pinkie Pie survived...if arc tech has any sense we should make our move now." Minuette said.
"No! Not yet! If we put our plan into place it will get foiled by the mane six. We have to change up our strategy..." The pony said.
"Arc Tech could attack...Ponyville General..." Minuette spoke. The creature sitting in the chair shook her head.
"That would be to obvious....we must wait for the right moment to make our move. Wait till i contact you with further orders. Do you understand?" The creature said.
"But then they will figure out that we are behind it! We need to make our move now!" Minuette said.
"No! You are to await my orders!? Is that clear!?" The unidentified creature yelled
"Yes we are." Minuette said as she was shaken up by the loud yell.
"Im sorry you forgot to finish that sentence." The pony said turning around to reveal herself as a grown up Flurry Heart. Minuette swallowed the nervous lump in her throat.
"Yes we are your majesty." Minuette said.
"Now get lost before your seen!" Flurry Heart said. When Minuette left. Flurry Heart stood up and stretched out her wings and flew to the top of her tower and looked out at Equestria
"Finally. I finally get my fucking chance. Im going to kill you mother! Im going to fucking kill you and Make Equestria bow down to me!" Flurry Heart said.
Suddenly Flurry Heart jerked her head to the side as she grew fangs and shed her skin. Her claws grew and her wings grew a dark color. She soon turned into a demonic dragon.
"I WILL SUCCEEED!" Flurry Heart yelled. Flurry Heart turned her head torwards the sky and spread out her wings and screamed a loud dragon roar. She then flew off into the night.
