Canterlot City Mall: Rarity For You

"Coco darling; could you step into my office a moment?" Rarity asked as she came from the back of the store as Coco Pommel just finished up with a line of customers ready to be clocked out for the day by Sunny Flare who was due to arrive any minute now. The two of them were Rarity's top sales associates and as such kept a steady schedule to optimize work.

"Sure thing Ms. Rarity be right there" Coco said with a kind smile as she handed the last customer she had in her line her receipt as well as her newly purchased dress in a bag. The incoming holiday seasons were always the most busy but Coco enjoyed the work and seeing the smiles on customers faces when they walked out with a new dress or costume. "Thank you for shopping at Rarity for you; enjoy your weekend"

"I am most certain I will! Ooooh my husband is gonna love this! Thank you so much for taking the extra time to refit me; after the baby came and I shaved off the weight well ehehe you see the results and I'd been dying to get this dress." The middle aged woman stated with a blush on her cheeks as she was happy to have had Coco measure her and restructure the dress she ordered to fit the newly formed curves in her hips.

"Oh it was no problem at all! Always a pleasure for a loyal customer. Congrats on the baby and the curves. It suits you" Coco said with a rare confident and even sassy smile on her face. Ever since she started working under Rarity here in Canterlot since moving from Manehatten she had been learning to be more confident and expressive and it did wonders for her sales.

The woman blushed again smiling at the compliment with a small giggle as she placed a very generous $20 tip in the girls tip container found near the register. "You're always a delight. I do hope that Rarity values you as much as her customers do."

Coco giggled at that and nodded happily. "Ms. Rarity treats everyone like a friend who walks in that door. Anything anyone needs in terms of clothing? She will provide and I can't help but respect and admire her for that. I love this city so much." Coco said with a small sigh of happiness as she remembered her first time coming to this city and meeting Rarity and how generous and friendly she was compared to the many snooty and haughty women of Manehatten.

"Indeed. She truly lives up to her namesake. Well ta-ta I have to go and hit the salons before they close. The Sunday rush you know?" The woman stated as she began to leave the store waving goodbye to Coco.

"Have a nice day Mrs. Flare" Coco said waving goodbye to Stellar Flare. As she would begin to clock out and change her register till so she could take it to the back to be counted out she saw Sunny Flare approaching. "Afternoon Sunny; just in time."

"Hey Coco; how was the shift? Not to crazy was it? I know with Halloween coming up it must've been pretty busy" Sunny stated as she began to punch in for her shift and then went to the vault under the counter to grab her cash till to put in the register so she could take Coco's place for the rest of the day.

"Oh it was nothing much. I had a couple of fittings to do and had to finish up a couple costumes and do alternations but aside from that? Pretty standard for Sunday. Rarity wanted to talk to me before I left though." Coco said as she used the money counter installed by Sci-Twi and paid for by Rarity so all her transactions could be accounted for. The entire store was one that was aided in design and functionality thanks to Rarity's friends and their magical powers. As such the store was nothing short of fabulous.

"Oooooh is someone in trouble?" Sunny Flare teased with a wolfish grin.

"Pft nooooo" Coco said in total confidence but then slightly deflated shrinking into herself. "I hope."

"Oh dearie you worry to much. Rarity isn't about to fire you. If anything she probably is gonna assign you days off with how hard you've been putting in the work hours lately." Sunny said in a reassuring tone as she finished clocking herself in for her shift and she shooed Coco off to go speak with Rarity. "Go on dearie you'll be fine, just remember your confidence and be yourself"

Coco smiled and sighed a breath of relief. "Right, you're right. I'm just being silly. Thanks Sunny" Coco said with renewed vigor as she turned to go to Rarity's office in the back of the store and she blushed a little. While she wasn't ready to admit she had a crush on the fashionable Sunny Flare just yet? She just had a feeling the trendy Crystal prep graduate was checking her out just a little bit as she walked away.

As she came to the back of the store she took a small breath and knocked on Rarity's office door which had three diamonds emblazoned upon its surface along with her title of Manager stamped on the door. After a few seconds the door was opened and she was greeted by none other than her boss and mentor; Rarity. The accomplished fashionista smiled happily at the arrival of her top sales employee and ushered her in.

"Coco darling how was your shift today? Manageable I hope. October is often a busy season around Canterlot and I imagine your outfit que has been quite full." Rarity said as she came back to her office desk and chair. The room was colored in purples and whites to represent its owner, pictures of her friends and family hung on the walls, various clothing spools lay strewn around as well as dress designs both complete and in progress. Rarity would sit back in her office chair and would offer Coco tea as usual. "Tea darling? I've picked up this lovely new jasmine brand lately and its simply delightful."

Coco smiled and nodded as she came and sat down comfortably in front of Rarity. "Yes please and my shift was great thanks! The work I do on the costumes is so much more worth what I was doing in Manehatten. People actually appreciate my work and ask for my personal input on how it should be made and they always thank me. Not to mention you're a MUCH better fashion mentor than Suri ever was." Coco said with a huff remembering how cruel and unkind Suri was. She remembered how she ripped off her costume designs trying to push them as her own however it was thanks to intervention from Rarity that she was able to expose Suri for her true nature and get credit for her hard work.

Rarity giggled with a smile. "Oh think nothing of it darling it's my pleasure to be a guide to any young lady who wishes to explore their passions in fashion and theater! You're costumes are nothing short of divine and I simply had to pluck you from that horrid Suri's clutches. It is a bit saddening to see that our lessons about friendship didn't take to all those who experienced it at Crystal prep but such is life." Rarity said as she poured herself and Coco some tea and passed the young girl her cup. Reclining in her chair a little she fondly remembered how she came to meet Coco Pommel during a business trip to Manehatten as she was commissioned to give aid to a local show with their costumes.

"Yeah I do miss Manehatten sometimes but I am perfectly happy here too! Home is where the heart and your friends are after all right?" Coco said with a small blush and smile at Rarity as she remembered a tender moment the two shared prior to the girl moving to Canterlot. At first she was super hesitant about it because she didn't want to leave home for fear of not being accepted in a new town with new people and fear of being treated the same as she was in Manehatten. Never before had she been so happy to be wrong!

"Indeed darling. You've done such good work for me and this store since you've arrived. Orders for costumes have escalated through the roof in the year you've worked here and needless to say? I am nothing short of impressed! So Coco darling-" Rarity smiled and cupped her hands under her chin a lidded her eyes. "How would you like to be elevated to the position of assistant manager?"

Coco almost choked on her tea upon hearing those words and coughed a little as she looked at Rarity. "Excusez-moi?"

"Oui darling; I am hereby offering you the chance to become the assistant manager of Rarity for You as well as giving you a well deserved raise for all the work you've been putting in as of late!" Rarity smiled as she reveled in Coco's reaction. The face splitting smile and glimmer in her eyes was so adorable especially when she let out a girlish squee.

"Eeeeeeeeeheheheheh!!!! YES! YES YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES! I ACCEPT! OH THANK YOU RARITY!" Coco was overcome with joy and happiness right now but then realized she had lost a little of her decorum and quickly composed herself after taking a breath. "I mean um yes ma'am. I would very much appreciate the position."

Rarity rolled her eyes and smirked. "Oh darling please by all means freak out and enjoy the moment; far be it from me to tell a lady how she should compose herself in the face of good news" Rarity stated as she sipped her tea once more.

Coco smiled back at Rarity and took a sip of the tea she had given her finally and sighed happily. "I'm sorry its just...wow! I didn't expect Sunny Flare to be so right. She did mention you might have been looking to give me days off or something cause I've been working so hard-"

Rarity snapped her fingers and then quickly typed on her computer to bring something up. "Oh yes that reminds me darling; you've put in hours all this week! It would be a crime to make you work the weekend however I know you'll do work at home all the same just like myself. So as a little added bonus? You are on paid leave for the next 3 days." Rarity said as she typed the information into the computer and finalized it.

Coco blushed and took another sip of her tea trying hard to quell her bubbling excitement as she didn't want to go overboard. "Oh gosh Rarity how can you be so generous? What's your secret?" Coco asked as she just had to know what the source of this unending generous nature came from.

Rarity giggled happily and winked at Coco. "It simply comes naturally darling. Now I think I have kept you long enough and frankly I have a fair bit of business to attend to myself before going home for the evening." Rarity said as she finished sipping her tea and smiled as she looked onto her computer screens background to see a photo of herself and her lover plastered across the screen.

Rarity was dressed in the same outfit she wore in the music video she made for her ViewTube channel called "Other Side" and the woman next to her? She was sporting a fabulous purple dress that Rarity designed for her and wearing a sparkling red gem around her neck.

"I really hope one day I can find someone as pretty as the girl you have. She's so...." Coco had a hard time pinning down a single word to describe Rarity's...lover? Girlfriend? She knew they weren't engaged because there was no ring on Rarity's finger and the room wasn't a mess with wedding dress drawing yet.

Rarity smirked and found the one single word she was looking for. "Dazzling. She's my precious diamond in the rough and all it takes to find your own is a little looking where you least or sometimes even most expect it to be. So here's a little word of advice from auntie Rarity." She smirked as she stood up from her desk and strut her way around the all wood piece of furniture showing off her very well developed body.

Rarity was currently 22 years old as she was the 3rd oldest of the Rainbooms with Applejack following close in front and Sunset as the oldest. But then again her lover was well over 1,000 years old so age was merely a number to the fashionista.

With a steady healthy diet, workout routine and a VERY healthy sex life? Rarity had achieved what many would consider a super model's body. Hour glass figure, supple busty breasts, tight bubbly ass cheeks, thick and well toned thighs and a flawless skin complexation free if any blemish. Rarity didn't exactly think she as perfect but many would tell her so however she took this gracefully and knew even with all her beauty she still had personal flaws which made her just like everyone else.

As she stood before Coco almost towering over the young girl she leaned down giving her just a wee peak of her snow white cleavage and she smiled and tossed a wink. "Be bold and ask Sunny Flare out to go coffee and then mayhap she'll wish to indulge in a little...." Rarity dropped her voice to a seductive almost sinister whisper as she leaned into Coco's ear. "chocolat chaud" She said with the most alluring French accent she could manage to slip into her tone and when she pulled back to see Coco Pommel's face? She grinned at just how flustered she made her. Truly Adagio was rubbing off on her!

Nodding rapidly and trying to get the blushing to cease and spoke rapidly "Mhm Oui m'dame, Au revoir! Merci!!!" Coco had a cute little quirk of speaking in French whenever she was really flustered or embarrassed because she felt like it made her feel fancier and more confident. Silly perhaps but it worked for the young costume designer.

As she finished the tea Rarity made her she bolted up from her seat and dashed out of Rarity's office and hoped that Rarity didn't notice the trickle of juice running down her thighs. Coco Pommel had a fetish for the French language as well as it was the language of love and Coco Pommel was of course hopeless romantic and so having her sexy model boss speaking such seductive tongue to her in such a manner? How could she not get wet!

Rarity giggled as the door closed behind Coco and she looked on the seat in which the girl was sitting and her keen eye noticed a small damp spot and having been around Adagio this long? She knew the pheromone scent of a woman's arousal anywhere. She blushed a bit and felt a bit bad for Coco having been on the receiving end of her teasing though to be fair? She was...pent up to use a word.

Adagio had been gone on a musical tour the past month! An entire month without her beloved muse, her siren of seductive bliss, she hadn't felt her touch in an entire Godforsaken month! Every single day without the seductive siren was maddening!

'Woe is me how my heart longs for my siren and how my body craves her touch' Rarity thought in typical dramatic fashion.

Though today? Today marked the end of such torment. Today; Rarity had something to look forward to! It had all started with a text from her beloved a few days prior at the beginning of the week on Monday.

'At last I return to your generous embrace my sweet marshmallow. Stay thy hand from your precious flower and jewel for just a week and I promise you when you hear my sirens song? You will be generously rewarded.'

Oh so romantic and mysterious. So alluring and passionate! Demanding but patient. These were the things that Rarity loved about Adagio Dazzle. She craved Adagio Dazzle. Desired Adagio Dazzle. She wanted to adore, love, seduce and make love to her one and only Adagio Dazzle. It was safe to say Adagio belonged to her and no one else. Mind, body and even spirit thanks to their magical connection running quite deep.

'And now that my business is done here? Time I handled business elsewhere while the clock runs down for my darling to come home.' Rarity thought to herself as she smiled at the thought of what Adagio had planned for her upon her return home. From the sound of her latest text message from earlier today? She made it sound like she would for sure be home before Rarity would.

'When the clock strikes 6 I will begin my song. Won't you come and sing along?'

Adagio was so dramatic and Rarity loved it! She was often made fun of or criticized by others friends and family alike for her preference for the dramatic but it was simply who she was and Adagio never judged her. In fact Adagio at times could be even more dramatic than she could however a lot of it was mostly for show and to hide whenever she was scared, shy, insecure or confused. Adagio loved Rarity for who she was and Rarity accepted Adagio as well even more so after she had reformed.

'Now lets see. It's currently 4:30. My appointment at the Spa with Aloe & Lotus is in just a few moments and I am getting the FULL treatment today. Hair, nails, toes, a fresh waxing, sauna & mud bath. Dagi is going to be STUNNED when I walk in the door.' Rarity thought with a smile as she gathered her belongings and headed out of her office after making sure everything was readily secure as it always was. Walking out of her office and around the corner she gave a sly smile when she noticed Coco Pommel using her French speaking skills to win over Sunny Flare by asking her to Coffee and a chick flick which Sunny Flare was a SUCKER for.

'I am so proud of her.' Rarity thought as she waved them both goodbye for the day and went into the mall heading towards the spa which held her appointment for the day. The whole process would take a total of 2 hours and she figured that would be good enough. Her hair didn't need TOO much work since she did a good job maintaining it herself and Aloe and Lotus were like Goddesses with a brush and curlers.

Adagio loved how much Rarity cared about her appearance and beauty, she adored how much care Rarity took to make herself look so pretty every single day even though a good majority of it simply came naturally even though sometimes she did have to struggle with her hair, something Adagio could CERTAINLY relate to. Rarity always wanted to look her best, to be an example of grace, decorum, beauty and of course? Generosity. That was her defining trait after all.

It was her generosity that allowed her to open her home to Adagio when the van she was staying in with the Dazzlings got towed and then ultimately sold off. It was her generosity that got her a job as a store clerk at her very first store in that was also her apartment at the time. It was her generosity that enabled Adagio to have a new outlook on life and see the pleasure in giving happiness to others rather than taking and keeping all the love and adoration for herself.

'She has come so far since the first time we ever encountered one another. I am so happy for her and I cannot wait to share my appreciation when I see her.' Rarity thought with a smile all too similar to Adagio's as she walked through the semi crowded hallways if the Canterlot City Mall. Passing by the food court she could see that Apple Bloom had taken over the smoothie stand that Applejack had previously worked at and one could say for sure she was better at it as the younger Apple was more skilled at mixing fruits for various drink combos.

It also helped the girl didn't have a ridiculous bias against strawberries that her older sister had. She could understand Applejack's distaste for certain fruits like kiwi's and mangos however her dislike for strawberries simply made ZERO sense to her. She even remembered one time getting into an actual screaming match with the apple farmer over the subject of Rarity enjoying strawberries more than apples! It was well in her rights to like whatever fruit she liked regardless of Applejack's bias!

With as small huff she drained that thought from her mind and on the subject of liking strawberries she would stop at the smoothie stand to grab herself a strawberry smoothie. Upon approach to the stand Apple Bloom greeted her with a sweet smile.

"Howdy Rarity! How was the daily grind? The usual?" Apple Bloom asked as she went to grab a cup that would hold the drink Rarity was going to ask for.

"Indeed darling; thank you." Rarity said taking out her debt card and also a bit of cash to slip into the girls tip jar which already looked considerably full however she was sure she could slip a crisp $20 in there she had it to spare anyway and so she did just that.

"And thank ya kindly for always bein' so generous with yer tips! Ya'll don't gotta spoil me so much though; we're like family" Apple Bloom stated as she began chopping up fresh strawberries and throwing them into a blender with a couple caramelized apple slices and turning on the blender for a few moments to mix things up. After which she poured a the red liquid into a medium sized cup and capped it with a lid handing it to Rarity who them paid for it with her debt card.

"Hard work such as yours and a smoothie as delicious as this deserves a generous reward darling." Rarity replied as she took a sip from her drink and hummed in delight at its taste. Apple Bloom certainly did make a good Apple-Berry Smoothie and it was her usual order from the smoothie stand.

"Thanks Rarity. What cha'll bout to go and do?" Apple Bloom asked as she began to wipe down the counter top.

Finishing off another sip of her drink she would dab her lip with a napkin and speak. "Oh just going to the spa to get a little pampering in so I can be ready for Adagio when she arrives home tonight"

"Ohhhh ya'll gonna take a roll in the hay eh?" Apple Bloom teased with a wolfish smile.

Rarity blushed and giggled waving a hand at the young apple. "Crass just like your big sister. A lady never kisses as tells as they say but well I suppose you ARE old enough to connect the dots yourself. Though I do hope you haven't been having any 'rolls in the hay' just yet darling" Rarity said with a semi-serious tone as she knew around the age Apple Bloom was now boys were particularly thirsty for sexual contact though the laugh she heard from Apple Bloom dispelled any fears right away.

"Course not ahm too busy workin' the farm and here ta even think bout droppin' my panties for some boy or girl" Apple Bloom affirmed which caused Rarity to smirk.

"Or girl? Ooooh la-la I didn't know you went both ways darling." Rarity teased as she took another sip of her drink.

Apple Bloom shrugged and gave a smile of her own. "Why limit myself ta just likin' boys? Ain't that many worth while ones 'round here anyway but just the same lots a gals round here can be pretty darn nasty so I dunno." Apple Bloom said with a small sigh. It would appear as though she did crave a little sensual attention but wasn't getting the attention she may like hoped for being such a hardworking girl and a with her big sister being Applejack? It was no wonder perhaps had trouble approaching Apple Bloom as the elder Apple sister and the eldest Apple brother could be a wee bit overprotective.

"Hm I see and I suppose my sister and Scootaloo haven't been of much aid then?" Rarity asked curiously.

Apple Bloom sighed at that. "Well Sweets is goin' out with Button and I couldn't be happier for the gal cause y'know how emotional she is and Scoots has been spendin' time with her new step sister a lot so I ain't get a lot of chances ta hang out with her. Don't get me wrong Lightnin' Dust is cool and all but she's into a lot a real dangerous stuff."

Rarity would hear the girls plights and would completely sympathize with her knowing how she felt all too well. "Hm I see. Have you perhaps tried finding comfort and friendship elsewhere? Not to say to 'abandon' Sweetie and Scootaloo but find other friends you can take joy in? Perhaps Diamond Tiara?" Rarity suggested wondering if there was still a deep seeded rivalry between the two.

Apple Bloom scoffed and huffed. "Yeah right. Diamond would rather go broke and work in a coal mine than be my friend or anything more than that. She's hated me since 3rd grade."

"And have you ever stopped to consider why? I know this sounds quite cliché darling but have you ever considered she picked on you so much and teased so much simply because she likes you and can't express it any other way? An affluent young lady like herself whom from my understanding is quite sheltered? Often aren't good at showing their actual feelings."

"I mean...I guess...maybe but how do ah even talk to her? Every time she sees me all she does is sneer and call me Apple Bumpkin or somethin'!" Apple Bloom pouted as she HATED that nickname because it was so demeaning and insulting to her heritage! Not every southern person was a redneck hick!

Rarity thought it over for a moment and then an idea popped into her head. "Have you ever simply tried to tease her back?"

Apple Bloom was about to say yes as an automatic reply however after giving it just a second of thought she realized she had done no such thing. Anytime that Diamond insulted her she either took it on the chin and brushed it off or Diamond's hurtful words would get to her and she would slink off sad and Diamond would have a triumphant laugh. But never before did she try and tease and taunt her back, she always felt that would just make the girls bullying worse.

"Well no....not really; what good would that do?" Apple Bloom asked curiously.

Rarity smiled and tapped her on the nose. "You'll never know until you try. Diamond may be pretty rough now but I am certain you can smooth her out a little. She just needs the right...'pressure' " Rarity said with a playful glint in her eye. She knew Diamond's type well; in fact she was a lot like Adagio in many aspects and so she had a lot of authority to speak in this manner.

Apple Bloom blushed and it highlighted the freckles on her face. Rarity giggled as she shared this trait in common with her older sister Applejack. With Applejack having crossed her mind she decided to ask how the farm girl was doing. "Oh and speaking of which not to take things in a more...dramatic fashion but how is Applejack doing? I know things must be quite difficult for her given the current circumstances."

Apple Bloom sighed a little and tried to put on a strong face but Rarity could see the tiredness and worry behind her expression. "She's alright I guess; she's just been workin' and workin' tryin' to keep things together at the farm and run things how Granny would want her to. It's hard for her what with Mac off at college down South so its just me and AJ y'know?"

Rarity could completely understand where the girl was coming from even though she herself at this point in life hadn't really experienced what she and the other Apples had. Loss and death was nothing new to Applejack, Apple Bloom or Big Macintosh as the death of their parents really had a large impact especially considering they died at separate times. Their father Bright Macintosh perished whilst defending a group of children in the Everfree Forest from a bear and while he managed to save the kids and even kill the bear? He of course lost his life and Pear Butter aka Buttercup was left a widow.

'I can only imagine how devastated she must've been'

The most tragic part about it was she was with child when he passed away. She was 6 months pregnant with Apple Bloom when he died and though luckily the grief had no ill effects on Apple Bloom when she was born; tragically Buttercup passed away a week after giving birth to her 3rd and final child. Leaving everything to be taken care of by her mother in law and based on what she could gather from Granny Smith before her passing? Her daughter in laws on regret was that she could never get her father's blessing and that he may never have accepted his grandchildren.

'It must've been so heartbreaking to know her father never approved of her marriage simply because of petty family squabble'

However even through all that? Granny Smith stayed strong, she raised the children as best she could, she managed to see Applejack and Big Macintosh graduate High School, got to see her eldest granddaughter use magic to aid the farm in more ways than she ever could hope, she even got to see her eldest grandbaby fall in love as his choice to go to college down South was partly due to a lovely young baker by the name of Sugar Belle. Rarity could see very well why Big Mac would pick her as her beloved she was quite the sweets maker who almost rivaled Pinkie Pie in skill level and to be frank; looked VERY similar to the late Buttercup.

'True love always finds a way to transcend past what we know is possible. I am so happy that he has found happiness. Now if only Applejack would do the same'Rarity thought with a somber expression and small pout on her lips as she thought about how she could possibly remedy this sorrow for her friends sister. She could tell she missed her Grandmother dearly but that she had long since made peace with her passing as the elderly woman seemed to have passed rather peacefully in bed.

Applejack of course during the funeral tried her best to remain strong and stoic however once her estranged Grandfather showed up to pay his respects Applejack simply couldn't hold it in anymore and broke down crying. Many of them knew by now that Applejack was the kind to cry on the inside as she didn't like to wear her emotions on her sleeves however if there was one thing that could certainly make her cry it was the passing of a loved one. She remembered staying at the gravesite with her friend and her family for hours simply paying respect to Granny Smith and hearing stories about her almost adorable rivalry with Grand-Pear.

'Heh even though they weren't married they fought like an old married couple. Kind of like Apple Bloom and Diamond really'

Just as that line of thought began to cross her mind her stupor was interrupted by a familiar, bratty and almost shrill voice. "Hey are you just gonna stand there gabbing off to Apple Bumpkin or can I get my smoothie now? I have to get back to work or daddy will-"

Apple Bloom sighed and rolled her eyes "Hello Diamond. The usual?"

Rarity put a hand on her hip and cocked it to the side and she raised an eyebrow at the teenage brat. "Well I never. A simple excuse me would have done just fine Ms.Tiara. No need to be so rude."

Diamond Tiara scoffed and rolled her eyes waving off Rarity with a care in the world. "Pft Okay boomer. Anyway Apple Bumpkin gimme the usual plus a pack of Cinna-apples. Chop, chop. I've got a store to manage." Diamond snapped her fingers in a sassy bratty and entitled manner.

Apple Bloom rolled her eyes again and scoffed back. "Right cause the assistant manager to a bargain store is SUCH a big damn deal. Not. Least workin' here I can actually y'know, do some actual work rather than just makin' all the other employees do mah job and callin' it mine."

Rarity stood back and simply watched. She knew she probably should act as the adult and intervene however she had two reasons not to. One being she wanted to see if Apple Bloom was going to take her advice and seemingly so far she was which piqued her interest. Second being that this pint sized barely blossomed little spoiled brat just had the NERVE to call her a boomer! She wasn't even FROM the baby boomer generation! The nerve!

Diamond Tiara was taken aback by that line and pointed a finger at Apple Bloom. "Pft oh what do you even know?! It's not like you actually RUN anything behind this dinged up little countertop shop here. I mean after all what else are you even good for besides bringing people their food and drinks and looking cute?"

Apple Bloom began to fume at that which made her freckles burn with a blush but then she realized what Diamond just said once she put her anger aside for just a second. This little brat just called her cute. So thinking about the advice Rarity had just given her she decided to put it into practice. "Oh so ya'll think I'm cute now do ya?" Apple Bloom said adding a little smirk to her words which CLEARLY flustered the spoiled brat in front of her.

Diamond blushed without even knowing she was and she stammered over her words as she tried to cover up her embarrassed look with anger. "Pft what?! N-No! I didn't say...I mean I didn't mean...Oh shut up you stupid hick and gimme my smoothie!" Diamond said slapping a $100 bill on the counter.

'Ohhhhhh scandalous! Apple Bloom you quick learner you!' Rarity said as she stood back and witness Apple Bloom put her earlier advice into practice.

Apple Bloom continued smiling and she even lidded her eyes a little in a similar way she had seen Sweetie Belle teasing Button Mash a couple times and she propped her elbow up on the counter and put her chin in her palm and drummed her fingers on the countertop as she looked smug at Diamond Tiara. "Ya'know I don't quite fancy liars D.T; Can't trust a gal who ain't honest with meh. How do I know that there hundred ain't fake huh? Plus? I ain't here no please or even a hello how ya doin' when you came up here. Would be a real plum shame if someone ain't get their lil pick me up for the day wouldn't it?"

Diamond Tiara was completely at a loss here. Apple Bloom NEVER fought back! She NEVER teased back! She NEVER EVER once shot back like this! Fuming herself now she tried to find the words to say and then just started rambling and ranting. "Aaaaargh! I can't with you! You're so fucking insufferable! You always have been ever since 3rd grade! Why do you have to be so....so....SO....?!?"

Apple Bloom sneered and managed to keep her cool, not falling for Diamond angry bait this time. For the first time in their long history together? She felt in control and it felt GOOD. "So what huh? I'm just a honest downhome southern gal with a love for apples and dancin' and makin' friends. What's so wrong 'bout that huh? What I ever do ta ya to make ya hate me so damn much?" Apple Bloom had never genuinely asked this question and felt if there was EVER a time when she could get an answer? It would be right now.

Diamond stomped her foot and at this point didn't care that other patrons of the food court were staring at her and some of them were even taking video. It didn't matter at this point because she felt out of control of her rivalry and as quickly as she had composure she lost it. She didn't know what else to do and so she was just letting her mouth and emotions run away with her.

"YOU NEVER NOTICED ME! THAT'S WHAT YOU DID YOU BRAIN DEAD COUNTRY RED NECK DOLT!"

Apple Bloom was now the one taken aback as she didn't expect that even though Rarity told her it was entirely possible. Her blush now in full return she simply said. "Say what now?"

'I KNEW IT!' Rarity thought with a smug grin in Apple Bloom's direction that absolutely said 'I told you so'. She continued to listen as Diamond went on a full on tirade.

"I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOUR ATTENTION EVER SINCE WE MET! I'VE ALWAYS WANTED IT! BUT NOOOOOOO! YOU JUST ALWAYS HANG AROUND WITH THAT FEATHERBRAINED CHICKEN AND THAT ANNOYING PRISSY CRYBABY AND ALL THOSE OTHER WEIRDOS! BUT NOT ME! NEVER ME! WHY?! WHY WON'T YOU JUST GIMME A CHANCE?!" Diamond screamed and her now usually very well done make-up was beginning to run much like how Rarity's did whenever she was having a super emotional moment.

'Oh dear. This runs deeper than I could have possibly hoped. I think this deserves a wee bit more privacy.' Rarity thought as she used her magic to create a crystal dome around the three of them. By this point her magic was common knowledge to anyone who knew her or visited this mall so it wasn't like she needed to hide it. Now with all sound closed in and prying eyes shut out she continued to observe.

Apple Bloom simply stood there watching Diamond Tiara heave and breath heavily as she finished her temper tantrum and when she finally processed everything she had just said she smiled and came from behind the counter with some napkins. Coming close to Diamond she wiped up the girls face clearing up the smudges of her mascara and helping her blow her nose. Then she brought the bratty girl into a hug.

"Why ain't cha ever just tell me? Why just keepin' pickin' on me and tryin' to be a bully?" Apple Bloom asked trying to gain further insight on why Diamond would act this way if her words were true.

Diamond sniffled and looked away almost ashamed. "I didn't know how okay!? There! I said it! I was s-scared...Scared you'd laugh at me or tell me to buzz off or that your family was super southern and hated that-"

"Yer barn door swings the other way." Apple Bloom replied with a chuckle.

Diamond groaned. "Ugh don't call it that you bumpkin. But yes. I didn't know what else to do and with how my mother and father are well...you could say the rest is history"

"Hehe alright, alright so ya'll got a crush on me and ain't know how to say it. So...what are we bout ta do bout it? Cause I'm a pretty straightforward gal and I meant what I said. I don't like it when people lie ta me. So for once Diamond? Just be honest with me. How do ya feel bout me?"

Rarity listened closely to this as this held SO much juicy details for gossip with Applejack and her other friends. Truly she shouldn't discuss such matters but this was so dramatic and romantic! How could she pass this up?!

Diamond blushed and huffed in a very tsundre manner and crossed her arms in a similar manner as well. "Hmph okay fine! FINE!!!!! You wanna hear how I feel!? Here it is! I've been in love with you since the moment we met! I've had the biggest crush on you for YEARS!! I don't even entirely know why! Maybe its those cute freckles! Maybe its that adorable bow in your hair! Maybe its your really cute red hair! Maybe I secretly really like country people and I find your accent REALLY FUCKING SEXY! I just can't pin down one thing that sums up how I feel about y-mmmph?!"

Apple Bloom at that point had heard enough. She knew what she both needed and frankly? Wanted to do right now. Shut Diamond Tiara up and she did it in the best way she possibly could imagine doing right now. Sure she didn't punch her in the mouth and knock out her teeth like she'd wanted to do for SO long. But kissing her and having that be the first time either of them had kissed ANYONE? She could and totally did do that. Once the kiss was finished she broke from the girls lips and smiled.

"Oh so ya'll DO like mah accent huh? Kneeeew it!" Apple Bloom teased.

"S-Shut up Bumpkin!" Diamond blushed and swatted her playfully.

"Heheh why don't cha make me ya brat?" Apple Bloom teased again with a smug grin.

"Ooooh why you little I oughta-!"

"Ahem. While this is SO deliciously adorable; I do believe you have customers waiting Apple Bloom and Diamond; I am sure you're father is wondering where you are while you are on the clock young lady" Rarity said finally allowing the adult side of her take over as to not get the two girls in trouble.

Diamond blushed and pouted a bit not wanting this to end just yet but she knew Rarity had a point. "Fine. Let me just get my smoothie, snack and one more kiss before I go." Diamond said kissing Apple Bloom real quick and then smiling after she did so. "Okay, smoothie and snack me. I gotta get back to work."

"Hehe since yer lips are so sweet I'll take that as a please for the smoothie and snack." Apple Bloom said with a chuckle as she went back behind the counter and quickly and skillfully made the girl her preferred smoothie and then grabbed her a pack of Cinna-apples from the fridge unit. Ringing them up she smiled at Diamond and winked. "Oh the house."

Diamond smiled back as she took the drink and snack. Leaving the $100 bill there from before she winked back at Apple Bloom. "Keep the change. See ya Bumpkiiiiiin" Diamond gave a tantalizing and teasing finger wiggle wave goodbye to Apple Bloom and blew her a kiss as she began to walk away and Rarity lifted the magic barrier allowing her to walk out and she could even see the shake in the young 16 year old girls hips as she walked away from the smoothie stand clearly wanting to give her former crush now girlfriend a proper goodbye.

Once the spoiled rich girl was out of view Apple Bloom gave a big sigh of relief and her face exploded with a big blush. "Ooooooooh wee! I-I can't believe that worked! I mean I'm just...what?! How?!"

Rarity giggled and smiled tapping a finger to the young apples nose. "My instincts on these matters are NEVER wrong darling. Trust me when I say you and Diamond Tiara are in for quite a happy and dare I say interesting relationship."

"Heh yeah. I can't wait to tell Sweets and Scoots bout this. I hope they don't mind or get mad at me." Apple Bloom said with a hint of worry in her tone.

Rarity waved a hand to dismiss her concerns. "Oh pish posh you needn't worry about Sweetie. To be honest she had the same line of thinking I did but for a while she thought Diamond had a crush on HER but clearly that wasn't the case. As for Scootaloo; that may be a bit complex seeing as how those two don't like each other as much as I and Suri don't like each other." Rarity said the Crystal Prep graduates name with distain and disgust. She was by far the most selfish opportunist she had EVER met and she had no desire to ever encounter her ever again in life.

"Yeah that girl was a real horse-dong for what she did ta ya'll back in High School when she stole them dress designs you worked so hard on." Apple Bloom didn't like that girl either cause she was a huge liar, sell out and was just plain mean! She was even worse than Diamond because she even insisted that Apple Bloom herself was an inbred and THAT was something she would never forgive. Not even Diamond ever sunk so low as to spit on her parents deaths like that.

Rarity giggle-snorted in a very unladylike manner at the girls choice of words. "So crass just like Applejack. Anywho I must be going now. Places to be and things to do but DO enjoy your new relationship with Diamond and do give Applejack my best regards. I will be taking time to visit her as soon as I can find some free time. But alas I must go now. Ta-ta darling!" Rarity said as she gave Apple Bloom one last hug goodbye and then began headed toward the mall Spa so she could make her appointment in time and she was going there already feeling relaxed that she was able to give aid to Apple Bloom with Diamond and that Diamond managed to find it in herself to open up to Apple Bloom.

However as she walked into the Spa some of that relaxed feeling was suddenly kicked down because of whom she saw was occupying the spa at the time and had Aloe and Lotus quite busy which would no doubt delay her for at least 2 hours. The mere fact she was here with HIM only made it worse to boot as she couldn't stand either one of them for who they were on a fundamental level! However as they lay eyes on her she did her best to fix her face into something resembling a pleasant appearance.

"Well, well if it isn't Rarity. Long time no see dearie." Suri said with as much condescending tone as she could muster.

"Indeed how long HAS it been Ms. Rarity?" Blueblood asked with his usual pompous tone in tact.

Not nearly long enough apparently. "Suri. Blueblood how...delightful...what brings you all the way from the big city to our humble and honest town hm? Opportunity perhaps?" Rarity asked with as much snide and condescending venom as she could muster. Petty perhaps but she REALLY didn't like either of these two! This was the kind of drama that Rarity could tell would certainly require at least a couple of scoops of ice cream and some serious loving from Adagio to remedy when she got home.

With a smug grin that would make Adagio's old self proud Suri held her right hand and showed off her finger which held a VERY expensive diamond ring on it. "Oh nothing much just a little pampering for my WEDDING that is coming up in just a week. Bloody here proposed just last month and it was soooooo romantic; wasn't it honey bloody?"

Blueblood couldn't have looked more proud of himself as he smugly grinned and nodded. "Indeed it was. A moonlit night in the most gorgeous penthouse suite in Manehatten's upper class district. Father just recently built a new hotel and casino there and business has been BOOMING thanks to Suri and her amazing interior decorating skills."

Suri gave a haughty chuckle "Oohoho Bloody darling you are too much!"

Rarity felt a vein begin to pop in her forehead but then she remembered the breathing technique that Adagio taught her and she took a breath and held it for a good few seconds and then smiled as she allowed the stress of the situation to drain away slowly but with both of these deplorable people in her presence? It was proving to be very difficult.

"Oh how...splendid..." Rarity said through almost grit teeth as she couldn't stand the fact that this pompous scumbag and this spoiled sellout were getting married before she was! It wasn't fair!

"Oh I know and that also brings me to why else I am here in Canterlot. I will be stopping by your oh so lovely store later this weekend to commission my wedding dress as well as Bloody's Tux. I'll need to have it done in roughly 3 days. That isn't a problem is it darling?" Suri said using Rarity's favorite word against her KNOWING it would make her upset.

Rarity felt the vein pop even harder in her forehead as her right eye began to twitch and her nails began to dig into her palms as she tried hard to calm her increasingly frazzled nerves. She very well knew she could say no. In fact she was fully aware that Suri WANTED her to say no just so that she could claim Rarity wasn't as all giving and generous as she liked to make herself out to be. Rarity wouldn't take the bait though. She knew if she did that Suri would win and she would be DAMNED if she let Suri get one over on her.

Putting on a calming smile Rarity simply shook her head and said. "No. Of course not. In fact? That's mere child's play. Your wedding will be talk of the town and every fashion magazine when I am done."

"Oh wonderful. I cannot wait to see what you cook up. Here for a spa treatment too I imagine?" Suri asked as she sat in the waiting area with Blueblood dressed in a fancy robe and towel as they waited for their turn in the sauna.

"Quite. I have a pressing engagement this evening and wish to be fully relaxed and looking my best for it." Rarity answered not wanting to share all her business with these two lowlifes.

"Ah so you found love at last! Oh how delightful; soooo who is the lucky man?" Suri asked with a scandalous gossip girl tone in her voice not unlike her own whenever she wanted to hear some juicy gossip.

Rarity rolled her eyes. "Oh have you not heard Suri? Men aren't lets say 'my cup of tea' anymore." She had the deplorable scumbag marrying Suri to thank for that. After attempting to rape her and then using his father's wealth connections and his relation to Principal Celestia to get off virtually untouched? Rarity had not once lay her sights on another man.

The air in the area had shifted when this was brought up as both Suri and Bloodblue were known homophobic scum however they even knew better than to make too crass a comment about someone's sexuality in public as they did have images to uphold however that of course wouldn't stop them from throwing a snide remake or two her way.

"Ah I see. I always had a feeling you swung the other way but it would have been unladylike for me to say so. Good for you being comfortable enough to 'step out of the closet' as they say" Suri said with as much unlined shaming as she could.

"Indeed. It's no wonder you and I have that 'unfortunate' string of circumstances but now it all makes sense. You prefer a woman's touch and I suppose that works for someone as delicate as you. Congrats." Blueblood was of course a lot less sly with how he phrased his words but he was the son of a rich hotel and casino tycoon so really it didn't matter what he said especially considering his father owned this mall as well.

"Yes. Quite. Well you two certainly enjoy your spa time. I must be going so I can make my appointment." Rarity said as she turned to leave she overheard Suri say something that caused her blood to almost boil over.

"I bet she's with that inbred apple farmer. I hear she even has a dick" Suri said in a hushed tone to Blueblood with clear mocking venom laced in her voice.

"Disgusting. But that would make a lot of sense. She couldn't believe how big mine was when-"

Rarity had stopped listening and simply walked away trying to hide how badly their words hurt her feelings. Not just because they said horribly mean things about her and her sexual preference but also because they had the NERVE to mock her best friend Applejack. Among all her friends the two she considered her closest were Applejack and Fluttershy respectively and she would never tolerate anyone speaking ill of them, especially Applejack given all the hardship she has been through in her life.

'I hope their marriage ends in a scandalous divorce!' Rarity thought as she approached the counter to make her appointment however the clerk at the counter looked rather nervous and downtrodden. She was a young girl no older than 18 years of age with pure white skin, pink hair, purple eyes and a very generous chest.

"Oh g-good afternoon Ms. Rarity. Here for your appointment?"

"Indeed I am. What seems to be the matter Namaste?" Rarity asked the girl wondering what was the matter.

"Oh um...I hate to have to tell you this but um...Aloe and Lotus had to cancel all their appointments today." Namaste said knowing Rarity would not be happy about that just like all the other very stressed out and upset customers whom she had to tell had their reservations canceled last minute.

"What?! But why?! Are they alright?" Rarity asked with absolute concern.

"Well yes but also no. They've been super stressed out the last day or two because madam bridezilla and king asshole over there keep coming in here every single day asking for the super quality treatments meant only for celebrities and such things and doing all those things takes a long time. I am so, so sorry! I've been basically giving away free spa treatment tickets all day to make it up to people so they can at least kind of relax." Namaste said with a sad look on her face as she didn't like it when people came to the spa stressed and left feeling stressed still.

Rarity felt the vein popping in her forehead more and more as she tried her best to calm her nerves but right now it was taking every single ounce of her willpower to not stomp over to Suri and ring her little neck and stomp Blueblood in the scrotum in till his balls turned blue! However Rarity knew resorting to violence would get her nowhere and she had a status to uphold. Those two would get their comeuppance soon enough.

Taking out her cellphone she would look at the time and could tell if she tried to go to another spa it would just take too long and she wouldn't get home to Adagio in the time she wanted. So scrolling through her contacts she pulled up Fluttershy and Sunset Shimmer's names and put them into a group chat with an important text attached.

'Spa has been compromised. Need your assistance if available.'

With a calming sigh she smiled and gave the young girl a hug and deciding to be generous once more she took out her wallet and placed a fresh $100 in the girls tip jar and winked when she saw her flustered expression. "Consider it a gift for all the hard work your doing and something that may help take the stress off when you go home darling. Don't spend it all in one place. I'll be fine don't you worry. Ta-ta" Rarity said as she turned to leave the spa and it was then she got a text from her two friends.

'I got your hair covered! Just picked up some new mane and tail too!'

'I'll get the bathtub ready and pull some fresh herbs from the garden for you.'

'Excellent! I'll come over to Fluttershy's. thanks so much girls! Next spa trip is on me!'

Smiling more now she left the spa and upon exiting made her way out of the mall and out into the parking lot where she had her special parking spot close to the primary entrance. She drove a plain white BMW that was of the most current model and her license plate read 'Darling' on it. Once in the car she sighed a bit and took time to do something she wouldn't do in the mall with people around...scream.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Rarity thrashed and threw a big tantrum in her car before finally calming down after a few slowly and easy breathes. "Phew. Okay. easy does it Rarity. calm your nerves and just think about home and loving Adagio." It was then she felt her phone go off again and she saw a text message from Adagio and it had a picture attached and upon opening it Rarity forgot entirely why she was stressed upset or angry. "Oh my..."

Looking at the photo shown she was reminded why she loved Adagio so much. In the photo it was Adagio seemingly having just arrived home and in her hand that wasn't holding her phone she had a bag and it read 'Veronica Secrets' on it! V.S. was known for making very sexually explicit lingerie and Adagio had a very seductive and sensual look on her face.

'In the coming hour my song will begin and you will be all mine little marshmallow'

With excitement brimming in her heart and soul Rarity wasted no time and started up her car and left the mall parking lot making her way to Fluttershy's so she could begin true preparations for the evenings events to come. Then as she was driving and came to a stoplight she saw another text and this time it was from Applejack.

'Thanks for helpin' out AB with DT. I owe ya one sugarcube. How's bout a spa day just us next weekend? I'll buy'

Rarity blushed and smiled happily replying with

'It's a date:raritywink:'
