Chapter 1 - The Mysterious

SOMEWHERE IN PONYVILLE ...

"SOMEPONY, STOP THAT CART!!"

The cart with lots of fruit inside didn't listen, it continued running down the hill at a dizzying speed. The ponies quickly jumped off the road to avoid being hit. From a distance was a filly with a white coat and a pink mane, walking leisurely on the road, unware that behind her was something that could take away her life.

"Rose, watch out!!" The green pegasus screamed to the top of his lungs.

"Huh?" Rose turned her head to find that her death was nearly approaching. She screamed over the top of her lungs in fear, closing her eyes and covering her head, ready for it to come.

It didn't come, but a loud bang came instead.

Rose slowly opened her eyes, finding that cart was blocked by a huge spike rock. The pieces of cart shattered everywhere, the fruit was lying on the road. She rose from her hooves, and with everypony's surprise, she asked in a disbelief tone. "W-What just h-happened?"

From a nearby tree, a pink figure was watching with a grin that filled its whole face.

"Nice one and well done, me!" It said with a proud smile then vanished without anypony noticed.

SOMEWHERE IN THE SEA, WITH NOT A GOOD WEATHER ...

Floating at the sea was a ship with many crews struggling to withstand the big storm.

"Come on boys, move your flanks and stretch those sails right now!!" The captain shouted to his crewmates. "Now, follow my lead! ONE ... TWO ... THREE - PULL!!!

"PULL!!" He repeated it over and over again.

The crews gathered all their might to pull the sails against the storm. Their sweat of tired and the tears of scared of the death were disguised by the heavy rain that was pouring down. Unfortunately for them, one the crews was tripped by the rain-soaked floor, making him fall down on the others. The ropes that kept the sails straight were tossed by the wind. The ship was instantly blown off course into the sharp rocks lying on the sea.

"Calm down!! Stop panicking!!" The captain yelled, but none of the crews listened because of the thunderstorm lightning. Some ran around in chaos, some hopelessly helped the ship from sinking.

"Shark ... " Sharp turned his head to meet his crew hopelessly eyes. "I know I shouldn't call you by that name but ... are we gonna die?"

Sharp Shark clenched his teeth then hit him by his scarred-hoof. "Don't be silly, Storm! We ain't gonna die! Our adventure will continue no matter what! We WILL escape this! Now get your flank outta here and tell the others to stop the panicking-thing and fix this ship with all they got!"

"But-"

"NOW!" Sharp angrily stomped his hoof against the floor. Storm saw the determination in his eyes then nodded and ran away to spread his order.

"C-C-Captain." The blue pegasus weakly called him.

"What!?"

"L-Look a-at the s-sea." He pointed a hoof to a direction.

Shark followed his eyes to where he pointed, his pupils got smaller by the thing he was seeing.

A tsunami.

It wasn't like the normal ones. This one was a big, massive and giant tsunami. Before anypony could scream, it struck down the ship.

(=Short=)

"..."

"Mama, just a few more minutes." Sharp mumbled under his breath.

"Doctor, he's awake!" A mare voice said, surely it wasn't his mother's voice, causing him to snap his eyes open in surprise and sit up. A long and loud 'ouch' came from his muzzle.

"Easy there, patient, you can't sit up yet." The doctor said while using his magic to gently put him lying on the bed.

"Where are my crews? And why am I here?" Sharp asked then looked at his bandaged-body. "And more importantly, what happened to me?"

"Let's just say that you and your crewmates were lucky to survive from that storm. But, it's not very rare to see ponies lying on the beach with injuried-bodies like you." The doctor said with a big smile then his face turned blackened. "Did you see a giant tsunami before you got injured?"

"Yeah, I saw one, it was the thing that struck our ship down!" Sharp yelled, his voice echoed the whole room. Everypony in the room pulled the curtains out to shush him, all of them were his crewmates, then they pulled them back like nothing had happened. Shark cleared his throat and said. "Okay, so what's about it?"

"Nothing, just don't think bad about something that saved you, okay?" The doctor chuckled then walked out of the door, leaving a confused unicorn behind.

"Okay?" The red unicorn thought again. "Nah."

(=short=)

"Oh for the love of dresses, why no somepony think good about me!?" The white figure angrily yelled, before joining the water. "I saved them after all."

SOMEWHERE UNDER A FOOT OF A MOUNTAIN ...

"Hurry, Sky, we gotta get out of here!" The purple unicorn said to the colt that had a silver coat.

"I-I don't think *huff* I-I can run any f-faster ..." Sky whispered, he stopped to get some air, his breath was getting heavier. "You can *puff* go without me, Heart ..."

"Are you kidding me!? We're best of the best brothers! I can't leave my best lil bro behind." Heart used his magic to lift his brother on the back. "We're gonna get outta here in no time flat! Now, hold me tight! 'Cause we're going to have a race with 'da fate!"

Heart ran as fast as his hooves could bring him, while avoiding the boulders that rolling from the mountain. Sky whimpered behind, trying not to cry. Suddenly, a small-sized rock hit his head. He cried and fell off his brother's back, lying unconscious against the ground.

"SKY!" Heart concentrated all of his strength in his hooves to stop then launched back. "Hold on! I'm coming!"

He instantly tripped on a small rock and fell near his younger brother's body. Unable to move, he was now lying there, watching his brother hopelessly.

The sounds of the rolling rocks caught his attention.

Heart looked over his side to see an average-sized rock rolling towards him. Panicking, he tried to teleport himself and Sky but failed. He was too tired to do any spells. He could feel a gust of wind flew through his body. Then, a massive tree fell down before him and blocked the rock.

"That was unexpected ..." He whispered, still in shocked. "But thanks nature."

"Hey! Anypony there!?" A deep voice came from a burly stallion.

"Over here!! We kinda can't move!!" Heart exclaimed back. The stallion found them quickly then put them on his back. "Okay, kid, hold your brother tight."

"Thank you, nature ..." Heart whispered again.

"Uh, kid? Are ya sayin' thanks to nature?" The stallion looked at him with a confused look.

"What? That's silly!" Heart's cheeks were redder than two tomatoes. "Besides, if I did then it wouldn't reply back."

"So, ya admitted it?" A sly smile formed in his face.

"No, I didn't!" His cheeks were redder than before. "It's very uncool for me to say!"

Watching them from afar was an orange figure.

"Yer welcome, sugarcube."
