Note: I'm fully aware that the relationship status of Big Mac in this story is different from what I established in Chronicles of a Sluttified Spike. Even though I previously wrote that he had Caramel as a boyfriend in that series, I decided to stick with his canon relationship with Sugar Belle for this story. The reason I did this is because I wanted to pay my respects to the show, and specifically towards The Big Mac Question which was the most recently aired as of the time of this publication. Also, considering how Chronicles was technically set during the events of Season 2, and this story is set years later (shortly after the events of Season 9, Episode 23), I don't consider this change to be that jarring in relation to my previous headcanon.
I'll just say that Big Mac and Caramel eventually decided to find happiness with others, and Mac found himself to be Bisexual before falling for Sugar Belle.
AKA - How To Milk A Stallion
Ever since the School of Friendship was inducted beside Twilight’s shimmering castle, it was renowned throughout Equestria as being the premiere place for future minds to learn from the very best. And despite some notable hiccups that happened since its opening (both from Chancellor Neighsay and the sadistic Cozy Glow), the academy maintained a stellar reputation due to its leadership by its Headmare: Princess Twilight Sparkle. Not to mention, it didn’t hurt that the school’s faculty consisted of the Elements of Harmony themselves, which ensured that its multicultural students would receive the best education for the essentials of friendship. Of course, since all of the Elements had rather hectic schedules outside of their schoolwork, the School of Friendship usually maintained a strict curfew which kept the main building closed-off during evening hours.
But on one particular evening, the lights from inside the school could be seen peering through its windows, and a sizeable amount of ponies were roaming inside for a unique event. After following some advice suggested by Starlight Glimmer, Headmare Twilight decided to open up the School of Friendship’s doors for optional evening classes hosted by outside staff. While the main student bodies remained in their dormitories, their classrooms were soon occupied by many of Ponyville’s citizens to either teach their own classes, or learn basic skills from one another like a Community Center. One of the most popular classes was hosted by Mister Cake, whose baking seminar proved to be quite a hit in the school’s state-of-the-art kitchen.
Up on one of the school’s upper floors, Carrot Cake’s wife decided to let him host the course by himself, and was making her way towards a different class that was being held in its own section. Unlike many of the other seminars that were being held on the lower floors, Twilight decided to approve of a more… adult-oriented class that would be hosted discreetly. Fortunately for the older mare, her ears perked up as she heard several muffled voices conversing from further down the hallway. At the end of the darkened hall, a bright beam of light could be seen protruding from the one classroom door that was left open. Right outside the door was a small sign with an arrow pointed towards the class, as well as the name for the seminar posted in a bold and professional-looking font:

Missus Cake sighed with a fretful blush on her cheeks, and paused briefly enough to let the title of that class sink in. Even though she was all alone in the hallway, the mare couldn’t help looking around worriedly in case anypony unexpectedly saw her. But alas, since she knew that she wasn’t the only pony attending this unorthodox class, she took a calming breath before regaining her composure, and then walking through the open doorway.
“Oh, my,” muttered Cup Cake with her brows raised in surprise, as she realized that a good portion of the classroom’s desks have already been taken by the large attendance of ponies present. It seemed that most of the ponies were mares, which wasn’t too surprising given the name of this class. However, Missus Cake could also spot several stallions among the occupied desks as well, which made her blink a couple times in confusion. However, the mare knew better than to guess why others were here, since she didn’t want to be asked about her own intentions for attending. Instead, the blushed mare looked around the class for a couple seconds, and sighed upon seeing that most of the available seats were in the front of the class. Despite not wanting to be seen up-front, Cup Cake tried to avoid eye contact with any ponies as she went to one of the desks in the second row.
Missus Cake happened to be seated beside Octavia, the star cellist of the Canterlot Philharmonic Orchestra, and somepony who had been living in Ponyville for the past few years with her unusually contrasting roommate. That roommate happened to be the well-renowned Club DJ Vinyl Scratch, who was also attending the class alongside her; but unlike many of the ponies who seemed rather nervous about being seen by others, the spiky-maned unicorn was seated right in front with her hind-legs over the desk while smirking in anticipation. Cup Cake could also recognize several other mares in the room, which included Ponyville residents like Derpy Hooves, Matilda, and even Trixie of all ponies; fortunately, Missus Cake felt fairly content about her own position, since a lot of the other desks surrounding her own were still empty.
A lot of the ponies present were whispering or murmuring with one another, most likely about what this seminar might contain from their notorious teacher. But shortly after Missus Cake took her seat, a lot of the chatter died down the moment their instructor entered the room. Spike, who was one of the few official faculty members of the school who was participating in these evening classes, caught everypony’s attention as he fluttered into the room by his recently-molted wings. Despite how young the dragon may have appeared, most of the class was already aware of the fact that he was legally deemed an adult by Equestrian and Dragon Land standards. But alas, even though his reputation was notable enough to warrant everypony’s attention, the mood was awkwardly silent by the time the dragon landed atop the podium at the front of the classroom. Beside his stand was a large table, which was completely empty save for a bundle of items that were hidden underneath a cloth at the end.
“Good evening everypony,” said Spike with a bright and confident smile, clearly happy to see so many faces in attendance of his first night course. Even though he could recognize most of the ponies in the room, the dragon still felt the need to introduce himself and help ease any tension. “As most of you may already know, my name is Spike, and I’ll be your teacher for tonight’s introductory course...” Spike brought out a pointing stick from behind his podium, and pointed it back towards the name of the class scrawled across the blackboard. “Pleasing Your Stallion, One-Oh-One~”
Spike then turned his attention back towards the class as a whole, and clarified with an insistent, but still friendly tone of voice, “Now, just in case anypony here is unaware, I really am a legal adult, so hopefully my teachings won’t be too off-putting for some of you. But just in case it wasn’t made clear, I will be going over a lot of sexual content during this course. I’ll also be giving live demonstrations of certain acts for the sake of visual aid, so please feel free to leave if anything I say or do might be too much for you to witness.”
Fortunately for the dragon, it didn’t seem like anypony present was left uninformed of that detail, and none of the occupied seats became vacant. In fact, Spike could see the grin on Vinyl Scratch’s muzzle widening quite a bit, clearly excited to see him in action. Even though Twilight likely wouldn’t have approved of the mare’s laid-back stance, Spike was obviously more lenient due to the class’ upcoming content. So instead of saying anything towards any of the students individually, he hopped over to stand on top of the table, and continued his introduction while speaking to the class as a whole. “Alright then! Now, I’m sure that most of you are aware of my, errr… reputation around Equestria over the past few years…”
With that short pause, Spike could hear a couple knowing snickers from some of the students seated before him. Of course, the dragon wasn’t really embarrassed by that response, since his notoriety as a self-proclaimed slut had been something he carried a lot of pride in. Unlike a lot of other Equestrians, Spike wore his shameless promiscuity like a badge of honor, and didn’t see any reason to feel shameful about the many, many exploits he had with countless ponies and creatures alike. And since he wanted others to feel as confident about their abilities in the bedroom as he did, the opportunity to host his own Sex-Ed class was something he couldn’t pass up.
“But just in case it isn’t evident to some of you,” continued Spike as he spoke more diligently to his class, “my years of assisting ponies through physical gratification has given me a lot of experience. Heck, I could probably write several novels’ worth of stories with all the experiences I was lucky enough to have. And that's just with ponies!”
Among the laughter that came following that quip, Spike could see quite a few faces blush up from that slightly braggish detail. Fortunately, he was quick to continue his speech in order to explain his goals to the class. “However, I know that my own exploits are pretty unique to say the least. And in the case of a lot of you, the fine art of titillation might not seem as easy as it appears in books or movies. Right?”
Despite the awkward mood that risked looming in as a result of such a question, several of ponies in the class sheepishly nodded their heads in agreement. Missus Cake was one of them, although she tried her hardest not to let any of the other attendees see her response. Vinyl Scratch just shrugged her shoulders, which made it seem like she was only there to see the show. Fortunately, Spike’s optimistic tone remained strong as he kept talking with a reassuring smile.
“And you know what?” he asked with his claws raised up in sincerity. “That’s totally okay! I mean, I might be a slut myself, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have my own issues with getting guys off sometimes. Whether it be by physical limitations, mental blocks, psychological strain, or even just age, there are a lot of reasons for some stallions to be harder to tantalize than others. And in case it isn’t evident enough from the number of ponies in this room, you should all know that it’s not as uncommon as you may think.”
That additional detail seemed to put a large number of the attendees at ease, with several smiles growing across ponies’ faces for Spike to see. Matilda seemed especially grateful to hear him say that, and blushed a little while nodding in thankful silence. Spike noticed that response from the older donkey, and gave a quick nod back before continuing. “And that’s the reason why I wanted to host a class like this. Despite how it may seem in various forms of porn or erotica, guys usually aren’t as horny or as easy to please as you may think. And because of my personal experiences with guys of all races and species, I feel like my knowledge could help to benefit you all greatly! So with that being said, I’d like to start this class with a… claws-on demonstration~”
Spike grew a devilish smirk after saying that last part, which caused a large portion of the class’ brows to raise up in surprise. Missus Cake and Octavia blushed especially deeply while seated beside each other, with the former giving a quiet “Goodness” under her breath. But while many of the ponies in attendance seemed either shocked or fretful about what the dragon meant by that remark, there were others who grew quite intrigued. Vinyl Scratch leaned back with her forelegs behind her head, and grinned from ear to ear as she said, “Hooooo, boy~ This should be good~”
“Well, I certainly hope so~” noted Spike towards the DJ, before he gave a sly-looking wink to the mare that made her smile widen even more. Fortunately though, Spike quickly looked back towards the rest of the class as he added, “Now, before anypony gets any ideas, I should clarify that I’m not taking any volunteers from this class for my demonstration, alright? I already got a stallion to come in as a volunteer for this, and I would greatly appreciate it if you all remained on your best behavior.”
Vinyl’s ears may have dropped down a little from hearing that first clarification, but she was quick to nod alongside the rest of the class when it came to Spike’s insistence in the second part. With that, Spike smiled politely with a nod of his own, and then used his wings to flutter back in the air and fly towards the doorway. “Now, for the sake of this class and the volunteer’s request, I promised him and his wife that I would do everything I can to make him feel comfortable enough to agree to this. So while I give my demonstration, I don’t want any ponies to try and heckle or tease him, okay? It’s his choice to be here, and it can be his choice to leave at any time.”
Spike was happy to see another round of affirmative nods of agreement among the class, even though it should’ve been expected for a group of adults to remain respectful for a class of this theme. But considering the circumstances, Spike still wanted to remain cautious as he poked his head out of the doorway, and spoke to a couple of ponies who were waiting outside the classroom. “Alright, guys. We’re ready for you to start...”
After a couple seconds of silence, Spike fluttered back into the room to stand atop the podium again. Meanwhile, a familiar newlywed couple slowly entered the classroom side-by-side, whose presence caused several of the seated ponies to gasp in surprise. Sugar Belle, who had only recently gotten married to Ponyville’s studly farmpony, couldn’t help blushing with a fretful wince as she took notice of the class’ high attendance. As for Big Macintosh, who needed to be walked towards the table with the aid of his wife’s hoof, the freckles across his cheeks were thoroughly concealed by his own heavy blush as he was led into the room with a black blindfold draped over his eyes. His ears were twitching incessantly as he heard several ponies’ murmurs and whispers upon seeing him in this class, but he was able to keep his composure while his muzzle was tightly shut in trepidation.
While Sugar Belle helped to get Big Mac on top of the table, Spike spoke out towards the class to maintain control as the instructor. “Now, before anypony thinks to say anything,” he began while shooting a sharp glance at Vinyl Scratch especially, “I want to make it clear that they only agreed to this for the sake of helping educate you guys about the importance of healthy sex. Big Mac was the one who requested to be blindfolded, so that he wouldn’t know who was in this class to see him like this. So for his personal comfort, I would like to ask you all to remain silent when necessary, and to refrain from saying or doing anything that can easily identify yourself.”
That request may have been a little unusual, but a large majority of the class were aware of how introverted Big Macintosh could be in certain situations. Aside from his dates with Sugar Belle, or his performances alongside the Pony Tones, Big Mac was always seen as the strong and silent type around Ponyville. So aside from a few weirded-out looks from some of the ponies from seeing the newlyweds participating in this class, nobody seemed to object to that request. Instead, the ponies waited until Big Mac was able to hop up on the table, and sat upright like he was waiting in a doctor’s office for a prognosis.
Sugar Belle made sure that her blindfolded husband was comfortable before she looked out at the class, and added in a very insistent tone, “And I just want to say to ALL of you, that just because Big Mac and I are agreeing to do this, does not mean anything weird is going on between us. Mac and I are extremely happy with one another, and we’re not planning to change our stances on monogamy anytime soon. We’re only doing this because we agree that this is an important class for you all to learn from, and to also show how much we trust each other and Spike.”
Sugar Belle then gave an affirmative nod up at Spike on the podium, before walking over to sit front and center beside Vinyl Scratch. The DJ wasn’t stupid enough to try anything dumb after hearing Sugar’s speech, but she did lower her shades to eye Big Mac with a discreetly wide grin. Meanwhile, Spike made sure to motion to both of the married ponies as he said, “And once again, I would like to greatly thank both Sugar Belle and Big Macintosh for agreeing to come here. This really means a lot.”
Both of the ponies nodded thankfully to the dragon’s statement, but it was clear that Mac was still feeling rather exposed while seated before the class with a heavy blush. Sugar Belle took notice of her employer seated behind her, and took a second to lean back and shoot her a friendly smile. “Also,” she whispered to Missus Cake, “Spike won a couple tickets to a Las Pegasus resort in a raffle, and he promised to give them to us for our honeymoon for doing this~”
Cup Cake’s eyes widened in surprise, but she was quick to grow an impressed smirk before giving her employee a cheeky hoof-bump. “Ooh, nice one~”
Octavia and Vinyl both heard that exchange as well, and gave each other a couple of understanding shrugs while smiling happily. This may have been a very unusual way of receiving a free vacation, but they couldn’t deny that it was a valid one to at least consider from the couple’s perspective. So while they and the other classmates turned their attention towards the buff pony seated atop the table, Spike flew off the podium to stand beside Big Mac and continue his lesson.
“Now then,” said the dragon before he placed a claw on Mac’s shoulder, which made the pony tense up a bit before sighing hoarsely. It was obvious that Big Mac was more than a little flustered, but Spike’s cheerful and direct tone was enough to keep him at ease. “Whether you’ve been married for years, remaining in a steady relationship, or even just meeting a guy at a bar, there’s one thing that should always come into play when you’re about to do anything sexual. Can anypony tell me what that is?”
Big Mac sat in silence while blindfolded, and wasn’t able to see the several hooves that came up to answer Spike’s question. Even though it was clear that Vinyl wasn’t taking the class too seriously, Spike was quick to point towards her when he noticed her foreleg was pointed up. “Yes, you?” he asked in confirmation, not wanting to use her name as per Mac’s request to remain unaware of the ponies looking at him.
“Lube!” shouted the mare with a snide grin, which caused a good portion of the class to giggle at that joking remark. Fortunately, Spike was forgiving enough to sigh with a roll of his eyes, mostly since her response wasn’t completely wrong.
“No, I wasn’t referring to that,” he answered with a claw pointed at her warningly. He then looked back out towards the rest of the class and asked again. “Anyone else?”
A stallion near the back raised his hoof, and answered before Spike could take notice. “Ummm… preparation?” A few of the ponies in the class turned to glance back at him in confusion, before he shrugged awkwardly and clarified, “I mean, like… f-for anal and stuff…”
“No, I don’t mean that either,” replied Spike while his arms were crossed over his chest. He then tilted his head in thought before adding, “Although, prepping before anal really is an important thing to take note of, so thanks for bringing that up. I’ll be sure to talk about that later on.”
The stallion blushed in embarrassment after realizing he answered incorrectly, but he smiled with a thankful nod after hearing the dragon’s secondary statement. Meanwhile, Spike decided to answer his question himself, and flew off the table to erase the class’ name from the blackboard. After the board was left with only a notable greyish hue of the chalk remnants, Spike quickly jotted down his answer in bold letters across the board. After the seven letters were written for display, Spike pulled back so the class could see for themselves. “The most important thing to remember before doing anything sexual is…”
CONSENT
A strong round of “Ohhhhhhhhhs” could be heard across the classroom, with many of the ponies nodding in approval of such a significant detail. Even though the answer was fairly obvious, many of the ponies smiled upon seeing Spike’s reminder of it. The dragon landed back on the table beside Mac, and kept a stern eye across the room as he stated, “That’s right! Whether you’re a stallion or a mare, you should never forget that sex is a two-way street. If you’re going to be sharing an experience as intimate as sex with someone else, it’s always important to make sure all parties are willing and eager. And even if somepony agrees to sex earlier on, it’s still essential to make sure they’re still consenting before doing anything. Everyone has the right to say no, or to change their mind if they don’t feel like continuing on. And as adults, we should ALL respect those boundaries first and foremost.”
Spike may have been a shameless cumslut, but that speech about the importance of consent was a welcoming thing for many of the classmates to hear. Sugar Belle smiled in approval, as did many of the other ponies as they nodded respectfully. Even Vinyl seemed happy to hear him say that, and used her magic to conjure up a thumbs-up for him to see. Spike looked especially pleased from the positive feedback following that lesson, and then turned towards Mac to prove his point. “So with that being said… Big Macintosh? Will it be alright for me to touch you and continue this lesson?”
Big Macintosh was still blushing nervously, but his smile was as genuine as it could be while he nodded his head. “Eeyup!” he said affirmatively.
“Thank you,” said Spike cheerfully, before he asked the same question over towards Mac’s wife. “And Sugar Belle? Are you okay with me doing this for the class?”
“Absolutely,” nodded the mare without hesitation, while giving the dragon a respectful smile to continue. “I trust Big Mac’s judgement, as well as your own.”
“Alright then!” Spike’s wings fluttered a bit in excitement, and he smiled wide as he addressed everypony else in the class. “See? Nothing wrong with showing a little respect among all parties.” He then walked over to the end of the table where the bundle of covered items was at, and pulled away the cloth to reveal what he had brought for this lesson. Spike heard another round of surprised and intrigued “Ooooohs” as they saw the equipment he brought in. The items Spike had included a large bottle of lubricant, a small pink dildo with a thick plastic base, and several packs of condoms. There was also a large plastic rod that almost looked like a vibrator, but had a thick rubber bulb at the tip which made the item recognizable to many of the class’ mares.
“Ooh, is that a Hitachi wand?!” asked Vinyl Scratch excitedly with her brows peeking over her shades. She then shot a cheeky glance back at Octavia, which caused the cellist to grow a very deep blush upon seeing her knowing smirk. The DJ also whispered with a perk of her brows, “Looks familiar, eh?~”
Fortunately for Octavia’s sake, Sugar Belle gave a warming smack to Vinyl’s shoulder with her hoof to make her turn back around. The cellist mouthed a gracious “Thank you” towards her, while Missus Cake chuckled under her breath from that small exchange. Fortunately for them and everypony else in the class, Spike didn’t give that exchange much focus as he picked up the plastic device with both claws.
“Yes, this is indeed a Hitachi wand,” noted the dragon as he held it up for the class to see. Mac’s ears twitched a little as his muzzle could be seen skewing, clearly unsure what Spike would need with an item like that. Luckily, Spike went on to explain its purpose as he connected an electrical cord to the device’s base, and also flew over to plug it into a nearby outlet. “Now, I know that this sort of thing is more popular for mares due to its intended purpose, but that doesn’t mean that stallions can’t achieve arousal through it as well. The male anatomy is just as sensitive as a female’s, and something as simple as a well-placed vibration can be enough to help somepony like Mac get ready…”
As soon as Spike got back on top of the table, he slowly walked up towards Mac to place a claw on his shoulder. Mac jolted a little in surprise, but quickly exhaled before giving another consensual nod. Spike then shot his class a devilish grin as he held up his wand with a claw, and turned it on with the flick of a switch. “Now, let me demonstrate~”

Even though the Hitachi wand was large and bulky enough to make Spike’s entire arm shake from the powerful motor, he was still smirking while bringing the bulb down towards the seated stallion. “Alright, Mac. I’m about to place the toy on your thigh, so be ready…”
Big Macintosh nodded thankfully to hearing that, and took a deep breath before he felt the wand’s rubber bulb press against the side of his leg. The strong and rapid pulsations of the wand instantly caused Mac to tense up with a surprised yelp, but he remained in place as the toy remained just a few inches below his cutie mark. The sensation of the toy’s strong and steady vibrations was definitely a foreign feeling for Mac to experience; but due to his sense of sight being blocked by the blindfold, his nerves tingled rather intensely by the time Spike started to drag the pulsating bulb across his fidgeting thigh.

Even though she couldn’t necessarily complain about the attention her husband was getting, she couldn’t help biting her lip from having so many ponies eyeing Mac’s thick, exposed sheath.
