Dazzles In the Dark
Leave Them Dazzled
Load Full StoryJimmy Hook was having a rough day, perhaps like more than a few people in Manteo, North Carolina.
The sky was a hazy dark grey hue, clouds gathering high above as if discussing how to better yet make everyone's lives miserable. A cool breeze blowing across the empty streets in a eerie fashion, as if young Jimmy had stepped into a slasher movie.
The young man was wearing a beat up old brown jacket, a lime green jacket underneath which had not been washed in a few days. His jeans scruffy if he had to describe them politely, shoes just a plain pair of sneakers, while red glasses hid his blue eyes from the world.
He took a deep breath as a hand ran through his messy brown hair slowly, Jimmy was a normal guy to say the least. He never started much in life, nor did he finish them for that matter. Yet besides a few odd pony related changes that seemed to plague his life, he was all around a good guy.
Jimmy took a sharp right into a local coffee shop by the name ‘The Grind house’ , entering the warming orange glow of the packed coffee house. Spotting each line was beyond packed, except for one off in the far right corner, which he began to step forward to.
If he was such a decent guy he thought, then why did so many people seem to have a problem with…
“Jimmy Hook?!” A abnormally tall girl spoke up in front of him, behind the shop counter wearing the business's black apron and white colored uniform.
Her eyes a dark blue, hair a messy dark Raven which had been tied into a high standing ponytail. She had sharp cat eye glasses on and a frown that could cause a ghost to kill over, she glared deep into his soul with burning embers in her eyes.
“Hi... Bianca.” Jimmy gave a deep sigh, Bianca was a girl he had met on the opposite side of town a few months ago.
Somehow he absentmindedly flirted his way into her insisting on giving him a tab at the other coffee house in the town, he had never knew he could be what was considered smooth. But as the weeks went by they got closer and closer, before he could ask her to hang out or anything though.
She kind of told him to pay his tab, another thing he didn't quite understand in life. So instead of going into debt over a mistake, he usually walked as far as he could in the opposite direction of the town as much as he could.
“What the hell are you doing here?!” Bianca snapped Jimmy back into reality, a co-worker ringing an order up as she bad mouthed poor Hook.
“I see you're working here now, on the right side of town…” He chuckled nervously.
“Yeah, fucking called getting another job, when some Asshole gets you fired!” Her cursing lining up perfectly with her co-worker's stride, which to witness was kind of weird.
“Can I have a coffee…” Jimmy swallowed a growing lump in his throat slowly, the death glare she was flashing making him very nervous for his well being.
“I don't know, will you fucking pay for it?!” She hissed as the young man nodded in place, slowly taking a few steps backwards.
“I'm just going to go…” Jimmy felt his back suddenly hit the wall behind him.
“Yeah I would too, just so you know I'm searching for you after work! I'm going to get my twenty dollars and twenty cents back!” Jimmy was quick to dash back into the ice cold weather of outside, his eyes spotting on the wall it was ten minutes till her break time.
Better to be a living frozen popsicle on the street, rather than a dead guy in a oven.
He wished he could show a bit more assertive anger in his life, maybe then baristas wouldn't be trying to kill him. Just as that thought crossed his mind, the front door of the local shop swung open by one angry Bianca.
“Just FYI, I'm taking a early break... JIMMY HOOK!” Bianca narrowed those burning coals for eyes, flashes of his life racing over Jimmy's eyes.
“Great, where's a escape hatch when you need one?” Jimmy quickly picking up pace into a brisk jog, until he heard the door swinging open again and exploding into a full run.
Jimmy ran as fast as his feet could carry him, the icy wind against his face burning his cheeks. No way he could make it home in one piece, the main reason he soon found himself behind a large dumpster in a lonely alley.
Gasping for air on his butt alone while catching his breath, now out of sight of anyone trying to find him, at least for the moment. How did he always seem to find himself in odd situations, was someone out there just enjoying seeing him suffer?
Glancing down to his side, he let his brow rise in curiosity. A dark pink fingerless glove was just sitting there in the alley alone, it wasn't beat up or even filthy for that matter but in perfect condition.
Picking it up he slid the silken fabric over his numb large hand, half expecting it not to fit yet was pleasantly surprised to see it did. The soft fabric almost glowing before him, as in the back of his mind it seemed so familiar.
But from where?
Before he could question it any further, a dark green flash of flames danced over his spare hand. A matching glove soon materializing on his spare hand, Jimmy could just stand up in pure shock of this incident.
Standing up to a wobbly stance, his shoes lifted up on the back as they took on a sharp incline. Golden studs tightly wrapping around his ankles, while sharp golden spikes shot out on the back of his heels and up the ever changing shoes.
His sneakers shrinking yet lengthening as they cutely reshaped into dark almost black bluish boots, sporting a sexy heel design any girl would love.
“No, this can't be happening now! I'm not even home!” Jimmy lost his balance on the heels before crashing into a nearby trash can. During the crash, his red glasses fell off of him and shattered to the ground, which makes it a little bit hard for him to see without them.
His shirt and pants fusing into one as he gave a loud gasp, the same devious blue hue taking over any designs on his clothes. The top shrinking as his neckline did a soft scoop showing off way more, the fabric softening until it was as fine like silk the shape even reshaping to be more heart shaped.
His pants seeming to be part of this cute top now, shrinking ridiculously smaller as inch after inch of fabric faded until it tightened like a vice grip around his flat hips. The cold icy air freezing his bare legs, his pants gone replaced by tiny little shorts.
A studded women's belt draping across his hips, lined with golden studs as a matching gold diamond took center stage on the accessory. What little warmth his large beat up jacket offered soon fading, as it turned a matching pink hue like his gloves, shrinking to such a petite size it strained his arms, becoming a fashionable half jacket.
“This jacket, these gloves!” Jimmy felt his dirty white socks spring upward, crawling up his legs like silken snakes as sexy dark pink stockings formed over his legs.
Designed with cute triangle shapes sprinkled across them.
“I'm becoming Adagio!” Jimmy clutched his throat as her voice rang out into the empty alley in a sweet melodic tone, dripping with confident sass.
He winced and felt his feet shrinking so much smaller to fit the boots, legs losing all mass as they began stretching longer and far more shapely with youthful curves. A loud pop and he felt his hips stretch out wider, taking a few steps as they swayed in place arching outward.
His butt plumping out into a rounder peach like shape, lifting upward with a cute jiggle before it widened to match his hips and tightening his shorts around his new curves.
“Well I did say, I needed to be more assertive!” Jimmy let his tiny delicate hands trace the side of the cold brick alley wall, his strength seeming to vanish as his shoulders narrowed dramatically and his arms were soon slender curved shapes.
His waist pulling into a cute hourglass shape as he gave a adorable squeak aloud, looking down just in time to witness twin mounds of flesh rising under the heart shaped top. Breasts blossoming outward and filling out the outfit perfectly, his shape becoming one that was sought after yet rarely achieved.
He or rather now she, gave a melodic moan as her new womanhood took shape and came to existence under her shorts. Her skin tone now a vibrant golden yellow hue as opposed to her previous Caucasian skin tone, that quickly became flawless and soft to the touch.
She felt off balance as the world started shrinking around the soon petite young woman, her face softening sweetly while taking on near angelic features. Thin arching brows of orange instead of brown, a tiny upturned nose, full pouty lips and of course large sparkling violet eyes instead of her old blue color with long black eyelashes forming on both sides, of which she can see more clearly thanks to her vision being improved.
Adagio began shaking off her dizzy spell while stepping out of the claustrophobic alleyway as a flash of light engulfed her, fiery orange waves of curling hair cascading down to her lower back impressively which in the process did away with her old brown color. Framing her sassy features to perfection, lifting slightly in a large ponytail held by a bad girl's spiked scrunchie.
“Why were you in that alley so long, taking a wiz?” Aria gave her friend a sass ridden eye roll.
“I was coming up with a plan, unlike a fool I know!” Adagio spoke smirking confidently, golden highlights of gold causing her hair to pop in the dimming light of the sunset, of which it also completed her transformation.
She enjoyed being in charge, besides Canterlot was a totally different beast at night when away from the safety of the high school. Unlike her old hometown which for lack of a better word, was boring as all hell.
“So you decided, on what we're having for dinner?” Sonata gave a loud squee jumping off a nearby car hood, skipping over in utmost delight.
“Yes, you two would be lost without me! We're having hamburgers!” Adagio arched her hips to the right, giggling triumphantly in a devious tone.
“Great boss, problem is we only have five dollars between us.” Aria did a annoyed huff, Adagio's eyes widening in surprise.
“I have coupons for double platters, down at the Taco Shack?” Sonata spoke up cutely as her head tilted off to the side blankly.
“Correction, we're having tacos!” Adagio gave a quick smirk, claiming the idea as her own.
Even though they were two dollars short of a platter, it wasn't nothing a bit of playful insisting couldn't help with.
Because let's face it…
Who could say no to her?
Author's Note
This was long before Adagio's 2nd Main Outfit in the 2nd 2019 EG Special was shown. (Unpopular opinion from me: I prefer the 1st main outfit more so than the current ^^)
