Rise of the Night/Run of Night

Set in Humanized Equestira.

Shadowstep is a solider in the New Lunar Army, he serves Luna and Celestia as well as a council that was appointed by both of them. However he is soon informed about a coup and assassination attempt on both of the princess and believes he knows who is attempted to take control of Equestira. Soon friends and enemies from his past show up and try to help and stop him. Old flames reignite and old scars torn open. He survived abandonment, suicide missions, and experimentation, but this will push him to the limit. Side note it will alternate between two points of view, Shadowstep with be called the Rise of the Night, while Lyla will be called Run of Night.
