Doctor Whooves was taking a pleasant walk, enjoying the breeze and sunshine. This is great. He thought. No Daleks, no Cybermen, no Weeping Angels, nothing of the sort. I should come here more often! Suddenly, he felt the warmth of the sunlight leave his face. Surprised, he opened his eyes and squinted at the sky. A pink cloud had covered the sun.
That's... unusual... Even for Equestria! Whooves thought. Above the first interloper, other clouds whizzed through the sky like a squadron of fluffy pink miniature bombers. "This can't be good..." He thought out loud. He pulled his sonic screwdriver out of a pocket concealed under his bowtie. He scanned the clouds above and flicked out the claw. He read the contents of the scan and muttered, "Sugar based? But how? Cloudsdale would not simply pump out cotton candy clouds!"
As he watched the sky, the mini "bombers" dropped their rain. Whooves squinted at the precipitation. "Brown rain?" He stuck out his tongue to catch a few drops. "It tastes like chocolate milk!"
As delicious as this sounds, the Doctor obviously didn't want to be drenched in milk, so he dashed to the nearest restaurant with outside tables and took cover under an umbrella. As he watched the sky, he saw two powder-blue ponies fly to the first cloud: a pegasus mare and a unicorn colt, who was using a jet saddle to fly. The pegasus with the rainbow mane bucked the cloud, which stuck to her instead of disintegrating. She licked the cloud, then looked to her partner in surprise. She said something to the unicorn, who shared her surprised look. He took a bite out of the cloud, grinned, and leaned in for another bite. The impatient mare smacked him upside the head. The disappointed stallion colt's horn glowed, and the pegasus was engulfed in a cloud of suds. A few seconds later, both clouds disappeared.
A purple unicorn rushed to the scene, calling up to the fliers: "Rainbow Dash! Engiminer! We need your help rounding up this sweet-tooth weather!"
"Lead the way!" exclaimed the pegasus, whom the Doctor assumed was Rainbow Dash, zipped down to her friend. Engiminer shut off his jetpack and landed on the ground. The trio rushed off to where help was needed, leaving the Doctor to wonder where this weather came from, and how long it would last.
