Chapter 1: Gold Serpent StrikesView OnlineFlash Sentry The Spectacular Spider-Man Issue #3:The Gold Serpent/Welcome to Tokyo (OLD NOT CANON UNIVERSE)Chapter 1: Gold Serpent StrikesFLASH SENTRY THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN ISSUE #3: THE GOLD SERPENT/WELCOME TO TOKYO Written By: SpideyFlash It was a rainy night in Tokyo Japan, most were either out enjoying the marvelous downtown area and all of it's many attractions throughout the city or they would be sleeping, but there is one who lurks throughout the night and is a hitman for hire The Man wore black cap, a black trench coat with thin gold stripes, black boots, gold gloves and had a scarf to cover his face to the bridges of his noses, he is known as the Gold Serpent "I Have a job for you", said a shadowy figure, he was sitting at a desk and the only things you could see of the person was his eyes, he got out a picture of a family with the father circled in red marker, "Take care of it and I'll give you ¥2000000 for it" Gold Serpent giggled a little, "Don't worry boss!", Gold Serpent jumped out the window of the skyscraper and put on wrist grappling hooks, "Time to go to work", Serpent swung through the city and looked below him Serpent landed on the middle of the streets and saw a motorcyclists, "I need to borrow this for a while!", Serpent threw a ninja star at the man killing him instantly, "Thank you for your cooperation!", Serpent jumped on the motorcycle and started driving to his location Serpent went past the speed limit doing crazy stunts along his way, "Oh Man I love this part of the job!" Serpent put on his scarf and covered his face, How about we take the sneaky route, Serpent tried staying away from security cameras and put on adhesive gloves and climbed the walls, "let's hope these things don't stick in my pockets again!" Serpent made it into a bedroom, he looked around and saw a child sleeping, "Oh how I love the children", Serpent snuck out of the room undetected and made his way down to the living room, "So where is the lucky contestant today?", Serpent looked around until he heard footsteps Serpent jumped on the ceiling sticking on to it, a few seconds later his target a business man getting ready for one of his quote on quote trips, "Shit I fucked up to much!", Serpent had a wicked grin across his face "You sure did!", The man looked up to see Serpent on the ceiling, "Nighty Night!", The man out of fear tried running away only for the Serpent to jump in front of him and grab his neck "PLEAS--",Serpent put a kunai through his throat killing him instantly, How it pains me to do that to such a good man!, Serpent grabbed a business card out of the dead man's pocket "Mr. Nagissa Hakai, CEO of Tron. Inc", Serpent walked off and got back in his motorcycle, "I'll get you the money by tomorrow!, so don't get too hasty", as Serpent got in started up the motorcycle he heard police sirens approaching the area, "Shit!" "STOP, POLICE!", Serpent drove fast trying to outrun the police, "Shit!, someone probably knew my location!" Serpent sped up drifting at the next turn, That Ramp could help me,Serpent took off his adhesive gloves which got stuck onto the handles of the motorcycle and put on his wrist grappling hooks Serpent sped up even faster and drove towards the ramp,"NOW", Serpent jumped off his Motorcycle and shot his grappling hook towards a dark alley and hid in a shadowy corner The Police looked around flashing their flashlights, one of the officers shrugged, "Sorry boss, no sign of him", Serpent grinned and he snuck into the night ***** Serpent return to the Skyscraper walking up to the desk, "Okay!... It's done", The chair turned and the shadowy man was tapping his fingers "Good Job!", He said, "Here's your prize", The Shadowy Man threw a brief case that had ¥20000000 in ¥20 bills, "Don't spend all of it in one inning!" Serpent giggled and took the brief case, "Thank you, Mr. X" Author's Note So this is the start to Issue #3, it kinda took a while to figure out how I wanted it to pan out also because I had started school when I started writing, like I said before it would take place in Japan, specifically Tokyo, this time I decided to create my own villain instead of using an existing Spider-Man villain, originally I wanted to use Silver Samurai but I couldn't make a good story out of it so I decided to think harder and realized, "Hey this is fanfiction, just use your imagination, so I decided to make my own villain, Gold serpent was inspired by Aiden Pearce from the Watchdogs series, besides the whole hacking thing
Chapter 2: Welcome to TokyoView OnlineFlash Sentry The Spectacular Spider-Man Issue #3:The Gold Serpent/Welcome to Tokyo (OLD NOT CANON UNIVERSE)Chapter 2: Welcome to TokyoA plane from Equestria Airlines landed in the Haneda international airport and certain blue haired boy wearing an Equestria State Cap, a black bomber jacket along with a black hoodie and carrying a Duffle Bag walked out of one of the gates, "HELLO TOKYO!", said Flash Sentry "There he is!", said a woman wearing a beige trench coat who had long red hair, cyan eyes and light orange skin, "FLASH!, OVER HERE!", Flash turned around to see his Aunt Spark Flamewalker Sentry waiving at him, Looks like that's my cue Flash ran up to his Aunt and gave her a big hug, "Hey Aunt Spark!, Uh long time no see?", his Aunt giggled knowing that her nephew was still the same dorky goofball "Oh..my..god you must be starving from that long journey!, Don't worry because luckily for you, you're Aunt Thunderstar has been cooking all day anticipating for your arrival!", Flash laughed knowing that his Aunt Thunderstar Sentry always used to cook whenever Flash and his Family came to Japan to stay for a month, "Well let's go!" Flash followed his Aunt to her Minivan and put his Dufflebag in the trunk, "Wow even 10 years after I'm still amazed by it, "Man you guys are so lucky to live here, not even Manehattan has the kinda flare Tokyo has!", said Flash as he got into the Car "Oh come on Equestria isn't so bad!", His Aunt started up her Car and drove off to their house, "Anyways what's it like coming here alone?, I mean I know your mother really well and she's probably hyperventilating right now" **Meanwhile at Canterlot City** Flash's mother Sabrina Sentry is hyperventilating to the thought of her son being in Tokyo without her for a month, "SHOULD I CALL HIM?!, SHOULD I TEXT HIM?!, I NEED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S OKAY!" "Uhh Honey?", said her boyfriend Mr. Cranky Doodle, "Calm down?, Flash probably hasn't even landed yet, plus you called your sister five minutes ago--" "I AM HIS MOTHER!", Mr. Cranky Doodle got scared and ran out of the living room fearing for his own life a little **Back in Tokyo** "Pfffft, Naaah!", said Flash gesturing his hand, "Mom's cool!, I mean why else would she let me go alone, clearly she trusts me on my own, well at least I hope so" Aunt Spark rolled her eyes, "Oh I heard you made it into Equestria State!", Flash nodded his head, "Well Congratulations!, Oh man me and Thunderstar were both so giddy when your mother called us a few weeks ago telling us your accomplishments, oh you're father would be so proud! "Yeah I get that comment a lot!", Flash sighed, "So uh how's Snowstorm and Firestar doing", Snowstorm and Blazefire were Flash's cousins, one is a 4 year old girl while the other is a 13 year old girl "Oh they're doing amazing, Snowstorm will start school this year and Firestar is gonna go to High School, oh they grow up so fast!" Aunt Spark pulled up into her driveway and Flash grabbed his bag Oh Man this is a blast from the past, "Wow this place hasn't changed a bit!" Flash and his Aunt Spark walked up to the doorway, "Oh if only I could get the right key", Aunt Spark fumbled with her keys before Flash simply knocked on the door, "Or you could do that", Aunt Spark blushed a little in embarrassment A woman with long Blue hair the same color as Flash's hair, the same amber skin and thick rimmed glasses, A.K.A Flash's Aunt Thunderstar opened the door, "Oh My God Flash! you've gotten so tall", Aunt Thunderstar hugged Flash "Uh good to see you to!", said Flash "Oh you must be starving come in!", Flash walked inside and had so much nostalgia looking inside the house, Oh man, I'm pretty sure I have a picture of Mom and Dad sitting on that stairwell in their younger years "Uh hey Aunty Thunder can I please borrow the Wi-Fi!", Aunt Thunderstar giggled a little hearing her 18 year old nephew still call her Aunty and gave him a paper with the Name and Password of their Wi-Fi connection, Flash connected onto the Wi-Fi and went on video chat "FLASH!!, OH MY GOD YOU FINALLY CALLED!, I WAS GETTING REALLY WORRIED FOR A MINUTE, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH STRESS YOU'RE PUTTING ME THROUGH!, Flash's Aunt's giggled hearing Sabrina in overprotective mom mode Flash chuckled, "Good to see you too mom!, uhh hey I'm just calling in to tell you that I'm fine and you can stop worrying about me now!", Flash gave his phone to Aunt Thunderstar who was still giggling a little from her older sisters little outburst "Jeez Overprotective much?", said Thunderstar "Oh Be quiet you!", said Sabrina playfully,"Unless you want Snowstorm to come to Canterlot all alone?", Thunderstar widened her eyes and was about to go into her own overprotective mom mode, "HAH!, I'm just kidding, but come on let me see the little munchkin Thunderstar rolled her eyes and gestured to her wife to go get their youngest child, "So I was thinking, maybe this Christmas me Spark and the girls could come to Canterlot and spend time with you for maybe, pffft I don't know, a few weeks? "Ohhh that's a great idea!, it will be like old times!, Spark came back holding a girl with snow white hair that was put into a pony tail, light teal skin and purple eyes, that girl was Snowstorm in her arms, "Someone want's to say hello!", said Spark Thunderstar gave the phone to her wife, "OH MY GOD!, Hi Snowstorm!, It's me!, It's Aunty Sabrina!, Do your remember me?", Snowstorm hid her face in her mothers arms out of shyness "Oh Snow it's okay", said Spark, "This is your Aunty Sabrina!", Snowstorm looked back at Sabrina and waived her hand at her Sabrina cooed, "OH MY GOD!, You're so adorable!!", While Flash's mom was dying seeing her niece, a girl with long Orange hair, blue eyes and yellow skin came down the stairs this girl was as tall as Flash's Aunt Thunderstar, it was Flash's 13 year old cousin Firestar "Moms?!, when are we eating dinner?", Sabrina gasped"Is that Firestar!", Spark turned around and nodded, "Firestar come over here and say hi to your Aunt !" Firestar rolled her eyes and took the phone, "Uh, Hi Aunt Sabrina!, uh how are you?" "Oh my god!, You've gotten so big!, I'm doing so well!, how are you, Flash's mom was really giddy, "Oh!, your mother tells me you're going to high school this year?", Firestar nodded her head, "Well if you need any advice Flash has you covered!" Firestar looked at Flash for a quick minute and then looked back at Sabrina, "Uh Okay!", she gave Flash his phone back "Uhh, Mom it's getting really late, I'll talk with you tomorrow!" "Okay then, Mommy Loves You!, Flash rolled his eyes and sighed, "I love you too mom, bye", Flash ended the call ***** Flash, his cousins and his Aunts were all sitting at the dinner table eating, "Oh Wow Aunt Thunderstar!, this tastes amazing!", Flash was enjoying every last bite of his Aunt Thunderstars cooking, Hmmm, I haven't actually said anything to these kids, well I guess it's time to be my dad, "So Uh Firestar!", Firestar looked at Flash, "How do you feel about going to High School this year?", Firestar shrugged "Pfft, I don't care", she said, "I mean it's probably not that bad, aside from assignments and tests being really hard, wait!?, how was high school for you?" Flash stroked his chin, "Well I'm not sure if it's like a high school in Tokyo, but to sum it up in one word, It was fine", Flash then turned to Snowstorm, "So uh, how about you little lady?, Are you excited for school?", Snowstorm looked at Flash with excitement "Mommy say school is exciting!", Flash looked at both of his Aunts and made a corny remark, "Which one?" Flash, his cousin Firestar and his two Aunts all laughed while Snowstorm was confused, "Well he's a still a dorky goofball isn't he?", Said Thunderstar looking at her wife "Yup", Spark nodded her head and shrugged, "Oh!, That reminds me!, Snowy you have to go to bed!", Spark got out of her seat and picked up Snowstorm "Awww", Snowstorm said disappointed, "I want to play with cousin Flash!", Spark giggled a little "I know you do but it's almost midnight and you look like you're about to fall asleep, maybe tomorrow", Snowstorm was struggling to stay awake and only in a few seconds she fell asleep in her mothers arms, "Good night", Spark said softly before she kissed Snowstorm on the forehead Once Spark came back from Snowstorm's room she came back holding a Blu Ray DVD of the Dark Knight, "So who want's to watch a movie tonight?", Flash shrugged, I guess that's why Aunt Spark wanted Snowstorm to sleep, "I'm down!", Flash, Firestar, Thunderstar and Spark all left the Dining room and all got comfy on the couch, "Hey?, Didn't we watch this movie when you guys came to Canterlot like 5 years ago?" Firestar stroked her chin, "Oh yeah!, I'm pretty sure Snowstorm was just born and we came to introduce you to her!, wow time flies by!" "Oh I miss those times!", said Aunt Thunderstar, "Firestar was only in 3rd grade and Flash had just turned 14, oh they grow up so fast!", Spark put in the disc in the Blu Ray player "Oh uh, honey can we talk for a quick minute", said Spark, Thunderstar got off the couch and both her and Spark walked into the living room, she looked behind her, "Look were gonna have to talk to him about it at some point, it's been 7 months since he passed away and we haven't even mentioned him since he got here!", she said whispering Thunderstar sighed, "Look!, I don't know how to approach the subject of Flash's life after his dead dad, he seems to be in such a good mood, the thought of mentioning it to him might crush his heart! When Flash's dad died, his Two Aunts along with his two cousins came to the funeral, they had never seen Flash so sad before in his life, they never even said a word to each other during their brief stay in, during that time Sabrina told them that he was so mute, he never said a word for almost a month and he'd stay locked up in his room for most of the day only coming down for when it was time to eat, even at school he wouldn't say a word to anyone, it crushed both of their hearts when they saw Flash in a state like that "Well he has to talk to someone about it!", said Spark, "Well all know he wouldn't talk to any of his friends and his mom no offense by the way I love her, is way to soft on him!" "Well shit I don't know what to do!", said Thunderstar, "look", she sighed, "Well ask him tomorrow , you know when the kids aren't around!, Spark massaged the bridges of her nose and eventually agreed "Fine", she said sighing They both walked back into the living room, "So Moms?, what were you two talking about?", asked Firestar "Oh something that you kids wouldn't understand, you know grown up stuff!", said Spark trying to play it off "I'm 18", said Flash, "I think I am liable enough to know what you two were talking about" Both Aunts giggled nervously at Flash's remark, "Uh, it's more 34-37 year old talk Flash", said Aunt Thunderstar, "Nothing you would be interested in!", Aunt Thunderstar wanted to punch herself in the face after saying that but kept her cool and played it off, "Now anyways enough about what me and your aunt were doing and more of this movie ***** They were all one hour into the Dark Knight, Flash had been more interested in the movie because he could somewhat relate to Bruce Wayne, Jeez who knew the only person I could connect to was a fictional character in one of the most greatest comic book series ever conceived "Oh hey!", Firestar said spontaneously, "That reminds me, doesn't Canterlot City have that Spider-Guy thing or whatever?", Flash's eyes immediately widened, My God I almost forgot about Spider-Man "Oh Uh Spider-Man?, yeah!, That guy, what about him?", Flash asked, "Don't you ever wonder, how he got his powers and who the guy behind the mask is?", Flash couldn't help but kinda smirk, Oh man if only she knew she was talking to Spider-Man right now!, "Flash?" "Hm?, Oh yeah!", Flash snapped back into reality, "I mean most people in Canterlot wonder if he's a good influence to kids, some seem to think so, while others, well, they're not at open minded, personally I think he's a creep swinging around town and as for his powers, for all we know he probably made a bunch of equipment or something!", The more I have doubt in myself the better,.. wait? "What about you Moms?", Firestar turned to her parents, "What do you think of Spider-Man?", Spark and Thunderstar looked at each other and both shrugged "Well I don't know!, He might be a creep like Flash said", said Thunderstar "Maybe he might be nice though!", said Spark, "But I'm not counting it", Aw man first mom and now my two Aunts, what more could I do to make everyone like me "Hey so uh? What do you and Snowstorm think of Spider-Man?", Flash asked Firestar "Well Snowstorm liked Spider-Man because well she's a kid and doesn't know any better, I, well I don't hate him but I'm skeptical about how legit he is" Oh Man, even Batman has more fans than Spider-Man, lame ***** Flash his Aunts and his cousin all fell asleep midway through watching the movie, **Inside Flash's Dream** Spider-Man and Electro were in the old Abandoned Laboratory, "You're really starting to bug me!", Spider-Man spider-sense went off and saw Electro move lightning quick and came up behind him "OH NO!", before Spider-Man could react Electro punched Spider-Man in the stomach stunning him and then kicking him in the back which sent him through a wall into another room, "Wait I've been here before!" Electro walked towards Spider-Man charging up his hands creating an Electric Energy Disc, "Say hello to Doctor Whooves for me!" Spider-Man clenched his fists, "NO!", he groaned before, Spider-Man was about to lunge towards Spider-Man before being blocked by an invisible wall, "What the hell?!" Electro shot his Disc at beams holding a huge machine, "Nighty Night!", Spider-Man tried getting up but was too late "NO!, NO!, FUCK!, NOT AGAIN!, Spider-Man was trying to lift the machine off of him and in the process he heard the voices of everyone close to him "WHAT IS YOU PROBLEM!?", said Sunset "DUDE NOT COOL, YOU LET YOURSELF LOST!", said Rainbow Dash "HONESTLY DARLING WE EXPECTED BETTER FROM YOU!", said Rarity, Spider-Man was shaking his head in disbelief widening his eyes "Flash, I've told you time and time again with great power comes great responsibility", Spider-Man heard his fathers voice, "You have failed me, my son!" Spider-Man felt the machine get heavier and heard a vitals machine flat lining, and he heard a doctor speak, "Sabrina Sentry, time of death 12:04 AM Spider-Man's eyes widened, "No, No, this can't BE!, NO!" ***** Flash woke up abruptly panting and put his hand on his forehead, It's just a dream!, Thank God!, Flash looked around him and saw all of his relatives sleeping on the couch, "What time is it?", Flash looked at his phone, "Well it's 5 AM", Flash got out his phone and decided just to check the news "Hmm okay, lets see, Stock Market, Stock Market, Gas prices, robbery in progress, glob--, wait robbery in progress, this early?", Flash was gonna play it off normal"No!, It's my vacation time, I'm not gonna be Spider-Man just because there's a small crime Flash decided to go on a game and after 5 seconds he couldn't help it, Dammit!, Flash looked at everyone sleeping, I guess I have time to spare Flash ran to the room where he was supposed to sleep and grabbed his duffle bag, "Why I packed this is still beyond me!", Flash said sighing he got out a mask with white lenses with a black outline along with a body suit made of compression cloth which had a red and blue color scheme with a big Spider-Emblem in the chest area, some tan shorts and a green jacket "This is where the fun begins!", Flash put on his clothing and put on some headphones as the finishing touch, I guess the GPS lady will be my guide Spider-Man put in the address of the Mitsubishi Bank and opened the window, "Let's make this snappy", Spider-Man jumped out the window and shot a strand of webbing swinging off towards the Bank At the Mitsubishi Bank of Japan a bunch of Robbers held a bunch of machine guns at the people of the desks in the bank pressuring them into putting money in their bags Meanwhile Spider-Man was swinging through the city of Tokyo admiring the architecture around him, Man I forgot how beautiful this city looked!, Spider-Man kept swinging through the city until he saw more police cars going to the bank A bunch of people pointed at Spider-Man swinging through the city and started cheering, Well at least one city loves me, Spider-Man saw an over energetic kid and he leaned down to high five him The Kid couldn't contain his excitement and went crazy, Okay it's official Tokyo loves Spider-Man more than Canterlot City, Spider-Man saw the bank coming up and swung in through the door "SPIDER-MAN!", One of the Robbers pointed out "Hasn't your mother told you it's not nice to point" Spider-Man shot a web at one of the Robbers foot and pulled the web tripping him, My Spider-Sense is tingling Spider-Man backflipped over a criminal who was about to punch him and he webbed him up, "Don't worry, the webs will come off in an hour!" Spider-Man turned back to the other Robber who pointed a gun at him, "Jeez Robbers never learn!", Spider-Man spun a web and swung around the Bank trying to make the Robber dizzy The Robber wanted Spider-Man to stay still and decided to hell with it and shoot the gun, Okay better finish this now before someone actually gets hurt Spider-Man let go of his web and landed behind the Robber, "HEY!", The Robber turned around and pointed the gun at Spider-Man however it backfired on him, no pun intended Spider-Man grabbed the gun and bent it, "Like I said before", Spider-Man punched the Robber in the stomach stunning him, "It's rude to point!", Spider-Man webbed him up and took the duffle bag of money, "Uh here you go miss", Spider-Man gave the money back to the lady behind the desk and swung off Spider-Man got back to his Aunts house and luckily no one was awake and he assumed everyone was still asleep because he didn't get any calls on his phone, "Thank God!" Flash took off his mask and changed into regular clothing and as he did so he immediately thought of the repercussions of being Spider-Man in Japan, What the hell was I thinking!, I have to keep Spider-Mans identity hidden it's my responsibility, If they find out that Spider-Man was in Japan they're gonna get suspicious!, I can't risk doing that again! Flash finished changing and put his Spider-Man costume deep in his duffle bag making sure it was not visible to him, "Okay no one should find this thing!", Flash snuck downstairs and luckily everyone was still sleeping "Oh Thank God", Flash sighed in relief Author's Note So back in Issue #1.5 I made Scootaloo into Spider-Gal in an alternate universe, when she met Flash I put them in a somewhat Older Brother, Younger Sister relationship and then discarded it completely, well midway through writing Issue #2 I wanted to have Flash have a sibling relationship, I was toying around with the cutie mark crusaders but they don't have any actual chemistry with Flash, than I looked at someone like Snips and Snails, but again they had virtually no chemistry with Flash in this story so I discarded that idea, so I created Snowstorm and Firestar to fill in that role for a sibling relationship with Flash Also something interesting was this chapter went through so many rewrites, at first I was gonna have Flash beg J.Jonah Jameson to go to Japan to hunt down Gold Serpent but I couldn't make any good story out of it, than I decided to a vacation scenario where Flash goes to Japan because he's always wanted to go but when I thought about it in the grand scheme of things, I don't think Flash could afford to be in Tokyo for vacation, it took more rewriting and thinking and I had the idea of making Flash's relatives from Tokyo and that's where Flash's Aunts and Cousins were made, originally I only wanted Snowstorm to be an only child but after some more revamping I decided to also create Firestar, as for the two aunts, I don't really know myself the idea of Flash having two Aunts stuck with me so I just kept it in

Flash got up and sat for a few minutes, Was the whole bank robbery just a dream?, or did it really happen?, Flash looked at his clothing realizing it was the white Air Jordan Shirt and Black pants he changed into after he got back from that event, "Nope!", Flash sighed, "Let's just hope they haven't seen the news or worse suspect I'm Spider-Man" Flash shook his head and walked into the kitchen, "Good Morning everyone", Flash said Yawning, "So uh what's for breakfast?", he asked his Aunt Thunderstar She got out a platter of sushi, "I made your favorite from when you were a kid, Tamagoyaki and Onigiri", Flash scratched his head and chuckled "Jeez Aunt Thunderstar, you didn't have to go above and beyond, cereal honestly could've cut it", Flash sat down and started eating, "But this is some good stuff I'll give you that!" Aunt Thunderstar rolled her eyes and sat down, "Anyways, were all spending the day in Tokyo City!", Flash's eyes widened, Oh No!, Spider-Man was there a few hours ago, no doubt there's a billboard of Spider-Man stopping that Bank Robbery "Um, Well sure!",WHY DID I AGREE!?, AM I TRYING TO BLOW MY COVER "Well then it' settled!", said Aunt Spark, "We all leave at 10!", Flash wanted to punch himself in the face for agreeing but he kept his cool and decided to keep eating "COUSIN FLASH!", Flash turned around and saw his cousin Snowstorm looking up at him,"Can we play now!", she asked Flash smirked and got off his seat, "Hold on I'll be right back!" ***** "Would you like some more tea! "Uh, Dude?, Why are you wearing a tiara", Flash looked up and looked back at Sandalwood "Uh don't ask, anyways how you doin?, and where are you?" "Oh I'm at one of Pinkie Pie's Party, yea it's crazy down here, so how's Japan? "Well uh, it's bigger than Canterlot City I'll tell you that, it's really nice at night and I'm stuck playing Tea Party with my young cousin, so uh yea it's going great"" "Well that explains the Tiar--………."Are you talking to Flash?", Flash heard a female voice off camera, Sandalwood nodded and passed his phone to Sunset Shimmer "Oh hey Sunset!, how are you doin--", Flash heard Sunset snicker and he looked at her bluntly, "Oh Ha-Ha I'm wearing a Tiara", Sunset was laughing at Flash uncontrollably, "Alright just gonna end this call and--" "No, No!, I'm sorry, I'm sorry chill!", said Sunset still giggling making Flash sigh in annoyance, "Oh Man, besides how hilarious you look, how are you?" Flash took off his Tiara "Well, I'm trying to get used to different time zones!, but other than that I think I'm starting to fall in love with Tokyo" "Cousin Flash!, You said you would play tea time!", Snowstorm said in annoyance Sunset looked confused, "Who are you talking to?", Flash chuckled and gestured his cousin to walk over to him Flash sighed knowing how Sunset will react, "Sunset, this.. is my 4 year old cousin Snowstorm", Sunsets immediately smiled and her eyes widened 3, 2, 1....., "OHHHH!, She's So CUTE!", Sunset cooed Yup totally called it!, Sunset was waiving at Snowstorm, "Hi!, Hi There Snowstorm, I'm uh, I'm Aunty Sunset!! Flash's eyes widened, Wait did she just call herself Aunty Sunset, Snowstorm looked at Flash and then back to Sunset, "Does this mean you and Cousin Flash are Mommy and Daddy?" Flash's face started heating up while Sunset eyes widened a little and she blushed a bit, "Wow look at the time you probably have to go to sleep or something, k bye!", Flash ended the call feeling flustered, Jeez this kid is..something! Firestar looked at Flash smugly, "Aww, Flash has a girlfriend", she said mocking him, "Or is she high school crush?" Flash clenched his teeth, "NO!, N-No!, None of that!, we are just friends, normal! Platonic! Friends!", that didn't seem to convince Firestar but she just let him be "KIDS!", Aunt Thunderstar called from the distance, "LET'S! GO!", Flash relieved, took off his tutu and ran into the Livingroom, Never again will I wear a tutu and a tiara!, Flash ran up into his room and opened his duffle bag He took out a black jacket and his camera and in doing so saw his Spider-Man Costume, Should I take it?, Wait no Flash what are you thinking no you shouldn't take it!, Than again...., Flash had issues trying not to be the hero all the time, and he was contemplating whether or not he should take the costume or not "No it's fine, Spider-Man won't be needed!", Flash took his camera and put on his jacket, "Alright Let's Go!, Flash walked back downstairs fidgeting with his camera options "Alright let's go take a bus!", said Aunt Spark, "Oh uh kids go change!", Firestar and Snowstorm both went upstairs, Aunt Spark sighed, "Flash we need to talk" Flash looked confused and took a seat, "Flash how have you been holding up?, and be real with us!", Flash soon caught on, "Flash how's your life been after your Dads death", Aunt Spark put it bluntly I guess that's why she wanted the kids to leave the room, Flash stroked his chin and sighed, "In two words, not easy!", Aunt Thunderstar was looking at her wife annoyed that she would ask something like that but before she could intervene Flash continued. "When he died I remember going into state of seclusion", During that time Flash was left with his thoughts and that's when he started revamping the whole point of being of Spider-Man, from being a wrestling Phenomenon to a Masked Hero defending the streets of Canterlot **Flashback Sequence** Flash was sitting in the corner of his room alone throwing a bouncy ball at the wall there was a bunch of dirty plates on his desk and a bunch of garbage all over his floor but he never bothered to pick it up In addition Flash would break a few things from time to time, his wall had some holes in it and occasionally he would take some silverware and bend them out of sheer anger Flash threw his ball really hard sending it through the door of his closet, "Oh my god", Flash groaned scowling, he flailed his arms in the air and got up, "I swear to god sometimes!" Flash opened his closet door and as he did so he found the brief case of containing his old costume, something he wore he won in that wrestling match, Flash stared at it for a minute, as he did so all the thoughts of him letting that robber go and losing his dad, "why do I still have this FUCKING THING!" Flash picked up the brief case, opened it and proceeded to rip the rest of the costume piece by piece. Flash turned around to see the sketch he made of Spider-Man, Flash took a quick glance at it before ripping the page out and throwing it away Flash took his ball back and sat on his bed However he couldn't get Spider-Man out of his head, he hated the idea of it, but for some reason he felt like it was calling to him as if he were destined to be Spider-Man Before Flash could say anything he heard a call out for help, "What the hell?", Flash looked out his window and saw two guys gang up on someone else, "I should the call the police!", Flash ran over to his phone but realized something before dialing the numbers "They might get away before the police get there though!", Flash was trying to think quickly and eventually decided to take matters into his own hands out Flash opened his closet and looked for stuff quick, uh okay, uh a black hoodie, a hat and a scarf?, Yea that should work!", Flash put all that stuff on as fast as possible and opened his window seeing the two men run off, "Shit there getting away!", Flash jumped out his window and had an idea "Well it's worth a shot", Flash shot two long strands webs at their backs pulling it making both of them fall on their backs, "Okay well can't stop now", Flash ran towards the two men "WHO THE HELL IS THAT?!", said one of the men, before his partner could speak Flash jumped towards him landing a punch on his face, "OH THAT'S IT!" Flash's Spider-Sense went off and he ducked in less than a second dodging the mans punch, Flash turned around and shot webs in his eyes. The man screamed out of fear, "Shut the fuck up!", Flash kicked the man knocking him out, Flash spun a webs, webbing both of the men up and he slowly walked up to the beat up man "Uh-Uh PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!", The man feared for his life but was too scared to move Flash walked up to him and to the mans shock, Flash gave his hand out to the injured man and picked him off the ground, "Who Are you?!", The man asked confused "Spider-Man!" **End Of Flashback sequence "When I did eventually get over my Dad's death, things never got any better, well financially speaking", Flash sighed, "I got a job at the Daily Bugle taking pictures but even so that didn't cut it as well, let's just say my boss is kinda of a nut job!", Flash and his Aunts kinda chuckled, "Anyways now I have a job at a lab with one my friends but I only get paid $100 every weekend" "So when Sabrina sold the house..", Flash nodded his head "All of our financial troubles were solved, but at the cost of our most valued thing of all!", Flash could feel his eyes getting a bit watery and his Aunt Spark could see it "Oh Flash I didn't mean to make you--" Flash gave her a reassuring smile, "It's okay!, I guess it's my first time talking to someone about it!", Both Aunt Spark and Aunt Thunderstar looked at each other smiling seeing how much their nephew has matured "Alright Moms were dressed!", Flash and his Aunts looked at the stairs to see Firestar coming downstairs holding her sister, now can we go already!", she asked annoyed putting her sister down Flash his cousins and his Aunt all left the house and all walked towards a bus waiting booth, "So!, I thought we could all go to Tokyo Tower", said Aunt Spark, "You and Firestar used to love going there when you guys visited 10 years ago!", Flash shrugged in agreeance "Oh come on!", Firestar groaned, "We always go there every summer!", Aunt Thunderstar looked at her less than excited daughter "May I remind you that we have a visitor from another Country!, and said visitor hasn't been here since 2009 and is probably excited to be here right now!", Aunt Thunderstar looked back at Flash, "Don't mind her, she's just bored of Tokyo city, y'know it's pretty normal to her", Flash just shrugged Flash and his relatives were waiting for the bus , "So do you guys ever miss Canterlot City?", Flash asked his Aunts They both nodded at Flash, "Yeah there are times where I still miss hanging out with my sister!", said Aunt Thunderstar, "Who knows, maybe one day we might come back to stay in Canterlot" The Bus arrived and Flash picked Snowstorm off the ground to her and her Moms's amusement, "Let's make sure you don't get lost little lady!", Flash said playfully before entering the bus with his relatives Well it's not different to any bus in Canterlot, interior and exterior wise, as Flash and his relatives took a seat he heard the news on somebody's phone スパイダーマンは、(Spider-Man) 一日の早い時間に銀行強盗を停止しました (Stopped a Bank robbery in the early hours of the morning), Flash didn't know any Japanese but when he heard the word Spider-Man being said by the News Anchor he instantly knew what they were talking about, Shit!, Uh-I- uh just keep calm Flash, if they see you freak out they will instantly know who Spider-Man's Identity Flash's relatives luckily did not hear a word to Flash's relief but hearing what the news said did make him a little on edge about going into public, Why did I go out and do all of that, I could've let the police handle the situation but nooo, I had to be a hero The Bus dropped everybody off at the Tokyo Tower, even though Flash was a bit on edge because of the situation Spider-Mans in he couldn't help but marvel at the Tower In amazement, "Wow it looks way more beautiful than I last remembered", Flash said as he felt his eyes glistening "Ohh we just have to get a picture!, Aunt Thunderstar looked around and saw a man wearing a black straight brim cap and a black trench coat with gold stripes walking towards the tower, "I'll be right back!" Flash on the other hand didn't like the look of this guy, Something's doesn't seem right about this guy, but what exactly? "すみません！(Excuse me)", Aunt Thunderstar asked the man, he turned around in curiosity, "私の家族の写真を撮ってもらえますか" (Could Please take a picture of my family?)" The man looked at the family and giggled a little, "もちろんです (Of Course)" What did they say to each other?, Flash looked offly bewildered after witnessing a short Japanese conversation, Flash looked to his Aunt Spark but she looked a bit strange, a bit angered even, What's with Aunt Spark? "Okay Flash", Flash snapped back into reality and looked at his Aunt Thunderstar, "Give the man your camera and he'll take pictures of us!", Flash looked at the man for a quick second suspicious of him but he just shrugged and gave the man the camera The Man giggled a little, "Smile!", he took a picture of them and gave Flash his camera back, "You're welcome!", Flash looked at the pictures and was a bit impressed but before he could say thank you the guy disappeared, Wait?!, where'd he, oh my god I swear if this is another Doctor Whooves effect I'll flip "What's wrong honey?", Flash turned around to see Aunt Thunderstar looking at Aunt Spark a bit confused and worried "N-Nothing I just had a bad feeling about that guy", she said crossing her arms, "It's nothing let's go", she gave Aunt Thunderstar a reassuring smile and a quick kiss "Eww!", said Firestar in disgust, "Get a room you two!", both her moms looked at her teasingly and soon walked to the Tower Flash and his cousins soon followed ***** "Alright here we are!, said Aunt Thunderstar, as they entered the Main floor of the Tower Flash continued to take pictures of all of his surroundings, "Wow the I forgot how good the city looked from up here!", Aw Man I remember how scared my Mom was of this place, speaking of which, "Hey isn't there a souvenir shop here?, I want to get something back for my friends and family in Canterlot!" Aunt Spark stroked her chin, "Yeah!, it's here somewhere, uh will find it eventually", Flash got out his wallet which had, Well Mr. Cranky Doodle gave me $1000 before I left and told me to use it wisely Flash and his relatives took a few pictures at the tower before heading to the Gift Shop Flash was looking for, "Alright!", Flash grabbed the Yen he had before being stopped by his Aunt Thunderstar "Uh,Uh,Uh", She wagged her finger, "You're our guest, and guests under our roof never pay for their own things!", said Aunt Thunderstar Flash scratched his head, "Jeez Aunt Thunderstar, my parents kinda told me to work for your stuff, not get spoiled" "Nonsense Flash", said Aunt Thunderstar, "My older sister is too serious sometimes, and besides your on Vacation!", Flash wanted to argue otherwise but he knew his Aunt was really stubborn, also because he slightly couldn't say no to free stuff, well from a certain point of view "Alright Aunt Thunderstar you win!, I won't pay for anything!", Flash sighed thinking about what his Dad would say to him right know They all walked inside the Gift Shop and looked at stuff Flash's Mom along with his friends would find interesting, "Oh hey what's this?", Flash walked over to a bunch Charmander Plushie, Oh Man Sunset used to play this game all the time!, I wonder what she'll think of this thing Flash took it and walked into another isle with his Aunt Thunderstar, "So what exactly would Mom like?", Flash asked his Aunt Thunderstar, "I mean this might sound bad coming from me but I think you know her the best", Flash said laughing and scratching his neck Aunt Thunderstar looked at him smugly, "Well since she's about interior design and putting stuff in her house sooo, look for something like a model of the Tokyo Tower or sculptures of stuff" Flash nodded and he looked around for anything and out of convince he found a model of the Tokyo Tower, "Huh?, How convenient!" ***** Flash had eventually gotten everything he needed from the gift shop and him and his relatives had lunch at the Tower before going to the Imperial Palace, The Skytree, the Senso-ji Temple before going to the one place Flash had been excited to go to for weeks, The Shibuya Times Square at evening "Aw man!", Said Flash marveling at the city, "I haven't felt this excited since I was in New York 3 years ago, even so this place is just something else", Flash loved the city so much he'd even admit he likes it here better than downtown Canterlot City, and that city is also beautiful at night "Alright let's all stay together everyone!", said Aunt Spark before picking up Snowstorm, "Alright so we'll walk around the city, maybe go to a few shops and then we have to head home!", she commanded everyone Flash and his relatives walked across a crowded but otherwise huge crosswalk, Again, Canterlot City Never has this type of cool stuff!, as Flash was mentally talking to himself his Aunt Thunderstar's Phone Rang, he was even surprised he could actually hear "Hello?..... Oh Hi Sis!...… Flash oh he's doing great, he's getting along with the kids...… Oh were at Shibuya Time Square.....Well of course you can!", Aunt Thunderstar gave Flash her phone, "It's for you" "Uh Hello?" "Flash, so sorry I couldn't call last night!, I got caught up with work I almost forgot you left", Flash felt kinda insulted but knew she didn't mean any harm "Oh?, So Uh how's things back at Canterlot?" "Well without my son it's horrible!, but otherwise it's okay I guess ***** Meanwhile in Shinjuku Alleyway, Gold Serpent is assigned by Mr. X to go and find a woman who owes her some money, poker money, "Oh how I hate to do this on such a cool summer night" Serpent looked at his phone to see what was on the to-do list and the first thing on that list was meet Yakuza members who has some intel on the woman, "ご挨拶男性 (Greetings Men!)", said Serpent walking up to the two men in suits, "今日は何ができますか? (What Can I do you for today?)" The Two men's faces were hidden by the dark shadows of the alleyway, one of the men grabbed a picture out of their jacket with the woman with her name written in kanji, "「これは大佐美です!、彼女はグランド日光東京台場ホテルにいて、彼女は彼女を取り出すものが何も持っていない場合は、彼女の人質を取り、お金を得る必要があります! (This is Kimi Osana!, She should be at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba Hotel, Take her hostage and get the money, if she doesn't have anything take her out!)" Serpent giggled and took the picture Serpent grabbed his Motorcycle and drove towards the Hotel, the motorcycle could be heard roaring through the streets of the Shinjuku Alleyways as he sped through the streets up until he got onto the main road, "Things might get messy!", said Serpent as he loaded up his 2 FN P90 and a Gold Desert Eagle "Well I'm here, let's test my Range!", As Serpent was driving at high speeds he got out his Desert Eagle and looked at a car driving in the distance Serpent closed his right eye and aimed his gun at the tire, "3...…...2", he gritted his teeth a little, "1!", He pulled the trigger and shot the gun In only a few seconds the driver lost control of the car and it crashed into a building killing the driver on impact, "Looks like I still got it!", Serpent said giggling a little, driving off towards the hotel ***** While Serpent was quickly approaching, a woman a long fur coat, a hat and glasses walked out of the hotels and surrounding her were a bunch of bodyguards, "それは完全にでたらめだ、そのホテルのサービスはとても悪いです! (That's complete bullshit!, The hotel service was so bad!)", The woman was complaining about how bad her stay was at the hotel, this woman was Kimi Osana "うーん、ヨーフー!こんにちは!?,おさんですか?, (Uh Yoo-Hoo! Hello?!, Are you Kimi Osana", said Serpent as he was quickly approaching the girl, in doing so he surveyed the area seeing a sports car which was armored and a bunch of other motorcycles and regular cars "たわごと！(SHIT!)", Kimi Screamed before entering her auto-mobile, "踏み出せばん! (Step on it fool!)", Her bodyguard pulls the gear stick putting the car in drive and he steps on the pedal as hard as he could, Serpent watched as the other cars and motorcycles drove off in order to protect Kimi "Oh Man and the fun was gonna begin!", Serpent soon followed and a chase for Kimi Osana ensued As soon as Serpent got near the vehicles it was revealed to him that the bodyguards had artillery of their own, Sub Machine Guns, Assault Rifles, Pistols they might've had a cornucopia stashed somewhere Serpent giggled a little, "Well at least no one's being excluded!", He reached into his Jacket pockets pulling out one of two FN P90's #彼を撃ちます# (Shoot him!), Kimi commanded via radio inside the bodyguard's cars and motorcycles They all fumbled with their guns but eventually pulled themselves together and all pointed their guns at Serpent, "残留する (Stay Back!)", said one of the men Serpent gestured his head to the side trying to warn him, however the bodyguard had no idea what he was gesturing to but when they reached the next turn Two of the bodyguards, including the one Serpent tried to warn, were not able to turn and both of them ended up running into a wall slamming their skulls into concrete "Poor Souls!", Serpent immediately started firing his sub machine gun at two of the other bodyguards, he ended up shooting one in the back, the bullet hit his vertebrate not killing him but paralyzing him for the rest of his life and shooting the other in the head killing him making him crash into a oncoming vehicle Meanwhile in the car Kimi is freaking out due to four of her men being out of commission, three of which will be out forever, while her bodyguard in her car is trying to calm her down "大丈夫物事は関係なく、悪く見える, (Okay so things look bad, No matter!)", The Bodyguard reached into the rear seats pulling out an RPG, "心配事を吹き飛ばすだけ (We'll just blow up our worries away!)" Kimi looked even more terrified by her bodyguard carrying heavy artillery and driving at the same time, but she was willing to take her chances Meanwhile outside Serpent ended up shooting out more of the bodyguards out, "Man hand to hand combat is way more fun not this pussy gun shooting!", Serpent did however get a bit careless and the last remaining bodyguard ended shooting the wheel in Serpent's Motorcycle, well with the exception of the one in Kimi's Car Serpent Grimaced, "良いショット (Good Shot)", Serpent jumped off his motorcycle and jumped on the bodyguards back, before he could react Serpent grabbed his head and twisted it breaking his neck and taking his motorcycle, "ありがとうございました(Thank You!)" The Bodyguard in Kimi's Car broke the driver window with the RPG and then proceeded to aim it and Serpent, "バイバイ(BYEBYE!), said the Bodyguard screaming and laughing thinking that he was gonna end Serpent once and for all Serpent Sneered, "そうは思わない(I don't think so!)" The Bodyguard fired the RPG, Serpent however drove around it as fast as possible making the bodyguard miss coming with Fatal consequences, The rocket ended up hitting a bus killing some passengers and injuring others while some who were lucky to be alive were calling the police Serpent positioned the motorcycle behind the Kimi's Car and jumped off his motorcycle landing on the speeding vehicle with only a few seconds to spare "AHHHHH!", Kimi shrieked in fear before watching her last bodyguard being grabbed by the back of his collar and being thrown out of the car by Serpent Serpent entered the car and gained control over it in less than a few seconds and interrogated Kimi, "X氏はあなたに彼にいくらかのお金を借りていると言います！(Mr. X says you owe him some money! Well, hand it over, I'm waiting!)", Serpent said in a rather serious tone compared to his carefree one "私はあなたが何を言っているのか分からない (I-I don't know what you're talking about)", Kimi said in fear quick to answer the question Serpent abruptly hit the brakes making Kimi hit hear head on the headrest which actually kind of hurt before he continued to drive, "私の仕事に関しては冗談を言う傾向はあまりありません。お金はどこにありますか！(I'm not prone to jokes when it comes to my job, where's the money!)", Serpent became rather impatient and was getting a bit irritated Kimi got scared and was gonna fess up before the both of them heard Police Sirens, but it wasn't just normal police cruisers no, no, no, they were being chased by Armored Vehicles no doubt the SWAT Team "お金はどこですか！(WHERE'S THE MONEY!)", Serpent was really impatient and screamed at Kimi to get the answer much to her fear Kimi was fumbling with words in her head, "ええと、車を取り、それをカバーする必要があります！(Uh-Uh, T-TAKE THE CAR, THAT SHOULD COVER IT!)", Kimi jumped out of the car much to Serpent's shock "殺さないで (DON'T KILL ME!), Kimi ended up skidding across the concrete sustaining a few bruises and a scrape "Shit wasn't gonna do anything that bad", Serpent said a bit weirded out, "Oh yeah the police, shit!", Serpent got out his phone and dialed Mr.X's number "Hello!", a threatening yet calm voice answered the phone "Boss, I have the targets car, but she escaped, she said the car would cover the $200,000 of debt, or I guess the ¥21,410000 in debt, also I'm kind of in a situation with the cops" Mr. X sighed in annoyance due to his "Top Mercenary's" lack of escaping the police, "I have a friend who has an import shop down at the docks go see him, I'll give you the location once you get out of your so called situation!", Mr. X hung up abruptly leaving Serpent to sigh in a bit of embarrassment Flash and his Relatives had gotten home by taxi without running into any problems unknown to them that there was an ongoing police chase Flash held Snowstorm in his arms as she was sleeping, "Okay I think I'm put this little monkey to bed and hit the hay myself", Flash waived goodnight to Firestar and his two Aunts "Yeah I think I'm gonna head to bed too", Firestar soon followed Flash and her little sister upstairs, "Night Moms!" After Flash put Snowstorm in her bed and walked into his room, locked the door, turned off the lights and lied in bed, Flash felt a lump in his throat however, Wow, am I really feeling homesick, Flash thought to himself a bit and then kind of chuckled, "Wow I'm really homesick!" Flash got out his phone and started watching some Equestria News, "Well I could try to bring home to me!", as Flash began watching he was struck with a breaking news headline "Breaking News on the hour, only a few minutes after the Tokyo shooting and there is still chaos across the streets with the alleged perpetrator on the run in a car while being chased by The Tokyo Police Force Flash's eyes widened and his mouth gaped open but before he could get another word the news showed the chase in real time showing the streets and the district Flash was contemplating if he should intervene, Oh Man should I?, Well the obvious answer would be no but then again if Dad were here he probably wouldn't even let me live it down, Flash clenched his fists and gritted his teeth, Screw It! Author's Note Okay so this a long chapter and I threw in a lot of stuff but bear with me on this one -So first order of Business is me writing Flash interacting with his relatives especially his cousins, I made the relationship ongoing if I went by the logic that they kept in touch for a while -Second is Flash's Flashback of becoming Spider-Man, and before you ask he did not reveal his secret to his Aunts, but anyways I never really capitalize on how Flash became a hero, When I wrote Issue #1 I kind of made the implications that overtime Flash went form hating himself and Spider-Man to sucking it up and becoming the hero he was destined for in this head canon -And Third is Serpent, I haven't really gave him any Inner Monologues or thoughts yet, but I think in future chapters I'll see what I could do, anyways after his one chapter hiatus I put him back trying to put him in the most Action Movie Spy Hero Scenarios as Possible 🤣 As for his Origins, I got something planned out, though as the story progresses I might make some tweaks to it

Meanwhile, Spider-Man was shooting as much webs as possible trying to follow his phones navigation system, Jeez!, I really should get a tracker or something so I don't have to go on wild goose chases or make assumptions that ultimately wastes time!" But in a rare occasion luck was on Spideys side and while he was swinging his gaze was directed to a Sports car that looked armored from the distance being chased by what he assumed to be the Tokyo Police Force, "I'm not one to make assumptions but", Flash took a deep breath, "I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that's the guy I'm looking for!" Spider-Man let go of the strands of web he was swinging on and dived straight towards the car being chased, "This is where fun begins", Spider-Man said smirking a little As Serpent was driving he heard a thump on top of the car, "What Now!?", he then heard a knock on the window, he looked beside him and sure enough Spider-Man was the one knocking on the door "Dude, sweet car!", Spider-Man said impressed by this guys taste of vehicles, "But I'm afraid I'm gonna have to, well you know take you in for speeding, and maybe an assortment of other--", Before Spider-Man could finish his sentence Serpent punched through the glass hitting Spider-Man square on the face knocking him off the Car Hey no one does that to me and get's away with it!, Spider-Man, started running to gain back some momentum before shooting a strand of web and swinging back towards the car "Alright well should never hear from that guy ever--Oh for fuck sakes!", Serpent heard the same thump on top of the car and saw a hand knocking at the windshield "May I come in?", Spider-Man asked, "Because personally, I think I deserve an apology, don't you think?" Serpent was contemplating whether or not to shoot him right there, but then again he likes a challenge and he believes hand to hand combat is for real men and women alike, "Oh sure", he said with a hint of suspicion in his voice, "Why don't you come inside, maybe we could have some snacks, or some apple juice if you're that hungry", Serpent opened the car door Okay Despite the fact that just screamed Super Villain 101, Snacks and Apple Juice sound awesome!, Spider-Man knew what he was in for but purposely went inside, but instead of sitting beside Serpent he let his two feet enter the car first, kicking Serpent right out the Car "How do you like that Garçon?", Spider-Man said as he saw Serpent slam into a wall, "Doesn't feel so good does it?" Serpent saw the police coming up and put on his adhesive gloves, "Why don't we take this up their", Spider-Man watched as Serpent climbed the walls like him, "That is if you're the real Spider-Man!" Hmm, either he has Spider-Powers like me, or he's made the worlds most adhesive gloves--, What did he just say real Spider-Man?!, "Uhhh, What other person wears a costume like this?", Spider-Man asked confused of Serpent's remarks "Cosplayers!", Serpent said already on top of the small building Spider-Man crossed his arms for a quick second, "Touché!", Spider-Man Shot two web lines to create a slingshot, backed up and shot himself into the wall latching onto it with his hands Spider-Man climbed the wall and also made it onto the small building facing Serpent, "Okay so you gonna Square Up, You Gonna-Gonna Ball out?", Spider-Man was chuckling a little at his own dorkiness, "Or Maybe you're gonna be Mike Tyson or something?!" As Spider-Man was laughing about his dorky trash talk Serpent took a deep breath and got into an offensive posture and lunged towards Spider-Man "Oh-Oh maybe you'll--", Before Spider-Man could get one more word in his Spider-Sense went off, Spider-Man stood in a defensive posture and put his forearm up, "Wait, he's about to kick m--" Serpent leaped in the air putting his foot forward kicking Spider-Mans forearm, Spider-Man gritted his teeth trying to keep his composure, Wow!, When I saw people like Goku, Vegeta, Tom Cruise, Batman and Superman do it they made it look really easy!, Never again will I underestimate Television Spider-Man jumped back a little and then Sprinted towards Serpent with his fist out, Spider-Man was a bit too slow however and Serpent dodged Spider-Man's attempt Luckily Spider-Man thought fast, he pivoted to the right and then kneed Serpent in the side, "How do you like that?", Spider-Man continued his combination of attacks with 2 acrobatic kicks and, however Spider-Man was gonna end it off with a punch but unfortunately he was to slow again and Serpent got a swift kick at Spider-Man's Jaw "Oh and you were doing so well!", Serpent Sneered before attacking Spider-Man with a few elbow strikes and knee strikes showing off his unmatched variation of the fighting style Muay Thai with a hint of Tae Kwon Do Spider-Man panted, Okay... So I highly underestimated this guy!, Why do I always do this?!, Spider-Man sighed in annoyance due to how he always meets big threats Spider-Man waited for Serpent to sprint towards him and he did, "Okay well let's spice it up a bit", Spider-Man shot two webs in the eyes of the oncoming Serpent making him scream in confusion "What is this?", Spider-Man leapt over the confused Serpent and kneed him in the back making him stumble forward and falling Spider-Man was panting a little, "How do you like--", Spider-Man gasped as his Spider-Sense went offMy Spider-Sense is tingling!, Spider-Man looked behind him to see Serpent sprint towards him, Spider-Man leaped above him and behind him but unlucky for him Serpent was a master in Tae Kwan Do Serpent did a Jumping back kick at Spider-Man's Jaw, Spider-Man felt his jaw making sure it wasn't dislocated or worse broken, "Well I can still tal-- wait.. why does my mouth taste a little salty?", Spider-Man's Spider-Sense went off again however and he saw Serpent come back at him attempting to do a flying knee strike Spider-Man got lucky however and caught Serpents knee then flinging him across the building and into a exhaust fan, putting a crucial dent into it! "Okay", Spider-Man said panting a little, "I gotta admit you are not as easy as I thought you would be", Spider-Man stretched his upper back a little gaining back a decent amount of energy, "But, somebody has to mop the floor of crime and let's just say I'm the Janitor!" Serpent gave Spider-Man a blunt look as he got back up, "Wow that sounded really lame! and staged but that's besides the point", Serpent got out a smoke bomb and threw it on the ground, "Until we meet again", Serpent smirked and giggled a little "Wait there is no aga--", Serpent threw the smoke bomb on the ground making Spider-Man's field of vision very foggy, "OH!.....COME.....ON!", Spider-Man said coughing with each word Meanwhile Serpent slipped into the night escaping into a nearby alleyway and finding a sewer cap and escaping into the smelly but safe tunnels of the sewer "ARRRGHHH!", Serpent screamed in annoyance, "I Lost my PAYCHECK! All because of some man in Spandex!", Serpent threw one of his kunai's at a rat in a fit of rage, "I don't who that is, but I will kill him!", Serpent clenched his teeth Spider-Man was swinging back to his Aunt's house, he was in deep thought thinking about what he just went up against, "He doesn't even have any major super powers, he's just like a-a ninja? Yeah a Ninja! A very, very skilled Ninja!", Spider-Man sighed knowing that this might be a threat to an otherwise relaxing vacation Spider-Man came back to his Aunt's house relieved to see the window still opened, "Alright, I'll go to bed and I'll figure things out tomorrow!" Flash took off his mask and crawled through the window as quiet as possible and made his way onto the ceiling of the room crawling to the doorway, Odd? I thought I locked that?!, Flash crawled towards the door and closed it slowly Flash let out a sigh, Thank God!, Flash landed on the floor and turned around to see Firestar holding a phone, wide eyed with her jaw completely hanging out Flash widened his own eyes and they just stared at each other awkwardly for a few seconds before he heard his Mom's voice on the phone "Uh Firestar you there?", Firestar immediately snapped out of it and gave Flash the phone hesitantly "Oh Uh hey Mom!" Author's Note So a bit of a short chapter So I finally have Serpent and Spider-Man meet, so this is a bit of a weird villain because this is the first villain in this series who doesn't have any major Superpowers but instead is like a skilled fighter There's not much to say about the fight except in old Spidey Faison he let the villain get away So at the end of the chapter Flash messes up and his identity is revealed to Firestar which will set up some interesting interactions in the future

That's So Bull!", Aunt Thunderstar chuckled a little and kissed Spark on the cheek, "Have Fun!", Aunt Thunderstar walked into the living room to watch some daytime television with Snowstorm meanwhile Firestar gestures Flash to his room so she can continue to ask questions about Spider-Man Flash let out a shar exhale and lied on his bed, "Okay So I assume you want to know more about Ol'Spidey right?" Firestar nodded her head in excitement and interest, "Yup!" "Okay Shoot!" "So what was your toughest battle ever? I mean you must have thousands right?!", Wow she really has no idea of how long I've actually been doing this thing Flash chuckled at his cousin's cluelessness, "Well considering the fact I've been doing this since October or somethin' and I've only gone up against two real threats in Canterlot, I'm gonna have to go with the one that happened recently, you know with Electro" Firestar was really excited, "Oh, Oh tell me what happened! Pleaaaaasssse!" "No", Flash shook his head bluntly, "Look Firestar you're kick ass and all but it would be way too irresponsible to tell you a violent story, which though ended in one of the most interesting ways ever" Flash was relatively uninterested in telling Firestar about his Spider-Man anecdotes for the sole purpose of not wanting to scare her with the things he's been through. "Oh come on! You sound like my Moms", she said letting out a sigh of annoyance, "Please!" She really, really wanted to know about Spider-Man's fights and protested. "No" "Pretty Please!" "No!" "Pretty Please with a cherry on top covered in sprink--" Flash got annoyed and let out a deep sigh, "Fine I'll tell you one part, ONLY ONE!", Flash sat up straight and stretched his arms "Okay", He groaned, "So me and The Green Goblin had been fighting at the Canterlot Towers and he had knocked me into a wall with a piece of debris an--" "Wait?!", Firestar interrupted Flash, "You guys fought at a hotel!? AWESOME!" She was already enjoying it too much Flash rolled his eyes and sighed but he continued with his story, "Annnywayyys!, Goblin had was about to stab me with a sharpened metal beam while I laid on the floor feeling super weak!" "Then what happened!", Firestar said anticipating for the story to continue "Okay Geez", Flash laughed, "You are more hyperactive than your sister I swear!" Flash continued with his story, "Goblin was about to stab me with his quote on quote spear but luckily I caught it! with all my might I caught it but I was hesitating to keep it away from my body I legit thought I was gonna die!", Flash paused for a minute to catch a breath as he had somewhat startled Firestar with that statement but she gestured for him to go on. Flash took a deep breath as this moment was something he still thought about sometimes"Alright this next part is still something that has always stayed in my mind so brace yourself." He cleared his throat and began to speak, "So as I was trying to keep that bloody spear away from me Goblin told me something that would make me completely snap!" Firestar nodded her head in anticipation "He told me that he would kill me! and then mom! and anyone else who was close to me, he would find them and kill them! And that was what set me off and gain the upper hand!" "WHAT?! REALLY!?", Firestar blew up inside scaring Flash a little, "DUDE! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM! TELL ME! TELL ME!", Her eyes widened and her smile only grew bigger "OKAY CHILL!", Flash said trying to calm Firestar down and also trying to keep the conversation at a low as he didn't want him being Spider-Man to spread in the household like wildfire "I grabbed his neck! I began choking him! throwing away his weapon and letting all my anger get the better of me! I threw him across the destroyed hotel room and began to really pummel him!" "So then... What happened to the Goblin then after you won?" Flash paused for a moment, he knew what happened to Goblin he'd watch him unmask himself and find out that he was Micro Chips, his best friend, Flash couldn't just say that all to Firestar, she'd probably not understand, "Well.... he was arrested by police and taken away far, far away from Canterlot! Never to bee seen or heard from again!" Flash made it sound convincing but whether or not Firestar would buy it was the real question. There was 5 seconds of silence but then Firestar spoke, "That......Was...….AWESOME! No wonder you inspire so many people!" "Really?! Because most people in Canterlot still hate Spider-Ma--, w-well me, most people hate me, well so to speak", Flash looked offly confused "Are you kidding me", Firestar said, "Everyone in Japan loves you! Even adults, in fact I kinda like Spider-Man now, and I hated him before, um, well no offense!" "Oh um okay!" Firestar was filled with so much excitement she had to ask Flash one more thing, "So why'd you really come to Japan huh?New foe? Taking down a crime syndicate? What, WHAT? Flash chuckled a little, "Well I still came here to have a vacation, but, there's some new villain or whatever that I kinda have to turn in to the police" "Who?", Firestar asked "Some Guy named Serpent, I-I think he's called himself the Golden Serpent, I don't really know", Flash shrugged but he soon stopped when he saw Firestar's eyes had shot up wide opened in disbelief "You've gone up against the Golden Serpent? Dude! He's the most wanted Hitman in Tokyo, he's the master of so many forms of Martial Arts even from other countries! He even has some Yakuza contacts, he's not just some guy--" "Alright, Alright I get the picture", Flash said calming his cousin down, "But even so it's not like he's a lunatic with powers, but I gotta admit he is really good at hand to hand combat" Firestar sighed in relief to know Flash acknowledged Serpent's abilities, "So uh, how do you plan on taking him down?" Flash shrugged, "I have no idea, it's not like I have is location, and plus this is a huge city it'll take forever to find this guy!" Firestar agreed but then realized something, "Oh I got it!", Flash looked at her interested, "Like I said before Serpent has contacts with the Yakuza, and if I'm not mistaken most Yakuza members hang out at Shinjuku area" "Go on!" "So, we track one of the Yakuza members and if they get close enough to Serpent then we'll be able to track him !" Flash liked the idea but then thought about the flaws in it, "Well it sounds good, but here's the thing", Flash began to list the flaws, "A. Finding a Yakuza Member will be hard because I have no doubt in my mind they dress in regular clothing, B. I don't have any sort of tracking device, and smartphones are way to big and noticeable and C. I don't know where the Shinjuku area is" Firestar closed her eyes and looked Mary Sueish having an expected smile across her face, "Don't worry I got you covered", Wow that's the first time I've heard someone say that sentence "This may sound a bit weird but I know one person who is associated with the Yakuza", Flash's eyes widened in shock, "He's our next door neighbour and I've heard him have numerous conversations with Yakuza members over his phone, and I've seen him hangout with a few Yakuza members at his house, so there's one lead" Firestar and Flash went to her room for a quick minute and she grabbed a small fly, "See this?", Flash looked at it as if it were a no brainer "A Fly?" "Not just any Fly", Firestar assured Flash, "This is a robotic fly, something that can be tracked with any of my devices and it has cameras in it so I can see what's going on, I call it Smoll ", Flash looked impressed, even though he loved robotics he didn't think of the endless possibilities the subject had "And I know where the Shinjuku area is so were all set", Flash had a skeptical look at Firestar "Look I'm not one to doubt or be a party pooper but, this Superhero stuff can get dark sometimes, are you absolutely sure you want to actually, well invest time in any of it?" Firestar nodded her head instantly, Flash knew he couldn't argue with someone as headstrong as her but at the same time he was really, really skeptical on letting some kid do something that sometimes gets really deep and dark "Oh yeah!", Flash realized, "This may sound odd and a little cliché but I need to learn some Martial Arts!", Firestar looked confused as this had come out of nowhere but she kept listening "Okay so uhh, Serpent, like you said he's really skilled in Marital Arts right?", Firestar nodded, "Well see, I need to be in contrast with all of his fighting styles so, do you know any teachers or something?" Firestar stroked her chin and one teacher in particular popped in her head, "Oh! Um Okay, so there's this guy right, some people call him The Master! He's been teaching Martial Arts for years, he's even taught my Mom Spark and me well he taught my other Mom a thing or two", Firestar went into her drawer again and pulled out a paper she had from 5 years ago which had the address to "The Master's" School "Go here!, and don't worry he's taught people from other countries so he speaks English", Flash took the paper, "Anyways, here's what were gonna do" Flash and Firestar were talking about how they were gonna execute everything before night fell ***** "Okay, were on!", Firestar and Flash were monitoring Smoll and controlling it with an Xbox Controller, luckily the small robot didn't have fly vision so everything was pretty crystal clear "Wow this is like a video game about a spy movie, this is cool!", Flash said, "So uh what now?" "Well we wait and see", Flash and Firestar continued to watch the live feed until they saw a man wearing a black trench coat and black fedora walk past Smoll "Is this lucky guy?", Flash asked Firestar nodded her head and controlled Smoll to follow him, Smoll followed the man to his car, Smoll made it's way into the car and hid in a gap between the headrest and the rest of the seat "Well were gonna be waiting for a little bit", Firestar informed Flash, "Sooooo, wanna play Go (囲碁 igo)?", Flash had no idea what that was "I have no idea what that is" "Its a board game, here I'll show you how to play", Both Flash and Firestar were playing the board game for around 20 minutes when they heard the Car stop, Firestar knew exactly where the man was, a random Shinjuku Alleyway, and she heard the voices of other people having a conversation about stuff "Finally!", Flash said relieved he didn't have to keep losing at a board game Firestar controlled Smoll and moved it out of the car and flew into a corner of the alleyway and she zoomed in to see what the Yakuza were talking about "So, what's the deal?", Flash asked very hastily, "Anything about Serpent?" Firestar nodded her head, "No not really, it's juts mainly some hit lists, drug rackets, trafficking, you know the normal gang activity I guess" Firestar and Flash, well mainly Firestar listened in but came up empty handed in their search for Serpent, "So know what?", Flash asked "Well I guess were gonna have to keep gambling, my best bet is to have Smoll follow one of these men", There were 3 other people who were talking to Firestar's next door neighbour "I'm gonna put my bet on Mr. Mustache, he seems like he would know Serpent", Flash said with a quizzical look Firestar shrugged in agreeance and flew onto Mr. Mustache's back, "Okay so we have one thing possibly done, now it's time you met "The Master"" "Okay, Shoot!", Flash said "Okay so, he's been rumored to have learned all forms of Martial Art during his life time, and he's taught, hundreds if not thousands of students." Flash stroked his chin in curiosity, "But even though he has taught so many, a lot of his students have also either dropped out or quit", Flash's enthusiastic smirk flushed away after hearing that "Why?", He asked "Flash, Marital Arts is not something you can learn in a day, you have to have the patience to endure the trainings", Flash thought about it for a moment, he knew Firestar was right and now he was contemplating whether or not he can learn a form of martial arts in time, despite the fact he's only been in japan for a few days he realized that everyone has a different learning level and by the time he masters a form a martial arts it might take up more than a month Okay, so I keep underestimating things, but can I really do this? Do I really have the capabilities, Spider-Man or Not to learn a form?, Flash was in deep thought for a while leaving Firestar bewildered on what Flash was thinking about, but Flash came to a conclusion "Alright, what time does he open or close?", Flash asked "I don't remember, but it's only 8 so you might have some time", Flash nodded his head and got up but before he went to his room he had one question, "So what he teach you anyways?" Firestar got up and got into an offensive stance, "Judo!", Flash kind of laughed at Firestar because to him she looked kind of silly "Oh man that stance just came out of nowhe--", Flash's Spider-Sense went off and he saw Firestar about to high kick him, Flash ducked but then his Spider-Sense went off again and Firestar put him in a chokehold, Oh I have made error, Firestar preformed a Judo throw throwing Flash behind her knocking him into the ground, Flash could've done something but he could've hurt Firestar so he decided not to do anything "Don't underestimate Judo!", Firestar said smugly Flash put his index finger in the air, "Point taken", He groaned Flash got off the floor and ran into his room, "I'll be right back!", Flash got into his room and closed the door behind him, he got out his Spider-Man costume, his jacket and shorts and put it on only holding the mask in his hand, and he ran back into Firestar's room "Wow!, it looks even cooler when you put it on!", Flash smirked and put on his mask Spider-Man's robotic lenses squinted and widened signifying that he was just testing them to see if they still worked, "Okay I won't be gone for too long", Spider-Man opened Firestar's window "Wait!", Firestar said abruptly stopping, you might need these, Firestar handed Spider-Man an earpiece and a small 360 degrees Camera, "Just in case, I can warn you" "Well I don't have any bars, my LTE plan doesn't cover overseas" "Not to worry!", Firestar went into her drawer and handed Spider-Man her extra phone which had LTE "Oh uh thanks, wait why the camera?", Spider-Man asked inspecting it "Oh well I can't see through your Lenses because your suit doesn't have any cybernetics of any sort for me to see through your lenses like Smoll, and also because I want to see what it's like swinging through the air like Spider-Man", Firestar gave Spider-Man a nervous smile Spider-Man took off his mask for a minute and put on the earpiece, he put the mask back on and put the phone in his jacket pocket and zipped it up and put the Camera on the belt buckle of his pants "Okay I'll be back', Spider-Man said before jumping out the window and swinging off, Wow who knew Firestar, if not anyone could like me that much Author's Note Okay so I'm speaking from November 2019 and this was like released all the way back in September, and to make things even more nostaligc for me I wrote this chapter in August, 3 MONTHS! Time flows fast! I remember spending nights writing this, I was just so excited to be writing this in a different setting and because I was, and still am a new writer. So now to the biggest question, why I changed it, well ISSUE #2 rebooted is not released yet but I took out that scene that was in the original version of this chapter as the story took a different approach. So uh yeah!

Spider-Man chuckled a little, "Yeah it's kinda cool, so uh when's the next turn?" "Keep swinging for a while", Firestar was acting as a GPS for Spider-Man, "Okay, and turn right!", Spider-Man shot a strand of web and leaned to the right changing his direction Spider-Man landed in an alleyway much to his confusion, "Uhhh, Where am I?", Spider-Man asked "Yeah the school is located near an alleyway, he you see those railings?", Spider-Man looked to his right and nodded, "Yeah there should be some stairs and a door, it should be unlocked, if so find a place to take off your Spider-Man costume, call me after you're done "Alright, Spidey Out!", Spider-Man took off the Camera and ended the call, luckily Spider-Man carried a spare black shirt in his jacket pocket Flash took off his mask, put the shirt on and found a pair of dirty Vans which he wore, they were a bit big but they would do, "Note to self, bring a bag next time" Flash walked down the few steps of stairs and opened the doors to the establishment, there was a waiting area but no intern of any sort ,Wow I am getting some major Doctor Whooves vibes here, Flash continued to walk by when he heard a group of people making "ha" sounds, "Hmm?, looks like class is in session" Flash walked inside and saw a man at the front of the class, he was relatively old yet he looked in great shape, he had no hair but he did have a long white beard that pointed down to his chest, this was "The Master", Flash looked and saw a bunch of students male and female practicing what he guessed were martial art drills "Wow, this is way more cooler than what they show on Television", Flash muttered to himself in amazement The Master must've saw Flash because he stopped the drills, "セッションは終了しました(The Session is over)", He said in his native language Everybody bowed at The Master and they all walked off to the exit, Flash realized he was standing right in front of the exit and he stepped aside for a minute A lot of the student's looked at Flash with either a warm smile, disgust or a normal expression, to his surprise a few girls were even eyeing him with admiration and quite possible lust, something he wasn't all that used to in Canterlot, so he just nervously smiled and waived "You!", Flash turned his head to hear see The Master looking down upon him, Flash was only 6 foot as the man was as tall as his Principal from high school, standing at 6'3, "Why have you come to my school hm?", The man asked with a stern tone in his voice, and a slight accent Flash cleared his voice and search for words, "Uh Hi!, I'm Flash Sentry", Flash introduced himself nervously, "I uh came here to learn the ways of Marital Arts?", Flash cracked under pressure and said the statement in a questionable tone The Master looked at Flash with a quizzical look, almost as if he had seen him once before, "Hmm, Sentry you say", The man stroked his smooth strains of white beard until it hit him like an asteroid hitting earth, Sentry was a name of another male student he had, "Come with me", The master gestured his hand to follow him and Flash did They walked around the dojo until they stopped at a Glass cabinet, The Master opened the sliding door and grabbed a framed picture, "I remember a Sentry once!" Flash looked at the picture and it gave him goose bumps, In it were a younger version of his Aunt's, his Mom, and Man with Orangish Brown Spiky hair that bared a resemblance to Flash when he was 16 years old, it was his Father in his younger years, before he dyed his hair dark blue to match with his family, but that wasn't all, in his mother's arms was a baby boy with a leaf shaped patch of blue hair, it was Flash when he was a 3 week old baby, I don't recall this, but I'm pretty sure Dad used to talk about learning Karate "Ah the man he was!", The Master said **Flashback Sequence** Italic (Narration by characters) "You and your family came to me 18 years ago, your father was a kind man, though he was a bit silly" Flash's Aunts and Flash's Parents, Lucas Armstrong Sentry and Sabrina Thunderstorm Sentry opened the door to the dojo, in Sabrina's arms was a baby boy, asleep and swaddled in a blanket The Master turned around and smiled, "Ahh! Spark, one of my favorite students, what brings you here?", Spark and smiled and then turned to Sabrina who handed the baby boy to her "Two reasons", Spark said, "First and for most, I would like to introduce you to the newest addition to The Sentry Family Tree, Flash Sentry, our nephew, and their son", Spark pointed at Flash's parents and then handed the baby to The Master The Master looked at the baby with a warm smile, the baby had awoken, his cyan blue eyes looked at the man with a blank and somewhat confused, if the baby could form words or thoughts for that matter he would probably say, My Dad looked younger 15 minutes ago what happened? "So I assume the second reason is so I can watch after boy?", The Master asked "Actually the second reason is because my brother in-law want's to learn Karate", Thunderstar said "At the time, you're Aunts were both your age while your parents were in their early 20's" The Master looked at Flash's father stroking his chin while Flash's Dad had a very enthusiastic smile, The Master finally spoke, "So? what makes you want to learn the art of Karate?" Lucas just shrugged with a care free expression, "I've always been interested in Karate, I've seen Movies, Tv Shows and some real life competitions when Spark was in high school" The Master was skeptical of training such a student, but at the same time Spark was almost a daughter to him so he accepted the task of training him **End Of Sequence** Flash had no idea that he was in Tokyo in 2001, not to mention the fact that he had just recently heard about this guy and during the last trip that he could remember, there was no mention of some martial arts teacher named "The Master", his parents never really mentioned it to him at all,Wait?, wasn't 2001 the year where my uncle I never met died in a car crash? Yeah now I remember, but that how does that excuse them from not telling me something like this?, the story only left him bewildered,"So did he ever fully complete his training?", Flash asked The Master shook his head, "He dropped out after Day 5, he had told me he needed to leave and go back to his home country" Flash nodded a little not knowing that about his dad, I mean usually when he was doing something he would finish it "So how is he doing?", The Master asked, "I have not seen the man in almost 20 years, Ha Ha!", The Master laughed a little Oh wow I am really gonna defloat this guy's happiness, Flash sighed and spoke a bit quietly, "Um, well see, he uh, he uh passed away a few months ago", Flash took a deep breath through his teeth, Awkward The Master put his head down and let out a deep sigh, "Forgive me, I am very sorry to hear that", a few seconds of silence went by before The Master spoke again, "So what type of Martial Arts would you want to learn?" Flash widened his eyes and then stroked his chin, "I don't really know, oh, how about Tae Kwon Do!", Flash had to think fast but he did have good reason, I'm not much of a genius when it comes to Martial Arts, but it might compliment my powers, well I think The Master stroked his beard in suspicion, "Too quick of a choice you have made, are you sure?", Flash nodded his head immediately after The Master spoke "Alright", The Master said, "Your training begins now!" "Oh Sweet!", Flash exclaimed, "So what's the first lesson? Aerodynamic Kicks and Punches, Tosses, Flips in the air?", Flash was excited but at the same wanted to keep the Spider-Man identity under the rug so he had to say things that he already knew The Master smirked a little, Flash was no different than his father or even his Aunt Spark for that matter, "Your first lesson, will be patience!" Flash looked confused, "Patience?", The Master nodded before walking off leaving Flash even more bewildered, "Hey where are you going?" "To Sleep", The Master said, "See you tomorrow", Flash jaw hung out opened in shock, WHAT!? You're telling me this is my first lesson, lame! Flash rolled his eyes and headed out of the Dojo, he got out Firestar's extra phone and dialed her up, "It's ringing" Firestar answered, "Well I assume you finished your first day, how was class?", she asked Flash let out a sigh, "Well I didn't learn anything new at all, he just told me that my first lesson was being pa-- "Patient yeah I know! Uh quick note my moms are still watching their movie or whatever, but dinner's gonna be ready in 15 minutes so you better Hurry!" , Flash hung up on the phone afterwards Flash took off those disgusting shoes and threw them on top of a phone line, Aw man if Electro was here he'd be pisssssed, Flash took his mask out and put it on, this time however he didn't put on the camera as he wanted a bit of alone time to think Spider-Man backed up a little and ran to gain some momentum, when he got just the right momentum he shot a strand of web and swung across the city to get home What Spider-Man didn't know was behind the window The Master had just witnessed his new student demonstrate his powers right in front of him, The Master sighed however, not in impressment, not in disappointment, not even in skepticism, he just sighed and needed to be in deep thought for a while ***** Spider-Man swung through the window of his Aunt's home and took off his mask as soon as possible, luckily no one else was in his room so he shut the door and changed into some clean clothes, A White Air Jordan Shirt, Black Jeans and for some odd reason Acrylic Socks and walked to Firestar's room "So!", Firestar turned her chair to face Flash "So" "What Martial Art Style did you choose?", Firestar asked "Tae Kwon Doe!", Flash replied "Ooo that's a hard one, are you sure?", Firestar asked "Look there all hard, uh that's probably what she said by the way, but it'll be fine, I have the patience to learn Martial Arts", Flash gestured his hand as if it were a no brainer question "Okay, well you did sound pretty pissed about having to learn patience over the phone", Firestar chuckled Flash smirked, "Touché" "KIDS!", Thunderstar shouted from the Livingroom, "DINNER!" Firestar grinned. "Oh man I can't wait and see what abomination My Mom made in the kitchen" **Day 1** It was the early hours of the morning 5 am to be exact, Flash decided to sleep in his Spider-Man costume the night before but also pack some extra clothes and take his duffle bag and this time he brought his shoes with him "Alright, I should be back by 7-8", Flash said to himself, he put on his mask and swung off to go see The Master in his Dojo ***** Spider-Man landed and took off his mask off and panted for a quick minute, "Okay that is the last time I'm gonna go ham on web slinging in the early hours in the morning!" Flash ran behind a dumpster to take off his Spider-Man costume and put on a Green Long sleeve Shirt and Black sweatpants stuffing the costume in his bag, after he did so he headed for the Dojo's entrance Flash walked inside, when he opened the doors to the Dojo he saw The Master watering the plants, "Master!", Flash greeted The Master turned around and was a bit surprised, "I must admit, I am a little surprised you came back", Flash shrugged feeling a bit cocky, "But at this time of day? Hasty to learn are you?", The Master asked Flash "Well the early bird gets the worm", Flash said with a care free tone "Hmm, alright let the training begin, come with me!", The Master motioned Flash to follow him, they went in the middle of the room" The Master began to explain what Tae Kwon Doe was to Flash so he could better understand what he was in for, "Tae Kwon Doe is an art of Self Defense which relies heavily on Kicks Punches and Blocks, but it will also teach you many open handed strikes, take down throws and joint locks" Usually People would be bored by introductions but Flash was an eager learner so he took in as much information as he possibly could "Over time in this class I will show you forms and techniques of Tae Kwon Doe and teach you as much as possible", Flash nodded "So Than Are you ready!", The Master asked Flash "Yes!", Flash said nodding his head "Okay than I must star off with the basics", The Master said, "I must teach you the most basic thing, blocking!", Flash kind of chuckled, How hard could this be? I block people all the time, but I do hate forearm blocks though, they are the worst "Okay what do I do?", Flash chuckled even more The Master however was serious and showed Flash what he needs to do, "You must put your legs in an L stance, put your Right leg behind your left leg and put your left forearm out while keeping your whole right arm in", Wow that was kind of a mouthful, but you're the boss Flash had a bit of skepticism but he was able to put himself in a L stance and he put his left forearm out, I don't why he wanted me to use my less dominant hand? "Okay you must keep blocking me with you left forearm, also take note in this session I shall also teach you counter strikes as well but pay attention", Flash kept his care free attitude, To Flash's surprise however he saw The Master took a few step backs, "BEGIN!", He roared The Master ran a few inches towards Flash before spin jumping putting his leg out and attempting a spin jump, Flash immediately got serious and stood his ground When the kick hit Flash's arm he gritted his teeth in pain as he still was not good with forearm blocks, and now he was doing it with his left arm, Okay I take back everything this is gonna be a lot harder than I thought The Master landed and then leapt high in the air of the Dojo, "Where'd he go?", Flash asked bewildered, he couldn't move or else he'd have to restart "TURN!", Flash tried to think fast and he turned to the left, "Okay I think I got th--", Flash's Spider-Senses went off and he realized he was to actually turn to the right instead of the left Unfourtanetley Flash was met with a kick at the back of his head making him get out of stance and grab the back oh his head rubbing it "YOOAAWWWW", Flash screamed in pain, "WHAT IS THAT FOOT MADE OF? IT FEEL LIKES A CLOG?" "Do not underestimate Tae Kwon Doe, it can even develop your strength, speed, and flexibility", Flash still gritting his teeth with a stinging pain at back of his head eventually got up "OKAY WE SHALL TRY AGAIN", Flash got back into stance and they started their training again much to Flash's skepticism of what he got himself into Half an hour past and Flash had picked up the Tae Kwan Doe fighting form of Chon-Ji quite quickly much to The Master's impressment "TURN!", Flash turned to the left and blocked The Masters Punch, "COUNTER!", Flash put his left forearm and punched with his right fist though being blocked by The Master Flash and The Master both panted, they had been going for a while, "I must admit, I am impressed, most of my students don't pick up a form of Martial Arts as quick as you have", The Master handed him his white belt a symbol for a beginner Flash bowed to The Master and took the belt much to The Master's impressment, "So what's next?", Flash asked as he put it on "Do not worry about that now", he said, "I will see you again at 8:00 Tonight, do not be late", Flash waived The Master goodbye and left the Dojo Flash had return to The Dojo without the Spider-Man Costume or web slinging, instead he took a bus and with Firestar supervising the area and talking to him, "So you already made some progress in Tae Kwon Doe! That's great!" "Uh Firestar I'm already here I gotta go!", Flash hung up on the phone and entered the Dojo When he walked inside he saw a class about to begin before The Master glanced at Flash and smiled, "クラス (Class!)", The Master got the classes attention and then he pointed to Flash standing at the doorway, the class all stared at him, "これはフラッシュセントリーです (This is Flash Sentry)" Flash had no idea on what The Master had just said so he nervously waived his hand at everyone, "Uh Hi?!" "フラッシュはアメリカから来る新しい学生です (Flash is a new student who comes from America)", Flash only heard the words America in that whole sentence and his name pronounced Furashuu so it left him wondering what exactly the Master was saying, meanwhile at the same time everyone was talking to one and another about Flash, some even laughing at his White Belt, most others in the class had blue belts and up, signifying that they were way more better at Martial Arts than Flash was "Flash step forward!", The Master motioned Flash to come and stand beside him, "フラッシュセントリーはテコンドーを学ぶためにこの道場に来ました、彼は武道形式で彼の最初のレッスンを過ぎたようですので、今夜は別の武道の経験豊かな学生とフラッシュを組み合わせたいです (Flash Sentry has come to this Dojo to learn Taekwondo, he has seemingly past his fist lesson in the Martial Art Form, so tonight I want to pair Flash with an experienced student of a different Martial Art)" One of the male students raised their hands up, he was notably younger than Flash being aged 15, he had jet black hair that was curled up, he wore a black ghee and black belt "春樹、フラッシュと対戦しませんか？(Haruki, would you like to go up against Flash?)", The boy nodded his head The Master went to Flash, "Okay this is Haruki, he is one of my most skilled students, he is the definition of hard working, but he can be stuck up but he is one of the best students in Kung Fu and though he is stuck up he does help other students with their drills" Both Flash and Haruki stepped into the small fighting ring, Flash went to go shake Haruki's hand, "Hi I'm Flash Sentr--", Haruki bowed to Flash as a greeting so Flash did the same and walked back to his corner of the small ring, "Huh!? I guess that's how you introduce yourself" The Master stood between them, "さて、ルールを知っています、リンクから落ちる最初のルールは負け、誰にも怪我をする可能性のある汚いショットはありません、そして最も重要なことは、負けた場合、これを学習体験として使用してください (Okay you know the rules, the first one to fall out of the rink loses, no dirty shots that could injure anyone, and most importantly if you do lose, use this as a learning experience)", The Master then turned to Flash, "If you fall out the ring you lose, no cheap shots or shots that could injure someone and try to use this as a learning experience" Haruki stood with his feet wider than his shoulder width and made them parallel, he then bent his knees and then he took hi left arm raising it and making his hand point at Flash while he put his right up also pointing at Flash, he was standing in the horse stance, a stance used in Shaolin Kung Fu Flash gulped, he wasn't afraid of Haruki, he was afraid of himself, he had to keep his Super Strength in check or else if he did something careless, it could be lights out for Haruki Flash took a deep breath hoping for the best, he put his 2 legs an L Stance and put bent his knees and put his left forearm up and put his right hand into a fist "3つのカウントで、2つはお互いに行き、リングからお互いをノックしようとします (On the count 3 you two will go at each other and try to knock and each other out of the ring)" Flash and Haruki both looked at each other glaring, "スリーツーワンゴー! Flash looked confused to what the Master had just said but luckily his Spider-Sense went off and he saw Haruki about to kick him, Flash blocked the attempt with his left forearm something that he now got used to thanks to The Master, Flash then counter attacked using his right fist to try to punch Haruki Haruki cupped Flash's Fist blocking his punch attempt and then he striked Flash's forehead with his hand, a Knifehand strike, "GAH!", Flash clutched his forehead with one hand, Who knew a hand strike could sting!?, Flash shook his head Flash got back into stance and decided to let Haruki attack, both looked at each other intently and intensely, Haruki sprinted at Flash, Flash still stayed in place however waiting, Haruki even felt confused but had no time to stop and think, Haruki did a cartwheel and was about to attempt a spin kick But before Haruki could attempt his aerodynamic attack Flash leapt over him making sure not to jump to high but high enough to get close to him and impressing the class, Flash tapped Haruki's shoulder, Haruki turned around and was met with a punch to the cheek by Flash and then to even The Master's surprise, Flash high kicked Haruki under his chin, knocking him back Haruki stumbled a bit and eventually fell out of the ring, The Master was impressed, he had only ever had one other student who had just as much potential as Flash but even so Flash seemed to be an interesting student to say the least A lot of the students were having conversations about what they had just witnessed most of them being in shock and disbelief, The conversations lasted until The Master got everyone to quiet down "落ち着く ！(Settle Down!)" Haruki got back up onto the ring, but he wasn't mad that he lost, he was actually impressed with Flash for taking him down and The Master quickly noticed, "いい仕事をしてくれました。 あなたは潜在能力のある学生のようですが、一部の分野ではまだ少しずさんです。 (Good Job You have beaten me. The Master translated everything Flash had just said to Haruki , "彼はあなたの言葉に感謝し、カンフーのスキルが印象的だと言います。(He says that he is very thankful for your words and that your skill in Kung Fu is impressive", Haruki smirked at The Master and Flash The Master turned to the students and spoke sternly, "授業はもうすぐ始まります (Class will begin soon)", He then turned to Flash, "Come with me, there is much we have to talk about", Flash looked confused and followed the Master to the entrance of the Dojo "What's wrong Master?", Flash asked The Master cleared his voice and spoke to Flash, "You have done well Flash, really, really well for a beginner", he put his hand on Flash's shoulder, "But I don't want you to create an ego out of it!" Flash looked confused, "Why is that?" The Master looked to the full moon, "I have a story to tell", he said, "A story of a student I once had similar to you, not your father, not your Aunt or even your older cousin, this story is of a student who went from being one of my best students to one of the most corrupted I have ever had" "He was a boy just as you are and he came to me along with his sister with the intent of learning all the Martial Arts forms or how ever many I could teach him, The Boy and The Girl both excelled in their training, one mastering the art of Aikido and one mastering more than one, though his preferred style of fighting was Muay Tai, a very effective style of Martial Arts" "What happened to the boy?", Flash asked "The Boy was corrupted by a venom of a snake who had bit him, after the boy was bit he never was the same, his tendencies became either better or worst, he became more arrogant, more cocky, more temperamental, he was becoming a nuisance for the school so I had to expel him from the Dojo, though days after he had left his sister had told me the boy had tragically died" Flash put his hand over his mouth, he was thinking about what he had just been told, he couldn't think of anything to say, he was speechless "My point is be more mindful of what you do, or you could end up like that student", I guess this he sees much of this student in me "I will think about it Master, but I must head off now!", Flash was about head off before The Master gave him something "Before you go, you can get rid of your white belt", Flash turned around to see The Master holding a yellow belt, "It symbolizes a new found strength in the student", he handed Flash the belt as well as a training ghee Flash bowed his head in gratitude, "Thank You", Flash headed out the Dojo and made sure the coast was clear, he had to swing to his Aunt's home knowing the traffic around this time, Flash hid behind the same garbage bin from before and took out his Spider-Man costume **Day 2** It was around 5:00 Am when Flash arrived at The Dojo, he wore the ghee he had been given and walked inside to see The Master sitting on a big pillow meditating "Return you have I see!" The Master said while still meditating "How can you see me? Your eyes are closed", Flash chuckled a little "Ah! There is more than one way to see a person besides vision", The Master informed Flash, "I can hear you, I can smell you I could even feel you without even touching you", Flash felt a bit weirded out by the last part of that statement but brushed it off "Alright then, uhh so can we start?", Flash asked still sounding a bit hasty to The Master "Still hasty I see, why don't you try meditation, it might help your tendency for being impatient", Flash felt a bit offended but he's never actually meditated before so it couldn't hurt to try, but then again Flash was a bit more interested in the lesson "Yeah I guess I'll try it at some point! So Uh The Lesson!", The Master sighed a little but hoped for the best "Okay Then!", His tone was more stern than calm, "Than it is time I taught you the second form of the 9 belt training of Tae Kwon Doe, Dan-Gun", Flash listened to The Master intently, "Dan-Gun still focuses on your hands but it teaches you new tools like a Knifehand Strike, new blocks and more useful tools "ALRIGHT!", Flash exclaimed, Well he is his father's son there's no doubt in that, The Master thought to himself "Okay let's begin!", The Master and Flash walked towards a punching bag, "Okay you must focus very carefully" The Master got into a ready stance and then put then got into a knife hand guarding block stance, "The first few steps in Dan-Gun is getting into a ready stance, than you get into an L stance and instead of a forearm block you do a knife hand block, than..", The Master high punched the punching bag and then turned 180 degrees, "The Follow through", The Master stood out of the way motioning Flash to try it out, "Well go on" Flash walked up to the punching bag and attempted to emulate everything he had just saw, he got into an L-Stance and raised his right hand and formed a knife hand and put his left hand into a fist, he punched the punching bag but wasn't careful with his strength and he punched through it "Uh Whoops?", Flash said trying to sound contempt, but in reality he was worried and wide eyed, OH MY GOD! THE HELL DID I JUST DO?! I REALLY NEED TO CONTROL MY STRENGTH, "Uh!? I am so sorry!", Flash tried apologizing thinking that was the right course of action The Master however wasn't angered or shocked for that matter, instead he was interested, interested in Spider-Man's strength because in reality he was training Spider-Man, "Do not apologize, that punching bag was most likely defective", The Master reassured Flash, "Besides we probably wont need it anyways" The Master went back into stance as if nothing had happen, "Now back to the lesson", The Master did the three steps he already showed Flash and then he turned 180 degrees and did the same steps then after his high punch he turned 90 degrees doing three high punches and then turning 90 degrees to the right, he then got into a Twin Outer forearm block and then he did a high punch and finally turned 180 degrees Flash widened his eyes, The Master had did all of that all in one sequence without breaking a sweat, "So in addition to the first three steps, you want me to do three high punches, a new way to block with my forearm and a final high punch?", Flash asked The Master nodded his head, Flash let out a sigh, "Alright let's do this", Flash took a deep breath and attempted to do all of what he had been showed, Flash did the first three steps just fine but he was stopped by The Master after he turned 181 degrees instead of 180 degrees "STOP!", The Master screamed startling Flash "What?!", Flash said hastily and a bit scared "You turned one degree more than you should have!" Flash looked at The Master very cluelessly, "You yelled at me because I made a lousy overturn?", Flash asked bluntly "Be mindful of your attitude Flash!", The Master said, "Know, AGAIN!", Flash grumbled a little and got back into position ***** Flash had been practicing that same sequence for one hour, this was the first time Flash had been struggling with something in Tae Kwon Doe or hand to hand combat in general, he was either over turning, under turning, missing a step or two or even doing more steps than necessary, by the time he mastered it his ghee was soaked with sweat and he was super exhausted Flash panted, "Alright, is that the lesson for today?" "Actually there is one more part to that whole thing", The Master took a deep breath, "So after that 180 degree from performing a high punch you then you get back into an Twin outer forearm block, followed by a series of high blocks, then after your final high block you turn 90 degrees to the left and perform an outer knife hand strike followed by a high punch an finally you turn 180 degrees and also perform an outer knife hand strike followed by a high punch", The Master performed everything that he just told Flash whom he left even more shocked and wide-eyed, Ah Man, I'm gonna keel over at this rate Flash practiced that final sequence of attacks and blocks, he was being very mindful of his actions making sure he didn't over do or under do any major turns or steps and surprisingly he actually managed to do that final sequence "ALRIGHT I DID IT!", Flash exclaimed in excitement feeling super accomplished "Well done!", The Master said, "Know you must recite everything I have taught you today until you've completely perfected the form of Dan-Gun!" Flash exhaled sharply and slumped his shoulders, "Aww Man come on!" "There is no room to gloat in Martial Arts training, this is the path you have chosen, though you are allowed to quit at any time", Flash not wanting to quit just sucked it up and began that whole sequence of attacks from the top until he could perfect the second form ***** Flash had stumbled onto the ground super tired panting, Jeez even with my powers I guess I don't have super endurance!, Flash had spent another hour just practicing the whole sequence until he felt he had mastered it and also until he basically collapsed onto the ground, in a pool of sweat Flash did make a few mistakes during that hour but with the help from The Master he had finally kept a consistent follow through and finally mastered the from of Dan-Gun "Very Good Flash!", The Master said holding an orange belt, "I think you have earned this!", Flash looked up and saw the Master holding the belt "Wow....Thanks.....Master", Flash said between his inhales and exhales "You look exhausted, go home and come back tomorrow at around 9:00 at night", Wow that's the first time he's actually told me to come later than most students Flash got up off of the ground and was handed the orange belt, the belt that represents the sun, a sun growing in power, "Thank you!", Flash bowed to The Master and walked out of the Dojo feeling more accomplished bur super tired **Day 3** Flash had gone 2 days without being caught by anyone in his Aunt's house for sneaking out, anyway it was around 8:46 at night and Flash was getting ready to go see The Master but he was in a conversation with Firestar "So you've already achieved 2 belts in 2 days, dude that's incredible!", Firestar complimented Flash's growing skill in Tae Kwon Doe, Flash let out a sigh, "Yeah I.....", He trailed off with his sentence not knowing what he could say "What's wrong?", Firestar asked, "I thought you said you were eager to learn Martial Arts and take down Serpent!, Remember?" Flash nodded his head, "Yeah I did, but I'm just thinking about what's next to come, I mean my training yesterday completely sapped all my energy so I'm not so sure that tonight is gonna be a bed of roses" "Well this wasn't gonna be an easy task Flash!", Firestar reminded him "I guess I'm just being skeptical!", Flash claimed, he looked at his phone and the time, "Well I better head out!", He put on his Spider-Man mask and jumped out the window Spider-Man shot strands of webs which wrapped around some tree trunks, helping him swing through the neighborhood, while swinging through the air he took out Firestar's extra phone and dialed her number, when she picked up he was able to listen through the earpiece "So what? Are you gonna give up on Martial Arts?, Firestar asked further continuing their conversation "Look", Spider-Man's spider sense went off and he turned his gaze to see that he was about to face first into a wall, "Oh hold on!" Spider-Man angled himself to go into a different direction dogging the wall and continued his web slinging, "Oh uh where was I, oh yeah. Look I kinda just, okay maybe not kinda but I may have underestimated the intensity of learning martial arts under The Master watchful eye and thought it would be easy" "WHAT!?", Firestar asked feeling perplexed, "You know there is a reason why they call him The Master, even when you write his name you have to capitalize the 'THE' in his name, dude is respected for his teachings why would you think it'd be easy?" Spider-Man quickly fired back, "Look in my defense when you have super powers you tend to forget your human sometimes" "I don't see what that has to do with anything" "Trust me, if you had super powers you would get it" "Um-Okay! Uh I have to go take a shower now so uh, your on your own, and remember, this stuff is not easy", she hung up on the phone Spider-Man continued to swing through the air until he arrived at the Dojo in the nearby alleyway, Spider-Man sighed, "Alright this time I'm gonna be more attentive, or so I hope." Spider-Man let go of his web line and landed behind a dumpster, Spider-Man took off his mask and started to change into his training ghee ***** There was no one in the Dojo except The Master, "Must be a break day or somethin?", Flash approached The Master who was in meditation "Master", Flash stood in front of The Master who broke his meditation "Sentry", The Master slowly got up, "Okay let us begin", This caught Flash by surprise, The Master would always tell him something wise or question Flash's tendencies but today he seemed quick to get the lesson started "Master you seem hasty to begin", Flash pointed out The Master smirked, "I think your tendencies have grown on me!", The Master replied making Flash chuckle, "I have a cold today, I have not been myself, mentally that is! But still we must being our lesson, this is the next form of Tae Kwon Doe, Do-San" Both The Master and Flash sat cross legged, "Do-San will teach you new tools such as front kicks and wedging blocks", The Master got up and Flash who was still sitting down watched The Master attentively , making sure that this time he wouldn't mess up The Master got into a ready stance, he performed a high block and then a normal punch before turning 180 degrees, he did the same but after his other punch he made a 90 degree turn and did a knife hand guard block, "Pay Attention to this next part" Flash looked at The Master intently, "This is a 3 step action all in one", The Master was still in his knife hand block stance but he changes his hand from a knife hand to a spear hand, then he did a spear hand strike before pivoting". That is a supported spear hand release and pivot The Master finished the sequence, with a 2 high backfists, a 90 degree turn, another high block followed by a punch, another 90 degree turn, a few more blocks including wedging block and finally The Master performed a front kick, something Flash had been anticipating to see, The Master continued with a right left double punch, another wedging block followed by the same front kick and double punch, 2 more high blocks and an outward knife hand strike slid to the right ending the sequence with a final outward knife hand strike Before The Master could speak Flash had gotten up and emulated everything The Master had just shown him flawlessly, making no mistake whatsoever much to The Master's shock "So something like that?", Flash asked smugly The Master chuckled a little, "Very impressive, perhaps you would like to demonstrate in battle?", The Master asked testing Flash Flash smirked, "I would like to, but this is a self defense art, I don't believe it would be wise to got at someone with no real purpose" The Master stroked his chin and tilted his gaze a little, "Very good!" Days had gone by and with that Flash's prowess of Tae Kwon Doe had grown, each day he had gotten better and better, every time he found bump in the road he was able to leap over it and over come it, he had mastered the remaining 6 forms of Tae Kwon Doe achieving the Black belt along with that The Master had taught Flash a few more forms from other belt trainings of Tae Kwon Doe The Master and Flash bowed to each other one final time, "It has been a pleasure to work with a student who is as skilled as you, but even so, I find my self...troubled" "Why so?", Flash asked as the two walked around the dojo discussing "The tools I have demonstrated to you, the powerful tools that you now have in your arsenal, if they are abused and used for sinister things, I feel I bear part of the responsibility" Flash stopped walking to face the Master with a reassuring look on his face, "That's you are wrong", Flash said, "Even though my dad was a goofball back then and well still kinda was before his death he had told me many words of wisdom that I still look to for whenever I feel stressed" The Master stopped and put his hands behind his back grasping them while listening to Flash "My dad had once told me with Great Power comes Great Responsibility", Flash said reminiscing, "I had never actually understood what he meant by that, most of the times those words left me bewildered", Flash paused and took a deep breath, "But I guess it means whatever powerful thing you have, you are responsible for your actions you do with it" The Master smirked finally feeling at peace, "So the student has become the teacher...", The Master trailed off, he knew what Flash was gonna do with his new skills, he knew that the whole reason he wanted to learn Tae Kwon Doe was to face off against the Gold Serpent, The Master opened his mouth slightly to take a breath before continuing the story he had once told him, "Come with me, there is something I must tell you" The walked up to the same glass cabinet that Flash had laid his eyes upon the picture with his parents and relatives at a younger age, "Why are we here master?" The Master opened the small door of the cabinet and took out a picture of two kids, one was a girl and was a boy both whom looked like twins, "Wait?", Flash got a good look at the girl, No that can't be!, The girl had the same hair color that Aunt Spark had and before Flash could say anything The Master spoke up "This is a picture of your Aunt and his brother a long time ago", Flash looked at his well I guess what he now had to consider, his Uncle Flamewalker "Why are you showing me this?", Flash asked now seeking for answers "In the story I told you I referred to a brother and sister, those two were the siblings I was referring to", Flash eyes had widened, "I also had never finished the last part of the story" Flash arched an eyebrow, "Last Part?" **Flashback Sequence** The Master sighed, "About a few years back which was also roughly 6 years after your Uncle's 'death' your Aunt Spark had approached me one day with a saddened look on her face look on her face", The Master said, "She had proclaimed to me that "What is it?", The Master asked almost startled by Spark "Master it's-it's, It's about Flare", The Master gave Spark an intense look not expecting to hear about his former student "What about him?", The Master asked "He-He's turned to a life of crime", Spark said tears slowly swelling out of her eyes, "He's going by the name The Gold Serpent" The Master started stroking his beard feeling troubled with the urgent news **End of Sequence Flash had interrupted the story, he had heard enough, "He's The Serpent! That's what she told you", Flash asked urgently not even trying to keep his composure, "But you, her, my parents everyone, they told me that, well he died!", Flash pointed out "Like I told you before when he was intoxicated by that snake venom he was never the same, so when he became an underworld criminal and went by the alias Gold Serpent, the man who was Flare Flamewalker died along with the venom that intoxicated" Flash was ripped apart, the person who he needed to stop was someone who was related to him, to add on to that his Aunt lied to everyone, unless more people knew and cease to tell anyone Flash turned to The Master, "Why are you telling me this?", he asked The Master was at a crossroad, lie to Flash and tell him it's supposed to be a learning experience, or tell him the truth, that he knows that Flash had been Spider-Man all along, but he decided to take the safer route, "I believe you deserve to know your family's history, it's people and what they've done in their life time" Flash was sweating and had a troubled look on his face, he bowed to The Master not knowing what elese to do, "Good Night Master, I am grateful for what you have taught me", Flash walked out of the building quickly as if something urgent had come up, well in retrospect that was the case, but Flash had no idea what to do or what to say "The only question that lies is, what will you do now... Spider-Man" ……. Author's Note So this chapter kinda the same to Flash's Festival Fiasco Other than that I wanted to create a character that had some connection to Flash but not to deep of one, so I thought of possible stories in my head of maybe The Master meeting Flash's family at one point, So in this canon I wanted to establish another ongoing father daughterish relationship so I thought of Spark and The Master Other than that one weird thing I made was the actual name of Flash's Dad, I don't remember actually giving him one so throughout the story I've been adressing him as either "Flash's Dad, or Flash's Father" Now Finally the big elephant in the room, The Gold Serpent actually being Flash's uncle, this was on accident 😅, That was not actaully intedended for Serpent's character, while I was in class I had some free time to think about what I wanted to do for the story, and for some odd reason the first thing that came up was, Hey woudln't be neat if Serpent and Flash were somehow related, and the idea wouldn't leave my head so I kinda rolled with it and here we are

Flash made out a fake chuckle, "Uh well I guess I'm gonna miss hanging out with The Master", Also I just found out that My and yourses uncle is THE SERPENT! But than again I have a feeling Aunt Spark hasn't told anyone at all "Oh I see, ah you'll get over it!", She said, "Anyways uh I wanted to leave you with Smoll's live feed, I'm kinda not feeling well so you know, the whole spy thing is on your hands tonight", Firestar left the room to go to sleep leaving Flash her laptop and the controller to control Smoll along with some instructions "Jeez I don't even know if I wanna actually go up against Serpent", Flash said to himself, "If he's really who The Master says he is, than should....Do I really wanna kill.....I..", Flash put his hands on his eyes and sunk it a little, "I don't even know what to do" ***** Flash had fell asleep while watching the live feed, the laptop was still turned on with the live feed **Dream Sequence** Flash was in a basketball park wearing a Celtics Jersey, some Basketball shorts, a head band and some Nike Lebron 14's, "Odd, My plane isn't supposed to be here for 4 weeks, why am I here?", As Flash continued to question what he was doing in Canterlot he heard his Dad's voice. "HEY SON!", His Dad screamed in the distance before eventually running up to him holding a basketball, "Check up!, Flash's dad bounce passed the ball to Flash Flash looked at ball skeptically but he started dribbling the ball not even questioning the fact his dad has came out of nowhere, "Alright but I'm not going easy on you!" Flash dribbled the ball using all the handles he could possibly remember, he did a crossover on his dad before driving to the basket and putting in a layup "Oh What? You're gonna use your super powers to win?", Flash's Dad asked, "Come on I thought out off all the people, you would know that working hard is where it's at, he chuckled a bit Flash rolled his eyes and checked the ball to his dad but it wasn't soon after that the haunting memories of what he had been told by The Master was slowly flooding his mind, "Uh Dad?", Flash asked as he was guarding up his dad "Yeah?", he replied while he was doing some isolation hesitation "So uh, weird question but--", before Flash could finish his dad stepped back for a 3, draining the shot, the net making a swish noise "See I told you, superpowers do not make the man!", said feeling accomplished "Rrright!, Anyways, uh Dad, I kinda need your advice about something ", His Dad looked at him a bit dazed "Alright! Shoot!", that motioned Flash to tell his Dad what was up "Okay so uh, this is gonna sound weird but I have to go up against my uncle, but like, I have to um well, I have to fight him but I'm not sure I can bring my self to do it" "Well which one, and why?", his Dad passed the ball to Flash "Well uh, I have to go up against my Uncle Flare, I have to or else he might continue to be a dangerous person to everyone, I mean the guy's a mercenary or something, one part of me says I should, but the other part is telling me not to, I don't know which is right or wrong, I'm completely lost" Flash's Dad stroked his chin, thinking about the situation, he decided to give Flash his outlook on the situation, "Look Son", he sighed, "There are times in life where in order to the right thing, you have to do the most toughest things, even if it means you have to fight your Uncle, but if you want to find a way where everyone is happy and no one hates you, there is nothing I can say but, Good Luck, I don't wanna sound harsh but this is something that you have to do on your own, you know figuring it all out There was silence for a few seconds and only the sound of a dribbling ball could be heard but then the voices of unknown people could be heard in Flash's dream, but it wasn't in his dream, the voices were coming from Smoll's live feed which abruptly stopped Flash's dream **End of Dream** Flash got up still in his Spider-Man costume along with his jacket and shorts and shook his head to make himself less tired and he turned his head to the laptop, "What's going on?", Flash watched as The Serpent along with some other Yakuza gang members were discussing a new job for The Serpent "Shit!" …….. Author's Note Okay So this was a bit of a short chapter, but in it we got some Father Son dialogue from Flash and his Dad This is a part of the story which was not in the original draft, but after the revelation of Serpent I wanted Flash to have someone he could talk to about the whole situatuion, someone who was older than Firestar and the no brainer was Flash's dad Now as for the dream sequence, if you understand the rules and the overall game of basketball you might get it but if not let me just translate my basketball talk, "check up" is just one of them bounce passing the ball to the other person signifiyng it's their possesion, "Driving to the Paint", is dribling the ball close to the basket to score a close shot, like a Layup, Iso Hesitation is short for isolation hesitation which is just the player trying to hesistate the other player to posibly shoot the basket from the 3 point arc

What?", She asked still feeling feverish and a bit dazed "It's the Serpent, Smoll's recording him with other Yakuza Members", Firestar's eyes widened within just seconds and she shook her head to help her self get up "WHAT!?", She asked before taking the laptop out of Flash's Hands, "Okay So I assume you're here because you want me to translate right?", she asked, Flash nodded his head They both watched the live feed, "Oh Man he's not even here and I'm getting chills down my spine!", Firestar said The Live feed displayed a room with a white table but not an interrogation room of any sort, there were chairs on opposite sides of tables and with that a whole group of Yakuza gang members and affiliates were on one side while Serpent was on the other In an instance one of the Yakuza Men put a picture of their next hit target, a man who looked to be in his mid 20s with brown hair and with a pony tail at the end of it along with facial hair. he didn't look like he was from the area so Flash and Firestar presumably thought it was a tourist but they were proven wrong once one of the other Yakuza gang members spoke "ヤコブ・ラッターマンは元ヤクザの関係者でしたが、秘密捜査官であることが判明しました" Flash turned to Firestar, "What he say?" "There talking about some guy named Jacob Latterman, a former undercover cop who was an affiliate from the states, he actually lived here according to them", She replied rubbing her nose "彼は私たちの重要な同盟者や友人の何人かがバーの後ろに置かれた2012年の事件の責任者でした。" "There saying that in 2012 he ratted out some members or something to the police" 私たちは偽の警察の服を着て、ヤクザがレインボーブリッジで彼を運転します。あなたは橋の塔の一つに着き、遠くから彼を狙撃します。 "OH MY GOD!", Firestar exclaimed "What?...WHAT!?", Flash asked hastily, "What is it?!" "Okay this is gonna sound really crazy but...", Firestar took a deep breath, "Okay so some yakuza members have posed as fake cops in order to lure Jacob to his own death, their plan is for Serpent to snipe him from one of the bridge towers of The Rainbow Bridge!", Firestar panted after saying all of that to Flash as quickly as possible Flash stroked his chin, "Okay so if I remember my grade 7 science class, the tower of a bridge is....", Flash was trying to remember it "THE TALLEST POINT OF A BRIDGE!", Firestar screamed trying to get it through Flash's head that this was not a laughing matter whatsoever "Oh", Flash said, "Thanks", he lowered his eye lids for a quick few seconds and smirked finally knowing what a Tower of a bridge was but it didn't take long for the whole scheme to finally sink into Flash's head, "WHAT!?", Flash said finally putting the pieces together, "I HAVE TO STOP HIM!" Spider-Man put on his mask and then turned to Firestar, "Look this is gonna sound lame of me, but this is something you can't witness", Spider-Man gave her the mini 360 degree camera back but before Firestar could say anything Spider-Man continued, "I know you wanted to see me in action but this is something that you cant be exposed to, if you were than that would be showing you that I'm irresponsible, so stay here!", Spider-Man ordered before leaping out the window At that moment however Aunt Spark and Aunt Thunderstar stormed into Firestar's room after hearing enough, unknown to Flash and Firestar, both Spark and Thunderstar had been able to hear their conversations and found out that their nephew was actually the webbed wonder, they at first left it alone not wanting to cause any tension between their selves and Flash but after hearing everything from Firestar's room they intervened "FIRESTAR!", Thunderstar said sternly catching her attention, "TELL HIM TO TURN BACK RIGHT NOW!" Firestar's eyes widened, it was the first time in a while that her mother actually had gotten this pent up, but what was more shocking was they knew what Flash and Firestar had been talking about for days, so at first she tried to play dumb "I uh, I don't know what you mean", She said shrugging "Don't play dumb with us", Spark chimed in though not screaming like Thunderstar, she still had a stern tone, "We know what you two have been talking about, we know Flash is Spider-Man!, we even have cameras to the house, we've seen him sneak out and shoot webs out of his hands, were not stupid", Spark had revealed that fact to Firestar making her eyes widened even more as she put both of her hands on her head in shock "Y-You two knew?", She said bewildered, "But then, why didn't you say anything?" Thunderstar sighed still feeling a bit angered, "Because if we told our nephew, whose already under enough stress as it is, that we know he's Spider-Man than we might destroy our relationship forever putting a wedge between it. NOW TELL HIM TO TURN BACK NOW!?" Firestar got a bit more startled fumbled with her phone until she pulled herself and dialed the number to her extra phone. However they got unlucky when they heard a ring on the floor Firestar's eyes widened, "Uh-Oh!" "Uh-Oh? UH-OH?!", Spark exclaimed, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN UH-OH!?" "So uh this might sound bad but", She inhaled through her teeth with a nervous expression, "Flash left the phone I gave him here" "WHAAAAATTTT!?", Thunderstar screamed Firestar put her hands up trying to defend herself, "Look! How was I supposed to know he left the phone here. Plus why are you guys worrying so much, he's a Superhero, emphasis on SUPER, I'm pretty sure he can handle himself" Spark massaged the bridges of her nose and let out a sigh, "Because were responsible for him, what can't you understand from that?" Firestar stroked her chin. To A part of her it was like her moms were bitching at her for no reason but at the same time she knew that they were just worrying about Flash and wanted to keep him safe, but then it came to her "OH I GOT IT!", she said raising her index finger in the air which also caught the attention of her parents, "This may sound weird but I have a small drone I call Smoll which is shaped like a fly, maybe if we can get him to the Rainbow Bridge, we might get a glimpse of Flash or something" Thunderstar and Spark both stroked their chins "Will we be able to talk to him though?", Thunderstar asked Firestar shook her head, "Uh No. I kinda didn't anticipate for any of this honestly and well this like a last resort", she chuckled nervously Spark sighed, "I just hope Flash is okay" Spider-Man was swinging through the city one web after another, he was able to find a vehicle with Yakuza members in it after being able to identify one of the men from the live feed and so he followed them to the Rainbow Bridge, No sign of Serpent! Either he took a different vehicle or he might already be at the bridge , Spider-Man's lenses squinted in suspicion but he continued to swing across the city until he could make out a bridge with multiple colors in the distance ***** Spider-Man let go of his web line mid air and landed on top of one of the bridge towers and surveyed the situation. His lenses squinted so he could get close up on the road and the first thing he saw as white car that kind of looked like a Bentley Mulsanne, however he didn't care about the model of the car, he was more intrigued by the "contents", so to speak. In the car he saw the target, Jacob Latterman "I spy with my little eye, something that could probably die.", Spider-Man then looked behind the car and saw 5 Black SUV's following the car, "Wow! That is sooo normal", Souder-Man said sarcastically, Spider-Mans lenses zoomed out and he looked around his surroundings, he turned to the right and he could make out a figure climbing the other tower of the bridge. Spider-Mans lenses squinted once again as his vision zoomed in. The silhouette he saw from afar was The Gold Serpent holding a Sniper. Spider-Man's lenses widened in shock as his vision went back to normal. Despite the fact he came all this way to fight him, he was still unsure of what he was supposed to do, "Great, it's my Uncle Flar..", Spider-Man trailed off, he was not even comfortable saying that name, I don't get it! Why do I feel bad for this guy, why do I want to save him? He's done so much sinister things in his life than any Villain I've gone up against While Spider-Man was talking to himself his lenses widened as his Spider-Sense went off and he leapt in the air narrowly missing a bullet shot by The Gold Serpent. As Spider-Man fell he saw a Suspender Cable grasped onto it "Hello There Spider-Man", The Serpent greeted from afar, "Fancy meeting you here, don't you think" Spider-Man shrugged, "Well uh, we never finished what we started?!", Spider-Man said confused "Nervous hmm? What's wrong? Family Troubles?", He asked in a mocking tone, Well you're not wrong Spider-Man would usually have a witty comeback but in this case he kept it to himself it was also at this moment Spider-Man knew what he had to do. I guess I have no choice, Dad was right, sometimes you have to hurt family to do the right thing, whether I like it or not Spider-Man took a deep breath, he jumped off the Suspender Cable and shot a strand of web, swinging over to The Serpent forming a fist in his left hand. Spider-Man let go of his web line and attempted to punch The Serpent at full speed. The Serpent however caught Spider-Man's punch and tossed him below to the road. Spider-Man shot a strand of web which wrapped around another Suspender Cable, and he swung through gap of each cable. He surprised The Serpent from behind and swing kicked him mid air sending him back, Spider-Man let go of his web standing on one side of the Tower The Serpent got up and had a sinister smirk under his scarf. He watched as Spider-Man got into a blocking stance, "Oh someone has studied under The Master!", Serpent scoffed, as he got into a more offensive stance to contrast with Spider-Man's defensive one In doing so he got his walkie talkie out, Jeez a Walkie Talkie this guy has everything, Spider-Man thought to himself Serpent spoke, "計画の変更、私は誰かに傍受されました。 (Change of Plans, I've been intercepted by someone)" "傍受されるとはどういう意味ですか？ (What do you mean intercepted?)", said one of the Yakuza men in the car carrying Jacob who was sitting in the back much to his confusion "心配しないでください！ とにかくこれを人質にします。(Don't worry about it! Just Make this a hostage situation)" Jacob had heard that over the walkie talkie. "Oh so this is a hostage situation now!", The three Yakuza men's eyes all widened and out of habit they pointed their guns at Jacob who smirked "Well Tadashi, they always said you were the over ambitious one", Jacob punched one of the men sitting beside him stunning him and getting a hold of his pistol, he turned to the other guy sitting beside him who shot his gun but ultimately missed as Jacob ducked for a quick second and then kicked the other guy in the stomach disabling him "この野郎 ！(YOU BASTARD)" Tadashi exclaimed making Jacob smirk. In only matter of seconds a full on firefight between Jacob and The Yakuza members ensued below "Look's like you're operation's been compromised", Spider-Man said Serpent shrugged while in stance, "Well you win some you lose some" Both Spider-Man and Serpent stared down at each other intensely waiting for one or the other to make their move. But seemingly, both Spider-Man and Serpent preferred the attacker coming to them instead of going to the attacker head on so this set up a dilemma between both of them "Your move", Spider-Man invited Serpent to strike first however Serpent declined Spidey's invitation "No I insist", Serpent mockingly pleaded with Spider-Man, "Your move" Spider-Man gritted his teeth under his mask as his lenses squinted, Alright well looks like I have no choice, Spider-Man briefly jumped off only to get himself under the Tower. This however was a tactic Serpent could predict Spider-Man swung under the tower to try to attack Serpent from behind like he did earlier but this time to somewhat of Spidey's surprise Serpent looked as if he was waiting for him. However in this situation Spider-Man thought fast and tried to knock Serpent off of his feet much to no avail Serpent grabbed Spider-Man's leg and tossed him again. Spider-Man however rebounded him self landing on his hands and flipping back onto his feet and getting back into a defensive stance Serpent charged at Spider-Man with impressive speeds even at the age of 35. Serpent leaped in the air and was about to attempt a flying back kick. Spider-Man shot a strand of web at Serpent's foot however pulling him down making him slam on the side of his arm much to Spider-Man's shock, Okay I took it way to far that time. Though in seconds Serpent got off the ground and got out some ninja stars "Oh great I finally get to meet the Razor Bats precursor", Spidey said annoyed . Spider-Man jumped out of the way not wanting to get sliced by the Ninja Stars This did make it a bit difficult for The Serpent. This was the first time where he dealt with someone that also had tremendous speed and agility, it was almost like he was fighting a younger version of himself but he quickly got those thoughts out of his head and decided to bet with lady luck and he threw all the stars in different directions Spider-Man saw this and hid under the tower grasping onto round part of it, My god if I stayed up there I would've ended up being swiss cheese, Spider-Man climbed back up the tower for what felt like the millionth time for Spider-Man and he saw Serpent waiting for him "Well I have to admit", Serpent said, "This is the first workout I've had in a while", Serpent took off his trench coat and threw it aside revealing a black turtle neck with cuts all over it Spider-Man did the same taking off his green jacket though when he threw it mid air he shot a web at it which made it stick to the main cable so he could get it back later They both lunged towards screaming at each other and threw a punch at each others faces their fists hitting the opposite cheek. They both didn't back off however. Serpent attempted to do a roundhouse kick at Spider-Man only for Spider-Man to block it with his left forearm. Spider-Man took that small opportunity hit Serpent with a outward knife hand strike to his stomach, a back fist strike to his forehead which stunned Serpent and to end his combination a 360 degree tornado kick which knocked Serpent back Serpent smirked, "Impressive, most impressive", He mocked Spider-Man, "But you're gonna have to try harder than that" Spider-Man not wanting to let Serpent move leapt towards him but that was what Serpent had wanted. Serpent dashed towards Spider-Man's landing point. As Spider-Man was landing Serpent high kicked him under his chin knocking Spider-Man to the ground. He continued his chain of attacks by dashing towards Spider-Man who was still on the ground and putting him into a headlock chocking him with his arm and punching him multiply in the cheek. Spider-Man who luckily was still able to fight, back fisted Serpent making him let go of Spider-Man. He then dropped himself a bit and side kicked Serpent knocking him back giving Spider-Man a few seconds to catch a breath Meanwhile below on the road, The Tokyo Police force had already made their way onto the bridge creating road blocks to prevent other veichels and pedestrians from making their way onto the bridge. Unfortunately Jacob had lost his life only few seconds after the police had arrived due to the overwhelming amount of Yakuza Gang members and his lack of artillery To make matters worse, the Yakuza and the Police were now in a firefight of their own shooting one another killing each other from both sides Meanwhile back at the house Thunderstar, Spark and Firestar were all watching the fight through Firestar's laptop via Smoll's live feed and needless to say, they were astonished at what they had just watched, well except for Spark "Wow I know this might sound bad but this is kinda fun to watch", Thunderstar admitted but she still scolded Firestar, "But still this is highly dangerous and when he comes back were gonna discuss some punishments for the both of you, isn't that right dear!", Spark however didn't really reply and just gave a half hearted nod Firestar had actually grown really concerned about her Mother during the whole fight. Never in her life had she seen her this quiet, not even when Uncle Lucas died, "Mom is everything okay?", Firestar asked Spark again just nodded not even making an effort to speak. That really got Firestar concerned so she crossed her arms and decided to speak to Spark sternly, "Mom that nod was so bull something is wrong", Spark looked at her daughter a bit shocked which self signalled Thunderstar to step in "Firestar! Don't talk to your mother like tha-...", Spark put her hand up which signalled Thunderstar to stop for a minute Spark huffed and spoke, "Okay this is gonna sound completely stupid and nonsensical to you two but...", She trailed off not knowing what Firestar looked even more worried but gave Spark a reassuring look "Hey come on you can tell us", Firestar said reassuringly, "You trust your family.. right?" Spark gulped and continued, "Okay so well you remember my brother right?", She asked Both Firestar and Thunderstar looked at each other bewildered. Why would she ask that what coloration does it have with the situation Flash was in right now. Firestar nodded, "Uh yeah. Why?", she asked "Well about a decade and a half ago he became a mercenary and he went under the name Gold Serpen..", She trailed off leaving Firestar baffled but Thunderstar however put her head down "WHAT?! B-bu-but you said that that Uncle Flare died in a car accident?", Firestar stated, "How can he be The Serpent?!" Spark began to tear up and put sunk her head down as she sat knees up which again signalled Thunderstar to step in, "Look Fi you weren't supposed to know" "WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO KNOW!? YOU KNEW TOO! HOW COULD YOU HIDE THIS FROM ME!", Firestar exclaimed Thunderstar put her finger over her lips signalling her to be quiet or she might wake up Snowstorm, "Look Spark still cared about him when he became a criminal so she convinced me to hide his identity and we've kept this under the rug for years" Firestar looked even more confused, "What do you mean 'became', what's his story?!", Firestar demanded Thunderstar sighed, "That's a really long story" Serpent kneed Spider-Man in the stomach followed by roundhouse kick. Serpent turned 90 degrees and attempted to back kick Spider-Man only for Spidey himself to grab his foot and half heartedly tossed Serpent away Spider-Man and Serpent were both panting, they had been going at each other for what felt like hours to them, both sustaining some minor injuries as rain drops had started pouring from the sky. That was the only noise Spider-Man could hear, rain drops hitting the ground and the bridge tower Spider-Man though exhausted still had it in him to go at Serpent and finally putting an end to the fight but he was still at a dilemma, spare Serpent and let him get away like he did Micro Chips and The Green Goblin or turn him in to the police like he did with Zek and Electro. The decision was just too much for Spider-Man to comprehend, he couldn't choose one or the other Come on Flash think!, It was like Flash was being pulled by 2 sides. But before he could continue to think about the situation Serpent got back up so Spidey went back to his blunt tone for a second "Haven't you had enough bruises in one day, come on man just give up and turn yourself in or something" Serpent smirked and he still was able to retain his mocking yet sinister tone, "Unlike last time I have to finish what I've started", Serpent got into an offensive posture looking to continue what they had already started but Flash thought otherwise and continued to plead with Serpent "Come on Flare!.. Stop", Spider-Man had just said Serpent's real name as if it were nothing much to his shock "What did you say?", Serpent asked his smirk now turned to a frown as he got out of his stance, "That name has no meaning to me!", He informed Smoll had just picked up what Flash said over the live feed which made Thunderstar, Spark and Firestar direct their attention to the laptop monitor as Firestar turned up the volume Spider-Man spoke between his breaths softly, "Flare... I know your story...… I know what you fear the most...… losing her.", That sentence was the breaking point of Serpent, he gritted his teeth under his scarf but he managed to keep his composure "You should've just stayed quiet and talked with your fists", He said lowering his eyebrows in a intimidating tone, Serpent stormed towards Spider-Man with all of his anger fueling him. No one besides Mr. X had knowledge about his family, how did some masked man know about something like this, it infuriated him Serpent threw a bunch of hand strikes, kicks and attempted to grapple Spider-Man but Spider-Man just either dodged his kicks, blocked his hand strikes or just leap over him entirely "Running away like a coward wont get you this far", Serpent said "So something you've been doing for years?", Spider-Man scoffed Serpent clenched his fists and devised one last attempt to take down Spider-Man, by using the Dim-Mak or the touch of death something he only used a few times in his life and something that though The Master had forbid him to learn he did anyways through ancient marital art scrolls The attack was centred around the stomach, the attacker is to hit certain pressure points and end the attack with one push of a hand but it was only done as a deadly counter attack Serpent knew Spider-Man was not willing to fight Serpent anymore so he had to be the one to attack and hopefully get Spider-Man to go for a counter attack Serpent ran at Spider-Man with everything he had and attempted to do a diamond hand punch on Spider-Man. He however caught Serpent's fist which Serpent was anticipating Serpent headbutted Spider-Man making Spider-Man let go of his fist and use one hand to clutch his forehead gritting his teeth in pain behind his mask as his lenses squinted Serpent used the opportunity to attack the stunned Spidey. He punched Spider-Man in the stomach 3 times. "Nighty-Night", Those words were similar to the words Electro said to Spider-Man when he had trapped him under that huge machine and it was enough to bring Spider-Man out of his stunned state Spider-Man jumped in the air dodging the attack from Serpent. For Serpent however, he had put all of his force into that final one hand push making it a bit hazy also making him actually stumble and fall off the edge of the tower Spider-Man's lenses widened as he heard the scream of his Uncle. He could not bear to see someone in his family die so he had to act fast Spider-Man shot two strands of webs the first web line was to catch his Uncle Flare and one was to swing on to also his catch Uncle Flare The Web line caught Flare and Spider-Man yanked it pulling Flare up into the air giving Spider-Man a few more seconds to catch him. Spider-Man let go of his first web line and used the other to swing towards his Uncle. This had Thunderstar, Spark and Firestar at the edge of her bed as they watched Spider-Man do his professional work, will he do it, will he miss completely they had so many questions In the nick of time Spider-Man caught his Uncle Flare by the collar of his Turtle neck but Spider-Man was not done with him. Spider-Man swung off to a secluded area away from the police and the news reporters who were making their way onto the scene which signalled Firestar to have Smoll follow them, oh and he also grabbed his jacket for anyone who was paying attention to detail ***** Spider-Man and Smoll though still staying hidden from Spider-Man, made their way onto a building where they were well hidden from everyone. Spider-Man's first course of action was to web up The Serpent so he did wrapping The Serpent with webs keeping him tied up Spider-Man after being silent for a while finally spoke, "We...…... need to talk!" ……. Author's Note Okay that was the last fight between Spider-Man and The Gold Serpent I decided to read the novelization of The Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie to get a better grasp at how Spider-Man fights are written along with me reading the Marvel Civil War Novelization, I hope I can continue to grasp these scenes better in the future In this chapter I aslo try to focus on Flash's inner conflict of fighting his uncle, despite the fact Flash had never had any direct contact with him until now
Chapter 10: The Revelation of The Serpent/Goodbye Flash Sentry!View OnlineFlash Sentry The Spectacular Spider-Man Issue #3:The Gold Serpent/Welcome to Tokyo (OLD NOT CANON UNIVERSE)Chapter 10: The Revelation of The Serpent/Goodbye Flash Sentry!Spider-Man panted, "We.....Need to talk" "Okay, Speak! Are you here to scold me? Or Are you here to tell me what I'm doing is bad or whatever generic shit you Superheroes say!" Flash slowly took off his mask without hesitation. He had only known the guy for a few days but deep down he knew that he could trust his Uncle Flare, "I'm Flash Sentry", he introduced himself before taking a slight breath, "I'm your nephew", Flash's face had formed a warm smile. Flare's eyes widened but he didn't deny anything he was hearing, he knew the name Sentry, it was the last name of his sister's wife Flash continued, "I was told by The Master that you were my Uncle, he had spoke very highly of you but he told me about your fall to the life of crime and how you 'died' when you became The Gold Serpent, why is that? why did Aunt Spark and The Master say that about you? Why did they lie", Flash was speaking to his Uncle sympathetically, as if he and his Uncle were like a father and son Flare tilted his head downwards along with his gaze and he finally spoke **Flashback Sequence** "You know I wasn't always like this but when I was bitten by that snake I was turned into a completely different person" A young man with light orange hair, amber skin and red eyes was walking in the woods. This young man was Flare when he was around the age of 16. "Back when I used to get mad, sad or just wanted to be alone I used to head out to a forest near my childhood home, it was just relaxing area for me to be in, but that would all come to an end when one day...." Flare was stressed due to all his class work he had been given while his sister Spark devoured the work as if it were nothing, along with that he had been trying to master Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, something that despite the fact that Flare was the most talented student still took Flare a while to learn. "I was walking through the woods when I came across a now extinct species of snake, a Gold Serpent" "So that's how you got your name !" "Indeed" Flare was walking through his favourite path through the forest and was going to his favorite tree so he could climb it and maybe do his homework in peace but his plans would not go as planned As Flare had gotten to his favorite tree a snake known as a Gold Serpent had slithered his way to Flare catching his attention. Flare however knew how to take care snakes and he pulled out a switch blade and gotten into a defensive stance just in case he would have to use hand-hand combat. "I used to carry a switch blade around, where I used to live no place was safe except for home" Both Flare and the gold serpent stared at each other as Flare pointed his switchblade at the snake which intimidated the snake The Snake quickly slithered towards Flare but unknown to Flare this was no ordinary snake. This snake was special for it's agility, quickness and stealth so the snake slithered right past Flare much to his surprise. The snake started it's attack on Flare by biting him in the thigh, it's fangs releasing all it's venom into Flare's bloodstream Flare screamed in pain,"AHHHHHHHHH!", His scream could be heard from some of the locals who immediately started running towards the direction of the noise Flare fell to the ground clutching his leg dropping his switch blade as the snake wrapped itself around Flare's neck and started choking him making Flare start to grasp the snake with his two hands "That was probably the second most painful experience I've ever been through but even so I was able to get myself out of that situation" As the snake was chocking Flare he saw his switch blade he used one of his hands to grab it. Flare used all his might and stabbed the snake in the eye making it hiss and slither off leaving Flare to clutch his leg as some people started rushing to Flare's aid **End of Sequence** "According to legend, the venom of a Gold Serpent was enough to change a person entirely so back then criminals used it to change their personalities along with how they looked, but when the venom affected me, the once kind person I used to be died" Flash felt a bit of a connection between him and his uncle. When he got bit by that Spider it had also changed him at one point his ego had grown too much which ended up in detrimental consequences "So what was your most painful experience?", Flash asked Flare sighed, "When I had ran into my sister during my early years as The Gold Serpent. Her words still haunt me to this day", The words what happened to you? Where is my brother? were said by Spark when they had crossed paths years ago "Why haven't ever asked for forgiveness?", Flash asked, "Aunt Spark seems like the person who would forgive you for everything you've done, even I forgive you", Flash said "It's too late for me Flash", Flare stated finally saying his nephews name, "I appreciate your forgiveness but I have done far too many things in my life. Things I'm starting to regret the more and more I think about them" Flash had no idea what to do. He had thought that he could get his Uncle Flare to ask his family for forgiveness but he was proved wrong even if he insisted his Uncle to do so. Flare got up off of his feet and used all of his might to break the web around his body in half and he stood on the ledge of the building and he put on his wrist grappling hooks, "Thank you for everything you've done Flash, but I must find my own way." Flare took off his scarf and threw it to Flash , "And don't worry, your secret is safe with me" Flare shot his grappling hook and jumped off the ledge swinging off into the night sky Flash held the scarf in his hand, he stared at it before stuffing it in his jacket as he watched his Uncle leave. Flash looked to the ground and picked up his mask. Spider-Man put his mask on and swung off in a different direction back to his Aunt's house. Spider-Man got back to his Aunt's house he landed on the wall and started crawling towards his room window. But when Flash got a quick glance at the window and to his shock his Aunts, Snowstorm and Firestar were in his room. Spider-Man's lenses widened in shock as he tried to hide and looked for other ways to get into the house but to even more shock he heard his Aunt Thunderstar call out to him as they must've noticed he had came back from his fight with his Uncle "Flash! You can come in!", She invited Flash to come in through the window, They knew I was gone Spider-Man jumped in through the open window and he took off his mask, "You knew?", He asked still in a state of shock "You're not as sneaky as you think young man", Spark teased, "Don't worry this will be our little secret and this doesn't change anything between us, you're still our nephew", she reassured him Though Flash had a warm smile on the outside, he was being hard on himself even as going as far as blaming himself What've I done!? I completely became to careless and now a part of my family knows Spider-Man's secret identity Snowstorm walked up to Flash holding her teddy bear and looked up to him, "Why Cousin Flash mad at himself, Cousin Flash Spider-Man?", she asked Flash's eyes widened as he looked down at his cousin who had just looked right through him and he decided not to lie and he knelt down to his cousin. Flash sighed and kind of chuckled, "Look Snowstorm, your cousin Flash is mad at himself for being irresponsible, he did not do a good job on keeping his secret and now, and now he doesn't know what to do" "You no trust us?", Snowstorm asked "No it's not that! It's just if my identity ever got out to the public, than I fear that people, people who hate me would go after everyone that's close to me, even you guys" Spark and Thunderstar looked at each other. They finally realized one of Spider-Man's inner conflicts, the loss of someone close to him, something most likely building up inside him all year since he became Spider-Man "Hey!", Thunderstar said, "That's never gonna happen", She, Spark and Firestar all hugged Flash to try to comfort him "CRASH!" Flare crashed through the window of Mr.X's Skyscraper with a silent cold expression on his face Mr. X chuckled and he spoke with a calm tone, "Ahh My favorite Mercenary! What brings you here on this fine night, maybe it's your termination", he said that as though it was an exciting event "My Termination?", Flare asked Mr. X sighed, "I am very disappointed in you Serpent. You had one job and you managed to have it compromised by a irrelevant vigilante, you're fired" There was silence in the room for what felt like hours but in reality it was a few seconds. Flare took out his gun and pointed it at Mr. X, "No.... You're Fired", He giggled as he shot Mr. X in the chest much to Mr. X's shock and fear, he had not actually prepared for his own death Flare continued to approach Mr. X and continued to shoot him until the silhouette of Mr. X fell off his chair and laid on the ground motionless. To really seal the deal, Flare took out a kunai and put it through Mr. X's throat making sure he can never come back to bite him in the ass ***** Flare had made his way to the police turning himself in, "私は金の蛇です、あなたがする必要があることは何でもしてください (I am the Gold Serpent, do whatever you need to do)", He threw all of his weaponry on the police desk as a bunch of police swarmed towards Flare as they put him in handcuffs and put it out onto all media platforms that The Serpent has been captured Weeks had passed and Flash could finally relax after his first 2 crazy weeks in Tokyo taking down The Serpent. But after that there was never any major villains ever to come out of the shadows and Flash finally let the police take care of the crime in Tokyo instead of him having to take care of it himself. Flash and his relatives had heard about Flare's sentence to 76 years in a federal penitentiary which shocked him and his relatives. Speaking of which Flash had convinced his Aunt Spark to finally reunite with her brother and promised not to tell his Mom that he brother in law was still alive Flash had also bonded a lot with his cousins showing them all types of Spider-Man tricks, but as time kept going so to did Flash's stay in Tokyo and he finally had to say goodbye to his family in Tokyo but before that he had to make one quick pit stop "Why are we at Master Akira's dojo", Aunt Spark asked, "How did you even know about this place?" Flash chuckled, "Well you're gonna have to discuss that with Firestar , anyways I won't take too long", Flash had gotten out of the car and walked inside The Dojo to say his farewell to The Master "Master", Flash bowed "Sentry", The Master or as we now know him as, Master Akira also bowed, "What brings you here at this time of night?" "I am going back to America, specifically Equestria and to the city of Canterlot and I just wanted to say goodbye" Master Akira tilted his head up a little as he smirked, "You have been an extraordinary student, you will be missed", Master Akira said But Flash had one more question that he needed to ask just before he left Tokyo, "Master I have to ask", Master Akira looked at him with confusion, "Did you tell me about Spark and Flare because you knew who I really was, you knew I was Spider-Man" The Master's eyes widened slightly but he still had a smirk on his face, "Do not ask questions you know the answer to", He said Flash gave The Master a smirk of his own, "So you did know, I knew it!" The Master gave Flash some final words to send him off, "Always be mindful of your physical actions, and always make sure you think before changing into a costume in the middle of an alleyway" Flash bowed to Master Akira as he left, "I will Master, I will" Flash left the dojo leaving Master Akira alone in his Dojo, The Master walked to the glass cabinet and he held the picture of Flash's parents and relatives and he spoke out of key so to speak, "You did good kid, you did good", he said looking at the picture of Flash's Dad Flash and his relatives were all inside the airport as Flash was about to head to his flight he gave them one final goodbye, "Well guys this is it, this is gonna be a summer I'm never gonna forget thanks to all of you!" Flash's Aunt Thunderstar who was visibly crying hugged Flash and acted like his mother for a few seconds, "Be careful and land safely" Aunt Spark then went up to hug Flash handing him their number, "Flash if you need anything, any advice whenever you feel down in the dumps or you're stressed from your Spider-Man gig, were one phone call away", Flash smiled. He then approached his two cousins first approaching Firestar, "Hey!" "Hey!", She replied He put his hand on top of her head, "Be careful in high school, always have an agenda to stay organized and don't hang with people you know are gonna be trouble" Firestar chuckled, "Yeah whatever", they both shared one last secret handshake before Flash turned to Snowstorm picking her up much to her amusement "As for you! Respect your parents and be a kind and empathetic person", She giggled as Flash put her down "Flight 65B is about to depart I repeat Flight 65B, Canterlot City" Flash's eyes widened, "Oh wow I really need to go", Flash and his relatives all went in for one last big hug before Flash started sprinting to the gate He turned his head to look back and waive his hand goodbye to his relatives, "GOODBYE!" They all waived goodbye and Flash could still see them even as the crowd walked past his gaze. ***** Flash made it onto the airplane and he looked out his window as he watched his relatives finally leave, that same lump feeling in his throat came back and he couldn't help but smirk to his expense. "Goodbye...Tokyo" …….. Author's Note And that was Chapter 10, of course we have the epilouge before we can finally say the book is done but this is the last chapter to this story and it has been a fun ride while it lasted and I am super hyped to be writing issue #4 next month So in this chapter I finally gave a part of Serpent's backstory as I'm gonna leave him as a mysterious character. Now orignally Serpent was supposed to be arrested immediatley after the bridge fight but that was before I conceptualized the idea of Serpent being Flash's uncle Another event that was also conceived from the Uncle Serpent event was Serpent or Flare killing his employer Mr. X, I'm gonna confirm it right now that Mr. X was the one who made Serpent the way he was for years and he had been torturing him along with making threats to Serpent's relatives So another part in this chapter which I added was Flash realizing that Master Akira, (I lowkey just gave him that name btw) knew he was Spider-Man so yeah that was kinda cool

Despite the fact that he still kinda missed his relatives in Tokyo and the city as a whole he was grateful for the experience and admitted that he missed Canterlot City. Of course when he returned his mother gave him the biggest hug when he arrived at Mr. Cranky Doodle's house to give them a few gifts he had gotten back from Tokyo but that was kind of it when it came to socializing in Canterlot as he took some time off and was slowly getting used to the Time Zone, something he hadn't done since he was 10 or something and he decided to relax and have some time to himself How you may ask? By going full on nerd and watching STAR WARS! Return of the Jedi of course, at night., Flash's coffee table was covered with a pizza box with pineapple pizza inside, some cola, a bowl of cheese puffs and something healthy water, basically he was set for the night and he was covered in a blanket to keep warmth. "AW THIS MOVIE KICKS ASS!", Flash said over ecstatic, "I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYBODY SAYS THIS MOVIE IS THE BEST IN THE STAR WARS FRANCHISE PERIOD DONT @ ME, (Just kidding were all entitled to our own opinion)" But Flash's movie session would soon be interrupted by a knock at the door *Knock, Knock*, That knock caught Flash by surprise and he paused the movie to go answer the door Flash opened the door to see Sunset Shimmer standing at the door way and he gave her an enthusiastic greeting, "Oh Hi Sunset!", Flash stepped out of the way, "Uh Come in!" Sunset smiled as she walked inside and Flash closed the door "So uh what brings you here on this..", Flash looked out the window, "Fine evening!" "Well, you haven't really talked to any of us during your time in Japan, then your mother told me you got back a few days ago so I decided, hey I was in the area why not go visit Flash." Flash laughed a little as he rubbed his nose with his index finger, "Uh sorry about that?", He apologized, "I kinda got caught up with taking pictures of the city and well hanging with my family I kinda forgot about you guys... Uh- N-No offense by the way", Sunset gave Flash a smug smirk and rolled her eyes due to his dorkiness, "Rrright! Anyways how was Tokyo?", Sunset asked. "Well, to sum it up, Awesome!", That reminded Flash of one thing, "Oh uh, hey stay here for a moment", Flash ran to his bedroom and opened his suitcase he got back from Japan, He got out a bunch of stuff, including gifts for his friends pictures of Tokyo and some Tokyo food, candy, drinks etc. and he set all of it on his bed "Hey Sunset, come here!", Flash called Sunset from his bedroom When Sunset walked in she gasped in astonishment and her eyes widened, "OH MY GOD!" "I know right!", Flash said pointing at all of his stuff, "You can't even find half of this stuff in Canterlot City, not even the export shop had some of this stuff plus I didn't even want all of this My Aunts just forced me to take it" "Flash this is-this is so cool! it's incredible" "You wanna know something more incredible?", Flash asked, "Grape Pocky oh and Honey Pocky, never in my life have I ever had something so good, you have to try it, I got like a million from Japan" Sunset giggled, "I think I'll take one before I head out" Flash got some pictures of Tokyo and some other parts of Japan and sat on the edge of his bed, "Oh here are some pictures I snapped while I was there." Sunset sat next to him and she looked at the pictures with amazement "Okay so this is the Shibuya district, you know the Time Square place there, I had a blast there, we went a couple of times and each time got better, the place was huge! You could probably explore for days", Flash shuffled through some pictures until he found another interesting place, "Oh okay so this is the uh, the Nishiki Market, they had so many great tasting food there, I 100% recommend that place", Flash shuffled through a few more photos until he found one which he liked the most, "Oh okay this place was cool! This is Mount Fuji! you know that really huge volcano. Man there are village people there and they were super nice to all of us, they even gifted me some Kimono's so yeah" Sunset was impressed, she had never been to Japan before and she heard so much good things about the place, "Wow! So you basically had the best vacation compared to all of us!", she said in amazement "Oh uh since you're here I did get some gifts for everyone, I put tags on them and uh", Flash was searching for Sunset's gifts that he gotten for her, "AH! Here they are", Flash grabbed that big Charmander Plushie he bought at the Tokyo Tower along with a old Gameboy SP and a copy of Pokémon Fire Red his Aunt Spark had lying around "Uh Here!", Flash handed the Gameboy SP along with the cartridge to the Pokémon game along with the Plushie Sunset's eyes widened, "No way! Are you for real!", her face getting ecstatic with a huge grin forming across her face, "I remembered always looking for a decent Gameboy SP and, Oh my god no way! FIRE RED! Aw Man this things are like almost $50", She looked over at the Charmander Plushie and she gave it a hug, "Oh my god Flash!", she squealed "Yeah I was in The Tokyo Tower when I found this and you know, it reminded of a person I knew with fiery looking hair", Flash said smugly Sunset smiled feeling a bit flustered and she kind of blushed, "Sh-Shut up!" Flash grabbed some other gifts with the names of their other friends, "Oh uh if you see Sandalwood and Micro Chips tell them that this is for them" Sunset smiled, "I will!" 5 seconds of silence went by with none of them really talking to each other but Flash broke the silence, "Uh-So how was it here in Canterlot?", Flash asked, "What did you and everyone else do while I was gone" Sunset stroked her chin and thought about some key moments, "Well...., Pinkie Pie threw a bunch of parties, uh The Rainbooms and I had a bunch of gigs across town, Uh", Sunset was snapping her fingers to try to remember stuff, "Uh... Oh at one point the guys and girls were in a prank war but as you know Pinkie Pie is a prank mastermind and we, the girls came out victorious and... Oh Curly Winds finally came out to all of us?" Flash's eyes widened after he just heard that last part of the sentence, "Wait so you're telling me--" "Yup he's gay" "Wait so he's been--" "Hiding in the closet" "The reason he was a jerk to some of us was because--" "Pent up aggression due to him being sexually confused" "So when you two dated, he agreed to it beca--" "He was in denial. I was kinda mad at him for using me at first but I eventually forgave him" Flash now sees Curly Winds is a different light and he's slowly searching his brain to see if there were any signs of him being gay this whole time, "So who is he even seeing?", Flash asked Sunset stroked her chin, "Hmm? I think he's been seeing.... You remember Wiz Kid right?", Flash thought about everyone in Canterlot high "You mean the kid with a mushroom cut?", Flash answered "Yeah him", Sunset Replied, "Rumor has it that they are seeing each other" Before Flash could get a response about his outlook on the whole situation Sunset's phone rang, "Huh? Oh Uh hold on" Pinkie Pie was calling Sunset informing her that they had a gig coming up in a week and they needed her now to do some band practice "Aw Man!", Sunset got off her phone, "I have to go" "Oh well uh, it was nice having you here!", Flash said Sunset smiled thanks but then she remembered on thing she was gonna ask Flash, "Oh uh wait I have something to tell you!", Sunset said abruptly "Oh! uh what is it?", Flash asked Sunset cleared her voice, "So uh remember like when it was your first week in Tokyo where we did briefly have a conversation but you ended the call abruptly because your little cousin made a remark that made the both of us...well blush?", Sunset asked Flash took a few seconds to figure out what Sunset was talking about but it then hit him like a boomerang, it was when Snowstorm asked if Flash and Sunset were like a mommy and daddy "Oh! Uh well I mean...Yeah, why?", Flash asked awkwardly Sunset started to feel even more flustered and awkward now that she had brought it up but she continued, "Well I mean. Her words never left my head and well I uh..well I kinda was thinking over the month.." Sunset gulped nervously but asked away, "Well if you would be willing to date again?" Flash's eyes widened. He had wanted the second chance at dating Sunset but he wasn't able to manage his whole schedule and make time for her "I-I don't know Sunset", Flash said hesitantly, "I mean, I was never there for you when you needed me to be and I constantly missed dates, I'm not sure--", Flash was abruptly stopped by Sunset who placed her finger upon his lips shutting him up Sunset scooched closer to Flash and held hand, "Y-you know you were like my first actual boyfriend", Sunset nervously chuckled, "And well I still kinda feel bad for the way I shut you down that one time even after you forgave me, and well", Sunset took a deep breath, "I kinda miss you and I being in something that's more than a platonic friendship" There was silence in the room, Flash had contemplated for a bit before turning to Sunset as he gulped nervously, he slowly held her cheeks and started leaning in closer to her but this time Sunset was the one to steal the kiss instead of Flash. That same flare had come back within Flash, those fireworks the explosions, everything he'd felt on Halloween night came back surging in his system, something he hadn't felt in a while. Flash and Sunset shared a passionate kiss before Flash broke it, "I'll try to be better", he said with a warm smile on his face …………... Author's Note Alright so that will wrap up Spider-Man issue 3. So the next issue Flash will be starting University at Equestria State and the next villain to be in the next issue will be Doctor Discord as he will become Doctor Octopus, hopefully I can get it released next month but for now I'm gonna rest one day, start drawing the cover image and then start writing a draft but until next time
Chapter 5: Can you keep a secret?View OnlineFlash Sentry The Spectacular Spider-Man Issue #3:The Gold Serpent/Welcome to Tokyo (OLD NOT CANON UNIVERSE)Chapter 5: Can you keep a secret?When Flash got off the phone Firestar finally spoke, "Ooookay so I don't want point out the Elephant in the room buutt, HOW THE HELL DID YOU CRAWL ON THE CEILING!?", Flash put his finger above his lips gesturing to Firestar to be quiet but she wasn't having any of it, "N-No Don't tell me to be quiet I deserve some answers!", Firestar said in a sassy tone Flash let out a sigh in annoyance and sat on his bed, "Okay so this gonna sound super weird but", Flash stopped himself for a quick minute when it caught up to him that he's been caught red handed, literally, Flash let out an even deeper sigh and put his words bluntly, "I'm Spider-Man" Firestar's mouth hung open in shock though her shoulders became a bit relaxed hearing that, but then she put two and two together realizing know that Spider-Man's mysterious sightings in Japan around the same time her cousin visits Tokyo were no coincidence "Wow now I feel stupid for not realizing it sooner", Firestar chuckled a little, "But", A huge smile made her way on her face, Oh no, I know where this is going "How did yo--", Flash took Firestar and dragged her out of his 'room', "Look I'm really, really tired, I'll answer them tomorrow, but DON'T TELL ANYONE!, Firestar nodded slowly before walking back to her room but she had one more thing to say "Oh yeah, turn the door knob to the left to lock it!", Flash face palmed letting out a sigh due to a small mistake coming with a huge crucial consequence, "What've I gotten myself into", Flash collapsed in his bed and fell asleep Flash got up less than enthusiastic knowing his Secret is with someone who he thinks is a immature kid at some points, "Well let's hope she actually kept her word!" Flash put on some fresh clothes putting his Spider-Man Costume in his bag, "I'm gonna be seeing you again at some point", Flash got out of his room and walked downstairs and then into the Kitchen, "Good Morning!", Flash said trying to be enthusiastic As soon as Flash said that his cousin gave all her attention to Flash still being interested in his Alter-Ego but she chose not to speak "Good Morning Flash!", Aunt Thunderstar, she held out a plate, "Pancakes?, I decided to do something a bit easy!", Flash nodded and took his plate and sat down and almost immediately he saw Firestar look at him stroking her chin and nodding her head slowly as she ate a pancake "What", Flash said shrugging pretending to be confused, "I haven't done anything" Firestar went back to eating almost immediately, "Nothing!", Flash looked at Firestar suspiciously despite the fact that she knows he's Spider-Man "Cousin Flash", Flash felt his arm tugged and looked down at her cousin, "Can we play?", Flash smiled a little "Look I'll do it but I'm not being called Princess Sentry!, Or dress as a princess!" ***** "Would you like some tea, Queen Sentry!", Snowstorm said pretending to pour tea in Flash's tea cup, Okay I really need to be more specific with what I say, but at I'm not wearing any makeup, that would be a weird look for me, I mean who would like tha--wait? "Oh Snowstorm I'm Stuffed", Flash said pretending to look tired, "I think I'm gonna go to bed", Snowstorm looked a bit disappointed but let Flash go Flash took off all that ridiculous stuff and went to his room to see Firestar waiting crossing her arms and tapping her foot, "Okay Flash, Spill it, I want to know everything about Spider-Man!" Flash sighed in annoyance, "UGH!, Fine!", Flash sat on his bed and massaged the bridges of his nose with his right index finger and thumb, "Okay, Shoo--" "How'd you get you powers!", Firestar cut off Flash before he could finish, Wow Rude "A Genetically modified Super Spider, but I'm pretty sure that project ended a few months ago", Flash said stroking his chin "Okay, What Powers do you have?", Firestar got out a notepad and started writing a list "Um Okay, let's see, I can climb walls with my hands and feet, I can shoot webbing out of my wrists, I have a Warning Signal I like to call Spider-Sense which allows me to view my surroundings for any approaching danger, it won't keep me alive but I have an enhanced healing factor which only allows me to heal from wounds, sicknesses and injuries faster but I can't cheat death, and to add on to that, enhanced Speed, Strength and Agility!" Firestar's eyes widened after hearing that entire list but curiosity struck her, "Hey can I see you shoot a web?", Flash looked at her as if she were stupid however "No! If Aunt Spark and Thunderstar see it my cover is basically blown!, also where am I gonna shoot it at huh?", Firestar got out a soda can she kept in her pockets, Flash was about to ask but didn't even question it and just sighed, "Okay Fine!" Flash looked at the can and closed one eye to show his cockiness while Firestar couldn't contain her excitement as she's about to see something unreal in person Flash put a bit of pressure on his palm by pressing his middle and ring finger on it slightly and in an instant a strand of web shot out of Flash's wrists creating Web line that wrapped around the Can, "Ya Happy?" Firestar's eyes were sparkling in amazement but she realized one thing, "Wait how long can this web last for?", Flash shrugged "At first I thought it was an hour but that was put to rest when I shot some webbing and studied it when I first got my powers, I still have it so I'm confident it might last for a while!", Flash tugged on his web making the Can fly in the air for a couple of seconds before he caught it, "Oh yeah also, Pepsi is way better than Coke!" Firestar rolled her eyes but one question crossed her mind, "So why being a hero?", Flash's eyes widened a little, "I mean not to judge the way you live your life but wouldn't you rather do something even cooler than being a vigilante?" Flash sat down and thought about it, I can't tell her that, If I revealed to her that My Dad's death is partly my fault because of my own mistake I'll break up the family, I'm gonna regret this but I'm gonna have to bend the truth a little, Flash let out a deep sigh and stroked his chin, "Well... I guess it's because my Dad used to tell me something almost everyday but I couldn't figure out what it meant" Firestar looked even more intrigued, "He used to tell me with Great Power comes great Responsibility, so when I got my powers it was around the same month he got killed, I mean I was torn up inside when he died, so I guess the real reason I do what I do is because I don't want people dying in the same way my Father did, because I have that power and I can use it responsibly!" Flash looked up to see Firestar looking a bit shocked, Oh No what'd I do?, Flash got a bit worried for a second "Flash I-I'm so sorry that was not a cool thing to ask I-", She abruptly stopped to see Flash smirk a little "Why?", He shrugged, "Yeah I get it's kinda depressing when you think about it but you were just asking a question that you didn't know the answer to, there's no harm in that, and you know what, it's kinda nice to talk about this stuff with other people, you know with the whole identity thing." Firestar nervously smiled a little, she thought as fast as she could and asked to see The Spider-Man costume to change the subject, "So...Can I see the costume?" Flash shrugged, he got off his bed and checked the door to make sure it was locked the right way, he then went over to his bag and pulled out the mask, the body suit, the green jacket and cargo shorts, "Here", he threw the costume over at her, "Oh yeah, I used to war a black jacket and red hood over it but they exploded a few weeks a go" Firestar looked inside the mask and was impressed by how comfy it felt but she had one problem, "How do you see out of these?, I mean not to say it's not possible but still doesn't the white tint make it hard to see out of?" Flash chuckled, "Well I'm lucky to have my Spider-Sense or I would be long gone, also, it's because I don't want people or possibly my enemies seeing my face, well I guess my eyebrows but still the white lenses were the only things I had?, and it took a while to make that mask so cut me some slack will ya?" "Alright come with me", she let out a sigh, "Just take your mask and leave the suit", she threw the suit back at Flash and he stuffed all the his things back in his duffle bag and followed Firestar to her room "Alright this is my room", Flash and Firestar made their way to her room and when they opened it Flash saw a room with a dark magenta coating of paint on the walls, some thrasher posters on the wall an open closet overflowing with hoodies, shirts, jackets legit there could possibly be a suitcase in there, and last but not least he saw a desk full of tech junk and a laptop "Okay, so Uh we here to do some spring cleaning?", Flash said with a mocking smile Firestar rolled her eyes, "Ha, Ha very funny!, No I'm gonna do something with your mask", Flash had a confused look but handed the mask to her, "Okay let's begin!" She reached in her desk and grabbed some scissors, very thin bladed scissors almost as if it were a scalpel with a handle, she then started to poke a hole around the black fabric outline of Spider-Man's eyes and was slowly slicing off the eye piece "Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow...wow!", Firestar immediately stopped abruptly after she heard Flash's outburst, "You're cutting of the lenses?! Why?", he said a bit confused and a tiny bit angrily "Trust me, I'm doing you a favor", Firestar said pointing at him before going back to slicing off the lens pieces, "So Juts let it happen!", Flash looked very skeptical and crossed his arms but ultimately just let it happen to see where it would be going ***** "DONE!", Flash woke up abruptly after falling asleep for about 25 minutes, Wha?, WHERE AM I, WHO'S THIS, WHY CAN'T I-- Oh yeah, never mind, Flash got off the floor and walked up towards his cousin "What'd you do?", Flash asked "Here!", Firestar threw the mask at Flash, "You're new and improved Mask", Flash took the mask out of Firestar's hand and took a look at it It took him a few seconds but he soon realized his Lenses and the black lens outline were different compared to before, the Black lens outline was not fabric anymore but it was metallic and his lens material was different, it was now one way glass instead of his lenses being tinted like he made them "Well", Firestar said gesturing her hand, "Put it on" Flash took a deep breath, shrugged and put the mask over his head, "Wow!", Flash was in amazement, he was able to see through the lenses crystal clear, "Firestar this is incredible! I gotta admit you were right, this is a huge favor, thanks!" Firestar smiled feeling appreciated but she was still curious of one thing, "Flash listen!", Flash turned his gaze towards Firestar, "Flash I need you to Squint for a minute!", Flash had no idea why she said that but he just did it to see what would happen "Wow!", When Flash squinted his eyes the lenses on his mask also moved, squinting as well, meanwhile inside the mask Flash's field of view zoomed in almost as if he were controlling a camera "Okay Flash stop squinting", Flash stopped squinting and his field of view was back to normal, "Okay one more thing", Firestar added, "Try Widening your eyes a bit, it's might make things look a little different but just do it", she chuckled a little Flash who was still trying to comprehend on what had just happened to his mask did as he was told, his vision was a bit more wider and a bit panoramic, the lenses on the mask widened and it made Firestar laugh because of how funny it made Spider-Man looked, it made him look surprised or scared "Hahahah!", Firestar laughed a little, "Oh Man I have to save that!", Firestar got out her phone and before Flash could react she took a picture of a 'wide eyed' Spider-Man "HEY! Hey, do not show anyone that, at all costs!", Flash said with a stern voice, "But anyways how did you do all of this?" Firestar put up her hand and raised one when she named what she did to his mask, "Replaced the Still lenses with a more robotically resistant possibly better than pexiglass, put sensors in said lenses to sense your eye expressions and put tiny cameras in the lenses to help you see clearer, oh and a fun feature, they lenses will even move when you make facial expressions and the camera sensors wont react!" Flash took of the mask and looked at the lenses and made out some tiny dots on each lens, "Impressive", he said nodding his head a little, "Wait? Since when've you liked tech and stuff, last time we met you loved skateboarding and rap music, and for some reason had a thing for Dra-" "NOT A THING!", Firestar stopped him there, "I just really admired his looks and music, plus I've always liked techy stuff, it seems really interesting to me!", Flash looked at Firestar with a smug look but let it go due to her being pretty defensive over drake "KIDS!", Flash and Firestar heard Aunt Spark's voice in the distance, "C'MON WERE ALL GOING TO GO SEE A MOVIE!", Flash ran back to his room to put the mask away and grabbed a jacket Serpent returned to Mr. X's office after his fit of rage over losing his money as well as Mr.X's Money, "Ahhh, Serpent, my best mercenary!", he said with a calm voice, "Or so I thought", his voice became stern and deeper almost threatening "Boss I apologize", Serpent bowed, "I failed to get your paycheck" Mr. X's silhouette shook his head and kissed his teeth' Tch, thc, thc, this isn't good, not good at all, maybe your sister would like to have a chat about it, Mr. X soon toggled his computer to show surveillance of his sister walking in the streets with her family Serpent's eyes widened, "N-No Please! Anything but that! ANYTHING!", This was one of those rare occasions where Serpent was scared, even though he was basically a messed up person he still deeply cared about his sister who cut ties with him so many moons ago, "I'll make it up to you I promise!" Serpent kneeled down and bowed his head, "Alright, there's an auto shop down at the docks, there are exotic cars each of them more than enough to pay the bills, take care of it and be sneaky, not like last time my young mercenary, got it!" Serpent shook his head, "It will be done boss, mark my words, Serpent took the elevator instead of jumping straight out of the window like he always did, "Alright let's do this!" When Serpent reached the main floor he got on a new bike and headed for the docks... ***** It took Serpent an hour overall but he did reach the docks and got out his phone looking over the text message Mr. X sent him There should be a discolored building around here with a logo with a fish in a car Take care of it and leave no witnesses, find a way to trap them and remember if you fuck this one up, you're sister and I will have a chat Serpent felt a rush in his body, he was more determined than ever, not just because of how he failed his last mission, something which he hadn't done since he was merely a student of Mr. X but also because hos sister was the last remaining family member he knew was alive despite the fact their relationship dwindled and ended up putting a wedge between both of them Serpent walked around and found the building, he saw a shattered window, indicating a good way to get inside, "Bingo!", Serpent put on his wrist Grappling hooks and shot one above the window onto a pipe grappling his way onto the building When he made it onto the wall and over the window he took his phone and took a picture to see what the inside was like, "Hmm, Okay, lunch with Mr. X tells me I'm gonna have to hide on that upper deck and find a lever or something to close that huge door". Serpent made his way inside undetected he hid behind some crates and listened to some very vulgar conversation "はい！ 彼女は15歳で、どういうわけか彼女は私を吹き飛ばすことに同意した、私は今夜は幸運な男だ (Okay! so she's like 15 and she agreed to blow me, I am lucky tonight!)" "おい！ それはとてもひどい病気ですが、少し暗いですが、誰も気にしない (Dude! that is so fucking sick, but a bit dark but who cares I say better than nothing!)" "Eww", Serpent muttered to himself, "But let's stay on the task at hand". Serpent snuck around successfully staying hidden and he saw an office inside and in the office a man sat on a chair counting some paper bills what really caught Serpent's eyes however was a vertical lever and over it read out a sign saying 閉じる (Close) "Bingo!", Serpent Muttered to himself, he knew the door was locked but luckily he brought a few lock picks along with him, all's he needed to do was make sure that no one saw him Serpent snuck up to the door undetected and got out his lock pick playing with the lock, after adjusting his pick a few times moving it up and down he eventually unlocked it "ねえ、あなたは-(Hey! What are yo--", Before the man sitting in his chair could finish his sentence Serpent threw a kunai at his throat and threw another one at his stomach impaling him "Shhh", Serpent mockingly put his index finger over his lips and then made his way to the lever controlling the huge garage door, he pulled it down and all the workers, well I guess some pedophiles considering the vulgar conversations that go on in the area were a bit confused There was a chain of conversations were roaming through the garage and that's when Serpent striked "AHHH!", One of the workers was pulled into the shadows by Serpent, Serpent snapped his neck silencing him and to be safe put a Razorblade deep in his chest At that point everyone was panicking but it was no use as Serpent took all of them down one by one making sure no one called the police and deleting any footage of him sneaking in, killing all the workers and committing theft by stealing an exotic car and going down to import-export areas of the docks where a close friend of Mr. X's work …... Author's Note So I was playing around with the idea of having Flash mess up and his identity being revealed to someone, This is something I wanted to do all the way back in the first issue, aside from Doctor Whooves, I wanted Sunset to find out Flash was Spider-Man, but I decided not to for some reason Than in the multiverse side story I made it into a reality and had Spike find out Flash was Spider-Man, but since I did the whole, reset their memories narrative Spike in this head canon has forgotten about his encounter with Doctor Whooves and in doing so Flash's Alter Ego So when I wrote this story, the idea came back again to have someone know Spider-Man's identity, at first I wanted it to be Snowstorm to find out but then I decided to have someone who Flash can rely on for some moral support and I decided to have Firestar find out and in doing so add more to her character
