"Okay Joshua,....are we seeing this?"

Asked a 22 year old border patrol agent in a exo-suit staring into an everlasting ocean where the country of Mexico once was before the blinding flash engulfed the U.S. about 23 hours earlier.

"Jeremy, if I could tell you...I would, but unfortunately I can't"

Jeremy, an older man, about 4 years older than Joshua, who was also wearing an exo-suit, his blonde hair blowing in unison with his black haired latino counterpart, staring into the void of blue water and sky.

"Jeremy, do you think we're on another planet?"

Joshua said with a hint of distress in his voice, Jeremy put his hand on joshua's shoulder and said "if we are truly in another world, we have our entire country to back us up." These words comforted Joshua as Jeremy pointed towards their patrol vehicle, a 2020 Chevy Tahoe with light bars on the front and back of the roof, along with black paint with a yellow line going across the side of the vehicle that spelled "Border Patrol" on top of the line.

But before they could get to their patrol vehicles, they saw what seemed to be a wall of dust being kicked up by something, they than saw 14 M3A3 Bradley IFV's accompanyed by 8 M1A2 Sep V4 abrams in desert camo, which meant they were supposed to be in the middle east fighting H.A.T. (humans against technology) anarchist group, which doesn't answer the question, why would they be here?

As the vehicles came to a halt, the Border Patrol agents slowly approached the Large company of armored fighting vehicles. A lone army tanker in the front of the company than popped his head out of the commanders hatch and said "hey, can you tell us wh-where we are?" He said this in a somewhat worried tone.

Before Joshua could say anything, Jeremy said they were in Texas, about 20 or so miles away from Lerado, these words made the tank commander breath a sigh of relief at the news. Not long after Joshua than came up with a question of his own.

"Why do you seem so worried?"

The commander took of his helmet and gave a smile only a loving father could give, and explained that a bright flash of light engulfed their platoon, than they woke up 21 hours after and upon climbing out of their armored vehicles to find every single soldier, Marine, aircraft and vehicle splayed across the desert in a 100 mile radius.

After the explanation, Joshua pulled out his radio and informed dispatch of their current situation, this put a smile on all of the army tanker/soldiers faces that were already out of their armored vehicles.

Because now, they're safe and sound, in the wonderful embrace of their home.

Location: Marshall Space Flight Center, Alabama
Time: 35 hours after bright flash
Perspective: satellite controllers, 3rd person

Several NASA satellite controllers were looking at the onboard camera on the Defense satellite "Stellar Legend" as it took crystal clear pictures while traveling through space at 41,843 kilometers an hour (26,000 miles an hour) through the upper atmosphere, they saw nothing but ocean for miles, at least until they came across a land mass no larger than Australia. Though they only got a few pictures of the land mass, so they opted to go around the planet another time and slow the satellite to a halt.

Upon examining the land mass, they see several of what seemed to be city's scattered throughout the land mass. The closest one near the United States is 482 Kilometers (300 miles) away, and seems to be a Forest line near a city that looks strangely like Baltimore.

"Okay, Mendoza I'm going to need you to send all these pictures to the Pentagon, CIA, and FBI! We're not on earth anymore, we-we're...so-somewhere else... So let's get some intelligence on the locals before we make contact!"

"Ye-yes sir"

Mendoza runs off to send the message/picture as quickly as possible,...because right now, the United States may be in danger of starting a war with the locals.

Location: U.S. VTOL mobile military moon base/helium-3 mining base "dark tower omega"
Time: 40 hour after bright flash
Perspective: Lt. Michael Hammond, 3rd person

Lt. Michael Hammond looks at the United States Through his energy scope as the planet makes its 8th rotation, and as far as Hammond can tell, each day and night last 5 hours, which to him is strange but not impossible.

But ignoring the obvious time difference, Michael looks at the landmass 482 kilometers away (300 miles) from the U.S., Canada border, or at least were it should be. He chuckles to himself as he remembers the transmission his commander got 4 hours earlier from the space research and communications base "Forward Forever."

4 hours earlier

"Dark tower omega, what is your status, over?"

"This is dark tower omega to Forward Forever, our status is excellent, over."

"Have you spotted any mining vessels in your vicinity, over?"

"Yes, all 17 asteroid mining ships, and all three helium-3 bases including ours are here. We're awaiting your orders on wether to stay here, or go back to earth, over."

"You're going to have to stay at your current location for the time being. You're also tasked with looking at the new land mass 482 kilometers away from the United States near the U.S., Canadian border, over."

"Understood, will commence that order swiftly and precisely."

Current time (in the story)

Hammond laid back in his chair and signed before looking back into the energy scope and continued to watch the new land masses version of Manhattan, there seemed to be colorful beings in the city, but he would have to hold his breath and wait for the 519 ft wide Antigravity T.E.L.O.S. to do its job and watch the creatures from the sky, without being detected.

Location: U.S. McConnell Air Force base
Time: 5 days after bright flash
Perspective: TELOS Omar and Vector

The 2 TR6 "TELOS" observation attack platforms going to be sent to this new land are taxing the runway of McConnell Air Force base.

One's call sign is Omar, while the other's call sign is vector, and this being a top secret mission, it's going to be done at night, and in the day both aircraft will activate their active cloaks, making them invisible to the naked eye.

4 hours later

They finally arrived at their destination, a large castle hanging on top a mountain overlooking a smaller town. The sight was amazing for all four pilots, and the 30 observation cameras on the aircraft giving those on the screens a perfect look at the castle.

The 2 TR6's hanged in the air, hovering over this small town roughly 182 meters (600 feet) above the ground, and over a 30 meters (100 feet) higher than the castle, while also being 2 miles away from the castle, which didn't give the high powered multivision cameras any trouble, considering they could see roughly 500 miles in all directions from below the aircraft.

Though that didn't hold a candle to the SR-102A "Electric eye" multi purpose space attack vehicle, or the HTV-3X "blackswift" which is faster than both the SR-102A and TR6, being able to travel at Mach 29+ (22,250 mph or 35,809 kmh). Though, all of them had something in common, they all incorporated stealth, and where extremely difficult to find on radars in earth.

So, spying on these guys shouldn't be a problem... Right?

Location: Equestria, Canterlot castle
Time: 5 days after bright flash
Perspective: Celestia, and TELOS pilots, 3rd person

Celestia finished raising the sun about 44 minutes ago, and was making her way towards the balcony of her bedroom to watch the annual Ponyville air show, being told that Rainbow Dash was going to perform a sonic rainboom in front of the whole of Ponyville and Canterlot.

This made celestia happy because it would take mind off the recent attack that took place only 6 days ago at Cadance and Shining Armors wedding. The entire attack was planned by Chrysalis and her army of Changeling's, but of course they were defeated by the elements of harmony and were forced to retreat.

But that's not why celestia is stressed, she's stressed because of rumors of chrysalis planning a second invasion on Canterlot, and the invasion was going to be bigger and more deadly than ever before according to those who heard the rumors.

Which is why Luna sent multiple teams of 500 Luner guards to find and capture her wether or not she's planning another attack, and according to Luna Chrysalis was to dangerous to be allowed to roam free.

But for now, that would have to wait, because celestia needed to enjoy an air show soon to be full of every color of the rainbow.

"*giggle* I can't wait" said Celestia unknowing of the marvel of human technology watching her, and her ponies.

TR6 TELOS perspective

"Hey, are you guys seeing this" said one of the pilots in the Omar as he looked through the multivision cameras at one of the large balconies of the castle, and what he saw and picked up on the voice monitors was nothing they'd expected.

They expected humans, but instead found...horses? "I'm picking up something on the large balcony where one of the horses are." He was immediately corrected by one of the pilots in the Vector, "Ponies, to small to be horses man."

The Omar pilot shrugged as he listened in to what they thought to would be pony noises, but instead they heard crystal clear English.

"*Giggle* I'm so excited"

as they heard this, all the pilots along with those near the radios back at McConnell Air Force base eyes widened.
"Di-did that po-pon-pony just talk?" One of the Vector Pilots said with a stutter.

"Hay man. *giggle* new land, new species, and considering that *giggle* thing has a horn and wings, I'm decently convinced we're in another world" the Omar pilot said trying to suppress the urge to laugh.

But before he could laugh, they heard a large boom coming from their 3 o'clock, but before the Omar and Vector pilots could maneuver out of harms way, a large rainbow shockwave hit them, causing their cloaks to shut down temporarily, being visible and allowing Ponyville and Canterlot to see both 500 ft wide aircraft, and in unison, the pilots said "oh shit."

Celestia's perspective

Celestia's eyes widened as she saw two massive flying beasts materialize over Ponyville in front of her eyes.

She couldn't believe it, these creatures were massive, and high in the air without flapping wings.

But before she could make any discernible assumption, they began to turn around, still hovering, and than at an alarming rate they accelerated to an extreme speed, so much so that they were in a class of their own, and before she knew it, they were gone.

Location: Equestria, Ponyville
Time: 5 days after bright flash
Perspective: Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Soarin, and TELOS pilots, 3rd person

Twilight couldn't believe what she was looking up at, she saw two massive creatures hovering above Ponyville. They were so big in fact, that they were probably larger than the town itself, considering they were so high up.

"What are they?" She said to no one in particular.

But before she could attempt to fly up, they started turning, and as they finished doing a full 180 degree turn, they accelerated at a speed to give Rainbow Dash a run for her bits.

Rainbow Dash and Soarin's perspective

Soarin and Rainbow dash were right under the beasts belly, about 19 meters (65 feet) under it to be exact, and they couldn't believe it.

"That. Thing. Is. Huge!" Soarin said aloud, both of them were frozen with amazement, only their wings moving.

It than started turning, but it didn't flap it's wings, and to be frank it looked like one large wing.

After doing a full 180, it accelerated extremely quickly, so much so it knocked
Rainbow Dash and Soarin out of the sky, sending them hurtling towards the ground.

Soarin blacked out immediately because of the hit, while Rainbow Dash had to stabilize herself, it didn't take her long, which made her feel triumphant, but that faded as soon as Rainbow saw Soarin fall out of the sky.

She raced after him, catching him before he could hit the ground, though a single thought was in her head.

'What were those things?'

TELOS pilots perspective

"Let's get the fuck out of here, now!" Said a worried Vector pilots.

"I'm already on it"

Both their aircraft started to do a 180 mid-air, as they fully turned around, they gunned it back to the United States.

Reaching 1,931 kpm (1200 mph) in under 3 seconds flat, and gaining more speed, fast.

"Well, that...was something"

"Yeah it was"
