When a wicked Nightmare sends all of Equestria's denizens into an eternal sleep, it will be up to the kingdom's Princess of the Night venture forth and wake them again. Using her unique form of magic, Luna must now traverse the dreamscape and awaken as many slumbering creatures as she can before the forces of the nightmare can harvest their fear to make themselves stronger. Along the way, she will make many friends and allies, but even working together, will they be enough to rouse all the visitors in the dream world...

...or will the final hour for the waking world finally chime and let the nightmares reign forever?
