Hello there! This is my first work for this website and I hope you all will like it. Also, leave some constructive criticism for me in the comments on how I could improve. I'll be publishing every chapter at the end of every month at the least. These first few chapters will probably be a bit short. Alright, you're probably sick of reading this so ON TO THE STORY!
Prologue
He stood on the deck, alone. Being alone wasn’t unfamiliar to him. Besides, after being “dead” for billions of years, he grew used to being alone in the cold darkness of the never ending expanse of space. He was pondering. “It’s been so long,” he thought to himself, “and yet, it only feels like it’s been but a blink of an eye.”
His pondering was suddenly interrupted by one of his most loyal servants. He instantly knew who it was, for no one had the courage to interrupt his pondering, not even his own brothers. “My lord,” Abbadon said reverently, bowing on one knee. “Abbadon, what news do you bring?” he asked. “My lord, the fleets are prepared and the legions have been rallied. We are ready to march on your command.”
He looked at his servant. Abbadon had served him for billions of years. His black armor had dents and scratches from previous battles. To some, unkempt armor is a disgrace. To Abbadon, it is a sign of experience, courage, and loyalty. It was for this loyalty, that he was awarded Drach’neyn, the sword of his mother who had bravely sacrificed her life ages ago.
“Abbadon, take but one message to my forces,” the Void Master made his tone more serious and direct, “We march.” Abbadon rose up from kneeling. “It will be done according to your word my lord.”
Abbadon exited the bridge. The Void Master returned to pondering. “It’s time. A new era is dawning for Equestria and the universe…”
“… an era of war.”
