"In the darkest cavern deep below the surface lives a being of pure dark magic. As old as time immemorial and so powerful its shear might threatens the heavens themselves. A creature of such shear corruption that simply standing next to it could plant its seeds of corruption deep within your very soul. This creature of pure black magic is known as the Dark Wizard. Its goals are unknown. What is known however is that its magical power rivals the greatest mages in all of history. While it has served many masters in the past, it shows allegiance only to itself and its twisted goals. Even to this day the minions of the Dark Wizard still seek to aid the Dark Wizard in his twisted schemes. It is said that if he were to gain all the power in Equestria, he will destroy the world."

A sigh resonates through the empty as a white bony hand closes the book it was just reading.

"Stupid ponies. Why must you insist on keeping me here?"
