After a long day of adventuring, Fluttershy and Rarity were resting their bodies in the spa to help cleanse their minds. As they sat in the sponge bath, one very important question had to be asked.
"Rarity, do you ever wonder if there are parallel universes?" Fluttershy asked as Rarity thought her question over for a second.
"Sorry, I don't think so darling," Rarity replied, as she resumed her rest. Fluttershy nodded and resumed her's as well.
MEANWHILE, In a Parallel Universe obsessed with Minecraft...
Fluttershy and Rarity sat in the sponge baths, but instead of resting their minds, pulled out waterproof laptops so the mares could play their favorite game. The clicking of their laptops clicked faster and faster until Fluttershy gasped.
"CREEPER!!!" Fluttershy jumped as she had her character fight off the creeper, but did not have time, and the creeper blew up Fluttershy's character.
"Aw man," Fluttershy pouted, as Rarity continued on her quest for diamonds.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where everyone can only speak in Prequel Memes...
Fluttershy and Rarity clashed their toy lightsabers at one another all around the spa until Fluttershy leaped above Rarity in a graceful manner and landed on a large pile of towels
"It's over Rarity! I have the High Ground!" Fluttershy exclaimed, flourishing her blue blade. Rarity's eyes lit up with rage as she held her own blue blade.
"You underestimate my power, Darling!" Rarity yelled as Fluttershy had a twinge of worry in her eye.
"Don't try it," Fluttershy pleaded. Rarity ignored her, however, and attempted to leap above Fluttershy in the same graceful manner, only for Fluttershy to land a hit on Rarity's limbs. Rarity rolled down in agony, despite the fact she's not really dying. As the duel finished, the two were interrupted by one of the spa ponies.
"Yeah, I'm gonna have to ask you two to leave," The spa pony explained, as Fluttershy and Rarity looked at her with disappointment.
"Could you just let us finish this first, then we'll go?" Rarity pleaded, only for the spa pony to pull out a red toy lightsaber of her own, startling Fluttershy and Rarity.
"It's treason then," The spa pony said, as she leaped and roared at the two in a blaze of fury.
MEANWHILE, in a parallel universe where mail is delivered to everypony through a cannon...
Fluttershy and Rarity were just relaxing as usual, until Fluttershy noticed a couple of royal guards outside with a cartoonish looking cannon.
"FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!" One guard bellowed as the other pulled a string, firing the cannon at Rarity, hitting her in the face with the projectile.
"Rarity! Oh my gosh, are you OK?" Fluttershy asked, as Rarity swiftly recovered.
"Oh, sweet. My copy of 'Fifty Shades of Hay' is here," Rarity squealed as she set aside the package beside her. Fluttershy, however, looked on at Rarity in disgust at the book of choice.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where there were no villains...
"Fluttershy, do you ever wish we could save the world," Rarity asked as Fluttershy pondered the question over.
"I sure hope not. I don't think I could handle it. Besides, there are no villains to actually fight," Fluttershy responded, as she rested her head.
"I guess you're right," Rarity accepted, resting her head down from the question.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where everyone enjoys fandom foods...
Rarity looked on over at Fluttershy taking a sip out of her delicious cup of Butterbeer, the mere sight making Rarity a bit famished. One of the spa ponies walked over with a plate and passed it to Rarity.
"I believe these Fish Fingers and Custard are yours. Sorry for the wait," The spa pony said as she walked off with a smile.
"Oh, that's OK darling," Rarity said, as she dipped a fish finger into the custard. The two ponies continued enjoying their snacks.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where everyone keeps calling Fluttershy...
Rarity and Fluttershy were resting in the sponge bath as usual, until the phone went off right next to Fluttershy. Fluttershy thought it'd be best to answer it.
"Is this the Ponyville Spa?" The caller asked as Fluttershy raised her eyebrow in confusion.
"No, this is Fluttershy," Fluttershy replied as she hung up the phone. Rarity face-hoofed at what she witnessed, causing more confusion in Fluttershy.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where ponies can adopt pet fleas...
Rarity's scratching herself all over as she obtained a dangerous itch hopping from place to place as Fluttershy could only stand and watch.
"Gerald, could you...be a dear and...get out of my mane?" Rarity asked, annoyed as her pet flea refuses to stay in one place. Fluttershy could only sigh in disappointment.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe that's a blatand advertisement...
"Aw man, my dress is all ripped," Fluttershy said, presenting her torn dress to Rarity.
"Don't fret darling. You can take it on down to the Carousel Boutique, where you can get the finest hoofmade dresses for the best prices and more!" Rarity said as she displayed thousands of more dress examples. Rarity continued to ramble on as Fluttershy just looked around confused at the sudden change of pace.
"I have no idea what's going on," Fluttershy muttered to herself as she crawled out of the spongebath and hid from the ad.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where Twilight failed to reverse Discord's spell, but the author is bad at writing villains anyway...
Fluttershy and Rarity sat in the spongebath all grayed out from their hypnosis as they stared at one another.
"I'm a jerk," Fluttershy said, pouting with a monotone face.
"I want things," Rarity said, as the two looked at each other in confusion. The two shrugged at each other and had no clue what to do next, except to relax.
MEANWHILE, In a parallel universe where everypony has skunk tails...
Fluttershy and Rarity sat in the spongebath tub, with colored striped tails sticking out like flags. Fluttershy lightly waved her tail around as Rarity noticed a funny smell.
"Fluttershy, was that you?" Rarity asked as Fluttershy blushed.
"Oops. Sorry," Fluttershy said, scratching the back of her head in embarrassment.
"Gross," Rarity muttered to herself as she fanned the air.
MEANWHILE, in our universe...
Fluttershy and Rarity were relaxing in their tub when they noticed something was odd.
"Strange. I thought something would happen to us today," Rarity said, as Fluttershy pondered this.
"I get the feeling we were focusing on parallel universe versions of ourselves," Fluttershy theorized.
"Don't be ridiculous," Rarity said, as the two finished their spongebath and their trip at the spa in general.
