Sharing a Body [II]: Twilight and Rainbow Dash Part: 2
CHAPTER ONE: "The longer we wait the harder it'll get."
Load Full StoryNext ChapterRainbow pulled on Twilight as she desperately clung to her desk with the tips of her fingers.
"This is taking too long." Said the right head Rainbow Dash. "I have Wonderbolt Practice. We'll fix this later." Rainbow started flapping her wing to add strength to her tugging. Twilight was still stubborn and began employing magic to tug her self closer to her desk, still strewn with books and parchment with crossed out magical designs from the two nights before.
"Dash, we gotta find out how to reverse the spell." The left head Twilight responded. "The longer we wait the harder it'll get."
The two mares had been arguing like this all morning struggling to pull there one body in two directions. Three days ago Rainbow had asked Twilight for a simple book fixing spell, when the alicorn couldn't provide, she resorted to a binding spell. However the spell had accidentally combined the two mares into one body with two heads that they each had half control over. Twilight on the Left, Rainbow Dash on the Right. It had been three days since the accident, and in all that time Twilight has been trying to find, or make a way to separate them. Dash has been sitting beside her in her normal patient, quiet, and calm manor desperate for results. Now time was up, if they didn't get to the Wonder Bolts base outside Clouds Dale in the next few hours, Rainbow would no longer be a Wonder Bolt, and her life long dream would be gone forever. However Twilight had not yet finished the spell. At this point they had been stuck together Rainbow had started to subconseously think that they would be forever. It didn't matter at this point. All that mattered was getting to base.
"We haven't even flown yet. Twilight said starting to use her magic to catch and organize the papers Rainbow was nocking off the desk with her wings. "How do you expect to get us to Clouds Dale?"
"We'll figure it out when we get there." Rainbow grunted, her hoof squeaking loudly along the slick crystal floor as they found no traction. She started reaching out to try and grab a book shelf so at least she had something to pull on.
"Besides, Can't you teleport?" Rainbow finally got her fingers around a shelf, digging her nails into the wood.
"I can." Said Twilight pulling her half of there body even harder the other way with her magic. "But I don't know if we can. Also even if I can do us both safely, you can't just keep teleporting during the flight exercises."
Rainbow huffed and pulled even harder. The wooden bookshelf began to creak, and Twilights Desk began sliding along the crystal palace floor. Twilight cursed her stupid crystal palace under her breath. Why did the Tree of Harmony even give her this stupid thing to begin with?
"We got walking down didn't we? Flying should be just as easy, if not easier." Dash smiled as she was finally making progress toward the door of the study.
Twilight let out a huff of annoyance. "One: That took us two days. Two: Flying is not easier than walking. There's turbulence, jet streams, balance, weight, keeping beating in time, weather conditions, plus if you lose concentration for even a second--"
Rainbow let go of the book shelf and grabbed another spot closer to the door smirking to her self. Twilight looked flabbergasted, Rainbow merely turned her head and suck her tong out.
"This is probably the stupidest thing you've ever done." Twilight commented, concentrating on her magic. Rainbow just laughed.
"Ask Pinkie or AJ what the stupidest thing I've done has been..." Rainbow grunted again pulling against Twilights magic haling the desk closer to the door. "I bet 50 bits they each come up with two separate answers, dumber than me taking you to a Wonder Bolt base while only being in control of half my body."

Spitfire stood by the base entrance waiting for Rainbow Dash to show up, she wasn't normally this late. Usually she was even camped out front when Spitfire arrived to open the gate. Till she told her to stop doing that and she would write to Dash when she had training days. Maybe she was saving Equestrai again. It wouldn't be the first time, and Spitfire was understanding enough to let it slide in her reports on Dash's behavior to her superiors. Truth be told Spitfire saw much of her younger self in Rainbow Dash, seeing her somewhat as her successor after she retired. Whenever that was going to happen. She could always count on Dash to take training seriously, even if she often had trouble with the paper work. That's why she was so hard on her, to get her ready to take over as Wonder Bolt Captain one day. What Spitfire was not ready for however was what she saw that morning.
Running along the cloud hills toward the base west entrance, was the silhouette of a mare in incredible good shape, with curves that could crush a watermelon, breasts the size of said melons, Spitfire tried not to stare at as they jiggled up and down, up and down, with each step on the bouncy soft clouds, and two heads. One with a horn.
Spitfire lifted her glasses and sure enough the head lacking the horn was one with a rainbow mane. Spitfire put back on her sunglasses on again with a sigh, and mentally prepared her self for what ever explanation Dash had for this, trying her best to come up with the most outlandish explanations first so she wouldn't be surprised by whatever excuse Crash had. They ranged from a simple costume, to mutant clone made from the DNA of the two mares.
Finally the two headed mare reached the gate leaning down panting hard hands on her knees, and covered in sweat that streamed down to the tips of her nipples before falling onto the clouds, the mare's height compared to Spitfires short stature meant that she was at eye level with the two headed mares massive breasts, like all flyers, Spitfire was on the small side, in both height and cup size, so seeing Dash with a pair of C's made her a ting jealous. But like all her emotions, she hid it behind her stone faced exterior and her sunglasses.
Spitfire let out a sigh and crossed her arms under her A cups, doing her best to pump out her chest and seam as tall as she could. "Your late Crash." Spitfire said in an annoyed voice standing on the tips of her hooves.
The mare stood to her full height towering over the captain of the WonderBolts, the Rainbow Dash head swallowed saluting her looking up, while the head of Dash's friend Twilight Sparkle kept wheezing like it was about to die.
"Sorry ma'am. I had... Issues." Dash responded looking down at Spitfire over her breasts. Normally Spitfire was taller then Dash by half a head, so seeing the rookie look down at her was surreal for both. She didn't blame the mare for looking up out of instinct, only to look down when she realized she was talking to the sky. Spitfire got closer to the mare to feel the steam from there run. Again she was at eye level with the mare's breasts, but she didn't show her deep frustration with that fact.
"Explain Soldier." Spitfire said in a monotone yet commanding voice, pointing over to the head of the princess of friendship "Why you thought it was a good idea to bring a civilian into the base?"
Twilight tried to hide her muzzle behind her hand.
"Three days ago Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle; cast a spell that combined our bodies into one at approximately 0800 hours Canterlot standard time ma'am." Rainbow said like she was giving a field report. Spitfire nodded subtly impressed but still showing a disappointed scowl on her face. "After that for the remaining three days were spent with Princess of Friendship Twilight Sparkle finding a counter spell, all attempts met with failure so far."
Spitfire scratched her chin in contemplation looking pissed, in truth she was relieved that it was in fact the real Rainbow Dash, and not some horrific shape shifting monster that thought it was Rainbow Dash and Twilight. Fire was also impressed with herself getting it right on her fourth guess of: one of her friends casting a spell to fuse the two. She was still somewhat surprised the spirit of Chaos Discord that Rainbow and her friends hung out with has nothing to do with it like her third guess, but she merely shrugged. She glanced over to Twilight who looked nervous and wasn't as good at hiding her emotions as Fire was. She wondered what Dash must have gone through to get her introverted friend all the way to an air base. That feat alone was probably a story in it's own. Still, she was Celestia's star pupal and successor. Probably trustworthy enough to let into a Wonder Bolt base.
"At ease." Spitfire said.
Dash put her hand at her side but didn't seam to relax, Twilight mirroring her action though slightly delayed.
"Are you flight capable yet?" the captain asked.
"Can not yet confirm." Dash said robotically, glancing over to Twilight for a second.
Spitfire nodded.
"Access to the base has been granted for you and your civilian mare friend." Spitfire stepped aside letting the two enter, "Your lucky today is ground drills. But I want you sky ready by next week. Clear solder?"
Rainbow Dash nodded, Twilight let out a long sigh putting her hand on her chest. Clearly she was more nervous about flying then Dash was. Spitfire also noticed a faint blush on the blue fliers cheeks at her mare friend comment, telling her it wasn't entirely an untrue statement.
The two headed mare somewhat wobbly stepped through the gate into the base.
Once there back was turned Spitfire rubbed her temples. This was going to be a long training day.
