Lost in the Lunar Sea: Tales from a Twisted Mind

Imagine you're alone, suspended in mid air. Everything is pitch black, and there's no sound beside your screams. You try to reach for the floor or a wall, anything... but even if there were anything there, you have no limbs with which to reach out.

Now imagine you have to endure this for a thousand years.

Is it any wonder that Princess Luna gratefully accepts the comforting embrace of madness? Haunted and entertained, terrified and delighted in equal measure by the macabre scenarios her mind constructs in the absence of any external stimuli, Luna wanders the seemingly endless expanse of her consciousness, until after her millionth gleeful, vengeful slaying of her sister and jailer, she finds herself out of the darkness and into the world of civilisation once more. Is she imagining this too? Is she finally free? Or is there something out there burrowing into her mind? Only time will tell, and she's got no shortage of free time...
