Chapter Two - The Strange New Portal

After the events of what transpired with the letter from Celestia, Twilight was off and looking for her friends while Lyra was looking for BonBon.
After everyone was at the Castle of Friendship they waited for the royal guards,
“so, what do you think this ‘portal thingy’ is?” Twilight said with a nervous chuckle, though to that the rest of the main six, Lyra and Bonnie (bonbon) had no idea. There was a knock at the door signaling the guards…
(30+- minutes later…)

All eight ponies arrived in front of the Canterlot Castle since they left already later than expected it was already getting late and the sun was going down. so with the princess's permission, they stayed at a local hotel in Canterlot. In the morning all eight of them had to go to the princess when-

halt said the guard that was now in front of them, which got them off guard. They Did a little scared noise because after all have a sudden interference of thought by a guard would be very scary but after twilight explaining to the guard what they were here for and that she was the student of Celestia and a lot of persuading, he finally let them in. After meeting Celestia and a long explanation, they finally found out what that portal was, as explained by Celestia:

The portal is a gateway to another dimension but we called you to go check it out because we were scared that it might be too dangerous for us.

it still confused the princess of friendship but after the princess told them if they came back and told everyone what was on the other side, they'll be known as the world's first-ever ponies to cross dimensions, if only they knew.
