Last Appointment of the Week

It was Friday afternoon and you had done most of your chores for the day. You had done your shopping, went by the post office and had your weekly lunch with your friend. There was only one more thing you had to do, go to your dentist appointment. While going to the dentist never bothered you too much, you always were a bit apprehensive about going, especially given the nature of the local dentist. While you generally took good care of your teeth, you knew how mad she would get if you even had the tiniest bit of a problem.

Once you arrived at the dentist's office, you checked in and took a seat in the waiting room. Like it always was, you could hear the sound of the equipment coming from the back and it made you cringe a bit. You knew that it was just what the dentist used to clean teeth with but still, you thought of other equipment, not so pleasant equipment.

After waiting for twenty minutes, the previous patient came out and was followed by the dentist, Dr. Colgate. Like always she gave you a smile and said, "Come on back, let's get you teeth checked out."

You followed her back and like always, you could see her hips swaying as she walked. Once you got in the back she pointed towards the chair and ordered, "Sit down, let's get this started."

You did as ordered and waited for her to begin your exam. She left you alone for a moment while she went to get some gloves. When she returned you would be shocked to see that she had unbuttoned the top button to her shirt, revealing a bit of cleavage. She always did this with you and you couldn't help but wonder why. While you had always wondered why she did this, you had never asked. This time though, your curiosity was too great to not.

"Dr. Colgate," you asked "why is it you always unbutton your top button when you see me?"

Colgate blushed a bit and replied, "Oh no particular reason."

You could tell by the blush that she obviously liked you in one way or another. While you had never admitted it to anyone, you did kind of have a crush on her. Like it always was, when she leaned over you to begin your exam, you could always see a little more cleavage and likely a whole lot more than her other patients did.

One thing you always found fascinating was how she took patients' X-Rays. When you were younger, you went to an earth pony dentist who used old fashioned machines. With Colgate, all she did was flare up her horn and examined your teeth. After a minute of looking in your mouth she gave you a smile, "Well good news, you don't have any cavities. Now all we have to do is clean your teeth and we'll be done here."

This brought out a sigh of relief from you. While you had never had any dental problems, some of your friends had and they had brought up how she had a tendency to smack patients with bad teeth and then overcharge them as punishment. Once she got to cleaning your teeth, you couldn't help but think naughty thoughts as those voluptuous breasts were clearly visible. You couldn't help but fantasize about sucking on them and having your face buried in them.

Your appointment seemed to speed by all too quickly and soon it was time to go up front and check out. Colgate led the way back up front and you couldn't help but feel the positive energy radiating from yer. You also knew however that the positive energy was not from her being attracted to you or anything else good. You knew it was because the favorite part of every appointment with her had arrived, the time she would get paid.

Once she got you up front she began to enter information into the computer and once she was done, she gave you a smile and said, "Your co-pay today is 50 bits."

You got into your purse and began to dig your money out. You knew that it was going to be close given you didn't have that much but much to your dismay, you only had 45. You pulled it out hoping that she wouldn't be too angry. You placed the money on the counter and said, "I'm sorry Dr. Colgate, I only have 45."

You knew that Colgate always got very angry at patients that didn't have enough but you figured that with it only being a five bit deficit, that maybe she would let you bring in the rest later. She took the money and began to count through it. When you heard her sigh, you knew that she likely wasn't pleased. She gave you a slight glare and asked, "So you're short I see."

"I'm sorry Dr. Colgate, I can bring the rest in on Monday." you replied.

You saw her flare up her horn and you heard the front door click. She then gave you a slight smile and said, "Well I will take this but something must be done about this five bit deficit." Her smile became more sly as she continued, "And I don't feel like waiting until Monday to receive the rest of my payment." She then grabbed you by the hand, led you towards the back and continued, "Follow me, I know something can be done to fix this."

This was something that had you in a state of shock. Not only was she not mad over you not having enough to pay your bill but she was holding your hand leading you towards the back. While you weren't sure what was going on, you figured that whatever she was going to do couldn't be that bad.
