Walker Strings, a young stallion, is found by pinkie pie, in the late evening hours, just before Sugarcube Corner closes for the night. Pinkie being the happy mare she is, she tries to befriend him, he doesn't smile. Pinkie hears his story…She tries her hardest to try to make him smile again.
