The end and beginning. (Remind me again how they can be both?)
So, it was the epic showdown. Cozy Glow, Triek, and Queen Chrysalis were facing all of Equestria. And everything seemed to be everywhere. Who was winning? Well the villains seemed to be.
But then they lost the bell to Pinkie pie. And BANG, BOOM, KA-CHING, WOO HOO, AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF LADI LADI DA'S later. The magic had been restored, and the villains were trapped in cupcakes with cotton candy hairdos.
Now no one but discord can contain his magic without going mad. Now Pinkie, isn't like every pony else. Even though she has it, she seems perfectly fine. Except for the small over looked detail of her being 30 feet tall now. Everything's fine. (Say everything's fine really sarcastically).
Now, she is making not a world full of evil, or even chaos. But basically a Pinkie paradise. Fully furnished with the usual cotton candy clouds, chocolate rain, candy, party cannons, pinatas, and so on so forth. Seriously, if all the things that make up a Pinkie paradise were listed, it could be an entire story by itself!
The villains were now trying to escape and either ambush Pinkie, or escape without being noticed. Probably trying to escape. All lot of ponies were. I mean, even though Pinkie had no harmful intentions; a giant, chaos powered Pinkie Pie is still pretty terrifying.
Now Pinkie notices the villains trying to escape, but they don't get very far. Oh no. They haven't gotten more than 10 feet when all of a sudden, they are being thrown around, tap dancing, baking the largest cake ever, talking in helium voices, and basically being toys for the over sized Pinkie Pie.
They try to resist, but honestly No, seriously! What can they actually do in this kind of situation? Now, with some help from Twilight Sparkle and the magic bell, Pinkie is put back to normal as is the rest of the world. The villains are now just sprawled on the ground trying to catch their breath.
Now as Celestia and Luna approach them very angry like, each of the villains have very different reactions.
"Okay okay! I'm sorry! Just take me back to Tartarus already!" Cozy glow shouts.
"Compared to this, compared to HER!" she points at Pinkie who is just staring of into space reliving her Pinkie paradise.
"Tartarus is going to be a little slice of heaven with endless peace and quiet!"
Chrysalis is just trying to keep stable as she is stumbling, toppling, and just trying to keep upright as she is still very dizzy from being thrown around like a chew toy. And not surprisingly is quite dazed, as all common sense is not a thing at this point.
"Ohhh. My head. I need to go h-home and just relax with doctor log." She moaned.
Triek was still on the ground trying to catch his breath.
"I am getting to old for this. I might just go into retirement myself."
Now, all of the ponies were just looking at them. The Princesses were now looking at them with a look of 'what was that'? Princess Celestia now looked like she was a little concerned, and Princess Luna looked as if she was trying not to laugh.
"Uh" Princess Celestia tried to speak. "Uh, it seems like all of you are..." She was interrupted by Chrysalis collapsing. She now looked annoyed as she rolled her eyes and concentrated. Her horn lighted up and in a few seconds, Chrysalis seemed to have come to her senses.
"Ugh. Where the hell am I. Oh, now I remember. Me and the others were trying to take over Equestria, and we're winning just to note. Until this little creep stole the bell and then became Godzilla. Juggling us around and probably squashing half of Ponyville! Or wherever we are." She said oh so sarcastically.
"And now that I have all your attention, I am going to ask what you plan your next course of action is going to be? After all, you really don't seem to be able to actually take over Equestria." Celestia said.
"I personally think you should be watched at all times after all. You don't really seem capable to take care of yourselves. And I also highly disagree that you should be allowed to do what you want. After all, Tartarus, Dr. Log, or even retirement don't seem like suitable punishment. Actually, it might be deemed a reward. How about Pinkie?" Luna spoke up
All the villains now looked petrified. Them? Being watched by that monster? Them? Being forced to suffer like that?
"Or even be turned to stone" Discord randomly chimed it.
"Sister, even I think that might be uh..." Celestia looked over at the terrified villains.
"Maybe that won't be entirely necessary. I personally think that the recent encounter might be enough to persuade them to making a deal"
"What were you thinking of?" the villains desperately asked. They were praying. With all their might, to he on high, that they wouldn't be forced to spend time with... her!
"Well, maybe you could, after all this. Maybe, actually make a good decision?" Celestia replied
All the villains now looked nervous. And it was apparent that they were racking their brains for either a good idea, or a really good escape route.
"How about they have their magic limited, and they could actually become citizens of Equestria." Twilight offered.
"It could work for both. They get their freedom, while also being the same as every pony else." Starlight Glimmer said as she now appeared from a portal. Every pony now just looked at her.
That is, until a small groan redirected their attention. Cozy Glow sighed and said "Aw, well it does seem that we really don't have any choice. I mean, it is either being turned to stone, being forced to live with Pinkie, or we become equal citizens of Equestria. Would it be okay for us to have night among us so we can discuss our options?"
"Well." Celestia started. "I think maybe you could do so under careful watch in the Canterlot castle. Yes, I think we shall do that. Good bye every pony, although we will need the pillars, the young 6, and of course Twilight and her friends to help if they would be so kind?"
They all nodded, and with that Celestia teleported herself, Luna, the helpers, and the villains. Once there the villains were given a room and left to their own devices for the night. Once along they started to discuss their options.
"We need to think of something!" Triek shouted.
"Yes, but I think the one with us being babysat by that little naive creep is already a no. I mean, seriously, I would rather work on a rock farm or be turned to stone than be babysat by her. I mean, at least now I have some of my sanity. But I know any dignity we have left would be shattered. Anyway, just my two cents worth." Chrysalis inputted
The villains were now just thinking about what they should do. Then Triek and Chrysalis looked at Cozy Glow. Cozy now noticed this, and shouted
"Why are you at ME for?!"
"You know, like it or not, you do have an amazing brain." Triek mumbled. "So, we are looking at the filly that managed to almost drain all the magic from Equestria."
"What has that got to do with anything?" Cozy Glow wondered out loud.
"I think what Lord Triek is trying to say is that, you had almost successfully completed your plans. Further than either one of us. And you, just a reminder and no offense meant. But you I still a filly. And you would need to be very smart to do this. So, I guess we might leave our date mostly on your input." Chrysalis explained
"Oh." Cozy realized "Well, while I do agree that we are not going with Pinkie Pie, I really don't want to be turned into stone. So, I guess our only option is to become citizens of Equestria. At least that way it works for everyone. And I know none of us want to be put on the same level e everyone else, but out of our options, what else do we have? We can't escape, they could have discord track us in 2 seconds flat." Cozy Glow told the other two.
Everyone sighed and nodded in agreement. Soon they were all going to bed to wait for the drama show morning would bring.
Morning arrived, and as the main 6 came to fetch them, the villains shuffled out one by one. All of them were dragging their hooves, and it looked like they were doing almost anything to slow down their infinite doom. As they approached the breakfast table, they actually seemed surprised. As though they thought that they were going to a full criminal trial instead of a normal, okay, a royal normality, breakfast to give their answer.
As they were eating, every pony was eating differently. The main 6 were just eating like they would always. The pillars were eating sort of fast as they seemed sort of eager to hear the response. The young 6 were showing off to each other,like throwing things into each others mouths.
The villains also had different techniques. Cozy Glow was eating so fast, you might have thought that she was in fast forward. It seemed she just wanted to get this over with. Chrysalis on the other hoof, seemed to be seeing how slow she could eat. The inference taken from this was opposite to Cozy Glow. Yes, very different. She was eating so slow, you would've thought that if she moved any slower, she would have been moving backwards. It seemed that she wanted to prolong her fate. Triek was just eating as if he would never eat again!
When breakfast had finally, (Ahem) over, they finally got down to business.
"Now" Princess Luna begun, "What has your outlook on what your fate lies with? Are you going to be babysat, be turned to stone for quite some time, or are you going to be deemed as... 'The Same' as every pony else?"
A small cough redirected attention to a very professional, very precise, very business like, very- (You know what? Let's just get to the point as I am betting many of you want Dear readers.... Anyway)
Cozy Glow had been handpicked out of the villains themselves that she should represent their decision.
"We have decided to try being citizens of Equestria, with a few modifications."
She did another little cough and continued.
"Even though we are giving being reformed a shot, we feel that we just wouldn't fit in with today's society. So, we are fine with you limiting our powers, with you having ways to find us out, to track us, etc, etc, etc. What we feel is that since we understand each other, that we could become a trio and travel. We would still be citizens of Equestria, but not looped in to where we can't function with other ponies and creatures. So maybe more allies than anything else. Would this work. we are willing to bend our reasoning if you can come up with something better."
"That might be possible, and surprisingly reasonable." Princess Celestia stated. "Yes, I think this could work. We shall spend the rest of the week discussing, planning, and tying up any loose ends. Are we all in?"
"Yes" Every pony shouted.
"Okay, with that said and done, let us get to work!"
The rest of the week just flew by! There was so much going on, poor Ocellus almost had a break down. By the time the week was over, it seemed as if there had been so much going on, including teamwork, to get to this point. So much so, that it almost seemed impossible for the villains and the rest to have ever been enemies. But with the departure approaching, final goodbyes were said. The villains had a few magic spells that just allowed the Main 6 to track them, and let them know if any trouble was going on.
And after everything was settled and done, the villain trio was teleported to the Everfree Forest. And once there they celebrated like there was no tomorrow.
"We're FREE!!!" The all shouted, then they turned together and put their hooves in and chanted:
"We are the best, we stand out from the rest!
We are free, we are three,
United as one, we are a team on the go
We are together, The Troublesome Trio!"
They leaped around, and their adventures only just beginning!

The doctor log is from episode 8 of season 9 when Chrysalis is pouring out her soul to a log that is purple. Maybe it is the dead twilight clone. But hey, just look up Queen Chrysalis and her log in the search bar of YouTube.
To and fro, The fate of the world comes and goes.
So, with the new day arriving, as it had been night before this chapter was written, a lot of things were going on. The Troublesome Trio decided to chant again.
"We are the best, we stand out from the rest!
We are free, we are three,
United as one, we are a team on the go
We are together, The Troublesome Trio!"
then they all giggled and sat down to have breakfast.
"Hey Chrissie, could you change into some waffles or something, cause we are hungry." Triek wondered.
"WHAT?! I AM NOT CHANGING INTO WAFFLES OR INTO ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER, TO BE EATEN! I AM (was) THE DIGNIFIED LEADER OF THE CHANGELINGS! I AM STRONG! I AM WONDERFUL! I AM KIND AND LOVING, I AM..." Chrysalis shouted. And it only continued.
Triek and Cozy Glow gave each other a silent look that they both understood to be: Back up slowly, and lets get something to eat. Which they both did. With that said, even if that wasn't verbal, they split up, and went to go gather some nuts, berries, roots, or what ever they could rustle up. When they returned, Chrysalis was still raving on what she was, accomplished, so on, so forth. The other two were now putting together the loose odds and ends of what they had found, into something more appealing.
By the time breakfast was ready, which was about a hour later, Chrysalis had just about finished. ".. AND FURTHERMORE, I EXIST! I HAVE DONE MANY GREAT THINGS! AND MY BRAIN IS GETTING FRIED, AS I AM RUNNING OUT OF REASONS! JUST ONE LAST THING TO REMEMBER, WHEN YOU ARE SUCH AS I AM, YOU TEND TO HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS. SO, NO ONE IS PERFECT, BUT I COME CLOSE!!"
"A few problems?" Cozy glow wondered. Triek shrugged.
THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LISTEN, AS YOU ARE GREAT FRIENDS. I WOULD CONTINUE, BUT I BELIEVE WE NEED TO GET BREAKFAST. I AM GOING TO SHUT UP, I REALLY AM GOING TO. I WILL, I AM. AND I AM STOPPING NOW AS I BELIEVE YOU HAVE GOTTEN THE PICTURE. I HOPE I HAVE GOTTEN A LOT FROM THIS EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIVE PROGRAM. TUNE IN NEXT TIME FOR MORE WITH CHRISSIE AND HER SIDEKICKS. THANK YOU!!" and with that, Chrysalis bowed.
She then looked at Triek and Cozy Glow with a questioning look. The only thing I got from that is the question on how she didn't loose her voice. Cozy Glow whispered. Triek only nodded.
'So, are you ready for breakfast, or are we doing to do a photo shoot, or perhaps signing autographs?" Triek asked Chrysalis.
Chrysalis looked side to side, and kind of blushed with embarrassment. "How long were you listening to that?"
"Are you seriously asking that?" Cozy Glow asked. " You just spent an hour and a half shouting at us about how great you are, how kind and loving, and...uh..well, you kinda lost me after that."
"I must agree with that. Can you please tell us when we went on national television?" Triek wondered
Chrysalis blushed even harder. "Uh, Lets just say, I am a really good actress who can get caught up in her own imagination. But hey, no pony's perfect. Now, what's to eat? I am a little hungry."
Triek just rolled his eyes. "Well, it is eggs with blueberry juice."
"Well, if we are done talking now, can we eat? I am starving!" Cozy glow said.
So, the villains quickly gulped down breakfast, and soon were traveling.
Mean while, back in Ponyville, the Mane 6 were sitting in their little prissy thrones, in the not so little Friendship of magic. And they were trying to figure out what to do with the bell. Twilight wanted to study it, (Obviously) Rainbow Dash just wanted to chuck it to the bottom of the sea and get this over with because she was sooo bored. Applejack wanted to smash it. Fluttershy on the other hoof, wanted to be able to use the bell to benefit Equestria. And Pinkie Pie just wanted to play with it. Rarity was just worrying about her mane, making sure it was clean as ever. Heaven forbid that one hair be out of place
They had been doing this all night. The back and forth. Until Pinkie grabbed a hold of it, and this is where we get into the.... Actually, you know what? I won't spoil it.
So Pinkie grabs a hold of it, and it ends about as well as you'd expect. "Let's see. The villains started this hunk of junk with a magic spell. Maybe you just need to say the magic words to get it to behave. PLEASE be nice and work for the better of Equestria, bell!"
(The bell did absolutely nothing.)
"Hmm, okay. Let's try- OPEN SESAME!"
(Still nothing.)
"How about... BIBITY BOBITY BOO!"
(That didn't work either)
"Uh, your majesty?"
(Okay, now this is getting old.)
157 tries later:
"ZOO WEE MAMA!"
(I really feel sorry for the other Mane 6 at this point. Maybe her and Chrysalis could start their own T.V show for real)
Anyway, this could take a while.
Back to the troublesome trio.
''So, what are we actually going to do now that we are free?" Cozy Glow asked.
"Well, unless we are going to dress up, get some animals from around here, and play Tarzan; we have to figure SOMETHING OUT!" Chrysalis started with another one of her rants.
Triek actually looked pretty nervous, so he threw a pail of water on her. Chrysalis was now sputtering, "WHY THE BUCK DID YOU DO THAT? TO ME OF ALL CREATURES! HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN WHO I AM? WELL, LET ME TELL YOU..." she started ranting again.
But she didn't get into episode 2, of season one, of CHRISSIE and her SIDEKICKS, because there was a loud howl from behind them. It was a huge timber wolf! Shiver me timbers! And now they all ran... over a cliff! And into the rushing river below.
Now, it only took a few minutes for Triek to get to shore, and Cozy Glow had just flown down. Chrysalis, well just washed ashore. She wasn't breathing very well.
"Quick! You need to do mouth to mouth resurrection. It might be the only thing." Cozy Glow panicked.
"I AM NOT GOING TO DO THAT!" Triek shouted. "I AM NOT GOING TO PUT MY MOUTH THERE, AND NOT TO MENTION, I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT I AM DOING! WHY DON'T YOU, SENSE YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO EVEN SUGGEST IT?"
"Well, my mouth isn't big enough. And uh, maybe we should both just try and get her heart pumping." Cozy Glow explained. "But we gotta do something because we are running out of time!"
Now Triek was quickly racking his brains for ideas beside the.... the kissing resurrection. Well, as he called it anyway. He was to young for romance! But they didn't need to panic anymore because Chrysalis was now getting up sputtering. She was gasping, but alive. Too unfortunate for her fellow comrades ears. Because seconds later they were blasted by screaming that this key board's cap's lock can't comprehend. So, I will spare you the details.
Anyway, a couple of hours later, they had started to walk, not forgetting their very noisy travel companion. It was a wonder that no more creatures came to try and gobble them up, Yet again, maybe the very thing that could have been telling creatures Come and get it!, might have actually been scaring all the wildlife out of a 20 mile radius. It was going to be a long trip.
Back at the castle, every pony was falling asleep listening to Pinkie Pie's failed attempts over and over. She hadn't done any good at all. Actually scratch that. She was an almost unbeatable cure for insomnia. Heck, even Twilight had been put to sleep at this point. And with her trying to unlock all the secrets to the bell and who knows what else; it was quite an accomplishment.
"Come on every pony, smile smile smile..." Pinkie was singing. Until finally, she had just about enough. "Grrr, HEED MY WORDS AND HEED THEM WELL! WHAT WILL HAPPEN ONLY TIME WILL TELL. A MYSTERY BEYOND THE REST, THIS IS THE LASTING MEMORIAL OF HE WHO IS NOW LAID AT REST! GREAT AND MIGHTY WAS HE, BUT WHAT HAPPENS NOW, WE WILL SEE. AS THE CHANGES TO COME FORTH ARE CAUSED BY ME! HEED MY WORDS AND HEED THEM WELL! THE FATE OF YOUR FUTURE LIES WITH ITS NEW MASTER AND HIS BELL!!" Pinkie said in a harsh voice not her own.
Oh boy. She had done it now. The bell now glowed a mysterious color, and the rest of the Mane 6... were still sleeping? How in Equestria they could sleep through something like that beats me. It now looks like Pinkie's voice was not only a cure for insomnia, but also a weapon for enchanted long lasting sleep.
Boy, talk about sleeping beauty, or in this case, sleeping beauties. Not to mention, I always thought Pinkie was super natural in a manner of speaking. But, back to the story.
So the bell was glowing a new and mysterious color. Then Pinkie spoke up, "This is the one who awakens you. You may ask what time it is. And I tell you. It is time to serve a new master. So, if you are going to glow, do it in bubble gum pink."
And the bell miraculously did. Apparently it was ready to serve its new master, and fulfill her desires. And since this bell is another relic that might possibly make the bearer a little crazy, or not think straight, this is the start of disaster. As now Pinkie is not thinking 100% straight, and will now go on to use this bell to make the Pinkie Paradise she has only ever seen in her dreams. Pinkie Paradise, and beyond! Now, she will need some helpers. And who better than CHRISSIE AND HER SIDEKICKS?
Yeah, this is the beginning of total I don't know what. But Anyway, life comes and goes, so why shouldn't the fate of the world.
